Abstract

PT Kelola Lingkungan Kita (PT KLK) is an integrated hazardous waste management company, covering services in the sectors of transportation, collection, processing and utilization of B3 waste with working areas such as Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, Nusa Tenggara and Bali. As a new company, PT KLK needs to see the effectiveness of its capital in order to obtain profits as planned. This study aimed to know the efficiency in working capital planning at PT KLK as an effort to increase probability. In this study we used descriptive quantitative which means the data observation is describing by collected data without intending to make general conclusions. The results of this study are PT. KLK must optimize capital turnover in the following years. The result is that efficiency in the use of capital is still not good.

Abstract

PT. Jeeva Works Corporation is a private company in hair cut style for man (Barbershop) and coffee shop especially men who are increasingly happy to be stylish and more aware of their appearance by choosing stylish hairstyles. In addition to lifestyle-related to the appearance of hair, the phenomenon of enjoying coffee at a coffee shop is currently also a part of the lifestyle. Harapan Indah, Bekasi was chosen as an initial location (company home base) after seeing the potential business of the existing Barbershop. The population of men aged in this area between 15 to 54 with 142.300 customers in 2020 on barbershop market share over 52.65% or 74.921 people. In addition, a potential Barbershop combined with coffee shop’s potential is also promising in this region. There are coffee shops and coffee enthusiast communities that to support PT. Jeeva Work with continue to grow. The company seized this opportunity by establishing a premium barbershop business which is provide technology to select hair models in menu form with re-modeling applications and provides rapid registration technology by developing an online registration application equipped with coffee shop facilities under Jeeva Barber Coffee brand. In this work, we purpose to analyze a level of investment feasibility. As an initial step, the preparation of the company’s, the cash flow was carried out. After that, an investment feasibility analysis was carried out by calculating and analyzing the parameters used which were ROI, P, BEP, PP, and IRR. The results of calculations and analysis of ROI, NPV, BEP, PP, and IRR on the company’s investment plan of 6.9 billion shows that the investment is feasible to run. ROI in the 5th year reached 55.16% > the target of 35%. The NPV calculated with WACC was 10.97%, showing a positive value, 2 years 5 months BEP < maximal target in BEP 3 years, 1st investment PP for 2 years 5 months and second investment for 2 years 1 month as expected < 3 years, IRR of 48.81% > minimum interest rate expected by investors of 13.13%

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of organization innovation on job satisfaction also the influence effect of organization innovation and job satisfaction on job performance with the influence of employee engagement on job performance at PT. UTAC Manufacturing Services Indonesia. In this study, we use the employees’ population at PT. UTAC Manufacturing Services Indonesia. Here, the criteria of employee’s job such as operator, staff, and supervisor level. The sample data of observation was reached 300 employees who were considered to have represented as a population studied by using quantitative data methods (sampling technique). The results show the Organization Innovation had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. This result is implying that the better Organization Innovation carried out by PT. UTAC Manufacturing Services Indonesia, the better the Job Satisfaction. Furthermore, the Organization Innovation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement. This means that the better Organization Innovation, the more increase employee engagement. Also, Employee Engagement also has positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, as well as a positive and significant influence of Job Satisfaction on Job Performance. This means that the better the Employee Engagement, the higher Job Satisfaction and the higher Employee Job Performance of PT. UTAC Manufacturing Services Indonesia, the Job Performance will increase.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of brand communication on brand image, brand communication, and brand trust over loyalty brand building at PT. Sanko Material Indonesia. In this study, we use quesionaries to assess loyality brand building to all distributors and other business companies near 250 companies. Here, we take 160 respondents who were considered to have adequately represented a population studied brand loyality. The sampling technique in this study, we use Convenience Sampling method which is a sampling method based on the convenience factor where the respondents discuss and meet at survey location. We use analytical model e.g. Structural Equation Modelling with the AMOS 21 Program to obtain the result. The results shows, a Brand communication had a positive and significant effect on brand image. The implication of loyality brand building is a better than brand communication carried out by PT. Sanko Material Indonesia. Brand communication have a positive and significant effect on brand trust. It means that the better brand communication is increased consumer confidence. Brand image also has positive and significant effect on brand trust as well as a positive and significant influence of brand trust on brand loyalty. This means that the better brand image with higher brand trust and the higher consumer confidence in products of PT. Sanko Material Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of perception of justice, recovery disconfirmation, recovery satisfaction in positive word of mouth behaviour after failure delivery over fast food restaurants service. Fast food restaurant customers were chosen as the object of the current study, the products by fast food restaurant have specialties taste. The products by this restaurant have won customers’ trust which is known as a high-quality brand. In this study, the analytical model by using Structural Equation Modelling and SPSS 25 Program was proposed to process the data. The results show failure service fast food restaurant on perception effect of customer justice on PWOM through mediators such as recovery disconfirmation, inconsistency between expectations for recovery satisfaction and positive word of mouth. Post-recovery satisfaction by forming a bond between the customer and the service provider. The addressing service failures successfully is essential to a reputation for delivering a quality service and allows industry practitioners to maintain strong relationships with customers and, subsequently, earn the greater market share enjoyed by high-quality organizations with reliability test 0.971. Here, the findings suggest that quality professional service should aim to maximize the influence of fast-food restaurant customers’ perception of justice on their post-complaint behaviour through the development of dual mediators: recovery disconfirmation and recovery satisfaction. Thus, can help quality professionals influence restaurant customers’ post-complaint behaviour in a positive way.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Transformational Leadership on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture, and Affective Commitment. This study will raise the relationship between job satisfaction and affective commitment as a literature gap. The population used in this study over Harapan Mulia Hospital employees around 200 employees. Here, we use 34 question items with a minimum of 34 x 5 or 170 samples. The research design in this study is explanatory research that will prove the causal relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. Significant levels and interrelationships between variables were analysed using the structural equation model (SEM) method Testing with structural analysis Lisrel 8.80 and for descriptive analysis using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 20.00. The results shows that the application of Transformational Leadership had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (T-Statistics = 6,16). These results are in line with several previous studies that explain the impact of transformational leadership on job satisfaction. Furthermore, that there is a positive and significant influence between Transformational Leadership on Organizational Culture (T-Statistics = 5,23), there is a positive and significant effect on Transformational Leadership on Affective Commitment (T-Statistics = 2,98), there is a significant influence between employee satisfaction on affective commitment (T-Statistics = 2,39), there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and affective commitment (T-Statistics = 2,68). This means that the higher application of a company's organizational culture will encourage employees to have a better affective commitment.

