Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of income, last education, land area, number of children, and length of work. This research is a quantitative study with primary data from questionnaires taken from samples of tobacco farmers in Situbondo Regency. The number of respondents from tobacco farmers in Situbondo Regency used as a sample is 250. The results of the data from the questionnaire will be processed using a logistic regression analysis tool which is then processed using SPSS. The results of these tests, the results showed that the income variable had a significant negative effect on the welfare level of tobacco farmers with an odd ratio value of Exp (B) of 0.359. The education level variable has no significant positive effect with the odd ratio value of Exp (B) of 1.471. The variable area of ??land has no significant positive effect with the odd ratio value of Exp (B) of 1.951. The variable number of children has a significant negative effect with the odd ratio value of Exp (B) of 0.202. The variable length of work did not have a significant negative effect with the odd ratio value of Exp (B) of 0.729. The value of Nagelkerke's R Square is 0.383, which means that the probability of the welfare level of tobacco farmers is influenced by the independent variables of income, education level, land area, number of children, and length of work of 38.3%, while the remaining 61.7% is explained by the variable other outside the research model.

Abstract

The outputs of this activity include the first, namely: improve the knowledge, skills and motivation of the target partners in particular women from RT 01 RW 02 Tambakrejo Village in utilizing herbal plants used for the manufacture of herbal drink products. Second is to make preparations for making simple herbal products and their maintenance can be implemented by the government. There are several steps that will be carried out to achieve the output targets, namely: (1) the first meeting explained the material about utilization of herbal plant planting and nursery training, (2) meeting the second is making various kinds of herbal drinks, and (3) the third meeting is effective marketing that may be used to increase income in society. The results of the activities that have been carried out are: can provide knowledge about the manufacture of herbal products in the form of drinks taken from the herbal plant. Service empowerment program This community is expected to be able to assist target partners in evaluating problems and increase the productivity of target partners.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: the mechanism of supply chain management; chain management model supply; and performance of the cassava supply chain in Trenggalek Regency. Method research is descriptive. The research location was determined intentionally. The data analysis method is descriptive method with the Food Supply Chain Network framework approach according to Vorst dan Performance measurement is done through the calculation of marketing margin and farmer's share. Research result shows that the target market is domestic while the development target is in the form of technology improvement, increased coordination and collaboration, and procurement of formal contractual agreements. Cooperation is carried out on the basis of an oral contract between members, the transaction system is carried out in cash and there is government support in the form of capital, equipment, and resource development training man. The supply chain management model consists of farmers, collectors, market traders, and agro-industry cassava as a chain actor, each of which performs different activities depending on the the inputs and the resulting outputs. The most efficient channel is Channel 1 (Petani (cassava)? market traders (cassava) ? cassava agroindustry). The channel is considered efficient because it has relatively low marketing margin value, relatively high farmer's share and profit and cost ratio higher than other channels.

