Abstract

Enseigner aux étudiants de première année est un défi majeur pour les professeurs de français. En Indonésie, l'apprentissage du français n'est pas encore très répandu dans les différentes régions. Par conséquent, de nombreux étudiants n'ont jamais eu l'occasion d'apprendre le français à l'école. De plus, leur motivation à apprendre est faible, car ils ne savent pas ce qu'ils peuvent faire avec le français. Face à ces problèmes, les professeurs de français devraient utiliser des approches pédagogiques intéressantes, encourager les étudiants à être actifs en classe et rendre l'atmosphère de la salle amusante. Par rapport a la difficulté du français sur la grammaire et la prononciation, et même des défis liés aux compétences du 21e siècle, les enseignants doivent permettre aux étudiants de se partager et de s'entraider. Il est donc important d'encadrer les étudiants dans un même moyen appelé "petits groupes". L'objectif des petits groupes est de permettre aux pairs tuteurs de partager, de préparer et d'approfondir les connaissances apprises en classe. En outre, ces activités leur permettent de se sentir plus à l'aise dans les discussions parce qu'ils ont le même âge et que le langage utilisé est plus souple, même s'il est parfois entravé par le temps et leurs compétences linguistiques limitées. Enfin, ils estiment que ces activités favorisent l'amélioration de leurs compétences du 21e siècle. Mots-clés: pair tuteur, apprentissage collaboratif, compétences du 21e siècle.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the digital marketing capacity of the Spesial Bintang MSME in Aeng Baja Raja Village, Bluto Sub-district, Sumenep Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the activity show that the use of social media as part of a digital marketing strategy can increase business actors' knowledge of digital promotion, create consistent branding, and expand market reach. Implementation was carried out through mentoring and technical training, such as business account setup, content creation, and online interaction management. The final evaluation showed an increase in the MSME actors' understanding of digital marketing and a hope for continued assistance in the future. This program has proven effective in promoting sustainable marketing transformation for MSMEs and contributes to enhancing their competitiveness in the digital economy era.

Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to explore the strategic role of mosques in managing Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah (ZIS) as sustainable Islamic financial instruments to support socio-economic empowerment in Surabaya. Design/Methodology/Approach: Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research employed in-depth interviews and field observations across 14 selected mosques in five regions of Surabaya. Data were analyzed thematically to identify patterns in ZIS fund management and community empowerment practices. Research findings: The study finds that mosques in Surabaya actively collect and utilize ZIS funds for social aid and productive activities. Key strategies include enhancing human resource capacity, improving facilities and financial management infrastructure, raising public awareness, and building partnerships with Islamic financial institutions. Programs such as skill training, micro-enterprise support, and infrastructure development demonstrate the sustainable use of ZIS funds. Transparency and accountability are also emphasized to increase public trust. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study contributes to the literature by contextualizing mosque-based ZIS management in an urban Indonesian setting. It offers a structured strategy map tailored to the socio-economic characteristics of Surabaya and expands on existing empowerment models by integrating religious, financial, and institutional dimensions. Practitioners/Policy Implications: The findings provide actionable insights for mosque administrators, zakat institutions, and policymakers to enhance the sustainability of ZIS utilization. Recommendations include capacity-building for mosque amil, digitalization of ZIS systems, and policy support for mosque collaborations with Islamic financial institutions and government agencies. Research Limitations/Implications: The study is limited to 14 mosques, which may not fully represent the diversity of practices across Surabaya. The qualitative nature also limits generalizability. Future research should adopt a mixed-methods approach with broader samples and examine digital integration and long-term program outcomes for greater impact assessment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya hasil belajar siswa yang tidak mencapai target dalam pembelajaran al-Qur'an. Kegiatan pembelajaran melibatkan banyak hal, seperti guru, siswa, tujuan pembelajaran, isi pelajaran, metode pembelajaran, media, dan evaluasi. Salah satu tujuan pembelajaran adalah agar siswa memperoleh hasil belajar yang baik dan positif setelah kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data tentang kompetensi guru dan metode ummi terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SDI Ar-Riyadh Insan Cendekia Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi mencapai 104 siswa dari kelas 5 & 6. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 83 siswa dari populasi terjangkau. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan Simple Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) Kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa, pengaruh sebesar 43,8%, 2) Metode ummi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa, pengaruh sebesar 5,1%, 3) Kompetensi guru dan metode ummi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa, pengaruh sebesar 52%.

