Abstract

Penelitian ini memaparkan tentang upaya pengembangan sumber daya manusia berdasarkan pendekatan total quality management dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Pendekatan total quality management digunakan sebagai strategi agar lembaga pendidikan dapat bertahan dan unggul dalam kompetisi dengan lembaga lainnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan metodologi kualitatif.. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data hasil penelitian disajikan dalam bentuk naratif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TQM memiliki prinsip-prinsip yang berfokus pada perbaikan yang berkelanjutan, dan sumber daya manusia merupakan aset penting yang harus dijaga dan dikembangkan dengan baik agar lembaga dapat bertahan dan terus berkembang dalam menghadapi persaingan. Dengan menerapkan strategi-strategi TQM dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia, lembaga pendidikan dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang berfokus pada perbaikan berkelanjutan dan memastikan bahwa karyawan menjadi aset yang berharga dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepala madrasah dalam membangun digitalisasi pendidikan di MAN 2 Rembang, dengan fokus pada perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi program digitalisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan kepala madrasah, wakil kepala bidang kurikulum dan kesiswaan, guru, siswa, komite sekolah, serta orang tua sebagai informan utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala madrasah berperan sebagai katalisator dalam menyusun kebijakan digital, meningkatkan literasi teknologi di kalangan pendidik dan siswa, serta menjalin kemitraan dengan pihak eksternal untuk mengatasi keterbatasan infrastruktur. Digitalisasi pendidikan yang diimplementasikan telah memberikan dampak positif pada proses pembelajaran dan pengelolaan madrasah, meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti akses internet dan keterbatasan perangkat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kolaborasi antara seluruh pemangku kepentingan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan transformasi digital di madrasah

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri 2 Rembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah perencanaan sumber daya manusia di SMP Negeri 2 Rembang dilaksanakan denga tahapan-tahapan penerimaan berkas lamaran, interview, tes mengajar, rapat hasil tes, pengambilan keputusan, dan penempatan pendidik/tenaga kependidikan. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia dilakukan dengan kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan, workshop, seminar serta in house training. Hambatan yang dihadapi dalam perencanaan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia di SMP Negeri 2 Rembang adalah infrastruktur dan pembiayaan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, pihak sekolah menyusun RKAS dengan skala prioritas.

Abstract

A strong literacy culture in elementary schools is built through collaborative management involving shared decision-making, strategic resource allocation, and ongoing evaluation of literacy programs among all stakeholders. By implementing collaborative management, elementary schools can systematically design and implement integrated literacy programs that empower students, transforming the learning environment into an ecosystem that values ​​reading and critical thinking. This study describes the management of the literacy program at SD Negeri 03 Kesesirejo in Pemalang Regency, which consists of four main functions planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring and evaluation. this study aims to describe the literacy program management at SD Negeri 03 Kesesirejo, which includes four components: planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring or controlling. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation with the principal, teachers, students, the school committee, and the community. The results indicate that program planning was carried out in a participatory manner through collaboration between all parties. Organizational processes were effective with a clear division of structures and tasks. Implementation of the literacy program was carried out through routine reading, writing, and publication of student work. Monitoring was conducted periodically to ensure program sustainability. Therefore, collaborative literacy management can foster a productive and sustainable school literacy ecosystem.

Abstract

This study analyzes the management of the green school program at Bandar 1 State Senior High School, Batang Regency, with a focus on planning, implementation, and supervision. A qualitative phenomenological method was used to explore the experiences of the school community. The research was conducted directly by the researcher through observation, face-to-face interviews with informants, and documentation of green school activities and administration. The data obtained were collected for data filtering to become concise and focused data, data presentation in the form of narrative text, and ended with conclusions and verification (Miles and Huberman, 2019). The results of the study show 1) Planning is carried out at the beginning of the school year by involving the school community including the preparation and/or adjustment of the school's vision and mission, preparing the Education Unit Curriculum (KSP) and the School Budget Activity Plan (RKAS); 2) The implementation of green schools includes a) school policies that support environmental care such as socializing the school's vision and mission through social media, managing organic and inorganic waste, managing water and electricity wisely, and innovating environmentally friendly behavior; b) Implementation of environmentally friendly curriculum through planning and implementation of environmental-based learning, habituation of clean and healthy living, extracurricular activities that care about the environment in the form of ENVIRO and honey bees; c) Implementation of environmentally friendly supporting facilities is realized in the form of providing cleanliness facilities and environmental management such as the provision of clean water, separate trash bins, sanitation management, school forests and gardens, green open spaces and gazebos for learning; d) Implementation of participatory-based activities in the form of involvement of all school residents in cleanliness programs, management of school gardens, involvement in various environmental actions and support from parties outside the school such as the Environmental Agency (DLH) and the Agriculture Agency; 3) Supervision is carried out routinely after the end of activities, monthly, quarterly, end of semester and end of school year by comparing achievements with the initial targets of the green school program.
