Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa pemberian pelatihan kepada masyarakat di Pantai Cemara lembar berupa pelatihan dan pembinaan UKM bidang pariwisata di Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah membantu mengembangkan kemampuan pengusaha UKM yang meliputi: membangun motivasi untuk berusaha, meningkatkan akses pasar dan menyiapkan UKM masyarakat untuk menyesuikan diri dengan perubahan-perubahan lingkungan yang cepat dan tidak pasti. Metode pengabdian dalam bentuk pemberian ceramah, tanya jawa/diskusi, serta adanya pembinaan oleh tim pengabdian. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini berjalan dengan baik dan sukses dimana para peserta selalu hadir dan aktif memberikan tanggapan positif pada saat pemberian materi pelatihan. Setelah kegiatan diberikan, tim pengabdian terus memberikan pendampingan dan telah memberikan dampak kepada peserta berupa perubahan dan peningkatan dalam keterampilan masyarakat setempat dalam mengelola UKMnya masing-masing. Meskipun begitu, kegiatan ini tentu tidak membawa perubahan langsung secara siginifikan terhadap usaha masyarakat setempat. Untuk itu, perlu adanya tindak lanjut berupa kegiatan pendampingan lainnya serta kegiatan pengabdian serupa dengan topik yang berbeda, sehingga diharapkan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengelola UKMnya di Pantai cemara Lombok barat dapat terus meningkat.

Abstract

Mahasiswa DIII Pariwisata Unram harus menyusun Karya Tulis Ilmiah (KTI) sebagai salah satu syarat kelulusan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, banyak mahasiswa yang mengalami kendala dalam menyelesaikan KTI sehingga memperlama masa studi. Oleh karenanya, diperlukan kegiatan pendampingan untuk membantu mahasiswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan Karya Tulis Ilmiah (KTI). Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah mahasiswa DIII Pariwisata Unram yang mengalami kesulitan menyelesaikan KTI dan mendaftar sebagai peserta. Coaching Clinic dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pendampingan secara intenstif kepada mahasiswa peserta kegiatan. Pelaksanaan Coaching Clinic dilaksanakan secara klasikal dan diskusi intensif, di mana setiap mahasiswa memeproleh mentor yang mendampingi selama 1 minggu kegiatan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 19 mahasiswa dan melibatkan 10 dosen DIII Pariwisata dengan jumlah mentor sebanyak 9 dosen. Setelah mengikuti Coaching Clinic, sebanyak 80% peserta berhasil menyelesaikan KTI dan sudah lulus. Kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancar dan dapat dinyatakan berhasil.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari E-WOM dan harga terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan di pantai Selong Belanak. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis data regresi berganda. Penentuan sampel responden menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka didapatkan untuk uji F atau uji simultan, variabel E-WOM dan variabel harga dapat dikatakan layak untuk menjelaskan variabel minat berkunjung. Kemudian terkait dengan uji t atau uji parsial diketahui bahwa variabel E-WOM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan, Kemudian variabel harga juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penyusunan artikel yaitu menganalisis potensi daya tarik wisata kuliner di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). Kajian ini merupakan kajian awal dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data yang gunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka, sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil kajian yang dilakukan, adapun potensi kuliner lokal dari 3 suku di NTB yaitu Sasak, Samawa, dan Mbojo yang dapat digunakan sebagai daya tarik wisata antara lain Singang, Sayur Ares, Sate Bulayak, Ayam Taliwang, Plecing Kangkung, Sepat, Uta Palumara Londe, Mangge Mada, Nasi Balap Puyung, Ayam Rarang, Sate Pencok, Doco Fo’o, dan aneka jajanan seperti Jaje Ore, Kue Bantal, Kue Keciput, Kelepon Kecerit, Kue Tarek, dan Kue Keong. Berdasarkan potensi tersebut, diharapkan keterlibatan dari unsur pemerintah maupun pihak terkait dalam mempromosikan potensi kuliner yang dimiliki agar dapat diketahui oleh banyak orang dan mampu menarik banyak wisatawan untuk berkunjung.