Abstract

Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka menuntut guru untuk mengintegrasikan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P3) ke dalam desain pembelajaran secara sistematis dan terukur. Meskipun nilai-nilai luhur di pondok pesantren secara inheren selaras dengan dimensi P3, banyak guru masih kesulitan menerjemahkannya ke dalam perangkat ajar. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru di Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Babul Ulum dalam mendesain pembelajaran bermuatan nilai-nilai P3 melalui workshop dan pendampingan kolaboratif. Kegiatan berlangsung selama 1 bulan dengan dua sesi workshop dan tiga kali pendampingan intensif, melibatkan 8 guru MTs. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, terbukti dari lonjakan skor rata-rata post-test peserta mencapai 75,2% dari skor pre-test sebesar 46%. Guru juga berhasil mengontekstualisasikan dimensi P3 dengan kearifan lokal pesantren, sehingga tidak lagi memandangnya sebagai beban administratif melainkan sebagai penguatan karakter yang sudah ada. Luaran utama dari kegiatan ini adalah dihasilkannya prototipe modul ajar yang otentik dengan nilai-nilai P3 terintegrasi secara utuh dalam alur pembelajaran dan asesmen. Disimpulkan bahwa model pendampingan ini efektif menjembatani visi pendidikan nasional dengan kekhasan pendidikan pesantren untuk mewujudkan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang bermakna.

Abstract

Perceraian merupakan suatu hal tabu oleh sebagian besar masyarakat Islam. Ketabuan ini disebabkan oleh elaborasi teks-teks agama yang mengancam dan menganjurkan untuk menghindari perceraian. Meski demikian, jumlah perceraian meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Hal ini menunjukkan mindset tabu dari cerai atau talak terkikis perlahan. Artikel ini mengkaji bagaimana relevansi teks-teks hadis yang berkaitan dengan ancaman cerai di zaman kini. Kajian teks dibahas melalui kacamata pemikiran hermeneutika Fazlur Rahman. Tujuan spesisifik dari penelitian ini adalah meneliti titik temu antara hadis-hadis ancaman talak dengan isu perceraian yang semakin meningkat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah library research (kajian pustaka) yang merupakan bagian dari metode kualitatif dalam penelitian. Penyajian data dilakukan dengan cara analisis-deskriptif dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman yang mudah namun mendalam bagi pembaca. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan berupa identifikasi pergeseran makna hadis-hadis ancaman talak di zaman kini melalui tinjauan hermenutika. Hal ini menggiring pada dukungan teks-teks agama pada hilangnya sifat tabu dari talak. Interpretasi ulang merupakan hal yang perlu, guna keberlangsungan hadis di seluruh ruang dan waktu.

Abstract

Baznas Microfinance Masjid (BMM) di Kabupaten Pesawaran telah menyalurkan dana zakat produktif kepada 37 pelaku usaha mikro di sekitar Masjid Ar-Rayyan, dengan tujuan memberdayakan ekonomi mustahik dan mendorong kemandirian usaha. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya, masih ditemukan berbagai kendala, baik dari sisi mustahik maupun lembaga pengelola, seperti rendahnya motivasi berusaha, kurangnya disiplin dalam penggunaan dana, minimnya pengetahuan pengelolaan usaha, serta pengawasan yang belum optimal. Selain itu, belum optimalnya perencanaan, monitoring, dan evaluasi program juga menjadi tantangan dalam memastikan efektivitas pendayagunaan dana zakat produktif agar benar-benar meningkatkan kesejahteraan mustahik secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme distribusi zakat produktif dalam program Baznas Microfinance Masjid Kabupaten Pesawaran serta mengetahui dan menganalisis efektivitas pengelolaan dana zakat produktif pada program baznas microfinance masjid. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Mekanisme distribusi zakat produktif dilakukan dengan pengajuan mendapatkan zakat produktif yang terstruktur dan sesuai prinsip syariah, penyaluran modal usaha tanpa bunga, pendampingan, monitoring, dan evaluasi yang konsisten mendukung pengembangan usaha mustahik secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan. Distribusi zakat produktif yang dilaksanakan oleh Baznas Kabupaten Pesawaran melalui Program Baznas Microfinance Masjid (BMM) kepada mustahik sudah efektif, karena dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan mustahik, hal ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya pendapatan dari 37 mustahik ada 10 orang yang diwawancarai, 4 orang yang pendapatannya tetap dan 6 orang yang pendapatannya meningkat telah mencapai tingkat muzaki.

