Abstract

Extension activities to determine the effect of socialization, education, and marketing strategies for coffee products on consumer loyalty in the framework of community service activities carried out in Puspo Village, Pasuruan Regency with the aim of helping the Rukun Sejahtera Puspo Forest Farmer Group in overcoming the problems of marketing coffee products and consumer loyalty in purchasing coffee products. Efforts that can be made in helping the Rukun Sejahtera Puspo Forest Farmer Group is to find an optimal marketing strategy to increase sales of coffee products in Puspo Village. Solutions that can be offered related to marketing strategies are by changing conventional marketing methods to more modern marketing methods, rebranding Puspo coffee products, issuing business identification numbers for Puspo farmers, conducting product promotions, and paying attention to customer satisfaction to determine how customer loyalty and the efficiency of marketing methods that have been applied.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance, alternatives, and strategic priorities that can be implemented. The research was conducted in Tunglur Village, Badas District, Kediri Regency. The data analysis methods used are the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSP matrix. The research results show that (1) the main driver for the development of the Gurami fishing industry in Kediri Regency is focused on expansion. Meanwhile, the most basic weakness is limited capital. The main opportunity is that many parties support the development of gourami fish commodities, while the biggest threat is the increase in prices of production factors. (2) Eight alternative strategies are proposed, namely two S-O strategies, two W-O strategies, two S-T strategies, and two W-T strategies. 3) The final strategic priority is to maintain the market and further strengthen relationships with stakeholders to invest in developing the gourami fish industry.

Abstract

Kegiatan penyuluhan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi branding produk kopi terhadap peningkatan pendapatan dan loyalitas konsumen dalam rangka kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Desa Puspo, Pasuruan bertujuan untuk membentu Kelompok Tani Hutan Rukun Maju Sejahtera dalam mengetasi permasalahan kurangnya branding produk kopi robusta dan arabika. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahap persiapan dan tahap pelaksanaan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan strategi branding sangat layak diterapkan terhadap produk-produk pertanian Strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk membranding produk kopi robusta dan arabika yaitu producer branding, no branding, geographical branding, dan retail branding.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of consumers when visiting Mandiri Apple Pickers in Bumiaji District, Malang, to analyze the effect of the marketing mix on consumer loyalty in independent apple picking businesses in Bumiaji District, Malang, to identify the obstacles and efforts faced by Mandiri Apple Picking businesses in increase consumer loyalty. The population in this study were all customers who visited the independent apple picking business in Bumiaji District, Malang. The researcher determines that the number of respondents in the research is 100 respondents. The results of this study are that the characteristics of Mandiri Apple Picking consumers are that the majority are female by 66%, while for men it is 34%, then for the age of the majority of consumers aged 31-35 it is 32%. With the last education, the majority of high school is 43% and the majority of consumers work as housewives 22% and other jobs 27%. Based on the results of the research results of multiple linear regression analysis Test (F) there is a simultaneous or joint effect between the independent variable (X) on the variable (Y). On the results of the (Partial) T-Test that has been carried out from 7 Independent Variables of the marketing mix, there are 6 independent variables that have a partial effect on consumer loyalty, while for the independent variables that have no effect on consumer loyalty, namely Promotion. From the results of research that has been done constraints and efforts to increase consumer loyalty include: elements of the Marketing Mix, namely promotions that are less effective at Mandiri Apple Picks, product offerings that are less attractive and varied, and many competitors doing the same business.

Abstract

Production and counseling activities for Appropriate Technology (TTG) Thematic KKN 03 MBKM students made Appropriate Technology (TTG) Plant Shelves aimed at the surrounding community. Appropriate Technology (TTG) This Plant Shelf contains vegetable plants that are easy to care for and are often used by the local community, especially mothers. The plant contains vegetable plants in the form of chilies, eggplants and tomatoes. MBKM Thematic KKN 03 students succeeded in making 1 shelf containing 16 plants with the hope that these plants would make things easier for the local community. After the Appropriate Technology (TTG) Plant Racks became Thematic KKN 03 MBKM students conducted counseling to the surrounding community, especially PKK mothers regarding the benefits and how to care for Appropriate Technology (TTG) Plant Shelves so that they last a long time so that they will continue to provide benefits to the surrounding community in Kebondalem Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency.