Abstract

The high consumption of instant noodles in Indonesia has resulted in high consumer interest in instant noodles which has resulted in competition between companies to win the market and attract purchasing decisions. Intense competition between companies is the impetus for innovation, one of the company's innovations is to produce instant noodles so that companies can compete with similar products. One of the healthy instant noodle brands that is commonly known by the public is Lemonilo instant noodles. This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality, and advertising on purchasing decisions of Lemonilo instant noodles. This study used a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Square analysis technique using the WarpPLS 8.0 software. There were 97 respondents in the study who were selected using a purposive sampling method. Respondents in this study were consumers of Lemonilo instant noodles who had purchased more than once. The results of the research show that the variables of price, product quality, and advertising have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. INTISARITingginya angka konsumsi mie instan di Indonesia menjadikan tingginya minat konsumen terhadap mie instan yang berakibat pada persaingan antar perusahaan untuk memenangkan pasar dan menarik keputusan pembelian. Persaingan yang ketat antar perusahaan menjadi dorongan untuk melakukan inovasi, salah satu inovasi perusahaan adalah dengan memproduksi mie instan sehat agar perusahaan bisa bersaing dengan produk sejenis lainnya. Salah satu merek mie instan sehat yang umum dikenal oleh masyarakat adalah mie instan Lemonilo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, dan iklan terhadap keputusan pembelian mie instan Lemonilo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Partial Least Square menggunakan bantuan software WarpPLS 8.0, responden dalam penelitian berjumlah 97 orang yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen mie instan Lemonilo yang pernah melakukan pembelian lebih dari satu kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga, kualitas produk, dan iklan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Untuk menghadapi persaingan yang kompetitif, pelaku usaha semakin dituntut untuk mencari solusi bagi pengembangan usahanya terutama untuk pengembangan strategi inovasi produk. Inovasi yang dilakukan secara terus menerus oleh pelaku usaha akan mendominasi pasar dengan kreativitas, model, dan penampilan produk baru. Beras ketan merupakan salah satu bahan pangan yang biasa dikonsumsi sebagai makanan dan belum terdapat inovasi produk yang dijadikan sebagai minuman, padahal beras ketan memiliki banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh. Beras ketan merupakan salah satu komoditi Desa Pulosari, Jombang dan komoditi ini jarang sekali dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sekitar. Adapun tujuan dari penulisan ini untuk menciptakan sebuah inovasi produk baru di bidang minuman yang berbahan dasar beras ketan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yakni metode pendampingan yang diawali dengan survei, perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Kelompok 04 KKN-T MBKM menggandeng UMKM Ardefal Jombang Group untuk merealisasikan inovasi produk baru yang bernama Minuman Ketan Karbonasi (Mikasi Drink). Dengan adanya inovasi produk ini diharapkan dapat memberikan multiplier effect bagi masyarakat sekitar.

commodities and a source of foreign exchange earnings, but export volumes continue to fluctuate, resulting in an imbalance between demand and supply of coffee commodities on world markets. Therefore, it is necessary to know the factors that affect the volume fluctuation of Indonesian coffee exports in the international market. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influenced the volume of coffee exports on the international market in 1996–2020. Data collection uses time series data with a period of 25 years starting from 1996 to 2020. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS software, with independent variables namely coffee production (X1), domestic coffee prices (X2), international coffee prices (X3), the rupiah exchange rate against the dollar (X4), land area (X5), and domestic consumption (X6), and the dependent variable namely the volume of coffee exports (Y). The results showed that the factors that had a positive effect on the volume of coffee exports in Indonesia were Indonesian coffee production and the rupiah exchange rate against the dollar, while domestic coffee prices, land area, and domestic consumption had a negative effect on the volume of coffee exports in Indonesia and had no effect on coffee exports Indonesia is the international coffee price. With a significance level (α) of 5%,INTISARI Komoditas kopi merupakan salah satu sumber penghasilan rakyat, kopi menjadi komoditas  andalan  ekspor  dan sumber pendapatan devisa negara, tetapi volume ekspor yang terus mengalami fluktuasi sehingga terjadi ketidakseimbangan antara permintaan dan persediaan komoditas kopi di pasar dunia. Oleh dari itu perlu diketahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi fluktuasi volume ekspor kopi Indonesia di pasar internasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi volume ekspor kopi di pasar internasional pada tahun 1996-2020. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data time series dengan periode 25 tahun dimulai dari tahun 1996 sampai tahun 2020. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda menggunakan software SPSS dengan variabel bebas yaitu produksi kopi (X1), harga kopi domestic (X2), harga kopi internasional (X3), nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dollar (X4), luas lahan (X5) dan konsmsi domestik (X6) dengan variabel terikat yaitu volume ekspor kopi (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang berpengaruh positif terhadap volume ekspor kopi di Indonesia yaitu produksi kopi Indonesia dan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dollar, sedangkan harga kopi domestik, luas lahan dan konsumsi domestik berpengaruh negatif terhadap volume ekspor kopi di Indonesia dan yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap ekspor kopi Indonesia yaitu harga kopi internasional dengan taraf nyata (α) lima persen

