Abstract

This study aims to analyze how Financial Literacy, Financial Behaviour and Financial Anxiety influence Financial Well Being of Top Management Level Employees. A cross-sectional survey was employed on 256 respondents randomly selected from top management level of manufacture company. It then tests their hypothesized relationships with the use of Partial Least Squares (PLS), a structural equation modelling technique. The result reveal that financial behaviour and financial anxiety significantly influence the financial well-being of employee. Financial literacy also influences the financial anxiety, financial behaviour and financial well-being. Financial behaviour of an individual also determine the level of financial wellbeing of the respondents. Positive and healthy financial behavior leads toward the higher level of financial wellbeing. There is significant and positive effect of financial literacy to financial behaviour of top management level of employees.

Abstract

The increasing business of the national minimarket companies such as local retail in Indonesia (Indomaret and Alfamart) owned by large companies at this time the conventional stores and local minimarkets decrease their competitiveness. Those largest minimarket companies have penetrated their stores in many cities in Indonesia with a modern store operating system, a complete variety of products and surely with the big capital, makes the national minimarkets accepted by the market and faster to open their new stores. This Competition makes the local minimarket have to face challenges with the national minimarket network. The local minimarket must have a strong analysis to win this competition and become the next national minimarket level. Thus, in this study we explore the concept of 4P (Product, Place, Price, Promotion) of the marketing mix, how to operate, where the business will go, and who should be involved in Noor halal Minimarket. This minimarket is a local market in Bogor, West Java with implemented a marketing strategy starts with analyzing the overall situation of the company. The Local minimarket must do a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) in the company as a whole seller. Besides SWOT, Segmenting, Positioning is also needed to classify the market to be targeted. Here, the SWOT analysis can be used to understand the business mechanism of the company to be a better condition and also be competitive for the company's strength and prevent threats.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the work environment, organizational culture on turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction at a type B private hospital in Bekasi. The design of this study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods using questionnaires distributed online to health workers who are still actively working in hospitals as many as 275 respondents. Furthermore, the data analysis used in this study used SEM-PLS with the help of the SmartPLS software program. Data collection was carried out in December 2021 - January 2022. The results of this study indicate that the more conducive the work environment in type B Private Hospitals, the higher the job satisfaction of health workers, and a conducive work environment can also reduce the desire of health workers to change jobs. A strong organizational culture will reduce the desire to change jobs and high job satisfaction will reduce the desire of health workers to move from their current workplace.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of soft skills, motivation, job satisfaction on employee performance through organizational commitment. The test is carried out by testing the main influence of soft skills, motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment and continued by testing soft skills, motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment to employee performance. The population in this research is the marketing employees of Bank Mandiri in Regional Office 4. The method of this research is by distributing questionnaires to 400 respondents and then testing for Normality and SEM - Path in lisrel. The results showed that Soft Skills, Motivation and Work Goals on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment all variables had a significant effect.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is so important for a company to retain customers. Customer loyalty is worth to reduce competition between competitors. Customer loyalty can be influenced by relationship marketing, service quality, and customer satisfaction. So this study aims to see the effect of relationship marketing, service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The population of this study focuses on Indonesian Islamic Bank (BSI) customers, using purposive sampling. The sample is Indonesian Sharia Bank (BSI) customers in the Tangerang area as many as 230. This type of research is quantitative, with data collection by distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM-PLS) with the SMART PLS software program. This study aims to see the effect of relationship marketing, service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The results of the study conclude that relationship marketing and service quality have a positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction as a mediating variable has a positive effect on customer loyalty. The implication of this research is the company order to increases customer loyalty by making customers feel satisfied through relationship marketing and the quality of services provided

