Abstract

Coloring is one of the activities that children like, one of the coloring activities that can be given to children to increase their creativity is coloring using the blurry stroke technique. Wipe blur is a coloring technique using the power of the child's fingers in applying colors that can be used by teachers as a solution to help increase children's creativity. This study aims to assist children in increasing their creativity through the blurry swab technique. This research was conducted at the PAUD Baros Cimahi institution with a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, with the research subjects being group A children and teachers. Analysis of the data used is the reduction and presentation of data as well as drawing conclusions. The results showed that learning using the blurry swab technique can increase creativity in group A children, the creative abilities of children who are already good are three out of five children after participating in coloring activities with the blurry swab technique to increase their creativity and develop according to expectations.

Abstract

Online learning during the Covid-19 period brought a new face to the current learning methods. Online learning is a new breakthrough when the pandemic spreads in various parts of the world. As a teacher, you must be able to make learning activities that are in accordance with the standards of the level of achievement of children's development. This is a challenge for teachers because developmental achievements must still be carried out through online learning. In order for learning to run well, the teacher involves the role of parents in learning activities with children. With a focus on improving children's cooperative attitude. Cooperation has many benefits for children in the future. It also enhances its social development in society. The purpose of this study was to determine and implement the role of parents in increasing cooperative attitudes in online learning (inserted before the research method). This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, data collection using triangulation techniques and data analysis using qualitative data. This research was conducted on the children of group A in RA Miftahul Khoir. Based on the results of observations made, it showed good achievements during the research activities and the increasing role of parents in the cooperative attitude of group A children at RA Miftahul Khoir in online learning.Pembelajaran daring pada masa covid-19 membawa wajah baru dalam metode pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan saat ini. Pembelajaran daring menjadi terobosan baru saat Pandemi merebak diberbagai belahan dunia. Sebagai guru harus mampu membuat kegiatan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan standar tingkat pencapaian perkembangan anak. Merupakan tantangan tersendiri bagi guru karena capaian perkembangan tetap harus dilakukan melalui pembelajaran daring. Agar pembelajaran berjalan dengan baik, Guru melibatkan peran orang tua dalam kegiatan pembelajaran bersama anak. Dengan fokus pada peningkatan sikap kerjasama anak. Kerjasama memiliki banyak manfaat untuk anak di masa depan. Juga meningkatkan perkembangan sosial nya di masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengimplementasikan peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan sikap kerjasama pada pembelajaran daring (disisipkan sebelum metode penelitian). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi dan analisis data menggunakan data kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada anak kelompok A di RA Miftahul Khoir. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan capaian yang baik pada saat kegiatan penelitian berlangsung dan adanya peningkatan peran orang tua terhadap sikap kerjasama anak kelompok A di RA Miftahul Khoir pada pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

Gross motor skills in group B children of TKQ Hidayatul Mubtadiin have not increased optimally, especially in moving their bodies, for this reason, research is carried out to improve children's gross motor skills through fantasy exercise. Descriptive research with a qualitative approach was chosen for this research method. The subjects in this study were 6 children in group B, namely 3 girls and 3 boys. Interviews, observations, and documentation studies were used as data collection tools. The analysis technique in this study uses qualitative analysis, namely data reduction, data display, conclusion, and verification. Scenarios and implementation of core activities during the first semester of the 2020/2021 academic year have been running effectively and children can master the material well. The results of the assessment of the child showed that the achievement level of gross motor development of the child developed maximally and increased in these activities, from 6 children studied 5 children developed as expected (BSH) in the three indicators studied while 1 child in one new indicator showed starting to develop (MB), but this has proven a positive response from teachers and children in fantasy gymnastics activities. The obstacle faced when learning fantasy gymnastics is the lack of interest of children in the material taught, some children are shy and afraid of falling or getting dizzy because they move a lot.Kemampuan motorik kasar pada anak kelompok B TKQHidayatul Mubtadiinbelum meningkat secara optimal terutama dalam menggerakkan tubuhnya, untuk itulah dilakukan penelitian untuk meningkatkan motorik kasar anak melalui senam fantasi. Penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatifyang dipilih dalam metode penelitian kali ini. Subjek dalam penelitian ini anak kelompok Bsebanyak 6 anak yaitu 3 perempuan dan 3 laki-laki.Wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi dijadikan sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif yaitu reduksi data, display data, kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Skenario dan implementasi pada kegiatan inti selama semester satu tahun ajaran 2020/2021 sudah berjalan efektif dan anak mampu menguasai materi dengan baik. Hasilpenilaian terhadap anak diperoleh hasil tingkat pencapaian perkembangan motorik kasar anak tersebut berkembang secara maksimal dan meningkat dalam kegiatan tersebut, dari 6 anak yang diteliti 5 anak berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH) dalam tiga indikator yang diteliti sedangkan 1 anak dalam satu indikator baru menunjukkan mulai berkembang (MB), tetapi hal ini sudah membuktikan adanya respon positif dari guru dan anak dalam kegiatan senam fantasi. Kendala yang dihadapi pada saat pembelajaran senam fantasi adalah kurangnya minat anak terhadap materi yang diajarkan sebagian anak ada rasa malu dan takut terjatuh atau pusing karena banyak bergerak.