Abstract

Tempe is a product that is popular with Indonesian people. The problem in marketing tempeh is competitors. This has led to the need for creativity in marketing, not only market traditionally but also modernly using technology. This research aims to identify consumer characteristics, analyze Internal, External factors and appropriate marketing strategy alternative. The method of determining the sample in the study using purposive sampling with 55 respondents. This research data analysis method uses SWOT analysis, and QSPM analysis. The results of the research on SWOT analysis show that the strategy is located in kudran I, explained that internal strengths can create opportunities for tempeh product marketing strategies. QSPM analysis shows the highest TAS results, namely alternative strategies, developing production and marketing activities for tempeh products using technology, facilities and infrastructure. Keywords: Tempeh, Strategy, Marketing, Technology INTISARITempe merukan salah satu produk yang digemari masyarakat Indonesia. Permasalah dalam pemasaran tempe yaitu para pesaing. Hal ini menyebabkan dibutuhkannya kreatifitas Pemasaran, tidak hanya memasarkan secara tradisional tapi juga secara modern dengan menggunakan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan ngeindentifikasi karakteristik konsumen, menganalisis faktor Internal, Eksternal dan alternatif strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Metode penentuan sampel  pada penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 55 orang responden. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT, dan analisis QSPM. Hasil penelitaian pada analisis SWOT menunjukan bahwa strategi terletak pada kudran 1, menjelaskan kekuatan intenal dapat menciptakan peluang strategi pemasaran produk tempe. Analisi QSPM menunjukan hasil TAS tertinggi yaitu strategi alternatif, pengembangan kegiatan produksi dan pemasaran produk tempe menggunakan teknologi, sarana dan prasarana. Kata Kunci : Tempe, Strategi, Pemasaran, Teknologi

Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan teknologi di bidang pertanian selalu mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Salah satu teknologi yang mengalami peningkatan adalah hdroponik. Untuk pertanian hidroponik banyak dilakukan untuk masayarakat, karena semakin sempitnya luas lahan pertanian akibat pergeseran budaya pertanian beralih menjadi sektor industri daan jasa. Dampaknya pun sistem pertanian konvensional tidak kompetitif dan masyarakat menjadikan pertanian sistem hidroponik menjadi salah satau alternatif untuk menambah pendapatan ruah tangga khususnya di saat masa pendemi covid 19. Dalam era pendemi covid 19 ini, banyak masyarakat khususnya di perkotaan melakukan hidroponik akibat adanya aturan dari pemerintah untuk melaksanakan kegiatan di rumah saja. Bercocok tanam dengan hidroponik merupakan solusi yang paling baikuntuk menambah pendapatan rumah tangga, baik itu di desa maupun di perkotaan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan kontribusi kepada masyarakat sekitar untuk meningkatkan pendapatan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Tambakrejo Kecamatan Gurah Kabupaten Kediri, terutama untuk ibu-ibu di RT 01 RW 02. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan secara menyeluruh dengan bantuan penyuluh untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakatmengenai hidroponik. Hasil yang didapat adalah ibu-ibu khususnya RT 01 RW 02 Desa Tambakrejo Kecamatan Gurah Kabupaten Kediri bisa melaksanakan program pemberdayaan hidroponik di depan rumah masing-masingdan harapannya akan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga.

