Abstract

The government's policy on increasing teachers in the aspect of mastery of technology is a requirement that must be met, this is intended so that the learning process can be carried out more effectively and efficiently by utilizing technology. This study aims to analyze and measure the digital literacy skills of elementary school teachers. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The subjects of this study were 73 elementary school teachers, who were taken using the quota sampling technique. The data collection technique that the researchers used was a questionnaire to determine the digital literacy abilities of elementary school teachers. The data that has been collected was analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that the literacy skills of elementary school teachers throughout Tanah Datar regency both in the aspects of media literacy, information literacy, and technology literacy for each review (age and years of service) were in the low category, with an average achievement of 2.41 for the view of teacher age and 2.43 for the view of years of service. So it can be concluded that the digital literacy skills of elementary school teachers in Tanah Datar regency are in the low category, both in terms of age and years of service.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the program of plastic and non-plastic waste management implemented at SDN 13 Muaro to build environmental care character on students. This study using descriptive qualitative, Informants involved in this study include the principal, educators, students, and parents. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. Meanwhile, the Miles and Huberman model was used as a data analysis technique. The results of the study showed that students' caring character for the environment was already visible in their daily habits at school. On the other hand, the school strengthened the program through teacher training, school campaigns, program integration in the curriculum, supporting facilities, and collaboration with stakeholders. This article is expected to provide insight into the plastic and non-plastic waste management program in elementary schools to increase environmental awareness.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the technological innovations implemented at SMPN 2 Sijunjung, analyze their impact on the sustainability of education, and evaluate the change management strategies used in the process of technology adaptation. The research method employs a mixed methods approach with a quantitative dominance, involving a purposive sample of 50 teachers and 100 students. Data were collected through surveys, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, then analyzed using descriptive statistics and thematic analysis. The results show that the use of digital platforms such as Google Classroom, Zoom, Kahoot!, and Quizizz increases students’ motivation and engagement in learning. Technical constraints such as limited internet access and devices remain significant barriers. Training and change management support technology adaptation, but communication and stakeholder participation need strengthening to ensure the sustainability of innovations. This study recommends improving infrastructure, teacher training, and developing inclusive policies as efforts to strengthen the sustainability of educational technology

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the readiness of SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Punjung in implementing Deep Learning learning, by emphasizing the perspective of organizational change management The method used is a qualitative case study, with the research subjects consisting of the principal, teachers, and staff involved in educational technology changes. The subjects were selected through purposive sampling by choosing informants considered most relevant and knowledgeable about the context of change within the school. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that school readiness is still in the early stages of transition, marked by collective awareness and initial efforts to train teachers, but is still constrained by infrastructure limitations, minimal teacher understanding of DL, and the absence of formal policies related to DL integration in the curriculum. The change process is analyzed using Kurt Lewin's change management theory, which shows that SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Punjung has only reached the unfreezing stage and part of the changing stage, while the refreezing stage is not yet optimal. Sustainable strategies are needed in the form of intensive training, strengthening school policies, improving infrastructure, and building a culture of innovation so that the transformation of deep learning learning can run effectively and sustainably

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar is a new policy from the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture, which was conveyed by the Indonesian Minister of Education and Culture, the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet. According to Nadiem, the essence of independent thinking must be instilled in teachers first before being applied to students. Without the translation of basic competencies and curriculum, no learning will occur at the existing teacher competency level. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The data collection methods used in the research were observation and interview techniques. The results of this research reveal that: implementing the independent learning curriculum at madrasas in Tanah Datar Regency, of course there are opportunities, challenges, threats and obstacles that occur. Among the forms of opportunity obtained is the support from the head of the madrasah, the curriculum development team at the madrasah in Tanah Datar Regency, teachers and parties involved in implementing the independent learning curriculum, in its implementation there are also several challenges that must be faced, these challenges lie in madrsahs and the readiness of educators as learning leaders. Madrasas in Tanah Datar Regency must be ready in terms of facilities and infrastructure, renewal/innovation, and teachers who do not master technology are required to be able and master technology in order to support the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) dalam tiga aspek utama di satuan pendidikan, yaitu kesiswaan, akademik, dan keuangan. SIM menjadi instrumen strategis dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan transparansi pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penulisan ini dengan telaah pustaka sebagai dasar analisis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIM Kesiswaan mampu mempercepat proses administratif siswa dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. SIM Akademik membantu integrasi proses belajar mengajar, sedangkan SIM Keuangan meningkatkan akuntabilitas serta efisiensi manajemen keuangan. Namun, tantangan berupa keterbatasan SDM, infrastruktur, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan masih menjadi hambatan utama yang perlu diatasi melalui pelatihan, dukungan kebijakan, dan penguatan literasi digital.