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) determine the marketing planning of the Bilik Hukum in achieving the long-term strategy, (2) find out the operational planning of the Bilik Hukum in achieving the long-term strategy, and (3) determine the strategy in achieving 100% of the strength of human capital of Bilik Hukum. In this study using SWOT analysis in determining planning in overcoming the overall challenges. The results of this study indicate that Bilik Hukum develops competitive advantage through Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) and marketing mix strategies to create business continuity and competitive advantage. From an operational perspective, Bilik Hukum differentiates its products, competitive prices, and be responsive in providing services. To achieve 100% HR strength as a long-term strategy, the aspects that need to be considered are (1) the projection of the number of employees needed, (2) identifying HR in the organization, (3) analyzing the balance of demand and supply, and (4) run the action program. The results of this study are expected to assist new businesses in determining their plans so that they have superior, competitive, and profitable capacities in achieving long-term strategies.

Abstract

Mechanical testing is needed in almost all industry segments, such as in the automotive, plastics, food, packaging, steel, and medical equipment industries. Some examples of mechanical testing include tensile, compressive, tearing, fracture, puncture, and texture tests on food. This research is a descriptive qualitative type by describing the strategy of PT Premium Testing Lab (PTL) in order to developing new mechanical testing laboratory in Indonesia.  PT PTL uses market penetration and differentiation strategies taken from QSPM analysis and Porter’s Generic Strategy for establishing marketing, human capital and operational goals and objectives. The implementation of marketing strategy must also be supported by a good operational plan and strategy in the human capital division. All three must go hand in hand so that the company's goals can be achieved.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the benchmarks for government agencies in creating more value to produce a product or service to achieve organizational goals, one of the factors that affect employee performance is the motivation factor motivation can be influenced by a good work environment and organizational culture. Good organizational culture and a conducive work environment will have an impact on the emergence of motivation for employees which in turn will have an impact on improving employee performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance. This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Education Financing Service Center Kemdikbudristek as respondents. This study uses quantitative research methods, and analytical methods using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS applications. Respondents in this study were 85 people. The results of this study indicate that all indicators used in this study are valid and reliable. The conclusions of this study: organizational culture variables affect work motivation, organizational culture variables affect employee performance, and the work environment affects employee performance, but the work environment variable does not affect work motivation and work motivation does not affect employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the legal advisory and legal assistance service "Bilik Hukum" from both the financial and business risk aspects. The business finance strategy method focuses on calculating investment value by calculating Return on Investment (ROI), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Average Rate of Return (ARR), Profitability Index (PI), and Payback period (PP). The method in risk management is carried out in six stages, namely (1) risk analysis, (2) risk evaluation. (3) risk management. (4) communication and consultation, (5) monitoring and review, (6) recording and reporting. The results showed that the Bilik Hukum was financially feasible with a positive ROI value from the second to the fifth year, the NPV value was positive at Rp. 10,171,215,666,-, IRR is 68% above the discount rate of 10%, ARR is 319% (greater than 100%), PI is 3.41, and the payback period is 1 year 7 months. Risk management what was done by the Bilik Hukum succeeded in reducing the level of risk impact which was originally at a high level to a medium level and from a medium level to a low level.

Abstract

Patient loyalty is indicated by satisfaction a factor that can reflect the quality of service from the local health service. Customer Relationship Management is the management of its customers that can provide. This study aims to see the effect of Service Quality, Customer Relationship Management, Satisfaction, and patient loyalty. The population of this study focused on patients in health facilities in the Jasinga District by sampling, namely purposive sample where the sample was patients who used health facilities in Jasinga District as many as 205 respondents. This type of research is quantitative, with data collection by distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM-PLS) with the SMART PLS software program. Some of the findings in this study are that service quality has a positive effect on patient satisfaction. Customer Relationship Management has a positive effect on patient satisfaction. Customer Relationship Management has a positive effect on Patient Loyalty. Service quality has a positive effect on patient loyalty and finally, satisfaction has a positive effect on patient loyalty. This study has implications for increasing patient loyalty by providing information to help manage the quality of health services and customer relationship management by encouraging satisfaction so that it will always increase patient loyalty significantly.
