Abstract

This research aims to create a strategic plan for developing the potential occupancy rate at Bali Palms Tabanan Bali. This research was conducted to identify and analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, as well as to determine the appropriate strategies for developing the occupancy rate potential at Bali Palms. The research was conducted through a survey. The formulation of the strategy is based on three stages: the input stage, the matching stage, and the decision stage. The analytical tools used are as follows: (1) Input stage: using External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix, Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) Matrix, and Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM); (2) Matching Stage: Strengths-Weaknesses-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT) Matrix, SPACE Matrix, BCG Matrix, IE Matrix; and Decision Stage using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results of the research indicate that 4 priority strategies can be implemented, namely: Intensifying social media campaigns and collaborating with influencers to increase brand awareness of Bali Palms Tabanan; Conducting foreign language courses for local staff as part of a sustainable training program (CSR); Providing new and unique products that are different from competitors; and Developing a local supplier network to reduce additional costs and empower the local economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap knowledge management serta implikasinya terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. TA Bali. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menguji peran knowledge management sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap knowledge management dan kinerja pegawai. Budaya organisasi juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap knowledge management dan kinerja pegawai. Selanjutnya, knowledge management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa knowledge management mampu memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional dan penguatan budaya organisasi yang didukung oleh pengelolaan pengetahuan yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara berkelanjutan di PT. TA Bali.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital, khususnya melalui e-commerce, mendorong transformasi perilaku konsumen, terutama dikalangan Generasi Z yang dikenal adaptif terhadap teknologi dan memiliki preferensi belanja online yang kuat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh perilaku perbandingan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian generasi Z pada shopee. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif eksploratif dengan dukungan literatur relevan, yang memungkinkan analisis mendalam mengenai fenomena sosial dan perilaku konsumtif generasi ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya dikotomi dalam perilaku Generasi Z, yaitu sebagai konsumen yang rasional dalam membandingkan harga dan mencari nilai terbaik, namun juga impulsif ketika terpapar promosi, diskon, atau flash sale. Shopee berhasil memfasilitasi perilaku ini melalui fitur perbandingan harga seperti sort by price dan product comparison, yang mempercepat proses pencarian informasi sekaligus meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen. Harga terbukti menjadi faktor dominan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, namun promosi, kupon dan ulasan produk mampu memperkuat daya tarik penawaran. Selain itu, Generasi Z tidak hanya mencari harga terendah, tetapi juga menekankan keseimbangan antara harga dan kualitas produk untuk mendapatkan nilai optimal. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa perilaku perbandingan harga berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian Generasi Z di Shopee. Strategi penetapan harga kompetitif yang disertai promosi efektif dan ulasan menjadi kunci untuk mengubah pencarian rasional menjadi keputusan pembelian aktual.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui LPD sebagai sokoguru ekonomi desa, dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat desa, yang ditinjau dari memberantas Ijon, gadai gelap dan lain-lain, meningkatkan daya beli Masyarakat desa, melancarkan lalu lintas pembayaran dan pertukaran di desa. Tahapan penelitian: di tahun 2025 dilakukan penelitian pada LPD desa gumbrih, kecamatan pekutatan, kabupaten jembrana bali. Metode: Penelitian dilaksanakan secara deskriptif, kualitatif, kuantitatif, pendekatan kajian ekonomi pedesaan, standar pengelolaan manajemen keuangan, sistem pengawasan internal, serta bentuk laporan yang accountable, sebagai pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan_LPD. data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori standar pengelolaan manajemen keuangan, sistem pengawasan internal, dan bentuk laporan accountable, pemberdayaan masyarakat desa dan LPD sebagau sokuguru ekonomi desa, dan teori yang relevan sesuai data yang ditemukan di tempat penelitian. Hasil penelitian, menunjukan hasil yang signifikan, sesuai dengan pedoman pada Perda Bali no.3 tahun 2017, untuk mengatur LPD dan Pergub Bali no. 44 tahun 2017 tentang peraturan pelaksana LPD, yang menunjukan hasil yaitu: 1). Cadangan modal usaha LPD dalam pengelolaan operasional sudah terlaksana dengan baik yaitu mencapai 54%; 2). Dana Pembangunan dan pemberdayaan Masyarakat desa sudah tercapai 68%; 3). Jasa dan imbalan atas pengelolaan manajemen LPD dan anggotanya sudah tercapai 50%; 4). Dana pemberdayaan dalam meningkatkan SDM LPD dalam meningkatkan kemajuannya sudah tercapai 64%; 5). Dana social kemasyarakatan dalam kegiatan Corperate Sosial Responsibility sudah tercapai 74%; Adapun sarannya yaitu: Perlunya peningkatan standar manajemen, dan peningkatan kompetensi SDM-LPD, dalam memajukan LPD kedepan yang lebih produktif, efektif dan efisien sehingga dapat meningkatkan keuntungan LPD dalam memerdayakan masyarakat desa dan menjaga sokoguru ekonomi desa untuk kesejahteraan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work-Family Conflict dan Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Komitmen Organisasi dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan perempuan yang sudah menikah di PT Maja Ruang Delapan Cluster Bali. Penelitian dilakukan pada tahun 2025 di Kabupaten Badung, Bali, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausalitas dan analisis SEM-PLS. Seluruh populasi sebanyak 52 karyawan dijadikan sampel melalui teknik sensus. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, serta dokumen organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work-Family Conflict dan Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Namun, Work-Family Conflict tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Sebaliknya, Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Kepuasan Kerja terbukti memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara Work-Family Conflict dan Komitmen Organisasi, serta memediasi sebagian hubungan antara Kecerdasan Emosional dan Komitmen Organisasi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kecerdasan emosional dan kepuasan kerja dalam meningkatkan komitmen karyawan perempuan di industri hospitality.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital banking services, particularly mobile banking, has become a crucial factor influencing customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study aims to analyze the effect of E-Service Quality and E-Trust on E-Loyalty of BNI Mobile Banking users, with E-Customer Satisfaction as the intervening variable. The research seeks to determine the extent to which service quality and user trust can enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty in using mobile banking services. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 97 respondents who are BNI Mobile Banking users in Denpasar City. The research applies a quantitative approach using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis to examine both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The findings indicate that E-Service Quality has a significant positive effect on both E-Customer Satisfaction and E-Loyalty. Similarly, E-Trust significantly and positively influences E-Customer Satisfaction and E-Loyalty. Furthermore, E-Customer Satisfaction is proven to play an intervening role that strengthens the relationship between E-Service Quality and E-Trust with E-Loyalty. These results suggest that higher digital service quality and greater user trust lead to increased satisfaction, which ultimately fosters stronger loyalty among BNI Mobile Banking users. Based on these findings, it is recommended that banks continuously improve their digital service quality and build stronger customer trust to maintain satisfaction and sustain loyalty amidst the increasingly competitive digital banking industry.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of supportive leadership, gender equity policies, and workplace diversity on women’s career growth at Hotel Tugu Bali. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method, with data collected from female employees through structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis supported by validity tests, reliability tests, and hypothesis testing. The results show that supportive leadership has a significant positive effect on women’s career growth, indicating that leadership practices that provide support, attention, and development opportunities encourage women to grow in their careers. Gender equity policies also have a significant positive effect, suggesting that fair promotion opportunities and equal access to training contribute to women’s career advancement. In addition, workplace diversity significantly influences women’s career growth, demonstrating that an inclusive work environment enables women to feel accepted and more confident in developing their potential. Simultaneously, supportive leadership, gender equity policies, and workplace diversity have a significant combined effect on women’s career growth, indicating that career development for women is shaped by the interaction of leadership support, equitable organizational policies, and a diverse work environment. These findings highlight the importance of creating supportive leadership practices, implementing fair gender equity policies, and fostering workplace diversity to enhance women’s career growth within the hospitality industry.