Abstract

The frozen food business is one of the most desirable businesses and has a good prospect. There have been many businesses that have made a huge profit from the frozen food business. This is evidenced by the increasing number of frozen food businesses that stand from day to days with a product offering each of them. But there are also frozen food businesses that go to a bankrupt due to the marketing strategies does not right and the quality of service is less than optimal. It means that the success of a frozen food business in winning competition is determined by the application of an appropriate marketing strategy. The strategy of maturity to support competitive advantage products that have a competitors. Basically, almost for all successful businesses they are really understand the 4P concept (Product, Place, Price, Promotion) marketing mix, how to run, where a business will go, and who should be involved. The implementing a marketing strategy begins by analyzing the overall situation of the company. Marketers must conduct a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) in company as a whole seller. Besides SWOT, Segmenting, Targeting Positioning is also needed to classify the market that will be targeted. Here, SWOT analysis can be used to understand a company business mechanism to be a better condition also competitive for company strength and deter threats

Abstract

The rapid growth of the retail industry affects the mindset of the people so that people change their consumption style by choosing to shop at minimarkets, supermarkets, or hypermarkets due to more comfortable compared by traditional stores. The growth index value of minimarkets in Indonesia is based on data released by APRINDO (Indonesian Retail Employers Association) in January 2019 is increased 15%. Thus, the magnitude of potential retail business opportunities over Noor Halal Minimarket was established and focuses on Islamic Boarding Schools (Pesantren) area which is have a new business model and cannot explored by the national minimarket network. Based on the calculation’s analysis and business strategy analysis, Noor Halal Minimarket has a profitable business opportunity. Noor Halal Minimarket develops business starting in 2020 by opening 10 minimarkets in the period of 1 to 2 years, increasing to a total of 22 minimarkets in the period 3 to 4 years and increasing to a total of 36 minimarkets in the 5th year period all of which are located in Bogor Regency, West Java, considering that Bogor Regency has the highest number of pesantren and students in Indonesia. Noor Halal Minimarket uses the concept of competency-based human capital management to achieve company goals so as to provide optimal service to customers. The key to the company's success refers to human capital management in developing business is supported by competent employees who have high work motivation to provide excellent service to customers.

Abstract

The vitality of commodity prices and trade wars in international trade due to slowed export-oriented domestic manufacturing industries growth. Leadership is considered as one of the important solutions in improving the key performance of Indonesian manufacturing companies because a good leadership style can be enhance organizational learning and stimulate organizational innovation to improve company performance. In this study, we use quantitative approach with survey method to assess how leadership affect in organizational learning and organizational innovation in shaping of organizational performance. Here, we use a questionnaires and distributed over 320 manufacturing employees in company at several cities throughout Indonesia. Furthermore, the data observations are analyzed by using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. The result shows a leadership style is influenced organizational innovation and organizational learning positively and significantly, then the organizational innovation and organizational learning also positively and significantly influenced organizational performance.

Abstract

The current economic growth encourages many businesses to grow and thrive. The one of them is growing is Hotel in Bekasi city. The realization of investment in Bekasi City reached 17 trillion IDR over 2017. Thus, the investment targets to encouraged businesses to grow such as business developers in hotels and apartments building over the Bekasi area reached 17 trillion IDR. The increasing factor also needs balanced with the increased availability of hotel rooms and accommodations so that does not create a gap between demand and supply for hotel rooms or accommodations. Business growth and development needs must be planned so that the business can continue running. One of the things must be considered is the risk management, so every business can find out which factors must be considered in developing its business itself.
