Abstract

This study examines the influence of Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) on the level of interest in selecting Dhyana Pura University Bali, with brand image serving as a mediator. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data was gathered from students at the university and analyzed through SEM-PLS. The results highlight that both SMM and eWOM significantly enhance the university's brand image, which in turn positively affects students' interest in choosing the institution. The findings suggest that effective utilization of SMM and eWOM can be crucial strategies for educational institutions aiming to enhance their attractiveness and competitive edge in the educational sector.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of prices and promotions on consumer behaviour, and how consumers' behaviours influence consumer decisions in decision making choosing a study program at Universitas Dhyana Pura. The research methods used in this research are quantitative methods and associative research designs. The total sample in this study was 97 respondents. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, observations and interviews (Path analysis). Research results show that prices and promotions have a significant and positive influence on consumer behavior. Prices also have a significant positive influence on decision-making for the selection of study programmes at Universitas Dhyana Pura. Promotions have a positive but non-significant impact on the choice of study programme decisions at the University. In addition, prices and promotions have a positive and significant influence on the decision to choose a course of study through consumer behavior mediation, which suggests that competitive pricing strategies and effective promotions can influence consumers' behaviour in choosing a course at Universitas Dhyana Pura.

Abstract

ABSTRAKCara pandang masyarakat mengenai perubahan pengelolaan sampah melalui edukasi komprehensif perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Keberadaan bank sampah di tengah masyarakat saat ini memberikan manfaat yang luar biasa baik ditinjau dari dampak ekonomi, sosial maupun lingkungan. Lokasi Bank Sampah Artha Sedana Lestari berada di Depo Sari Sedana, Desa Pemecutan Kaja, Kecamatan Denpasar Utara. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra saat ini adalah kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah rumah tangga, yaitu melakukan pemilahan antara sampah organik dan non organik. Manajemen pengelolaan bank sampah juga perlu diperbaiki. Hal yang tak kalah pentingnya adalah permasalahan sanitasi lingkungan dan individu yang bekerja di dalamnya. Beberapa solusi ditawarkan diantaranya: penyuluhan pengelolaan manajemen bank sampah melalui pengenalan MLM (Multi Level Marketing) dalam merekrut anggota, pengadaan sarana dan prasarana yang diperlukan bank sampah serta penyuluhan tentang sanitasi diri dan lingkungan. Keberadaan Bank Sampah Artha Sedana Lestari memberikan manfaat langsung yaitu lingkungan menjadi lebih bersih, menciptakan kemandirian warga secara ekonomi, menstimulasi kreativitas dan inovasi dari masyarakat sehingga meningkatkan kesejahteraan warga.Kata kunci: bank sampah, edukasi komprehensif, sanitasi diri, sanitasi lingkungan,kesejahteraan warga ABSTRACT Change of perspective in community about the waste needs to be done through comprehensive education with sustainable action. The existence of a waste bank in the community now provides tremendous benefits both in terms of economic, social and environmental impacts. Location of Artha Sedana Lestari Waste Bank is in Pemecutan Kaja Village, North Denpasar District. The problem is the lack of public awareness in managing household waste, which is to sort between organic and non-organic waste. Management of waste bank savings also needs to be improved. Equally important is the problem of environmental and individuals sanitation who work in it. Some solutions offered include: education management of waste bank through the introduction of MLM (Multi Level Marketing) in recruiting members of the waste bank, procurement of facilities and infrastructure needed by the waste bank as well as counseling on environmental and individuals sanitation. The existence of the Artha Sedana Lestari Waste Bank provides direct benefits such as environment becomes cleaner, creating economic independence of citizens, stimulate creativity and innovation from the community so as to improve the welfare of citizens.Keywords: waste bank, comprehensive education, self sanitation, environmental sanitation, community welfare

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenurunan keadaan ekonomi para pebisnis Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) karena berkurangnya jumlah penjualan, merupakan dampak dari pandemi Covid-19. Guna menekan penyebaran Covid-19, pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan bekerja dari rumah, belajar dari rumah dan beribadah dari rumah. Hal inilah yang membuat banyak UKM gulung tikar, dimana mereka tiap hari kehilangan pelanggan, karena masih menggunakan sistem penjualan konvensional. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah menawarkan solusi bagi UKM Nasi Koco (Nasi Jinggo Nikmat) untuk menerapkan strategi digital marketing yaitu melakukan promosi dan penjualan dengan menggunakan sarana elektronik, memanfaatkan media daring disertai desain promosi produk yang menarik dan marketable. Kontribusi kegiatan ini bagi mitra sasaran adalah meningkatkan kesejahteraan mitra/pedagang melalui peningkatan promosi serta penjualan, memanfaatkan media online dengan desain brosur digital yang marketable di Instagram, Facebook, What’s Up, Line, Gojek dan Grab. Memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat secara umum dan pelanggan khususnya, terhadap makanan yang disukai dan dapat dengan mudah bertransaksi melalui online. Membantu Pemerintah dalam melaksanakan himbauan sosial distancing dan memulihkan perekonomian masyarakat ditengah pandemi COVID-19.Kata kunci : Digital Marketing, Marketable, Usaha Kecil Menengah, Media daring.ABSTRACTThe economic downturn of small and medium entrepreneurs (SMEs) in sales numbers is one of the Covid-19 pandemic impact. In order to suppress the spread of Covid-19, the government issued a policy of working from home, studying from home and worshiping from home. That cause many SMEs out of business, lessening number of customers daily, due to conventional sales systems uses. The goal of this community service is to offer solutions for UKM Nasi Koco (Nasi Jinggo Nikmat) to implement digital marketing strategies, namely promoting and selling using electronic means, utilizing online media accompanied by attractive and marketable product promotion designs. The contribution of this activity for target partners is to improve the welfare of partners (SMEs) through increasing promotions and sales, utilizing online media with marketable digital brochure designs on Instagram, Facebook, What's Up, Line, Gojek and Grab. Fulfilling the needs of the community and customers for food Nasi Koco (Nasi Jinggo Nikmat) that can easily transact through online. Abstract

ABSTRAKUsaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) “Nasi Koco” merupakan nama suatu usaha rumahan yang memproduksi nasi bungkus sejenis nasi jinggo. Sebagai usaha rumahan, tempat kerja untuk pengolahan Nasi Koco berlokasi di teras kamar kontrakan dengan dimensi 200 × 170 cm, persis di depan kamar tidur. Semua aktivitas, mulai dari penyiapan, pengolahan, penempatan hasil olahan, sampai pembungkusan berada di satu lokasi. Namun, karena penataan yang kurang memadai, pekerja lebih sering berdiri dan melakukan gerakan yang canggung pada saat mengambil bahan olahannya. Hal ini diakui oleh pekerja beberapa kali siku kanannya terkena penggorengan panas. Disamping itu, karena aktivitas berdiri lama dan gerakan canggung itu, tentu berdampak negatif bagi kesehatan tubuh. Sehingga sehabis bekerja, terutama saat pekerja bangun pagi, sering mengalami nyeri pada punggung, pinggang, dan pundak kanan terasa kaku. Bila tempat kerja dibiarkan seperti itu, maka akan berdampak buruk pada kesehatan pekerja, akibatnya terjadi penurunan produktivitas kerja. Oleh sebab itu, tempat kerjanya perlu ditata kembali agar memenuhi prinsip-prinsip ergonomi demi keselamatan, kesehatan, kenyamanan, efisiensi, dan efektifitas fungsi tubuh pekerja. Dengan penataan tempat kerja ergonomis, pekerja mampu meningkatkan produktivitas kerjanya.Kata kunci: ergonomi, produktivitas, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja.ABSTRACTMicro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) “Nasi Koco” is the name of a home-based business that produces rice wraps or similar to Jinggo Rice in Bali. As a home-based business, the workplace for processing Nasi Koco is located on the terrace of a rented room with dimensions of 200 × 170 cm, right in front of the bedroom. All activities, from preparation, processing, and placement of processed products, to packaging, are in one location. However, due to inadequate place arrangement, she often stands up and makes awkward movements when picking up her processed ingredients. This was acknowledged by the worker several times that her right elbow was exposed to a hot frying pan. In addition, long-standing activities and awkward movements certainly have negative impacts (harm) on the body. Therefore, after work, especially when she wakes up in the morning, she often experiences pain in her back, waist, and right shoulder feeling stiff. If the workplace is left as such, it will have a bad impact on the health of workers, resulting in lessened work productivity. Therefore, the workplace needs to be reorganized to meet ergonomic principles for safety, health, comfort, efficiency, and the effectiveness of the worker’s body functions. With an ergonomic workplace arrangement, workers can increase their work productivity.Keywords: ergonomics, productivity, occupational safety, and health.

Abstract

This research examines the satisfaction and career development level of employees of tourism education institutions at SMK Negeri 3 Tabanan. The population in this study were all employees of tourism education institutions at SMK Negeri 3 Tabanan. Quantitative research produces data in various numbers and can generally be analyzed using descriptive or inferential statistics. Several of these variables were then translated into several indicators, which became the basis for statements in the questionnaire, which were later distributed and answered by 32 research respondents. The evaluation of career development programs has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of tourism education employees at SMK Negeri 3 Tabanan. Data analysis shows that the t-count value is 3.734, while the t- table is 1.69. Thus, there is a partial and significant positive influence between the evaluation of career development programs on the job satisfaction of employees of tourism education institutions at SMK Negeri 3 Tabanan. Career development programs and evaluation of career development programs have a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees of tourism education institutions at SMK Negeri 3 Tabanan. The results of the F test showed that the Fcount value is 13.787 while the Ftable is 3.33. Thus, there is a simultaneous influence between career development program design and career development program evaluation on the job satisfaction of employees of tourism education institutions at SMK Negeri 3 Tabanan.
