Abstract

The importance of conducting this research is further strengthened by data showing that MSMEs that adopt digital technology tend to experience a significant increase in sales compared to those that have not adopted it. This study aims to examine more deeply the effect of digital entrepreneurship implementation on increasing MSME sales. By understanding the factors that influence the success of digitalization, it is hoped that this research can provide appropriate recommendations for MSME players in implementing digital strategies. The research method used in this study is a literature study or literature review. Literature study is a research method that collects, analyzes, and interprets secondary data from various relevant sources. These sources include books, journal articles, research reports, and other reliable sources related to the research topic, namely the effect of implementing "digital entrepreneurship" in MSME players on increasing sales. This study shows that the implementation of digital entrepreneurship has a significant positive impact on increasing sales of MSMEs in Indonesia. Although there are some barriers, the benefits derived from the adoption of digital technology are far greater. Therefore, efforts to encourage the digitalization of MSMEs must continue to be various stakeholders

Abstract

Halal tourism has become a business trend in various countries, including Indonesia. Its existence requires the support of various sharia-based financial institutions, such as Islamic banks. However, its role in this industry has not yet been seen in the regions. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the role and position of Islamic banks in the development of halal tourism, especially in regions in Indonesia. This research was conducted in Central Java which includes three cities, namely Pekalongan City, Semarang City, and Surakarta City. Two types of data are needed in this study, both primary and secondary. Data were collected through observations at destinations, and interviews with Islamic banks and tourism business actors. Secondary data is collected through the assessment of documents, such as journal articles, books, research reports, and websites. The results of this study show that Islamic banks are an important part of regional halal tourism which acts as a supporting facility in the form of institutions. The role of Islamic banks in the development of halal tourism has not been maximized, because there has not been good cooperation with tourism business actors. However, existing Islamic banks have played an indirect role well for tourism business actors (SMEs) and visitors. The position of Islamic banks in the development of regional halal tourism is as a supporting facility. In the halal tourism ecosystem, Islamic banks are part of the ecosystem. This study implies that halal tourism will develop quickly if it is supported by Islamic banks that play a special role in supporting the implementation of halal tourism.

Abstract

Peningkatan kinerja karyawan dapat berkontribusi pada kemajuan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi hal tersebut. CV Ony Sarmanih, dalam pengamatan mereka, menyimpulkan bahwa fenomena yang sering terjadi di antara para karyawan merupakan ketidakpuasan terhadap bonus, tunjangan, dan insentif yang diterima. Para karyawan merasa bahwa gaji yang mereka terima tidak adil karena beban kerja yang mereka tanggung tidak sebanding dengan kompensasi yang mereka dapatkan. Akibatnya, prestasi kerja dan kedisiplinan para karyawan terpengaruh negatif. Banyak karyawan yang sering bolos atau hanya bekerja setengah hari. Untuk menyelidiki masalah ini, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: 1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar ; 2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara prestasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar ; 3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar

