Abstract

Small traders are part of an economic life that deserves attention, through the sale of food, drinks to accessories on the beachside it has an impact on increasing individual income related to existing problems, the obstacles faced by small traders are the lack of capital and debts that are always increasing not proportional to the income earned, with this Community Service activity carried out to provide motivation and information about accounting and accounting records to small traders to be able to develop their business. The implementation method is carried out in three stages, namely, the first stage of observation and interviews regarding the problems faced by traders on the beach, the second stage of determining the implementation plan and the division of tasks to the Community Service team, the third stage of implementation with methods, namely, the first lecture and presentation method, the second with the question and answer method, and the last is the method of assistance in making accounting records. The results of this Community Service activity provide new information about accounting and recording for small traders where the traders participate in activities happily and are starting to be interested in recording in developing their business which has never been done, this is also because many small traders sell on the beach without sufficient provisions, not because they don't want to but because they don't want to do it.

Abstract

This study uses secondary data from the financial statements of Islamic State Savings Bank (BTN Syariah) Branch Diponegoro Surabaya per quarter over the period 2010 – 2012. Analytical technique used is multiple linear regressions with a coefficient of multiple determination tests fitted the classic assumptions including relevant test, autocorrelation, normality tests, and heteroskedasticity to make sure that those assumptions are met by the model used in this study. Hypothesis testing uses a t-test for testing the partial regression coefficients and F-test statistics for the simultaneous regression coefficients testing on a significant level of 5%. During the period of observation on the basis of relevant test, autocorrelation, and heteroskedasticity not found variables that deviate from the classical assumptions. In addition, this research indicates the Gaussian normal; this shows that the available data are qualified to use multiple linear regression equations of the model. The results showed that ROA partially influence significantly to CAR because it has a value smaller than 5% (0.05) significance. While ROE and FDR partially do not affect significantly to CAR on Sharia State Savings Bank Branch Diponegoro Surabaya because t-count is smaller than t-tabel. However, simultaneously, ROA, ROE, and FDR proved influential significantly to CAR because it has a value smaller than 0.05 and F-count greater than F-table. The role of the management of assets and liabilities is quite important in generating the level of profitability. Similarly, the performance of the management of liquidity contributes to the achievement of efficiency means that bank. It was followed by pretty invlovement of liability and capital management in boosting the level of efficiency of the bank. Such a condition should be noted by the management of Islamic banks that managerial policies in the above three areas need to be constantly improved because it has been proven to contribute to the efficiency of the Islamic banking business.

Abstract

Dalam produk pembiayaan di perbankan syariah, salah satu bentuk pembiayaan penyaluran dana adalah pembiayaan mura@bahah. Pembiayaan murabahah merupakan jual beli barang pada harga asal dengan tambahan keuntungan yang telah disepakati antara pihak bank dan nasabah. Produk pembiayaan murabahah yang ditawarkan oleh pihak BNI Syariah KCP Unit Mikro Sidoarjo dapat dibagi menjadi 2 hal, yaitu pembiayaan murabahah produktif dan pembiayaan murabahah Konsumtif. Pembiayaan murabahah konsumtif merupakan salah satu bentuk pembiayaan yang mendominasi di Bank BNI Syariah KCP Unit Mikro Sidoarjo. Merujuk data tabel pembiayaan murabahah konsumtif di BNI Syariah KCP unit mikro Sidoarjo pada tahun 2015 (Rp 8.840 Milyar), 2016 (Rp 12.043 Milyar), 2017 (Rp 14.776), diketahui dalam setiap tahunnya selalu mengalami peningkatan. Sebelum terjadinya akad murabahah konsumtif pihak bank syariah melakukan analisis pembiayaan, bertujuan untuk mengurangi risiko pembiayaan bermasalah atau non performing finance. Penanganan pembiayaan bermasalah BNI Syariah KCP Unit Mikro menggunakan devisi collection. Devisi collection adalah devisi khusus untuk menangani pembiayaan nasabah yang bermasalah dan menjadikan pembiayaan itu lancar kembali.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the halal supply chain of herbal drinks in supporting business sustainability (implementation at MSME Jelly Barokah Genteng, Surabaya) through field studies. This research uses a qualitative approach. Research data collection techniques through field studies and documentation. Field studies were conducted through observation and interviews. The halal supply chain is used to indicate the halalness of a product in terms of starting from the production preparation process, production process, to the distribution process. In this study, it was found that the MSMEs of Jelly Barokah herbal drinks have been certified halal MUI east Java Province and meet the halal supply chain in the production of their products. The implementation of the 3P aspect, namely the profit aspect, the people aspect, and the planetary aspect in the halal supply chain of herbal beverage products from Jelly Barokah MSMEs, aims to maintain the sustainability of their business. The purpose of implementing 3P also means that the production of herbal drinks from MSMEs Jelly Barokah is not only based on the profits of MSME owners, but the production of each herbal drink product is also reviewed from the aspects of the community around MSME actors and aspects of the surrounding environment

