Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Environmental Performance and Company Growth to Mark Company with corporate Governance as moderator on company manufacturers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. Sampling method using purposive sampling and obtained 60 manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia and registered in PROPER period 2016-2019 as sample. Tool analysis data which The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the PLS (Partial Least Square). Results this research shows that Environmental Performance and Company Growth has a significant effect on company value, Good Corporate Governance is able to strengthen connection Among Performance Environment and Growth Company to mark company. Limitations study this is study this only look on sector manufacture and only look at a certain period. And for further research can use other sectors such as services and period observation which more new so that give results which more interesting again.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether budgeting, receiving funds, depositing funds, disbursing funds, bookkeeping, filing and controlling zakat funds at BAZNAS Melawi Regency have adjusted BAZNAS regulations Number 5 of 2018 concerning Zakat Financial Management. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method which was measured using observation data, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in Melawi Regency. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Zakat budgeting in BAZNAS, Melawi Regency, the preparation of the budget has not been prepared in the form of an Annual Work Plan and Budget (RKAT). 2) Each receipt of zakat funds in the form of money either through the zakat funds reception counter or electronically must issue proof of deposit. Regarding the distribution of zakat funds, the management explained the purpose for which these funds were allocated, of course these funds were inseparable from the 8 asnaf who were entitled to receive zakat. 3) Zakat funds must be stored in a place that has an adequate security system with a clear person in charge. 4) The issuance of zakat funds at BAZNAS of Melawi Regency has not been included in the Annual Work Plan and Budget (RKAT), must obtain approval from the authorized official. 5) Bookkeeping BAZNAS for Melawi Regency records and is recognized according to the amount distributed to mustahik. BAZNAS of Melawi Regency still manages manual and conventional bookkeeping, 6) Archiving, for proof of the release of the filing budget at BAZNAS of Melawi Regency there are 3 banks 2 sharia 1 including a conventional bank. 7) The existence of a control system can provide adequate guarantees for the achievement of efficiency and effectiveness of zakat management. So that the purpose of the zakat can be achieved.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine and prove the effect of Compensation, Work Environment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Job Satisfaction of geothermal Employees. The sample technique used is probability sampling with a simple random sampling approach using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 93 employees is obtained. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The test results obtained in this study (1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The implications of this research include theoretical and practical, that is, the information in the research is expected to add insight in the development of knowledge in the field of human resource management, as well as have an impact on companies as material for thought and consideration in solving existing problems. The contribution in this study is to assist companies in tackling problems, especially in terms of compensation, work environment, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Access to external finance is crucial for the success and growth of entrepreneurs, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. This study examines the relationship between financial literacy, financial inclusion, collateral availability, government policy, and the achievement of external finance access among large-scale industrial entrepreneurs in West Java. Using a structural equation model with Smart PLS, data was collected from a sample of 200 entrepreneurs in West Java. The findings show that financial literacy has a significant positive influence on the achievement of external finance access, followed by financial inclusion, collateral availability, and government policy. These results indicate that policymakers and financial institutions should focus on improving financial literacy and increasing financial inclusion to enhance external finance access for entrepreneurs. Additionally, entrepreneurs should strive to improve their financial literacy to increase their opportunities for accessing external finance.

Abstract

In order to overcome difficulties in shopping online, Lazada needs to review the influence of online consumers reviews, security and perception risk to decision purchase consumer .Study this aim for analyze influence on line consumer reviews, security, and perception risk on online purchasing decisions. The problems raised in this study are not enough its popular site on line Lazada, total visitors which still a little compared to site others, and various issues related to online consumer review, security, and perception risk. Respondents in this study were Pelita Indonesia Pekanbaru students with a total of a sample of 95 people. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis method with test t and f for testing hypothesis. Results study prove that variable on line consumer reviews, security and perception risk have influence which positive and significant to decision purchase in a manner on line in Lazada.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemikiran Abu Hanifah dalam bidang ekonomi dan bisnis Islam. Kajian ini dikerjakan dalam kerangka penelitian pustaka (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif-historis. Karya Abu Hanifah berupa kitab dijadikan sumber utama data penelitian. Data sekunder berupa buku, artikel, serta dokumen lainnya yang berkaitan dengan pemikirannya, dilibatkan sebagai data pendukung. Strategi analisis isi (content analysis) digunakan untuk membahas terhadap data-data yang diperoleh guna menarik kesimpulan. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa Abu Hanifah adalah seorang ahli fikih yang berkontribusi terhadap pemikiran ekonomi dan bisnis Islam. Kontribusinya dalam bidang ekonomi tidak bisa menjadikan dirinya disebut sebagai seorang ekonom, karena pemikirannya tidak menyeluruh tentang ekonomi, hanya merupakan saran perbaikan pada akad salam, murabahah, zakat madu, muzara’ah, dan hawalah. Meskipun beberapa penulis menempatkannya sebagai pemikir ekonomi Islam fase awal. Fakta lain menunjukkan bahwa karya-karya Abu Hanifah lebih banyak dalam bidang akidah dan fikih. Adapun persoalan ekonomi hanya ditemukan pada karya murid-muridnya. Pemikiran ekonomi yang disumbangkannya bercorak fikih yang normatif-etis. Meski demikian, kontribusinya bermanfaat bagi pengembangan ekonomi di masa dahulu, sekarang, dan mendatang. Temuan ini membawa implikasi bahwa konsepsi yang dikembangkan oleh ulama klasik tetap menemukan relevansinya untuk dijadikan panduan dalam pengembangan ekonomi syariah ke depan.

