Abstract

This research was conveying the influencing MOBA game in the teaching and learning process. This research has two intentions were: 1) influence of MOBAenhance the ability of students to speak, and 2) students’ interest in the use of MOBAgame. This research used a mixed-method. This research’s population was ten classes of the Eleventh grader at SMA Negeri 3 Sidenreng Rappang by population total were 298 students. The research’s sample was XI IPA2(33 students) which got by using a cluster randomly. This research used two varieties of instruments were speaking testand questionnaire. This study found that the influence of MOBA in clarifying thespeaking ability was improving. The mean score of post-test evidenced was higher than pre-test (69.39>51.81). So the researcher stated H0 was refused and H1 was confirmed. Furthermore, this research also found that the Eleventh grader wasinterested in learning speaking where was proved by the questionnaire’s mean score was 79.72 were classified in an interesting category

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran sentral Sekolah Penggerak dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka di Indonesia. Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan upaya untuk menciptakan sistem guruan yang adaptif, inovatif, dan relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Sekolah Penggerak diharapkan menjadi motor penggerak utama dalam menerapkan kurikulum ini, melibatkan kepemimpinan, pengelolaan sumber daya, dan pembentukan lingkungan pembelajaran yang stimulatif. Program Sekolah Penggerak menjadi inisiatif menarik untuk meningkatkan relevansi dan efektivitas kurikulum di seluruh sekolah di Indonesia. Namun, implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan peran sekolah sebagai penggerak masih menjadi subjek diskusi menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendalamkan pemahaman tentang peran sekolah sebagai penggerak dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di berbagai sekolah. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini dilakukan di UPTD SMP 3 Kabupaten Mamuju Tengah, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi partisipasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sekolah Penggerak bukan hanya lembaga guruan biasa, melainkan motor penggerak yang memimpin perubahan guruan. Dengan dukungan anggaran khusus, pendampingan, dan pengimbasan ke sekolah-sekolah terdekat, Sekolah Penggerak menjadi pusat implementasi dan tolok ukur keberhasilan Kurikulum Merdeka. Peran kepala sekolah dalam membimbing perubahan menjadi kunci sukses, dengan fokus utama pada belajar mandiri, pemanfaatan teknologi, kreativitas, inovasi, dan penguatan karakter siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of delicate motor stimulation on improving children's ability to write letters by combining straight lines, flat lines, right-left oblique, left curves, right curves, and upper and lower curves into letters. The study used a quantitative approach, with one group pretest and posttest experimental methods. The study sample was 20 people. Data is collected through observation sheets by providing a checklist of aspects achieved by students. A paired sample t-test is used to analyze the data. The results of data analysis showed that the activities of drawing straight lines, flat lines, right left tilts, left curves, right curves, upper arches, and lower curves increased children's initial writing skills in forming the alphabet

Abstract

Every organization needs to manage human resources well because the key to success is the superiority of tools and technology. In addition, the human factor is a significant resource. Work discipline is a management activity to carry out organizational standards. Employees must know their work discipline because each individual better understands their work. The approach used in this study is qualitative. The type of research used by the researcher is a qualitative descriptive type which studies the existing problems and the applicable working procedures. Qualitative descriptive research aims to obtain information about the existing situation. Data collection techniques are a method that is independent of the analysis method and or even becomes the primary tool of data analysis methods and techniques. There are three stages of activity in analyzing qualitative data: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Employee performance is the results employees achieve in specific functions and tasks to meet job requirements. Parts of a process or activity that are done by employees affect how well they do their jobs. The result is the level at which the employee finishes the work based on the conditions that were given. Many factors can affect the performance of individual employees, namely their abilities, motivation, support received, the work they do, and their relationship with the organization. Employee performance is the result of the synergy of several factors.

