Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ethical leadership on trust in leader, to analyze the influence of trust in leader on work engagement, to analyze effect of work engagement on turnover intension, to analyze the influence of ethical leadership on burnout and to analyze the influence of burnout on turnover intension of ICT employees. The population used in this study are all distributors or other business companies that are employees of ICT Company which number 375 employees. While the sample of this study was 30 respondents who were considered to have adequately represented the population studied. The sampling technique uses the Convenience Sampling method, which is a sampling method based on the convenience factor where the respondents happened to meet with the research at the survey location. The analytical model used in this study is descriptive analysis and analysis of Structural Equation Modeling with the Lisrel Program. The results of the study found that found that: 1) Trust in leaders is influenced by ethical leadership. The better and higher the ethical leadership, the better the trust in leader. 2) Work engagement is not influenced by employee's trust in leaders. This might occur in the ICT industry, where there are other factors that can affect employee's work engagement. 3) Turnover intention is not influenced by work engagement. If the value of work engagement is high, the less likely the employee will be to leave the company. 4) Ethical leadership is negatively related to burnout. If the ethical leadership value is low, then the higher the burnout. 5) Turnover intension is influenced by burnout. This shows that the higher the burnout, the higher the likelihood that employees will leave the company

Abstract

The increasing production of B3 medical waste produced in Indonesia has not been accompanied by the growth of B3 medical waste processing companies. There are less than 10 companies that offer B3 medical waste treatment services in Indonesia, with big names companies such as WASTEC, PLIB and Java Medivest was being the main players in this industry. In this study, we discuss the NICE (Networking, Interaction, Common Interest, Experience) concept of the marketing mix, how to operate, where the business will go, and who should be involved in PT. Kelola Lingkungan Kita, B3 medical waste processing company in Indramayu Regency, West Java, Indonesia. The implementing a marketing strategy starts with analyzing the overall situation of the company. The company must perform a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis on the company. Apart from SWOT, Segmenting, Positioning is also needed to classify the market to be targeted. In this paper, SWOT analysis can be used to understand the company's business mechanism to become a better and also competitive condition for company strength and to prevent threats.

Abstract

The needs of modern society especially men are needed barber services to tailored a customer. The right service time and attractive facilities it’s effective to generate customer. This business is a new business model in Indonesia and requires business development. Jeeva works company develops to facilitate customer needs by providing re-model and e-registration application technology over coffeeshop. The combination of barbershop and coffeeshop is developed by Jeeva works company namely Jeeva Barber Coffee. Some of the business development undertaken by analyzing the business environment, developing business strategies, operational strategies, marketing strategies, human capital (HC) strategies, financial strategies and risk management. A good strategy in the field of human capital (HC) affects business development. Jeeva Barber Coffee is a premium barbershop business facilitated by modern application technology so that the role of human capital (HC) is very important to improve the company's operations. Abstract

The superiority of a service is depends on the uniqueness and quality service. The service must be specifically meet customer needs and desires because the service is felt and enjoyed directly by the customer will immediately get an assessment according to the expectations. This study discusses a quality of forklift rental services. Here, a service quality variables as forming company reputation, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Using causality and quantitative analysis models. All the data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 250 forklift customers rental companies over (PT. Kianis Pratama, Indonesia) uses SEM analysis. The purpose in this study to determine service quality effect over corporate reputation, customer satisfaction, and loyalty, respectively. The results shows that a good service quality would increase the corporate reputation and customer satisfaction, a good corporate reputation would increase customer loyalty and high customer satisfaction would increase customer loyalty. It means that the better of corporate reputation has, higher of customer satisfaction and loyalty will be increase customer satisfaction in the PT. Kianis Pratama

Abstract

Currently, Indonesia has many fertility clinic-based health facilities that provide various kinds of affordable price offers. The Kamala Clinic is present as one of the clinics that offers a success guarantee system for patients who want to have children or add children. The Kamala Clinic is a premier clinic that is a network of private clinics providing fertility and gynaecology services. The Kamala Clinic is under PT. Medika Sehat Utama and has committed to developing fertility and gynaecology clinics and as well as offering an in vitro fertilization (IVF) program with a guarantee (self-insurance). Thus, study aimed to discuss the application of the NICE concept (Networking, Interaction, Common Interest, Experience) on marketing mix strategy at the IVF clinic. Here we use a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) analysis to achieve the result with assign Segmenting, Targeting, and positioning over classify the market. In addition, Marketing mix implementation at The Kamala Clinic is expected to optimize the company’s internal strengths and minimized threats from the outside. The results of this study are expected to apply the marketing concept so that it has superior, competitive, and profitable capabilities to become a new rule business model for other IVF clinics.