Abstract

This study explores the dynamics of multiculturalism in Singkawang, the most tolerant city in Indonesia. It surprises every scholar studying conflicts as the city can adequately manage conflicts. It was evidenced by the cessation of the deadly conflict, the Sambas 1999 in the city, and by the establishment of ethnocultural groups inherited since the Dutch colonialism that generated pseudo-multiculturalism, in which all ethnic and religious communities have been tolerant but exclusive and fragile to conflict. Fortunately, as the champ of economic but socio-political competition, the Chinese have an ancestral tradition of sharing their wealth considerably. This is with no regard to either the profane or sacred places or their Muslim counterparts' social or ritual activities. Supposedly, instead of refusing "infidelity" contributions, local ulama appreciate and, in return, struggle to promote the substitution of pejorative calls of Chinese with Tionghoa. In conclusion, theoretically, economic welfare is the mayonnaise poured over Singkawang's "Salad Bowls," maintaining its conducive but pseudo-multiculturalism.

Abstract

An essential element in improving employee performance is a leader who can influence subordinates and actively involve them in achieving these goals through an appropriate leadership style. This study aims to uncover the relationship between dependent and independent variable variables. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with an explanatory research approach that seeks to test the influence of dependent variables on independent variables involving 68 respondents using structural analysis methods using Partial Least Square or PLS software, resulting in the conclusion that transformational leadership style does not have a positive and insignificant effect on variables job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Transformational leadership style has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance variables. Organizational culture has no positive and insignificant impact on employee performance variables. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership style has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture positively and significantly affects employee performance by mediating job satisfaction.

Abstract

Munculnya teknologi 5G telah mengantarkan era konektivitas dan kemampuan komunikasi yang belum pernah ada sebelumnya, menawarkan potensi untuk membentuk kembali transformasi bisnis dan praktik manajemen. Makalah ini menyajikan investigasi komprehensif mengenai dampak teknologi 5G terhadap lanskap bisnis. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis bibliometrik, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi literatur yang ada untuk mengungkap tren yang berpengaruh, tema yang muncul, dan kesenjangan penelitian utama. Analisis ini mengungkapkan klaster tematik yang berbeda yang merangkum berbagai dimensi pengaruh 5G terhadap bisnis. Dari "Transformasi Digital" hingga "Big Data", "Integrasi IoT", dan "Evolusi Kendaraan", klaster-klaster ini menggarisbawahi beragam jalur yang dilalui oleh teknologi 5G dalam mengkatalisasi perubahan organisasi. Selain itu, analisis kata kunci menyoroti tema-tema utama seperti "Internet," "Dampak," dan "Keamanan," yang menjelaskan arus yang mendasari wacana tersebut. Temuan ini menawarkan wawasan berharga bagi bisnis yang ingin memanfaatkan potensi transformatif 5G. Mereka menekankan pentingnya strategi transformasi digital yang holistik, peran komputasi edge dan IoT, serta pentingnya mengatasi masalah keamanan. Bagi para peneliti, studi ini mengidentifikasi karya-karya penting, arah penelitian yang sedang berkembang, dan bidang-bidang yang memerlukan eksplorasi lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Lanskap bisnis telah mengalami revolusi besar di era digital, dengan kemajuan berbasis teknologi yang mengubah paradigma operasional, dinamika persaingan, dan lintasan pertumbuhan. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggali strategi dan dampak transformasi proses berbasis teknologi terhadap keunggulan kompetitif dan pertumbuhan organisasi start-up di Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi inovatif yang digunakan perusahaan rintisan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan, analisis data, dan komputasi awan. Melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan para pendiri, eksekutif, dan pengambil keputusan, penelitian ini mengungkap cara-cara di mana teknologi meningkatkan posisi kompetitif, merampingkan operasi, dan mengkatalisasi pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti sifat kolaboratif dari ekosistem start-up di Jawa Barat dan perannya dalam memfasilitasi transformasi berbasis teknologi. Temuan ini berkontribusi dalam memahami bagaimana perusahaan rintisan menavigasi lanskap digital untuk mendapatkan keunggulan di pasar yang kompetitif, menawarkan wawasan yang dapat ditindaklanjuti bagi para praktisi, pembuat kebijakan, dan akademisi yang tertarik untuk mendorong inovasi dan pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan.