Abstract

The goals of this research are to look at the connection between performance and human resource development, compensation, and motivation. Private schools were used for this study. The research sample was taken from 42 private school teacher respondents. Quantitative research is the kind of study being conducted. For this study's data analysis, several types of linear regression were applied. The findings of the study reveal that salary and motivation both have a substantial impact on the performance of teachers in private schools. This is indicated by the human resource development variable. Partly, motivation has a substantial effect on teacher performance in private schools with a significance level of less than 0.05 or 5%, whereas human resource development and compensation have no meaningful impact

Abstract

Artikel ini dilatarbelakangi karena kurangnya stimulasi dalam kemampuan bahasa anak pada kelompok A di TK Mutiara Hati. Oleh karena itu sebab adanya permasalah di TK Mutiara hati khususnya kelompok A kemampuan Bahasanya masih perlu untuk ditingkatkan, dan perlu adanya Tindakan yang akan bisa merubah kemampuan Bahasa pada anak. Dari penjelasan tersebut maka peneliti menggunakan metode tanya jawab untuk diterapkan dalam penelitian ini untuk mencapai tujuan meningkatkan kemampuan Bahasa anak, adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Bahasa anak melalui metode tanya jawab. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di TK Mutiara Hati yaitu pada anak kelompok A yang berjumlah 5 anak, yaitu 2 laki-laki dan 3 perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara dan analisis data menggunakan display data, reduksi data dan menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kemampuan bahasa anak hasil akhir penilaian peseta didik Di, Za, Fi, Na dan Rn memperoleh penilaian berkembang sangat baik (BSB). terlihat dalam penilaian yang telah dilakukan pada indikator yang telah ditentukan.This article is motivated by the lack of stimulation in children's language skills in group A at Mutiara Hati Kindergarten. Therefore, because of the problems in Mutiara Hati Kindergarten, especially group A, their language skills still need to be improved, and actions are needed that will be able to change language skills in children. From this explanation, the researchers used the question-and-answer method to be applied in this study to achieve the goal of improving children's language skills, while the purpose of this study was to improve children's language skills through the question-and-answer method. This research was conducted at Mutiara Hati Kindergarten, namely in group A children, totaling 5 children, namely 2 boys and 3 girls. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and interviews and data analysis using data display, data reduction, and concluding. Based on the results of research on children's language skills, the final results of the assessment of students Di, Za, Fi, Na, and Rn obtained a very well-developed assessment (BSB). seen in the assessments that have been carried out on predetermined indicators.

Abstract

Character education is an important aspect in forming quality individuals, especially amidst the complex challenges that arise in the digital era. In this context, a character education approach based on local wisdom offers relevant and holistic solutions in dealing with current strategic issues. This research explores the importance of integrating local values ​​into character education as a way to strengthen cultural identity, improve social and moral skills, and face complex social challenges in the digital era. Through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, this research identified that local wisdom-based character education requires strong support from various stakeholders, including teachers, parents, schools, and local communities. Collaboration between educational institutions and local communities is key to ensuring the relevance of local values ​​to current social and economic needs. The results of this research provide insight into how character education based on local wisdom can be an effective strategy in preparing the younger generation to face the challenges of the times and build a better future.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to provide an understanding of the current state of education, with a focus on quality education, equity and equality. Information was obtained from respondents using surveys and questionnaires. The research results show that although public access to education has increased, there has been a decline in academic achievement, this shows the importance of quality in the formulation of education policies. Even though there are still disparities in the quality of education based on socio-economic background, there has been an increase in equal distribution of opportunities to obtain education. To ensure educational equality, it is suggested that it is necessary to increase literacy and expand access to information. The government must also ensure that every child has fair access to the best education, and requires a more comprehensive and long-term education policy.