Abstract

The development of minimarkets in Indonesia is currently growing. The national minimarket network owned by large companies makes conventional stores and local minimarkets has been decreased in competitiveness. Here, the national minimarket provides a variety of facilities offered to make customers comfortable to shop. The competition with the national minimarket network is a challenge faced in the local minimarket business. Thus, a minimarket has innovation and strategy to brings actual solutions along with the times also changes to win the competition. Here, the Noor Halal Minimarket in this case chose Islamic Education Institution as an untapped market niche, especially in Bogor Regency, West Java due to have the large number of Islamic center education. Another strategy that is a mainstay is to use innovation vending machine in daily operations for the efficiency and application of tiered prices following a certain number of purchases.

Abstract

Employee performance is a result of quality and quantity of work by an official in carrying out duties at accordance with the responsibilities. Here, the motivation is a willingness to do their best to achieve organizational goals that also meet one's needs. While the training is an effort aimed to improve the quality of human resources. Thus, the competence is a set of knowledge, skills, and attitudes that must be possessed, internalized, mastered, and realized by someone in carrying out professional tasks without leaving aspects of personality and social abilities in carrying out their duties. The purpose of this research to determine Competency, Training, Work Motivation and Employee Performance aspects. Therefore, around 100 employees participated as respondents in this research. By using Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) and Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL) statistical software version 8.70, we analyze the result. Here, the results showed work motivation has an effect on competence and training has an effect on competence while work motivation did not have a significant effect on employee performance, training had an effect on employee performance and competence had an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Currently, the increasingly fierce competition in the health business encourages companies to develop innovative strategies in meeting human resource needs. To capture market needs, companies must have added value to their resources, especially for the expert resources. Kamala Clinic is the main clinic providing fertility and gynaecology special health services. Under PT. Medika Sehat Utama, Kamala clinic located in the golden triangle of Bekasi city-West Java, is committed to developing fertility and gynaecology clinics by offering a guaranteed IVF program (self-insurance). Providing maximum service supported by experienced experts. To meet the dynamic needs of patients, a strong HR recruitment strategy who is always able to keep up with the times is needed. Thus, this study aims to analyse the human capital strategies at the Kamala Clinic that offers IVF programs with self-insurance. In the implements fertility specialist selection strategies to enhance the clinic's reputation. This is inseparable from the selection and recruitment to meet competency needs. Thus, these results are expected to be a reference for other IVF clinics in developing more optimal services.

Abstract

Hotel is an accommodation service business to bring a service, comfortable, and lodging facilities needed for those who want lodging facilities for the benefit of family, vacation or on job. This business is related to facilitate a people as customers, so this business is related to service quality. Quality of service is very determining by success factor of this business. Service quality is a form of consumer assessment in the level of service received with the expected level of service. The success of a company's operations is determined by many factors, one of which is the employee. Employees are people who deal directly with customers. In addition to hotel buildings which include design and layout, employees also become important assessments for customers. Therefore, training and developing employees in a service business is important to achieve company goals.

Abstract

The first stage prior to the selection process is employee recruitment, then continues to the placement of candidates. The right hiring employee candidates over company is the most important part of the venture. An effective recruitment process can be reducing turnover of company. The interviews process and background checks are ensuring that the company will hire reliable candidates and carry out the company's planned goals of providing quality service to customers. There are several factors that affect the effectiveness of the recruitment process at PT. KELOLA LINGKUNGAN KITA (KLK) which is have a consists of cost per person employee candidate, volume of applicants, time to fill in, quality of recruitment, tenure, and employee attitude. This study aims to review the most effective way of recruiting employees in order to obtain competent employees. In this study, we use a qualitative method that will describe the topic and explain the results of the interview. The purpose of this study was to determine how effective the recruitment process at PT. KLK. The result of this research is that the recruitment process of PT. KLK is effective, but it is important to maintain the recruitment process in the company, because the recruitment process is the first stage in deciding whether a company has good employees or not.