Abstract

In light of concerns about low teacher competence in Indonesia, this study investigates the leadership strategies employed by the principal of SMAN 2 Bone to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers. The objective of the study is to discover the principal's leadership strategy in improving the teachers competence at SMAN 2 Bone. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection conducted by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of the study reveal that the principal's leadership strategy in improving pedagogic competence of teachers are: 1) providing opportunities and facilities for teachers in various education and training such as PPG, Education and Training, MGMP, Workshops, Seminars, and other programs that can support teacher pedagogical competence improvement; 2) conducting teaching supervision to teachers on learning management and providing post-conference or evaluation guidance after supervising; 3) conducting In-house Training program; 4) enhancing teacher discipline by controlling teacher attendance such as punctuality in school attendance, teaching time, and providing exemplary attitudes to teachers; and 5) involving teachers in various teacher professional organizations.

Abstract

This research evaluates the effectiveness of the Penggerak School Program at SMA Negeri 2 Makassar in improving the quality of education. The research background focuses on the challenges faced by the Indonesian education system, especially in implementing the Independent Curriculum. The research objective is to analyze five program interventions, including theme selection based on the Pancasila profile, curriculum development, learning innovation, and financial management. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that SMA Negeri 2 Makassar succeeded in implementing program interventions well, creating an inclusive learning environment and focusing on student character. This school is active in teacher training and the use of educational technology, as well as implementing projects related to Pancasila values. The conclusion of this research confirms that the Penggerak School Program can improve the quality of education through curriculum transformation and character strengthening, which has a positive impact on student achievement and the relevance of education in the era of globalization.

Abstract

This research examines the management practices of Integrated Islamic Schools (IIS) at SDIT Ikhtiar Makassar as a concrete example of the implementation of the IIS model in Indonesia. This research aims to understand how SDIT Ikhtiar Makassar integrates Islamic values into all aspects of learning, identify the factors that support and hinder the implementation of the IIS model at the school, and formulate effective strategies to improve the quality of education at SDIT Ikhtiar Makassar. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through in-depth interviews with the principal and participant observation in the school environment. The research findings show that SDIT Ikhtiar Makassar has successfully integrated Islamic values into the curriculum, teaching methods, and extracurricular activities. The school also involves all stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and the community, in supporting internal quality assurance. However, the school faces financial challenges that are addressed by offering various payment schemes and collaborating with various parties. The research concludes that the IIS model at SDIT Ikhtiar Makassar has the potential to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, but further efforts are needed to address the challenges faced, particularly in terms of funding and stakeholder management.

Abstract

This research investigates the School Leadership Preparation Project in South Sulawesi Province. The project consists of a series of activities designed to identify highly potential and experienced teachers who are prepared to take on additional responsibilities as school principals. The process involves two stages: (1) selection (comprising administrative and academic selection), and (2) education and training. This study critically examines the policy formulation, its implementation, and the outcomes in South Sulawesi Province. Data collection was conducted through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The individual data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman (2014) flow model, which includes data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. For cross-case analysis, a comparative approach was employed as recommended by Yin (2002). The findings indicate that the School Leadership Preparation Project is more responsive to current needs than to future demands, as the political discretion of local leaders often outweighs adherence to central government policies. Moreover, the project is primarily attended by junior or low-tenure teachers, who may lack the leadership qualifications expected of prospective school leaders. The content of the school leadership preparation programs focuses more on leadership development rather than on managerial skills, school entrepreneurship, or educational supervision. Abstrak: Penelitian ini menyelidiki Proyek Persiapan Kepemimpinan Sekolah di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Proyek ini terdiri dari serangkaian kegiatan yang dirancang untuk mengidentifikasi guru-guru yang berpotensi dan berpengalaman yang siap untuk mengambil tanggung jawab tambahan sebagai kepala sekolah. Prosesnya meliputi dua tahap: (1) seleksi (terdiri dari seleksi administrasi dan akademik), dan (2) pendidikan dan pelatihan. Kajian ini mengkaji secara kritis perumusan kebijakan, implementasinya, dan outcome di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data individu mengikuti model aliran Miles dan Huberman (2014), yang meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Untuk analisis lintas kasus, pendekatan komparatif digunakan seperti yang direkomendasikan oleh Yin (2002). Temuan-temuan yang ada menunjukkan bahwa Proyek Persiapan Kepemimpinan Sekolah lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan saat ini dibandingkan tuntutan di masa depan, karena kebijaksanaan politik para pemimpin daerah seringkali melebihi kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan pemerintah pusat. Selain itu, proyek ini sebagian besar diikuti oleh guru-guru junior atau guru dengan masa jabatan rendah, yang mungkin tidak memiliki kualifikasi kepemimpinan yang diharapkan dari calon pemimpin sekolah. Isi program persiapan kepemimpinan sekolah lebih menitikberatkan pada pengembangan kepemimpinan dibandingkan keterampilan manajerial, kewirausahaan sekolah, atau supervisi pendidikan.

