Abstract

The main key of the existence service provider or hotel is a consumer service. Therefore, hotels must be able to improve good service and quality to consumers to improve a good a good relationship between service providers with consumers. A business that is engaged in hotels, especially hotels, cannot be denied that competition between business people is getting tougher. Thus, in this study aimed to obtain value from the effect of the perception customer justice perception on Positive Word of Mouth through mediators such as recovery confirmation and inconsistency between expectations for recovery performance also recovery satisfaction. Anchored within the framework of the theory of justice theory and the theory of hope disconfirmation. The result shows a restoration of confirmation over, customer satisfaction is a form of a restoration of justice with T-value received by consumers to give confidence back to consumers who feel disappointed about the services performed by service providers or hotels. Thus, the disappointment forms of experienced by consumers will recover if service providers or hotels improve their services. In addition, a consumer feels satisfied and will make good statements about the hotel.

Abstract

Food industry it’s one of the centerpiece industry sectors as a private sector to increase national economic growth rate. Accordingly, PT. BEFINDO FOOD prefers to focus on food industry, specifically frozen food. The variants of processed food are potatoes, sausages, and nuggets also favored food by most Indonesians. However, duck meat as an one of protein source and familiar in Indonesian market due to contains high fat amount and cholesterol. In the fact, when the cholesterol of skin-off duck is compared to the chicken cholesterol it is proved that the amount of cholesterol from both ingredients are nearly similar and it is still considered healthy. Therefore, to encourage consumers to choose duck meat, the company need to reduce fat amount with smell in the production process. In addition, PT. BEFINDO FOOD needs to develop an innovation in the processing phase. In this study, PT. BEFINDO FOOD will develop the human capital in order to create qualified men who will involve in the duck nugget production.

Abstract

One of the community needs especially for men is appropriate barbershop services desired haircut also suitable service time and attractive facilities. The existing barbershop has limitations in facilitating the haircut and desired customer over appropriate service time. Barbershop who can give service according to the hairstyle the customer need and the time that can be determined customers themselves are a new business model in Indonesia and in need business development. Jeeva Works Corporation is developing for facilitate customer needs by providing re-model and registration application technology supported by a hangout facility in the form of coffee shop. Barbershop with combination coffee shop gave birth to the trademark Jeeva Barber Coffee.

Abstract

HR's main challenge is how to build a performance culture, where employees can provide optimal performance. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and organizational climate on organizational commitment and its influence on employee performance. One of the factors for good employee performance is high organizational commitment as well. Previous studies have suggested that compensation and organizational climate influence the organizational commitment. Also found that organizational commitment becomes one of the main factors that affect employee performance. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires. The collected data is then processed using structure equational modelling with compensation and organizational climate as independent variables (X), employee performance as dependent variable (Y), and organizational commitment as intervening variables (Z). The findings showed that compensation and organizational climate has positive relationship with organizational commitment. This study also showed that only organizational climate, and organizational commitment has positive and significant relationship with employee performance because compensation has a negative significant relationship with employee performance.

Abstract

The impact of globalization has made by business development in Indonesia. This condition have opportunities for entrepreneurs in industrial sectors to compete in attracting consumers. This condition is also caused by hospitality service industry to face intense competition and experience rapid growth and development. In addition, the competition formed spurred hospitality companies to further enhance their role in serving consumers. Based on the results, a market share survey by the LH Hotel consumers team only need clean, comfortable, and affordable rooms and good service. Consumers no longer need too many hotel facilities such as a variety of restaurants or rooms that are too large at high prices. Consumers are getting smarter in planning their trips so that there is a trend of hotels that have basic facilities needed by consumers but at low prices. The phenomenon and facts of the development of the hospitality business make the main foundation for LH Hotel in building a hospitality property that focuses on the needs of consumers for a 3-star hotel class. The hospitality industry that is cultivated by LH Hotel is a service industry that cannot be separated from the importance of managing human resources to be able to create maximum service quality. Therefore LH Hotel must implement a good human capital system in order to obtain and prepare competent human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership and its relationship with organizational climate, job satisfaction, and team performance. Here, the empirical study was conducted with a questionnaire applied to a sample of 170 team work leaders from Indonesian companies that are members of the retail store sector. The hypothesis was tested by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Lisrel program used in this study. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational climate on work teams. It was also found that job satisfaction has a positive influence on organizational climate, and the two constructs positively affect team performance. This study analyzes the strategic role of transformational leadership in organizational outcomes derived from teamwork to the extent that such leadership styles promote a positive organizational climate and a high level of employee satisfaction. Organizations can improve their performance through practices that promote this leadership style in their managers. This study extends the literature on transformational leadership by presenting empirical evidence on the relationship between leadership style, organizational climate, job satisfaction, and team performance in the specific context of an emerging economy such as Indonesia.

