Abstract

Termiologi “pesantren” dan “santri” secara historical memiliki posisi mulia, kini tergerus dan tereduksi oleh stigma negatif, bahkan wujud sikap perilaku kekaguman kepada sang kyai dianggap sebagai symbol terpinggirnya nalar kritis, fenomena ini merupakan karakteristik dari sistem pembelajaran pondok pesantren dengan sistem pembelajaran ke-Timur-an. Terlepas dari itu semua, pada aspek atmosfr sistem pembelajaran keunggulan pesantren terletak pada transfer of values (transmisi nilai/akhlaq). Akhlaq ini yang dianggap memiliki nilai signifkansi kesuksesan dalam proses pembelajaran di pesantren. Namun analisa atas keunggulan pesantren senantiasa diiringi beberapa kelemahan; keterbatasan materi dan fasilitas, pelaku pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran dan outcome pembelajaran. Berbagai langkah dan upaya dilakukan untuk memperbaiki sistem pembelajaran di pondok pesantren satu diantaranya melalui sintesa pembelajaran tradisional dengan pembelajaran modern cina.

Abstract

Teacher is a professional educator on duty to develop students personality or known as student characters. In community, teacher personality considered as sensitive circumstances than pedagogical competency or professional. When a teacher does damaged action or norms violation in community, generally people inclined to react. This situation certainly as the results against school institution, where he works. Scientific evidences proved that teacher personality competency influenced to learning improvement and students personality. Some results of quantitative study confirmed that teacher personality competency has related and significance to motivate students achievements. Meanwhile result of qualitative study confirmed that teacher personality competency has contributed to students morality condition. Other results study confirmed that teacher personality appears influenced student interests and enthusiasm in learning process.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to see if Cultural Experience, Excitement, Health Concern, and Sensory Appeal had an effect on Recommendation Intention, Recurrence Intention, and Willingness to Buy Culinary Product. This study's population consists of tourism tourists who visit Medan City's culinary tourism. This study's sample size was 200 people. This is a quantitative study using a survey method. In this study, a questionnaire was used to collect data. Domestic tourists who visited Medan City culinary tourism were distributed online questionnaires to respondents using a Non Probability Sampling approach using purposive sampling with the criteria that tourists had visited Medan City culinary tourism once a year. PLS-SEM is used to analyze data. The findings revealed that Cultural Experience, Excitement, and Health Concern variables had a positive influence on Sensory Appeal, and Sensory Appeal variables had a positive influence on Recommend Intention, Revisitation Intention, and Willingness to Buy Culinary Product.

Abstract

Abstract Hunting animals is a strategy of gaining food to survive. This activity is not only done by traditional people but also done by modern ones, yet they have different techniques and tools for hunting. Islam has rules for such activity (ash-shoid) according to Al-Quran, Hadith, Ijma, and Qiyas. Besides, Indonesian government regulates the activity through an act number 5 of 1990 about natural souces and ecosystem conservation. The resuts of reseach show that according to sharia, hunting is intended to fulfil human’s need for food but by avoiding haraam preys in order to obey the alminghty Allah. Meanwhile, Indonesian government regulates hunting activity through an act number 13 of 1994. Even though sharia and the act of hunting have some differences but both rules show that Islam and Indonesian govement have common perceptions in which animals may be hunted for food and other purposes but they must be protected from over exploitation. Therefore, according to Islamic context, human as khalifah fil ardh and as good Indonesian citizen should follow the rules to maintain the balance life cycle.Keywords : Prey, Hunting Place, Hunting Season, Hunter, Hunting Tools. AbstrakBerburu binatang (satwa) merupakan salah satu cara untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup manusia. Aktifitas berburu ini bukan hanya dilakukan oleh manusia zaman dahulu saja, tetapi juga tetap dilakukan hingga zaman sekarang. Yang berbeda hanya cara yang dilakukan, alat dipergunakan, dan berbagai ragam binatang dijadikan buruan. Islam memberikan tata aturan (hukum) yang berhubungan dengan perburuan (ash-shoid) dengan bersumber dari al-Qur`an dan al-Hadis, ditambah dengan Ijma` dan Qiyas (fiqh). Hukum positif Indonesia juga mengatur hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan berburu melalui Undang-undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1967 tentang Ketentuan-ketentuan Pokok Kehutanan dan Undang-undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1990 tentang Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Hayati dan Ekosistemnya. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Hukum Islam perlu mengatur perburuan agar manusia mendapatkan yang terbaik dalam hal makanan dan untuk menguji manusia dalam hal ketatan kepada Allah SWT. Demikian juga dalam hukum positif, peraturan Pemerintah No.13 Tahun 1994 tentang Perburuan Satwa Buru menjadi dasar hukum dalam kegiatan berburu di Indonesia. Walaupun antara kedua aturan tersebut (hukum Islam dan Hukum Positif) terdapat beberapa perbedaan, namun keduanya juga mempunyai beberapa bentuk persamaan yang menunjukkan bahwa agama (Islam) dan negara ini mempunyai semangat yang sama bahwa satwa merupakan salah satu entitas yang ada di dunia ini yang walaupun dalam beberapa hal boleh dimanfaatkan oleh manusia (makan, menunggangi, dan lain-lain) namun bukan berarti harus dieksploitasi sehingga mengancam eksistensi dan ekosistem dari satwa tersebut. Maka oleh sebab itu lah, dalam konteks Islam manusia sebagai khalifah fil ardh, Islam dengan fiqh-nya dan negara dengan hukumnya, perlu mengatur hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan perburuan satwa demi menjaga siklus kehidupan di dunia ini bisa berjalan seimbang.Kata Kunci : satwa buru, tempat buru, musim buru, pemburu dan alat berburu