Abstract

Fenomena di SDN 10 Kunangan Parik Rantang, Kabupaten Sijunjung, menunjukkan bahwa sekolah kecil awalnya kurang memiliki perhatian dan fasilitas yang terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami strategi kepala sekolah dalam pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana guna mendukung kualitas pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif berlandaskan postpositivisme dengan masa penelitian selama enam bulan pada tahun 2025. Peneliti sebagai instrumen utama didukung oleh alat perekam, catatan lapangan, dan pedoman wawancara. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan guru dan pegawai, serta dokumentasi dengan pemilihan informan secara purposif. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data, serta keabsahan data dijaga dengan kriteria trustworthiness. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menerapkan strategi yang sistematis dan partisipatif dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian, dan pelaksanaan pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana. Pelibatan berbagai pemangku kepentingan dan pembagian tugas yang jelas mendukung kualitas pembelajaran secara optimal. Pelaksanaan yang transparan dan koordinasi efektif dipadukan pengelolaan sumber dana yang variatif serta pemeliharaan fasilitas secara akuntabel. Faktor keberhasilan utama adalah kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, partisipasi aktif warga sekolah dan masyarakat, serta komunikasi yang baik. Kendala anggaran diatasi melalui kolaborasi dengan komite sekolah, masyarakat, dan donatur. Strategi kepala sekolah sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan sarana prasarana yang mendukung tujuan pendidikan di SDN 10 Kunangan Parik Rantang.

Abstract

Penelitian Tesis ini ditulis oleh Wesmi NIM: 232012056 yang berjudul: “Manajemen Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila Di SMAN 1 Pasaman”. Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam pada Program Pascasarjana Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. Tesis ini membahas gambaran deskriptif pelaksanaan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di SMAN 1 Pasaman. Penelitian difokuskan pada pelaksanaan P5 serta analisis manajemen yang mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-eksploratif terhadap manajemen P5 di SMAN 1 Pasaman. Data penelitian diperoleh dari dua sumber, yaitu: (1) data primer melalui wawancara langsung dengan informan, dan (2) data sekunder melalui studi dokumentasi terkait manajemen P5. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan P5 telah dilaksanakan sesuai tahapan dalam pedoman dan arahan Kemendikbudristek; (2) Pelaksanaan P5 di SMAN 1 Pasaman telah memberikan hasil signifikan, meskipun pemahaman guru dan siswa terhadap program ini belum merata. Kepala sekolah berupaya memaksimalkan pelaksanaan melalui berbagai tahapan dan langkah-langkah dalam kegiatan P5; (3) Pengawasan dan evaluasi dilakukan secara terjadwal oleh kepala sekolah bersama unsur pimpinan. Dilakukan melalui diskusi, briefing bersama koordinator dan fasilitator, peserta didik, komite dan pengawas serta seluruh elemen sekolah untuk melaporkan, mengidentifikasi dan mencari solusi atas permasalahan yang terjadi, guna untuk perbaikan dimasa mendatang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the decision-making mechanism of the principal in implementing a Management Information System (MIS) in the financial sector to support transparency and accountability in SMA Negeri 3 Padang Panjang. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the principal began by forming a finance team consisting of a salary treasurer, a BOS (School Operational Assistance) treasurer, and a committee treasurer. To ensure accountability, the principal also established an internal audit team to review each treasurer's financial report monthly before submission to the principal. The preparation of the School Activity and Budget Plan (RKAS) was conducted transparently through a school workshop involving parents, community representatives, the school committee, teachers, and staff. Teachers submitted activity proposals, which were then analyzed for budget needs and compiled into the RKAS. This process illustrates a participatory, transparent, and accountable financial management system supported by the use of MIS as a key decision-making tool. These findings imply that effective MIS implementation and stakeholder involvement can strengthen financial governance in schools. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mekanisme pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah dalam implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) pada bidang keuangan guna mendukung transparansi dan akuntabilitas di lingkungan SMA Negeri 3 Padang Panjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah mengambil langkah strategis dengan membentuk tim keuangan yang terdiri atas bendahara gaji, bendahara Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS), dan bendahara komite. Untuk menjamin akuntabilitas, kepala sekolah juga membentuk tim audit internal yang melakukan audit laporan keuangan bulanan sebelum diserahkan kepada kepala sekolah. Proses perencanaan anggaran dilakukan secara partisipatif melalui lokakarya sekolah yang melibatkan seluruh pemangku kepentingan, seperti wali murid, tokoh masyarakat, komite sekolah, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan. Guru sebagai pelaksana kegiatan diberikan ruang untuk mengajukan proposal kegiatan yang kemudian dianalisis bersama guna menyusun Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Sekolah (RKAS). Simpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SIM dalam pengelolaan keuangan sekolah berkontribusi terhadap terciptanya sistem yang transparan, partisipatif, dan akuntabel. Implikasi dari temuan ini menekankan pentingnya peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan dalam mewujudkan tata kelola keuangan pendidikan yang efektif dan terpercaya.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan  di SMPN 14   Sijunjung.   Penelitian   ini   menggunakan   metode   kualitatif   dengan desain   fenomologi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan dua  orang  guru   SMPN 14 Sijunjung. Instrumen   penelitian   ini  adalah  lembar  wawancara,  dengan  mengumpulkan  data  melalui  wawancara.  Teknik  pengumpulan data  melalui  wawancara,  analisis  dokumen  dan  triangulasi  untuk  menjamin  keabsahan  data.  Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa strategi  yang  digunakan  oleh kepala  sekolah  di SMPN 14  Sijunjung dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pada stuan pendidikan. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan strategi yang tepat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kemampuan guru dan lembaga adalah penting.  Penelitian  ini  memberikan  kontribusi penting bagi satuan pendidikan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan  pada stuan pendidikan.