Abstract

PT. Noor Halal is a company who engaged retail sector by opening minimarkets in several Islamic Education Institutions, especially over Islamic Boarding Schools, Bogor, West Java. Science, January 2017 to December 2019, this company has 9 (nine) outlets with untapped market niche, especially in West Java Province because it has a large number of Islamic boarding school (Pesantren) especially Bogor District was chosen as a development location after seeing the potential number of Pesantren and student around 1,060 building and 71,750 people, respectively. The mainstay strategy in this company is use vending machine innovations by day-to-day operations for efficiency and application of tiered prices following a certain number of purchases. In this study the investment feasibility analysis is done by calculating and analyzing the parameters namely ROI, P, BEP, PP, and IRR with a corporate investment plan with 11.18 billion IDR also indicating that the investment is feasible to run. The investment feasibility analysis of several parameters was achieved by ROI in 5th year achieved with positive and significant growth reaching 25%; NPV calculated with a WACC interest rate of 13.21% with positive results; BEP or breakeven point will be reached within 1 year 10 months and The resulting IRR rate is 60.79%, respectively.

Abstract

Employee performance is determined by several factors, including employee development practices, work engagement, organizational citizenship behaviour, task performance, and job creator. Here, the implementation of several, factors has become important points during improving job performance to achieve Company's goals. However, the implementation factors are interrelated with job performance improvement. In this study, we use a quantitative approach with a survey method to obtain leadership effects on organizational learning and organizational innovation in shaping of organizational performance. Here we were distributed questionnaires to 300 employees of banking companies in Bekasi City, then the data were analysed using the PLS Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. The result show in the fact that these factors can really affect the performance of employees in companies in the banking sector, where comparisons will be made. how these factors influence in improving employee performance.

Abstract

The population rate in Indonesia is goes up every year and it affects the growth of food industry in Indonesia which is developed gradually every year. Here, a food industry produces various products like cooked food, processed food in a form of frozen food. For frozen food, it has its own target market and the number is bigger than the market of cooked food due to its durable characteristic and cooking friendly. The growth of the frozen food sales in Indonesian market is a business opportunity for PT. BEFINDO FOOD. Therefore, PT. BEFINDO FOOD focuses on frozen food industry by using manufactured duck as its main ingredients it’s different by other companies. In this study, we use Porter’s Five Forces analysis method and SWOT analysis to investigate any factual information that needs to be taken into consideration, which is related to the frozen food business. The result shows, growth of the frozen food sales in the market is expected to be the business opportunity for PT. BEFINDO FOOD to produce a nugget with manufactured duck as its main ingredients. It aims to reach wider market to offer alternative flavor of nugget product.

Abstract

In a business plan, the Operational role cannot be underestimated. The pace of the business will be fast if the operational department implements the right and accurate strategy in executing all operational aspects in increasing the pace of business, like wise in the Arena Corner business plan, a precise operational strategy is needed so that other parts feel the operational locomotive moving all aspects of the business. This study aims to determine the importance of a start-up application's operational part in managing the company's operations.
