Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran digitalisasi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SDN 3 Wulung, Kabupaten Blora. Digitalisasi pendidikan, yang melibatkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, pengelolaan sekolah, dan pengembangan kompetensi siswa serta guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi lapangan, yang melibatkan observasi, wawancara mendalam, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Data dikumpulkan dari guru, siswa, kepala sekolah, dan orang tua untuk memahami persepsi mereka tentang implementasi digitalisasi di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan berbagai platform digital, seperti Google Classroom, Google Meet, dan WhatsApp, telah meningkatkan interaktivitas dalam pembelajaran, mempercepat pengelolaan administrasi sekolah, serta mendukung pembelajaran daring dan tatap muka. Selain itu, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, termasuk proyektor, laptop, dan jaringan internet, mendukung kelancaran proses digitalisasi. Meskipun terdapat beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan pelatihan bagi sebagian guru, digitalisasi telah menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dan pengembangan kompetensi guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa digitalisasi memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SDN 3 Wulung, dengan komitmen untuk terus mengembangkan fasilitas dan pelatihan guna mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan nasional melalui teknologi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi pendekatan deep learning di SDN 1 Wulung, Randublatung, Blora, dengan fokus pada integrasi meaningful learning, mindful learning, dan joyful learning. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, penelitian melibatkan observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keberhasilan sekolah dalam mengimplementasikan tiga aspek utama deep learning dengan adaptasi konteks lokal. Meaningful learning diterapkan melalui kontekstualisasi pembelajaran dengan masalah lokal, mindful learning melalui strategi metakognitif sistematis, dan joyful learning melalui integrasi budaya lokal. Sekolah mengatasi tantangan infrastruktur digital melalui model pembelajaran hybrid dan meningkatkan kapasitas guru melalui program pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan. Dampak positif terlihat pada peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis, penguatan karakter dan keterampilan sosial sesuai konsep "6C", serta peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa. Model implementasi ini memberikan contoh bagaimana sekolah di daerah semi-urban dapat melakukan transformasi pembelajaran bermakna dengan mengintegrasikan aspek kognitif, sosial-emosional, dan kultural.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penguatan karakter profil pelajar pancasila kelas I SDN Bugangan 02 pada kegiatan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran analisis dan deskripsi sekolah dalam menguatkan karakter profil pelajar pancasila kelas I SDN Bugangan 02 pada kegiatan pembelajaran. penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penguatan karakter sesuai dengan profil pelajar pancasila dalam perbedaan pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas 1 SDN Bugangan 02. Melalui kegiatan pembelajaran, di kelas 1 SDN Bugangan 02 sudah menerapkan keenam dimensi profil pelajar pancasila.namun ada 2 peserta didik yang belum dapat menerapkan dimensi profil pelajar Pancasila. Dari hasil analisis, peneliti menarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut. Pertama adalah penguatan karakter profil pelajar pancasila melalui kegiatan pembelajaran. Kegiatan pembelajaran terbagi menjadi awal, inti, dan penutup pembelajaran. Pada awal pembelajaran termuat dimensi Beriman, Bertakwa Kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, dan Berakhlak Mulia. Pada kegiatan inti pembelajaran terdapat dimensi bergotong royong, dimensi mandiri, dan dimensi kreatif. Pada penutup dimensi Beriman, Bertakwa Kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, dan Berakhlak Mulia dan dimensi berkebinekaan global

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan perbedaan aktivitas belajar kelas 5 SD N Mlatiharjo sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan dengan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan media diorama. Peneliti mengimplementasikan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dalam studi ini. Desain metode pre experimental yang digunakan adalah One group pretest posttest design. Seluruh peserta didik kelas 5 yang berjumlah 28 peserta didik dan terdiri dari 16 peserta didik laki-laki dan 12 peserta didik perempuan dijadikan sebagai populasi dan sampel dalam studi ini, yang mana teknik sampling jenuh digunakan sebagai teknik untuk mengambil sampel itu. Data primer dijadikan sebagai sumber data dalam studi ini yang didapat dari lembar angket dengan skala likert, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji N-gain score dan uji one sample t-test dilakukan sebagai teknik untuk menganalisis data yang sudah dikumpulkan dengan memanfaatkan software SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh: (1) secara signifikan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan media diorama peta dan aktivitas belajar peserta didik kelas 5 SD Negeri Mlatiharjo materi flora dan fauna memperlihatkan adanya perbedaan; (2) penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah berbantuan media diorama peta cukup efektif diimplementasikan pada peserta didik kelas 5.