Abstract

Rural tourism is a priority to be developed by the government of the republic of Indonesia, thismomentum is an opportunity for villages in Indonesia to develop into tourist villages and improvethe community’s economy through tourism. Sekaroh tourism village is one of the rural tourism thathas the opportunity to become a tourist village. To make Sekaroh village a tourist village, variousstudies are needed to develop it towards a better direction. Therefore, the purpose of this researchis to formulate a strategy to develop Sekaroh village. This type of research is qualitative researchwith data collection methods used, namely observation, interviews, documentation and focus groupdiscussions. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is SOAR analysis (strength, opportunitie, aspirationand result). Based on the study that has been done, there are five recommendations in developingSekaroh village, among others, the formulation of village development planning throughcollaboration between stakeholders. Creating village branding into a marine tourism village,increasing community capacity through training in collaboration with academics and practitionersin the field of tourism, holding various tourism events regularly and scheduled into the calendar ofevents so as to attract many tourists to visit, and involving community groups in developing Sekarohvillage, with the existence of tourism activities can have a significant impact on improving theeconomy of the local community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the tourism potential of bayan village, the form of local community participation, and formulate a good strategy in developing bayan village into a tourist village in North Lombok Regency. The type of research is qualitative research, data collection methods are observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Data analysis is SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the research conducted, the following strategies are produced Utilising technological advances in marketing and promoting Bayan Village, Developing a variety of rural tourism products based on the uniqueness of local potential, Creating a brand image of Bayan Village tourism destinations, Community empowerment through training, Developing and arranging supporting facilities in Bayan Village, Establishing Calender Of Events, Increasing Cooperation with travel agencies and creating more tour packages to Bayan Village, Creating special rules and policies in tourism development, Cooperating with related agencies in tackling environmental damage, implementing a healthy village to meet CHSE criteria, Conducting counselling to the local community, Increasing supervision of tourism activities, Maximising the Tourism Development Budget through cooperation, and Increasing public awareness of tourism awareness and sapta pesona.

Abstract

Desa Tegal Maja merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Tanjung Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Desa yang tidak memiliki garis pantai karena berada di daerah perbukitan ini memiliki beberapa komoditi andalan seperti kopi, kelapa, kakao, dan panili, serta tumbuhan holtikultura seperti rambutan, durian, manggis, dan jenis buah-buahan lainnya yang oleh masyarakat setempat dijual kembali kepada masyarakat di luar Desa Tegal Maja. Layaknya desa-desa lain di Indonesia, Desa Tegal Maja juga memiliki Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Namun, berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara awal dengan Pemerintah Desa Tegal Maja, hingga saat ini BUMDes Desa Tegal Maja masih belum optimal dalam melaksanakan fungsinya. Oleh karena itu, dirasa perlu untuk melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat agar BUMDes Desa Tegal Maja dapat optimal dalam melaksansakan fungsinya. Pengabdian yang dilakukan bersifat holistik mencakup pemberdayaan dan pendampingan menyeluruh kepada subyek pengabdian, dalam hal ini adalah Pengelola BUMDes Desa Tegal Maja. Terdapat beberapa tahapan yang direncanakan dalam pengabdian ini, yaitu, Focus Group Discussion, Penyusunan Buku Panduan, Sosialisasi dan Penyerahan Buku Panduan, serta Tindak Lanjut dalam rangka implementasi hasil pengabdian pada kegiatan pengabdian tahun berikutnya. Hasil pengabdian tahap awal di tahun ini telah selesai sampai pada tahap penyerahan buku panduan kepada pengelola BUMDes Desa Tegal Maja. Pengelola akan mendiskusikan lebih lanjut terkait pengembangan potensi BUMDes yang direkomendasikan dengan Pemerintah Desa Tegal Maja. Langkah selanjutnya adalah mempersiapkan kegiatan pengabdian pada tahun berikutnya berdasarkan rekomendasi yang disetujui oleh pihak Pengelola dan Pemerintah Desa.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to examine the Dayak community in Central Kalimantan, aiming to explore the impact of globalization on the traditional values of Betang that reflect their social, legal, and economic structures. The methodology employed an ethnographic approach, utilizing participatory observation and in-depth interviews with customary leaders, youth, and local officials. The findings indicated that the Betang serves not only as a communal house but also embodies a complex social system characterized by values of togetherness, honesty, and egalitarianism. The Dayak community practiced the principles of hapahari (brotherhood) and handep (mutual cooperation) as central to their social interactions and conflict resolution, while also upholding customary laws. Furthermore, the cooperative-based system facilitated equitable resource management. In conclusion, despite influences from modernization, the values associated with Betang remained fundamental to the lives of the Dayak people, showcasing their ability to balance cultural preservation with adaptation to change. The research underscores the importance of preserving traditional values in rapid social change, highlighting that such preservation is essential for maintaining cultural identity, especially in the evolving era of globalization.

Abstract

Traditional Indonesian cuisine, including that of Surabaya, plays an essential role in the cultural identity and heritage of the region. However, rapid globalization and modernization have led to declining interest in traditional foods, particularly among younger generations, who prefer fast food. This study aimed to analyze the role of culinary tourism in preserving and promoting traditional Surabaya cuisine, identify the challenges and strategies for its development to increase its appeal, and examine its contribution to the local economy. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with case studies, involving interviews with culinary entrepreneurs and tourists and observations at key culinary tourism destinations. The findings revealed that, although culinary tourism has the potential to support the preservation of traditional cuisine, the main challenges identified were ineffective promotion, insufficient supporting infrastructure, and a lack of interest among younger generations in continuing traditional culinary businesses. Therefore, collaborative efforts between the government, business owners, and local communities are needed to enhance promotion, quality, and the overall culinary tourism experience, which can positively impact the local economy through increased tourist visits and regional consumption.