Abstract

The concept of judicial guardianship in marriage is a significant issue in Islamic family law that highlights the fundamental differences between the Shafi‘i school in Indonesia and the Ja‘fari school in Iran. This distinction is not only juridical but also closely linked to the objectives of marriage (maqasid al-nikah), namely the preservation of religion (hifz al-din), lineage (hifz al-nasl), dignity (hifz al-ird), and family welfare. This study employs a qualitative-juridical approach with normative-comparative analysis. Data were drawn from classical fiqh texts, Indonesian and Iranian marriage regulations, and contemporary literature. The analysis proceeded in three stages: (1) identifying normative texts concerning guardianship and judicial guardianship in the Shafi‘i and Ja‘fari traditions, (2) comparing their conceptual and practical applications, and (3) evaluating their alignment with maqasid al-nikah, particularly in promoting benefits, preventing harm (mafsadah), and ensuring family continuity. The findings show that the Shafi‘i school regards the guardian as a prerequisite for valid marriage, with the judicial guardian acting as a substitute when a lineage guardian is absent or unqualified. By contrast, the Ja‘fari school allows adult women to contract marriage without a guardian, except under specific circumstances. These differences reflect the dynamic nature of Islamic legal thought in responding to social realities, yet both approaches ultimately aim to realize the maqasid al-nikah: legal certainty, protection of dignity, and household stability. The novelty of this research lies in integrating cross-sectarian comparative analysis with the framework of maqasid al-shariah, an approach still rarely applied in studies of Islamic family law, particularly in the Indonesian and Iranian contexts. The implications of this research are twofold: enriching comparative fiqh scholarship as a reference for academic discourse and providing practical insights for the formulation of marriage regulations that remain faithful to shariah while responsive to evolving social dynamics.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the limited research on the development of manipulative number card media in elementary mathematics education, despite its strong potential to enhance students’ conceptual understanding. The research aims to analyze the effectiveness of manipulative number card media in improving third-grade students’ comprehension of simple fractions and to describe the process of its development. Utilizing a Research and Development (R&D) approach based on the ADDIE model, the study involved 64 third-grade students at MI Muhammadiyah Trangsan Sukoharjo, selected through purposive sampling. Data were gathered through observations, interviews, questionnaires, and achievement tests, and analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods. The results demonstrate high feasibility ratings for the developed media, with scores of 97% from media experts, 100% from material experts, 93.75% from teachers, and 96.81% from students. The average post-test score was 95.04, indicating excellent student performance. These outcomes support the learning theories of Piaget and Bruner, emphasizing the critical role of concrete manipulative media in facilitating students’ understanding of abstract mathematical concepts. The study concludes that manipulative number card media is an effective tool for mathematics instruction and highlights the potential for future research to expand its application to other mathematical topics. Abstract

The new form of a dowry is a form of memorization of verses from the Qur'an. Regarding the dowry used during the marriage contract, it cannot be separated from a headman who serves as a facilitator of a marriage. This research is a field research where the researcher goes directly to the field. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative which produces data in the form of written description. The data are collected by conducting interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the headmen of KUA (office of religious affairs) in the region of Surabaya have different opinions regarding to this aspect. Some say that it is allowed to use memorization of the Qur'an as a dowry, but there are also those who do not agree if the Qur'an memorization is used as a dowry. The headman agrees because this is based on the KHI that dowry can be in the form of services. This opinion is also in line with the opinion of the Syafi'i and Hambali schools of thought. Meanwhile some headmen disagree because their opinion is in line with the Maliki and Hanafi schools of thought.