Abstract

Virtually, here are many factors affecting the career development of women, both external and internal factors (psychological). But researchers rarely discuss about fear of success as the most influential psychological factors on women's career development. Lately there have been many women leaders who indicated that women's career development is improving. Some literature and empirical research show that the higher the fear of succsess the lower the female spirit to compete for achievement, thus affecting the slow development of a woman's career, but there is also an opinion that the fear of success does not affect the development of a woman's career. It can be said that this difference of opinion is important to be examined, so that it can explain the real situation that happened to a woman career in Bali. This study aims to explain the process and mechanism of fear of success as a psychological factor affecting the career of women especially in Bali. Research method used in this study was qualitative research. The practical implication is that women are able to understand themselves internally psychological, so they could have the confidence in achieving success in the development of their careers. It is expected that companies and governments understand and tolerate women from the psychological side they experience. The orisinality statement on that Balinese women have the fear of success but can overcome it well because they obtains support from religious teachings or beliefs which is a deeply rooted cultural reflection and support from the family.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) on repurchase intention (Y), with customer satisfaction (Z) as a mediating variable among customers of Gudang Aki Denpasar. The research was conducted during March–June 2024 using a quantitative approach and primary data collected through questionnaires. The sample size was determined using Slovin’s formula, resulting in 99 respondents. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 4.1 to test both direct and indirect relationships. The structural results indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention and a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality also shows a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention and on customer satisfaction. Moreover, customer satisfaction positively and significantly influences repurchase intention. Mediation testing confirms that customer satisfaction partially mediates the effect of product quality on repurchase intention and the effect of service quality on repurchase intention. The model explains the variance of repurchase intention and customer satisfaction, indicating a moderate explanatory power. In conclusion, product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, both directly and through customer satisfaction; customer satisfaction is also proven to partially mediate the effects of product quality and service quality on repurchase intention, indicating that consistent improvements in product and service performance will strengthen satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases at Gudang Aki Denpasar.

Abstract

Kinerja anggota memiliki peranan krusial dalam meraih kesuksesan suatu organisasi, dimana organisasi harus berupaya agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja anggota untuk mewujudkan tujuan suatu organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja anggota melalui motivasi di kantor Biro Logistik Polda Bali. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian diskriptif kuantitatif kepada anggota Biro Logistik Polda Bali dengan metode sampling jenuh sebagai penetapan sampel berjumlah 65 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan aplikasi SmartPLS.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif serta pengaruhnya tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif serta tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan,  sedangkan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi tidak berperan sebagai memediasi kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dikantor Biro Logistik Polda Bali. Organisasi perlu mengembangkan kepemimpinan yang lebih baik dengan menyelenggarakan pelatihan kepemimpinan bagi para pemimpin, dengan menekankan pada komunikasi yang jelas, pemberian umpan balik yang konstruktif, dan dukungan yang konsisten kepada anggota. Organisasi dapat melaksanakan program pengembangan karir yang jelas, memberikan penghargaan atas prestasi kerja anggota.