Abstract

The termination of employment (PHK) experienced by outsourced factory workers has a huge economic impact. Business assistance is an urgent matter for ex-layoff outsourced workers. Assistance for ex-layoff outsourced workers is carried out in the form of sharia business assistance. The mentoring model that is carried out is comprehensive. Comprehensive assistance is intended as assistance in all aspects of soft skills and hard skills of sharia business including creative and strategic thinking skills, effective communication, networking, analysis and decision-making skills, negotiation skills, time management, marketing management, financial management. Mentoring method with ABCD approach. This assistance is focused on the context of understanding and internalizing assets, potential, strength, and utilizing assets independently. Based on the analysis of the service team, the labor community actually has potential and character that can be developed so that it becomes income generating for the family. Several relevant businesses have been found that are tailored to their respective talents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan teknik mind mapping untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks deskripsi dan sikap pada siswa kelas X Sosial MAN Pinrang. Penelitian kuasi-eksperimental sebagai desain dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian dilakukan di dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Sosial MAN Pinrang tahun ajaran 2021-2022. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa tes tertulis, angket, dan lembar observasi. Data yang diperoleh melalui tes dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil tes menulis siswa menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan menulis siswa kelompok eksperimen meningkat secara signifikan. Rata-rata skor kelompok eksperimen lebih tinggi dari kelompok kontrol (76,18 60,32). Nilai post-test t-test siswa menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak (5,039 1,685). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan mind mapping secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks deskripsi pada siswa. Peneliti menemukan bahwa siswa memiliki sikap positif terhadap penggunaan mind mapping. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan data angket bahwa skor rata-rata sikap siswa adalah 85,16 dengan kategori sangat tinggi.

Abstract

Menerjemahkan sebuah teks dari suatu bahasa ke dalam bahasa lain, misalnya dari bahasa Arab ke bahasa Indonesia, dapat dikatakan sebuah tantangan sekaligus usaha yang tidak mudah. Kesulitan umum yang galib dihadapi seorang penerjemah berupa terminologi-terminologi khusus dan khas dari bahasa asal yang kerapkali tidak memiliki padanan kata yang tepat dalam bahasa tujuan. Dalam teks Alqur’an yang notabene bahasa Arab terdapat beberapa istilah yang memerlukan ilmu bantu untuk dapat diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa tujuan. Kesulitan menerjemahkan teks bahasa Arab, utamanya teks Alqur’an ke dalam bahasa Indonesia terjadi karena dalam teks Alqur’an terdapat pelbagai terminologi yang berhubungan dengan persoalan teologi, hukum, dan persoalan lainnya. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan penguasaan yang memadai terkait dua bahasa khususnya kompetensi menerjemahkan bahasa Arab Alqur’an ke dalam bahasa Indonesia; kedua, penguasaan bidang ilmu dari topik yang diterjemahkan. Pengetahuan dari bidang ilmu ini menjadi penting lantaran banyak penerjemah yang sekadar menguasai bahasa Arab secara harafiah, tetapi bisa jadi tidak atau kurang menguasai bidang ilmu yang diterjemahkan. Konsekuensinya, tidak jarang hasil terjemahan demikian tidak memuaskan.