Abstract

Sumber energi manusia menggambarkan salah satu aspek yang berfungsi penting pada kesuksesan kelompok. Sumber energi manusia mempunyai peran yang taktis serta berkuasa dibanding dengan sumber energi yang lain. Sumber energi manusia di lembaga penguasa menginginkan manajemen yang efisien serta arah yang pas buat menciptakan kapasitas untuk institusi penguasa. Style kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan style kepemimpinan yang terjalin pada saat seseorang atasan mengaitkan bawahannya, membenarkan kalau kedua koyak pihak dinaikan ke tingkatan dorongan serta etika yang lebih besar pada kelompok buat menggapai misi bersama. Tipe riset ini memakai cara analisa statistik melewati aplikasi SPSS Tipe 25. Pengumpulan ilustrasi ini memakai metode saturated sampling dengan keseluruhan 50 responden. Riset ini bermaksud buat mencoba, mempelajari serta mendapatkan hasil gimana akibat Style Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Adat Kelompok, serta Kebahagiaan Kegiatan kepada Ketertarikan Kegiatan di CV Rins Textile Abadi. Hasil riset ini membuktikan: (1) Style Kepemimpinan Transformasional mempengaruhi positif serta penting kepada Adendum Kegiatan Karyawan di Kantor Area Cibarusah. (2) Adat Kelompok tidak mempengaruhi positif serta penting kepada Adendum Kegiatan Karyawan di CV Rins Textile Abadi. (3) Kebahagiaan Kegiatan mempengaruhi positif serta penting kepada ketertarikan Kegiatan pegawai CV Rins Textile Abadi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan serta peran dari keterlibatan karyawan dan budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini menganalisa model struktural dengan softwate partial least square dimana. Analisis dilakukan dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 101 karyawan, pengujian pertamadilakuakn dengan pengujian outer model, dilanjutkan dengan menguji kelayakan dari model penelitian dan diakhiri dengan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil temuan menunjukkan Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap  Work   Engagement. Artinya Kepemimpinan Transformasional punya peranan yang kuat dalam meningkatkan Work Engagement. Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Budaya. Artinya Kepemimpinan Transformasional punya peranan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai Budaya Organisasi. Work Engagement tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Artinya Work Engagement sangat kurang peranannya dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan. Budaya Organisasi memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Artinya Budaya Organisasi sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan. Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawn Melalui Mediasi Work Engagement tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Artinya Work Engagement tidak punya peranan dalam fungsi mediasKepemimpinan Transformsional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Mediasi Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai sampel asli sebesar . Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana pendidikan Islam berperan dalam membentuk dan memperkuat identitas kewarganegaraan pemuda Cina Muslim di Kota Pontianak. Melalui analisis mendalam terhadap pengalaman pendidikan, praktik keagamaan, dan interaksi sosial mereka, Tulisan inian ini mengungkapkan dinamika yang kompleks antara identitas etnis, agama, dan negara. Hasil Tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan keagamaan, tetapi juga menjadi sarana bagi pemuda Cina Muslim untuk mengkonstruksi identitas diri yang multidimensi. Lebih lanjut, Tulisan ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi pemuda Cina Muslim dalam mengklaim dan mempertahankan status kewarganegaraannya di tengah pluralitas masyarakat Indonesia. Melihat akan peran pendidikan Islam dalam konteks pembentukan identitas kewarganegaraan pemuda Cina Muslim di Kota Pontianak. Dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif, Pendidikan Islam membentuk pemahaman mereka tentang Islam, negara, dan kewarganegaraan. Hasil Tulisan inian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan Islam tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan keagamaan tetapi juga menacapai pengakuan kewarganegara yang baik dalam negara kesatuan Indonesia.

Abstract

Students' abilities to solve mathematical problems are still limited, and they are not yet familiar with the topics being covered. The purpose of this study is to characterize students' abilities to resolve mathematical problems, particularly those involving geometry, according to the Polya progression. Research plan utilizing a qualitative approach with 40 students from Grade V at the State Primary School in Bireuen, Indonesia.Problem solving is seen as the crowning achievement of mathematics education since it focuses on developing students' reasoning and problem-solving skills in addition to their conceptual understanding. Students can apply their newfound knowledge and problem-solving skills in their day-to-day lives. The problem-solving process consists of four steps: identifying the issue, formulating a plan to address it, implementing that plan, and conducting follow-up evaluation. Therefore, the ability to create non-routine assignments and the creativity to transform routine text-book assignments into non-routine ones, as well as the ability to develop problem-solving instructional materials for use by students during instruction, are both necessary.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze increasing learning achievement through the application of inquiry method in entrepreneurship courses. The type of research used is classroom action. The subjects of this research were 30 students in Private University Medan City who were taken randomly. Data collection techniques use observation and documentation. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive quantitative method. The results of the research show that the application of the modified free inquiry method to the material of fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and creativity capital in entrepreneurship can improve learning achievement in Private University students in Medan City. Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important part of the country and regions in increasing economic growth and reducing poverty. For countries with low per capita income, MSMEs are one of the indicators of successful development. Therefore, the government continues to strive so that MSMEs can continue to grow and develop. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial attitudes, and personality on the financial behavior of MSMEs. This study is included in causal associative research. The respondents of this study were 96 wholesale and retail MSMEs. The primary data collection technique used a questionnaire instrument. Validity and reliability tests were carried out on the research data. The prerequisite analysis tests carried out included linearity tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis method in this study used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy, financial attitudes, and personality have a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of MSMEs.