Abstract

Teknologi pengolahan tanaman obat tradisional Indonesia berkembang pesat.Teknologi pengolahan ini bertujuan untuk melestarikan kandungan tanaman obatyang berkualitas tinggi. Pengolahan sayuran sangat penting karena bila diolahdengan baik dapat menjadi makanan dan minuman yang menyehatkan. Teknikpengolahannya tidak tepat, menghasilkan racun bagi manusia. Tujuan daripengabdian nonkomersial ini adalah untuk menambah pengetahuan tentangmanfaat tanaman obat yang dapat dijadikan minuman herbal dan cara pembuatanminuman herbal yang baik dan benar. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di RT 1 RW 2 DesaTambakrejo Kecamatan Gurah Kabupaten Kediri pada Tanggal 10 Juli 2022.Kegiatan diikuti oleh 20 peserta yang merupakan ibu-ibu anggota PKK RT 1 RW2 Desa Tambakrejo Kabupaten Kediri.Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramahsosial tentang cara membuat jamu yang baik dan benar. Hasil kegiatanpengabdian menunjukkan bahwa, terjadi peningkatan 100% pengetahuan tentangcara membuat jamu yang baik dan benar setelah kegiatan. Kesimpulan kegiatanbahwa keberhasilan sosialisasi kepada ibu-ibu PKK dan warga Desa TambakrejoKediri telah meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pembuangan jamu yang benar.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyze the use of raw materials and supporting materials, the use of technology, and the production process of anchovy fried chili, (2) analyze the amount of production costs, revenues, and profits derived from processing anchovies into fried anchovy chili, (3 ) analyze the added value of anchovy processing into fried anchovy sauce. Determining the research location using the case study method on a CV. Fizzul Putra Mandiri. The data obtained comes from primary and secondary data in the form of qualitative and quantitative data. The data analysis method in this study uses descriptive analysis, cost analysis, and value-added analysis. The results showed (1) the raw materials used were anchovies with the use of supporting materials, namely sweet potatoes, peanuts, shallots, garlic, cayenne pepper, red chilies, sugar, palm sugar, salt, soy sauce, tamarind, seasonings, cooking oil. The process of processing anchovy fried chili using modern production technology and simple equipment. (2) the total production cost of IDR  1.775.985,-/production, with an admission fee of IDR  2.550.000,-/production, so the net profit obtained by the anchovy fried chili entrepreneur is IDR 774.015 per production. (3) the added value generated from the processing of anchovy fried chili is IDR 192.675/production with a value-added ratio of 38%.INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis penggunaan bahan baku dan bahan penunjang, penggunaan teknologi dan proses produksi sambal goreng teri, (2) menganalisis besar biaya produksi, penerimaan, dan keuntungan yang diperoleh dari pengolahan ikan teri menjadi sambal goreng teri, (3) menganalisis nilai tambah hasil pengolahan ikan teri menjadi sambal goreng teri. Penentuan lokasi penelitian menggunakan metode studi kasus pada CV. Fizzul Putra Mandiri. Data yang diperoleh bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder berupa data kualitatif dan  kuantitatif. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis biaya dan analisis nilai tambah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) bahan baku yang digunakan yaitu ikan teri dengan penggunaan bahan penunjang yaitu ubi jalar, kacang tanah, bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai rawit, cabai merah, gula, gula aren, garam, kecap, asam jawa, bumbu penyedap, minyak goreng. Proses pengolahan sambal goreng teri menggunakan teknologi produksi modern dan peralatan sederhana. (2) total biaya produksi sebesar Rp. 1.775.985,-/produksi, dengan biaya penerimaan sebesar Rp. 2.550.000,-/produksi sehingga keuntungan bersih yang didapatkan oleh pengusaha sambal goreng teri yaitu sebesar Rp. 774.015,-/produksi. (3) nilai tambah yang dihasilakan dari pengolahan sambal goreng teri sebesar Rp. 192.675/produksi dengan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 38%.

Abstract

The development of coffee consumption has also encouraged many new coffee shop businesses to emerge. So that it results in competition in the coffee shop business. This has led to a decline in sales experienced by Sekala Coffee Madiun. The goal of this study was to examine how consumers at the Sekala Coffee Madiun choose their coffee beverages based on price, product quality, and word-of-mouth recommendations. All customers who had purchased coffee beverages at Sekala Coffee Madiun comprised the study's population. Meanwhile, the sample used in this research was 75 people who had bought coffee drink products at Sekala Coffee Madiun. The method of sampling employed the Accidental sampling method. In this study, primary data and secondary data were collected. The data analysis method used in this research is component-based Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis using PLS which was chosen as the analysis tool with the help of the SmartPLS 3. The study's findings suggested that the price variable has no impact on consumers' choices. Meanwhile, the product quality variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Likewise, the word-of-mouth variable has an influence and is significant on purchasing decisions. Key words:   Price, Product Quality, Word of Mouth, Decision to Purchase.