Abstract

Program Sekolah Pengerak (PSP) merupakan inisiatif strategis Kemendikbudristek untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. Di Kabupaten Toraja Utara SMAS Kristen Rantepao, PSP dijalankan dengan tujuan mewujudkan kepemimpinan sekolah yang berkualitas, pembelajaran berpusat pada murid, dan budaya sekolah yang positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan PSP di SMAS Kristen Rantepao menggunakan Model Kirkpatrick. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dengan metode deskriptif, dan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pengisian instrumen menggunakan Google Form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan reaksi positif kepala sekolah dan guru terhadap program, peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, perubahan perilaku yang positif, serta dampak yang signifikan dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Evaluasi ini memberikan wawasan komprehensif tentang keberhasilan dan dampak program, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia merupakan langkah maju yang sangat penting untuk memastikan hak pendidikan bagi seluruh anak, termasuk mereka yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus. Sistem yang ideal untuk inklusi, yaitu bahwa sistem pendidikan umum sendiri harus membuat pendidikan untuk peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus sebagai bagian yang integral. Satuan pendidikan umum melaksanakan konsep inklusi karena itu adalah hal yang benar untuk dilakukan. Inklusi bukan hanya tentang kedekatan fisik. Inklusi adalah tentang perencanaan yang matang dengan tujuan untuk keberhasilan semua peserta didik. Inklusi adalah sistem kepercayaan. Hal tersebut dimulai dengan keyakinan bahwa setiap peserta didik memiliki kekuatan yang dapat dikembangkan, minat untuk dibagikan, dan pengalaman untuk dihormati. Metode ; Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai literatur tentang Analisis Kebijakan Pendidikan Inklusif di Indonesia terkait Tantangan Dan Peluang Implementasi Di Sekolah Menengah. Hasil ; Pertimbangan penerapan pendidikan inklusif adalah: a. akses (kesempatan) agar semua sekolah dapat memberikan layanan pendidikan bagi peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus; b. availability (manfaat) yang dapat diterima peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif; dan c. affordability (hasil) dapatkah sekolah pelaksana pendidikan inklusif menghasilkan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus dengan standar kompetensi lulusan yang baik sebab layanan pendidikan inklusif yang baik harus menciptakan lingkungan yang membuat anak berhasil dan mandiri. Peluang implementasi pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia sangat terbuka lebar, terutama dengan adanya kebijakan pemerintah yang mendukung, peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat, serta dukungan sektor swasta dan LSM. Meskipun masih ada tantangan, peluang-peluang ini memberikan harapan bahwa pendidikan inklusif dapat berkembang lebih baik, menjangkau lebih banyak anak dengan kebutuhan khusus, dan menciptakan sistem pendidikan yang lebih adil dan merata. Kunci sukses implementasi pendidikan inklusif terletak pada kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sekolah, masyarakat, dan berbagai pihak terkait untuk bersama-sama menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang ramah bagi semua siswa.
