Abstract

The advancement of information and communication technology has significantly altered the ways adolescents interact and establish social relationships, particularly through social media. This study aims to examine the impact of human relations on adolescents' interactions and behaviors on social media platforms, taking into account psychological, sociological, and cultural dimensions. Employing a qualitative approach with a literature review method, this research explores interaction patterns among adolescents on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. The findings reveal that social media creates virtual spaces that enhance social networks but also pose risks such as reduced quality of face-to-face interactions, social anxiety, and mental health issues. This study emphasizes how the intense use of social media reshapes traditional communication patterns and influences adolescents' behavior and self-concept. Based on these findings, strategic recommendations are proposed for parents, educators, and policymakers to guide healthy social media use, balance its benefits and drawbacks, and foster the development of more meaningful social relationships among adolescents.

Abstract

Komunikasi korporat merupakan aspek krusial dalam manajemen organisasi yang berperan dalam membangun citra, reputasi, serta hubungan baik dengan pemangku kepentingan internal maupun eksternal. Artikel ini membahas strategi komunikasi korporat yang efektif dalam mendukung keberhasilan organisasi melalui analisis berbagai model komunikasi yang telah diterapkan dalam berbagai perusahaan. Kajian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan merujuk pada berbagai penelitian terkait corporate communication. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan komunikasi korporat yang baik dapat meningkatkan loyalitas publik internal, menjaga reputasi perusahaan, serta memperkuat posisi perusahaan dalam industri yang kompetitif.

Abstract

The development of tourism that is not optimal is one of the obstacles to the undevelopment of the tourism industry both in Banten Province and in Serang Regency. Serang Regency is one of the districts with considerable tourism potential to be developed and maintained. To encourage the growth of the tourism industry in Banten Province, the local government has issued Banten Provincial Bylaw No. 6 of 2019 concerning the Banten Province Tourism Development Master Plan for 2018-2025, where in the bylaw, one of the strategic development areas is the Anyer – Cinangka strategic tourism area. In the strategic area of Anyer tourism – Cinangka which is the leading tourism sector is beach tourism where there are four main beaches: Anyer Beach, Tanjung Tum Beach, Bojong Beach and Sambolo Beach. To support the bylaw, it is necessary to take several strategic steps, one of which is to see the potential of beach tourism in the area in an integrated or comprehensive manner.The purpose of this study is to evaluate the beach tourism potential of the Strategic Tourism Area of Anyer – Cinangka which includes: Anyer Beach, Tanjung Tum Beach, Bojong Beach and Sambolo Beach. The method used in this study is the Explanatory Survey Method, with data collection techniques including observations, questionnaires, interviews, documentation and literature studies. The primary data were then processed using the Integrated Beach Value Index (IBVI) method. The results of the IBVI calculation concluded that Anyer Beach – Marbella has the highest IBVI value with a moderate classification and the lowest is Bojong-Lighthouse Beach also with a moderate classification. These results can be used for comparison on each beach attraction and further research development.

Abstract

The tourism sector is one sector that has great potential to increase state and regional income. For this reason, efforts are needed to develop tourism in Indonesia. One of the programs from the government to increase the number of tourists is to prioritize tourism development in 10 locations, one of which is Tourism in Banten Province. In addition to developing tourism areas, another thing that can be done to increase the number of tourists is using information technology as a promotional medium through Digital Tourism. The purpose of this study is to view and analyze digital tourism as tourism promotion in Banten Province as a way of promoting tourism in Banten Province. The analytical technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis technique by looking at internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) related to the development of Digital Tourism in Banten Province. The results of this study can be used by the government or related parties in determining the direction of tourism development in Banten Province

Abstract

.Public Relations (PR) plays a central role in shaping and maintaining the reputation and public trust of an organization. Through a conceptual approach and literature review, this article explores how PR functions as a strategic pillar in organizational communication. PR is not only responsible for delivering information but also for building mutual trust between organizations and the public through open, honest, and continuous communication. A strong reputation and high public trust are the result of consistent and responsive communication strategies. In the digital era, where misinformation and rapid information flow pose significant challenges, the role of PR becomes increasingly vital. The findings of this article suggest that strengthening the role of PR as a pillar of reputation and public trust should be a top priority in modern organizational communication strategies.

Abstract

Peran Public Relations (PR) dalam organisasi tidak hanya terbatas pada penyebaran informasi atau pengelolaan media, tetapi juga mencakup fungsi strategis dalam proses lobi dan negosiasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kontribusi PR dalam menjalin hubungan eksternal yang konstruktif melalui strategi komunikasi yang efektif, khususnya dalam memengaruhi kebijakan dan mencapai kesepakatan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi pustaka, penelitian ini mengkaji teori-teori dan praktik terbaik PR dalam konteks lobi dan negosiasi, termasuk tantangan yang dihadapi di era digital. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa PR memainkan peran penting sebagai fasilitator komunikasi yang menjunjung tinggi etika, strategi, dan adaptasi teknologi. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi dasar untuk penelitian lanjutan yang lebih aplikatif.

Abstract

This study explores the essential role of lobbying and negotiation strategies across various sectors such as politics, social affairs, business, and non-profit organizations. Using a qualitative approach and case studies, the research highlights how these communication strategies influence decisions, build relationships, and resolve conflicts. The findings indicate that lobbying and negotiation skills are crucial for groups to achieve their goals, particularly in today’s digital era. Social media also emerges as a new platform for such practices, though it brings challenges to face-to-face interaction quality. Therefore, a deep understanding and ethical application of lobbying and negotiation are vital for creating effective and constructive communication.

Abstract

An inclusive work environment is an important element in supporting employee productivity and well-being in modern organizations. This research aims to explore the role of Human Relations in creating an inclusive work environment, where diversity is respected and every individual feels accepted and supported to develop. Using a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods, this research collects data through in-depth interviews and participant observation of employees from various backgrounds. The research results show that Human Relations has a central role in designing diversity policies, implementing inclusion training, facilitating cross-cultural communication, and handling conflicts related to individual differences. In addition, it was found that support from top management and organizational commitment were key factors in successfully creating an inclusive environment. These findings indicate that effective Human Relations practices can increase employee engagement, reduce turnover, and build a more open and innovative organizational culture. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for organizations in developing Human Relations strategies that focus on inclusion and diversity.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has changed the way humans communicate, especially through social media. Generation Z, who grew up in the digital era, has its own characteristics in using social media, including in terms of interacting and communicating. The purpose of this study is to explore the ethics of communicating on social media from the perspective of Generation Z. The main focus is on Generation Z's understanding of ethical values, how they apply them in everyday communication, and their impact on social relationships. A qualitative approach is used in this research method which involves in-depth interviews with a number of informants from Generation Z, as well as analysis of related literature.
