Abstract

In the modern era, society's dependence on technology, particularly the internet, has brought significant changes in lifestyle, including shopping behavior. E-commerce, as a form of electronic commerce, is rapidly evolving as a mechanism for exchanging goods and services over the internet. This study aims to measure the influence of brand ambassadors and the "Gratis Ongkir" (Free Shipping) tagline of Shopee on the purchasing decisions of STIE Sakti Alam Kerinci students. The research results indicate a relatively low impact of both factors, with a Coefficient of Determination value of 14.3%. Despite being low, this value provides an initial overview of the extent to which the model can explain variations in students' purchasing decisions. The analysis reveals that the partial influence of brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions is 0.41%, while the "Gratis Ongkir" tagline has an impact of 0.34%. Although these figures are relatively low, it is essential to note that low values do not necessarily reflect insignificance. The reduced impact could be influenced by complex factors and variables not measured in the study. The Coefficient of Determination value of 14.3% indicates that the constructed model can explain a small portion of the variation in purchasing decisions among STIE Sakti Alam Kerinci students

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of legal philosophy values in the formation of regional regulations in Indonesia, as well as to examine the suitability between legal philosophy values and regional regulations that have been formed. This study uses a descriptive analytical research type with a normative legal approach method. Research data were obtained from primary, secondary and primary legal materials. Data collection techniques were carried out qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the application of legal philosophy values in the formation of regional regulations in Indonesia is still not optimal. This is due to several factors, such as a lack of understanding of the values of legal philosophy among regional regulation makers, minimal community participation in the process of forming regional regulations, and weak law enforcement. This study has limitations in its focus on the application of legal philosophy values and a lack of analysis of the impact of regional regulations that do not follow these values.

Abstract

Business management and technology utilization play a crucial role in addressing the gap between the potential role of MSMEs and their actual performance in the region. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of business management and technology adoption on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Solok Regency. The approach used was quantitative with the causal associative method. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to the sample. The sample was selected based on a purposive sampling technique totaling 52 MSMEs, using a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression statistics, assisted by the SPSS program. The results showed that business management and technology adoption significantly influenced the performance of MSMEs in Solok Regency, both partially and simultaneously. This study suggests the need for a more in-depth study by adding other variables that can influence MSME performance such as innovation, compensation, and policy support. Due to time and scope limitations that cover local sector boundaries, business management and digitalization training are needed to be able to compete globally.

Abstract

Employee performance has become an essential indicator of organizational success, particularly in competitive industries such as the furniture sector, where productivity, quality of work, and responsibility strongly determine business sustainability. The importance of understanding factors that shape employee performance is increasingly relevant because many small and medium-sized enterprises face challenges related to fairness, limited organizational support, and fluctuating employee commitment. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational justice, organizational support, and organizational commitment on employee performance at CV Bina Furniture Pekanbaru. Using a quantitative approach supported by structural equation modeling, the study evaluates how perceptions of fairness, support from management, and the psychological attachment of employees interact in shaping performance outcomes. The findings reveal that organizational justice positively contributes to improving employee performance and strengthens employee commitment. Organizational support also demonstrates a significant role in enhancing performance as well as reinforcing employee commitment toward the organization. Furthermore, organizational commitment is proven to be a strong predictor of employee performance, indicating that employees with higher emotional attachment tend to show better work outcomes. These results highlight the need for managerial policies that ensure fairness, provide adequate support, and foster commitment to optimize performance in small and medium-scale enterprises.