Abstract

Instead of being known as the “City of Tasbih”, nowadays Singkawang is either known as the “City of Amoy (Chinese girls)” or the “City of Thousand ChineseTemples”. Cap Go Meh annually International Festival is another evidence of Chinese image making towards the city.  This indicates a sort of Chinese domination that must be studied, economically, politically, and socially. Furthermore, the research aims to explore the dynamics of Chinese Counterpart especially the Muslim Business elites' challenge such as ironic the ongoing dominating development. To explore the dynamics, in-depth interviews were held. Key figures among Muslim businessmen, Chinese elites, government officials, even laypeople were questioned in order to obtain a clear description and balanced analysis of possible biases and perspectives of the interviewees. Quantitative data are analyzed and discussed.  In short, the research’s findings are: The desire of an Islamic Singkawang is still intact, driven mainly by Muslim businessmen, in order to defend the existence and of Muslim in face of their powerlessness amidst the domination of Chinese elites.Keywords: Muslim; businessmen, Chinese, economics, domination, Singkawang

Abstract

This study seeks to manifest the factors in strengthening and improving the fundamental concepts of human relations in Islamic banking including motivation, concepts and perceptions of individuals, power, decision-making, communication, leadership, mentality, social environment, individual differences, and human dignity. They are scrutinized in Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia. This quantitative study employed a non-experimental approach. 38 Islamic financial institutions were involved as the representative sample. Data from the questionnaire were analyzed using factor analysis to reduce the data by summarizing several factors and renaming them as new factors. Verification using factor analysis with correlation matrix showed that the human dignity provides a significant relationship to all factors in human relations in Islam with a significance of 0.05. All factors were found valid with the highest validity of 0.802 (human dignity). The results of the reduction factor brought up three new factors social, psychological, and leadership factors. This study proves that the essential components to strengthen and improve human relations in Islamic banking are implementing and improving social, psychological, and leadership aspects.

Abstract

Erratic business competition makes human resources the most important thing to realize a stable economy to make companies able to compete sustainably. Companies are required to have a more optimal, stable and creative performance in their business competition. A good company is largely determined by the human resources owned by a company. The main objective of this study is to measure how much impact the resulting from the variables of the nonphysical work environment, workload and job satisfaction on turnover intention. This type of research uses statistical analysis methods assisted by SPSS Version 24 data processing software. This sampling used a random sempel technique with a total of 80 respondents. This study aims to test, study, and also obtain results on how the influence of non-interpretation work environment, workload and satisfaction on turnover intention in PT. Utama Finance Cikarang. The results of this study show that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence on the nonphysical work environment with the Turnover intention of PT. Main Finance Cikarang. (2) there is no positive and significant effect on workload with Turnover intention PT. Utama Finance Cikarang. (3) there is a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction with PT.Utama Finance Cikarang.

Abstract

The advancement of technology, information, and communication causes changes in all aspects of life, including entrepreneurship. Over time, the world of entrepreneurship will continue to develop and use digital technology as a medium for marketing activities. This study aims to help activists in the creative industry improve their digital marketing skills. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and it is located in Pekanbaru City. Data collection methods include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Huberman and Miles classify qualitative data analysis techniques as descriptive. The findings of this study provide an opportunity for entrepreneurs to increase their capacity in the field of entrepreneurship by first understanding three concepts. First, entrepreneurs must consider market segmentation because it can serve as the foundation for the company's digital marketing strategy. Second, create messages that are tailored to the target audience, and third, tailor messages to which media or channel will be used later. Understanding these three concepts can help entrepreneurs increase their entrepreneurial capacity in the digital field.

Abstract

Garut Regency is another regency with a plethora of coffee shops. The increasing number of new coffee shops in Garut Regency over the last 5 years reflects the growth of coffee shops. In the past, Sidewalk and Brontoseno Coffee were several pioneers of coffee shops or places to drink in Garut, but we have recently seen a lot of new coffee shops such as OKUI, SK Kopi Lab, Feudal Coffee, Alenia, Peh Kopi, and many more. People, particularly the millennial generation, are looking for good places or instagramable places to take pictures and post them on social media; they are also more concerned with good places than taste, which includes coffee shops. In contrast to true coffee connoisseurs, who travel throughout the Regency in search of shops with delectable flavors and unique brews. In this study, a qualitative approach is used. This study included seven informants. The study's findings include the lifestyle of coffee consumers in the Garut Regency area who choose a coffee shop based on the influence of friends, the lifestyle of consumers who buy a comfortable atmosphere and place, the hangout lifestyle, and updates on social media as their basis for visiting coffee shops.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of Go-Food services as a media promotion on food purchasing decisions in the city of Bandung. To find out and analyze the effect of Go-Food Service Quality on food purchasing decisions in the city of Bandung. The data in this study were tested using validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, f test, and t test to test the hypothesis proposed by the researcher. Based on the results of simultaneous research on digital promotion and go-food service quality, they have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.015 <0.05, this test shows that the hypothesis is accepted. The digital promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision variable. Furthermore, the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable. Purchase decisions at food outlets are influenced by digital promotions and the quality of go-food services, this is evidenced by the R square value of 37.9% while the rest are influenced by other factors.