Abstract

Strategi yang tepat sangat diperlukan untuk pembelajaran pada pendidikan inklusi. Tentu saja disesuaikan dengan kebutahan anak berkebutuhan khusus. Salah satu yang harus dimiliki lembaga yang bersikap inklusif adalah adanya guru pendamping. Kemahiran guru diperlukan dalam menggelola kelas di pendidikan inklusi, seorang guru diminta mempunyai kompetensi dan kemampuan dalam mengelola pembelajaran dan menguasai aspek perkembangan anak. Dengan adanya guru pendamping disekolah maka anak berkebutuhan kusus berasa terbantu dalam setiap kegiatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran guru pendamping khusus pada pendidikan inklusi di TK Al Marhamah kiducation. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan analisis data yang digunakan analisis data kualitatif. Subjek penelitiannya adalah guru dengan teknik menggumpulan data yang digunakan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh peran guru pendamping di TK Al Marhamah Kiducation sudah berjalan dengan baik Pembelajaran disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan anak berkebutuhan khusus, sarana dan prasarana harus memadai untuk sekolah yang bersifat inklusif, selain itu guru pendamping khusus harus berperan sebagai fasilitator anak dalam melakukaj pembelajaran di sekolah inklusif. Proper strategy is indispensable for learning in inclusive education. Of course, it is adjusted to the needs of children with special needs. One of the things that inclusive institutions must have is the presence of accompanying teachers. Teacher proficiency is needed in managing classes in inclusive education, a teacher is asked to have competence and ability in managing learning and mastering aspects of child development. With the presence of an accompanying teacher in school, children with special needs feel helped in every activity. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of special accompanying teachers in inclusion education in Al Marhamah Kiducation Kindergarten. This study uses the case study method with data analysis qualitative data analysis. The subject of his research was a teacher with a data collection technique used for observation and interviews. The results of the research obtained on the role of accompanying teachers in Al Marhamah Kiducation Kindergarten have been running well Learning is tailored to the needs of children with special needs, facilities, and infrastructure must be adequate for inclusive schools, besides that special accompanying teachers must act as child facilitators in carrying out learning in inclusive schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh kemampuan bahasa reseptif pada anak di kelompok B di Kober Tunas Mahardika yang belum berkembang sesuai harapan. Anak belum bisa atau belum mampu dalam menyimak sebuah cerita. Dengan begitu, penggunaan media boneka tangan sangat tepat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa reseptif pada anak kelompok B di Kober Tunas Mahardika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa reseptif anak melalui media penggunaan boneka tangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode deskriftif kualitatif dengan observasi secara langsung. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama enam kali pertemuan, dengan jumlah anak sebanyak tujuh orang anak yang terdiri dari empat orang laki-laki dan tiga orang perempuan. Analisis data melalui reduksi data, display data, kemudian menarik kesimpulan. Pada pertemuan awal terlihat bahwasannya anak belum berkembang, beda halnya ketika setelah dilakukan pertemuan sebanyak enam kali pertemuan anak mulai berkembang sesuai harapan dengan indikator anak bisa menyimak dengan baik. Respon anak pada kegiatan ini sangat baik, antusias, serta aktif dalam bertanya. Serta anak termotivasi dalam melakukan bercerita dengan boneka tangan. This research is based on the receptive language abilities of children in group B in Kober Tunas Mahardika, which have not developed as expected. Children cannot or are not capable of listening to a story. In this way, the use of hand puppets is very appropriate to be applied to improve receptive language skills in group B children in Kober Tunas Mahardika. This research aims to improve children's receptive language skills through the use of hand puppets. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with direct observation. This research was conducted over six meetings with a total of seven children, consisting of four boys and three girls. Data analysis involves data reduction, data display, and concluding. At the initial meeting, it was seen that the child had not yet developed; this was different when, after six meetings, the child began to develop according to expectations, with indicators that the child could listen well. The children's response to this activity was very good, enthusiastic, and active in asking questions. And children are motivated to tell stories with hand puppets.

Abstract

Kemampuan kognitif merupakan bentuk perkembangan anak yang berkaitan dengan kemampuan memperoleh makna dari pengetahuan, pengalaman dan informasi, karena di zaman milenial ini informasi sangat mudah untuk didapatkan salah satu nya dengan youtube, youtube juga telah banyak dijadikan media untuk meningkatkan kemampuan area kognitif anak oleh sebagian orang tua. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperjelas peran media YouTube dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kognitif anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Metodologi pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah hasil observasi lingkungan dan wawancara dengan tiga orang tua yang menggunakan YouTube sebagai stimulus untuk meningkatkan kemampuan perkembangan kognitif anaknya. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, paparan atau sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat beberapa kemampuan yang dapat ditingkatkan melalui media audio visual berbasis youtube yaitu mengenal angka dan alfabet menghafal nama-nama hewan dan mengekplorasi cerita yang ditonton, berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media audio visual berbasis youtube bisa meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif. Seperti mengenal angka, mengenal hewan dan mengekplorasi cerita yang ditonton. Meskipun demikian, dalam penggunaan youtube tetap harus selalu dalam pengawasan orang tua. Vocabulary fluency is very important for early childhood because the amount of vocabulary they have will affect their speaking ability, but learning about this vocabulary is not fun for children. This is caused by several factors, both from the teacher and the media and learning methods used to support it. So the snake and ladder media can help children learn about vocabulary development; therefore, this study aims to determine the process of applying snake and ladder media to developing group B vocabulary at the Al-Ikhlas PAUD Post. This study used the descriptive-qualitative method. The subjects in this study were children in group B aged 5-6 years as many as 5 people and the data collection techniques in this study were through observation techniques, processing the collected data, analyzing using data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The application of this medium is done by letting the child arrange each ladder according to the order of the letters, then playing it and becoming the main pawn to pass each box that contains vocabulary, and then the child reads every word he passes. Based on the results of this study, show that the application of snake ladder media can help children develop their vocabulary so that children can understand