Abstract

Dracontomelon dao (Blanco) Merr. & Rofe is one of the medicinal plants used in the community. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of  Dracontomelon dao (Blanco) Merr. & Rofe extract powder as an antidiarrheal against Escherichia coli in vivo. Dracontomelon dao (Blanco) Merr. & Rofe leaf comes from Hulu Sungai Utara, South Kalimantan, Indonesia, and is macerated with 96% ethanol—Dracontomelon dao extract powder (Blanco) Merr. & Rofe is made with three parts thick extract, four parts Lactose, and four parts Starch. Experimental rat were conditioned to develop diarrhea and were treated with extract powder with varying doses per kg of body weight, namely 250 mg, 500 mg, and 750 mg. After treatment on day 6, rat recovered from diarrhea in the 750 mg dose treatment group as much as 78%, while the positive control total recovery on day 6 reached 100%. After treatment on day 6, the number of Escherichia coli colonies in rat feces decreased, namely the lowest in the 750mg dose treatment group, 276 colonies/gr. This research concludes that Dracontomelo dao (Blanco) Merr. & Rofe leaf extract powder is effective as an anti-diarrhea against Escherichia coli in experimental rat. Further research is needed on human test subjects to obtain anti-diarrhea drugs with safer and more effective formulations.

Abstract

This study describes how the concept of quadratic function graphs is presented in Singaporean mathematics textbooks and its potential in improving critical thinking skills. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with critical thinking criteria set by Facione (2015), namely interpretation, analysis, evaluation, and inference . Based on the results of the study, it was found that the presentation of the concept of quadratic function graphs in Singaporean mathematics textbooks, the concept of quadratic function graphs is presented deductively and through investigative activities. As for the potential for presenting the concept of quadratic function graphs, it can develop critical thinking skills. This can be seen from the fulfillment of critical thinking criteria.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the implementation of bilal jenazah (funeral prayer leader) training in Islamic Education (PAI) learning at SMP Negeri 3 Karang Raja. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews with PAI teachers and students, as well as documentation of religious activities. Data analysis techniques involve data collection, data presentation, verification, and drawing conclusions. Data validity was checked through triangulation. The results and discussion indicate that bilal jenazah training was carried out systematically and integrated into PAI learning using a practice-based approach. Activities included simulations of funeral prayer recitation, understanding Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) on death, and instilling the values of fardhu kifayah (collective religious obligations). This training has proven effective in improving students’ understanding of the material, fostering empathy, and shaping religious character. The program also received positive responses from students and was supported by collaboration among teachers, the school, and community leaders. The findings indicate that bilal jenazah training is a contextual and effective teaching strategy for strengthening Islamic values in education.Keywords: Bilal Jenazah Training, Implementation, Islamic Education LearningAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang implementasi pelatihan bilal jenazah dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 3 Karang Raja. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan guru PAI dan peserta didik, serta dokumentasi kegiatan keagamaan. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan bilal jenazah dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan terintegrasi dalam pembelajaran PAI dengan pendekatan berbasis praktik. Kegiatan ini mencakup simulasi pembacaan doa jenazah, pemahaman fiqih kematian, dan penanaman nilai fardhu kifayah. Pelatihan ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi, menumbuhkan rasa empati, dan membentuk karakter religius. Program ini juga mendapatkan respon positif dari siswa dan didukung oleh kolaborasi antara guru, sekolah, serta tokoh masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan bilal jenazah merupakan strategi pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan efektif untuk memperkuat nilai-nilai keislaman dalam dunia pendidikan.Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Pelaltihan Bilal Jenazah, Pembelajaran PAI