Abstract

Sebagai negara yang menganut sistem hukum, memperoleh izin berusaha merupakan hal yang penting dalam menjalankan sebuah usaha atau bisnis sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah Indonesia. Izin ini berkaitan dengan persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi oleh badan hukum maupun individu yang ingin melakukan kegiatan usaha. Namun, masih banyak pelaku usaha UMKM di Indonesia yang belum memiliki legalitas yang sah untuk usahanya. Dalam rangka membantu mengatasi masalah ini, Mahasiswa Agribisnis MBKM Magang Mandiri Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jawa Timur yang dibantu oleh Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Timur dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan tujuan memberikan penyuluhan dan pendampingan dalam proses pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) bagi UMKM Kopi di Desa Puspo, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Mahasiswa pengabdian berhasil melakukan penyuluhan dan pendampingan kepada UMKM Kopi dalam proses pembuatan NIB, melalui tahapan observasi, penyuluhan, dan pendampingan menggunakan sistem Online Single Submission (OSS).

Abstract

The MSME sector plays a large and important role in the development of the national economy and the regional economy. For the regional economy, MSMEs can increase income, reduce unemployment in villages and can increase their entrepreneurial experience.  Ngampungan Village has a variety of MSMEs that have the potential to improve people's welfare.  However, the problem faced by UMKM in Ngampungan Village is the lack of knowledge about product branding.  Not a few MSME products from Ngampungan Village still don't have labels and use packaging that seems old-fashioned and less attractive.  The purpose of this service is to provide assistance in the manufacture and renewal of labels and packaging to make them more attractive and competitive with competitors.  The methods used in this service are surveys, interviews and discussions, as well as implementation.  The results obtained in this service are the creation of new labels and packaging, as well as increased knowledge of MSME partners in Ngampungan Village regarding packaging and labels that comply with terms and conditions.

Abstract

Humans have been waste generators since birth and generate waste throughout their lives. Currently, waste is a problem that must be faced by the state, especially in terms of environment and health. By separating organic and inorganic waste, we can start household-scale waste management. The waste is processed into fertilizer. By making this organic compost we not only meet the nutritional needs of plants but also reduce too muchwaste. This work program aims to be able to provide information regarding household waste and the processing of organic waste into compost and as a substrate for TOGA planting media that is inexpensive and environmentally friendly. Partners in this activity are members of the Sri Wilis Waste Bank and residents of RT 08 RW 06 Kel. Corner Kec. Mojoroto City of Kediri. The stages in this activity are observation, waste sorting, composting, and toga planting. From the results of these activities, the organic matter can be used as compost with economic value, which is very much needed in organic farming. However, the government in this scope, namely the village government, pays little attention and takes action. Manusia telah menjadi penghasil sampah sejak lahir dan menghasilkan sampah sepanjang hidupnya. Saat ini, sampah merupakan masalah yang harus dihadapi oleh negara, terutama dalam masalah lingkungan dan kesehatan. Dengan memisahkan sampah organik dan anorganik, kita bisa memulai pengelolaan sampah skala rumah tangga. Limbah tersebut diolah menjadi pupuk. Dengan membuat kompos organik ini kita tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi tanaman tetapi juga mengurangi limbah yang terlalu banyak. Tujuan dari program kerja ini adalah dapat memberikan informasi terkait sampah rumah tangga serta pengolahan sampah organik menjadi biokompos dan sebagai substrat media tanam TOGA yang murah dan ramah lingkungan. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah anggota Bank Sampah Sri Wilis dan warga RT 08 RW 06 Kel. Pojok Kec.Mojoroto Kota Kediri. Tahapan dalam kegiatan ini yakni: observasi, penyotiran sampah, pembuatan kompos, dan penanaman toga. Dari hasil kegiatan tersebut, bahan organik tersebut sebenarnya dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai kompos yang bernilai ekonomis, yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam pertanian organik. Namun, pemerintah dalam lingkup ini adalah pemerintah desa kurang memperhatikan dan mengambil tindakan.