Abstract

Education in the 21st century requires teachers with high learning agility to deliver quality learning experiences. One way to improve learning quality is through clinical supervision. This study focuses on the final stage of clinical supervision, the feedback session, as an effort to enhance teachers' learning agility. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data is collected through interviews and documentation from the school principal, teachers, and students. The validity of the data is ensured through triangulation of methods and sources. The feedback session analyzes efforts to improve the dimensions of learning agility, namely social agility, mental agility, change agility, and results agility, through the clinical supervision feedback stage. In this final stage, teachers and the principal reflect on the teacher's strengths and areas for improvement together, discussing the necessary skill enhancement steps. The research shows that during the feedback session process, in addition to the four dimensions of learning agility, the dimensions of teacher flexibility and speed were also developed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide a broader and deeper view of the readiness of family businesses in the face of the era of digital disruption 4.0. The sample used in this study was 93 family business units, with the method of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) assisted by SMART-PLS. Based on the results of the hypothesis proposed that directly entrepreneurial and managerial competencies in the family business have a positive and significant effect on industry 4.0 readiness. Competence, especially in the implementation of managerial competencies for business owners. The managerial competency indicators is known as professional, social and personal. Indirectly, family businesses can implement business strategies that are by the characteristics of their business so they can adapt to rapidly changing conditions.Implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is considered to be crucial in facing the Industry 4.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri 2 Sulang Rembang. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, komite sekolah, dan orang tua sebagai informan utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi digital telah memberikan dampak positif dalam mendukung pembelajaran, manajemen data, serta keterlibatan siswa, meskipun masih terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan literasi digital. Peran kepala sekolah sangat strategis dalam merancang kebijakan, memberikan pelatihan, serta memfasilitasi kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara pemerintah, sekolah, dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan ekosistem pendidikan berbasis digital yang efektif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi sekolah lain dalam mengimplementasikan digitalisasi pendidikan untuk peningkatan mutu secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine learning community management in strengthening differentiated learning for teachers at Tambakrejo 01 Elementary School, Gayamsari, Semarang City. The background of this research is based on the urgency of improving teachers' pedagogical competence in responding to the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, especially in designing and implementing differentiated learning in accordance with students' learning readiness, interests, and learning profiles. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that learning community management in the school has been effectively implemented, including careful planning, participatory organization, consistent implementation, and reflective evaluation. Teachers are active in developing differentiated teaching modules, diagnostic assessment, and joint reflection. The learning community contributes significantly to improving teacher competence and transforming learning practices to be more adaptive, equitable, and learner-centered. This study concludes that effective learning community management is a key strategy in implementing differentiated learning and realizing Merdeka Curriculum in elementary schools.

Abstract

The development of the increasingly advanced century at this time has resulted in humanistic literacy at the elementary school level being eroded, learning about humanistic values, history, and culture in elementary schools is disappearing and resulting in the character values of students becoming more and more deteriorating. The CRT learning model is a solution to this problem that can be done for now. Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) is a theoretical approach that aims to help students accept and reinforce their cultural identity, as well as improve learning achievement. Humanistic literacy is the basis of behavior in society and participation in social life that is important to be improved. his research aims to strengthen humanistic literacy by using the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach in order to introduce Indonesia's cultural diversity to students, this is expected to help students understand the cultural richness that exists in Indonesia, as well as become individuals who are able to appreciate and respect the cultural diversity around them. The sample of this study is grade IV students of SD Negeri Palebon 01, Semarang City. This type of research uses interpretive qualitative research and interpretive qualitative research is an approach in research that focuses on an in-depth understanding of social phenomena from the perspective of the participants or subjects being studied. The data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, journal reflections and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is copying data from interviews, observations, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the application of the Cultural Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach is very feasible in optimizing humanistic literacy in elementary schools. This learning design emphasizes the importance of understanding and improving students' social foundation values, as well as incorporating their social values and honing learning preparation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of financial management transparency, professional development, and academic supervision on teacher job satisfaction in public elementary schools in Gunungpati District, Semarang City. The research population consisted of all 161 public elementary school teachers in the district, comprising both civil servant and non-civil servant teachers. A total sample of 113 respondents was selected using proportional random sampling based on the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error. Data were primarily collected through a structured Likert-scale questionnaire, developed from validated theoretical constructs and tested for reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0.70). The study also used secondary data from school documents, government regulations, and reports from the Semarang City Education Office. This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method and applied both simple and multiple linear regression analyses using SPSS software. The results revealed that: (1) financial management transparency significantly affects teacher job satisfaction (t = 19.327 > 1.975, Sig = 0.000, contribution = 70.1%, r = 0.836); (2) professional development has a significant effect (t = 19.491 > 1.975, Sig = 0.000, contribution = 70.5%, r = 0.840); (3) academic supervision significantly influences satisfaction (t = 20.850 > 1.975, Sig = 0.000, contribution = 73.2%, r = 0.856); and (4) all three variables jointly influence teacher job satisfaction significantly (F = 229.449 > 2.66, Sig = 0.000, joint contribution = 81.4%, r = 0.902). These findings confirm that transparency, development, and supervision are key predictors of teacher job satisfaction, and the study recommends that school leaders enhance these managerial aspects to foster a more satisfied teaching workforce.
