Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah di SD Negeri Kota Makassar serta mengeksplorasi apakah terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam kemampuan kepemimpinan pembelajaran yang ditinjau dari tingkat pendidikan, jenis kelamin, dan masa kerja kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan uji statistik Chi-Square. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 150 kepala sekolah, diambil 108 orang sebagai sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan tabel Krejcie dan Morgan yang memudahkan peneliti untuk menentukan ukuran sampel yang representatif dari populasi yang lebih besar. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode sampling kategorial, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan atas dasar letak geografis tempat ataupun lokasi penelitian dari daerah pinggiran kota dan daerah pusat perkotaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan angket dengan skala interval 1-4 yang dirancang untuk mengukur persepsi responden mengenai tiga indikator kepemimpinan pembelajaran, yaitu Menentukan Tujuan Sekolah, Mengelola Program Pembelajaran dan Menciptakan Iklim Pembelajaran yang Positif.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum gambaran kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah berada dalam taraf signifikansi yang sangat tinggi atau dalam kategori sangat baik.  Sementara hasil uji Chi-Square menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada tidak ada perbedaan signifikan dalam kemampuan kepemimpinan pembelajaran berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan, jenis kelamin, dan masa kerja. Kesimpulannya, praktik kepemimpinan pembelajaran di SD Negeri Kota Makassar sangat baik dan tidak dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor struktural seperti tingkat pendidikan, jenis kelamin, maupun masa kerja kepala sekolah.

Abstract

The management of Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) has undergone significant transformations to adapt to the demands of modern education while preserving their traditional values. This study examines the management practices of Sultan Hasanuddin Modern Islamic Boarding School in Gowa, Indonesia, which integrates Islamic teachings with contemporary education. Using a qualitative descriptive method, the research explores the institution's operations, curriculum, and human resource management through interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. Findings reveal that the pesantren employs a comprehensive student admission process, emphasizing religious understanding through academic tests, Qur'an recitation assessments, and interviews. The dual-track curriculum combines the national curriculum (K13 and Merdeka) with tahfidz programs, fostering both academic and religious excellence. Modern educational technologies, such as computers and iPads, enhance the learning experience, while state-of-the-art facilities provide a conducive environment for students The pesantren’s achievements in academic, religious, and extracurricular fields underscore the success of its holistic management approach. This study highlights the potential of pesantren as exemplary models of integrated education, balancing traditional and modern pedagogical practices.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of school culture-based character education through a multi-site study at SMA IT Darul Istiqamah Maros and SMAS Buq’atun Mubarakah Makassar. The focus of this research includes the primary character values being developed, the strategies for implementation, and the challenges encountered. This research utilizes a qualitative approach with a multi-site study design. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study included school principals, teachers, and students. The results of the study show that both schools focus on developing the character values of being religious, disciplined, independent, and responsible. Implementation strategies are dominated by the instillation of theory, modeling, and structured routine habituation. These strategies are proven effective in shaping student character; however, the implementation faces internal challenges such as the diversity of student backgrounds and the commitment of teachers , as well as external challenges including the influence of outside culture, particularly from gadgets, and a lack of consistent support from parents. This study concludes that the effectiveness of character education is highly dependent on the synergy of internal strategies and the ability to mitigate external challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan penerapan konsep sekolah berciri internasional di SMP Lazuardi Athaillah Global Compassionate School, yang terletak di Kabupaten Gowa. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan kepala sekolah serta observasi terhadap fasilitas dan program yang diterapkan di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah ini mengimplementasikan tiga kurikulum utama: Kurikulum Merdeka, Kurikulum Cambridge, dan kurikulum khas Lazuardi. Fokus utama sekolah adalah pengembangan keterampilan bahasa Inggris siswa melalui program English Day dan berbagai program inovatif seperti TED Talk. Selain itu, SMP Lazuardi Athaillah Global Compassionate School unggul dalam kualitas pengajaran dan fasilitas teknologi modern. Kesimpulannya, sekolah ini berhasil menggabungkan pendekatan internasional dengan nilai-nilai lokal, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang komprehensif dan mempersiapkan siswa untuk menghadapi tantangan global.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan hubungan dan tingkat hubungan signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SD Gugus II Kecamatan Sibulue Kabupaten Bone. Penelitian ini bersifat korelasional dengan metode Ex post facto. Sampel terdiri dari 62 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan statistik klasik, deskriptif, dan inferensial. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan pola asuh orang tua, motivasi belajar, dan hasil belajar IPS berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil inferensial menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan hasil belajar IPS serta antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar IPS, keduanya dalam kategori rendah. Secara simultan, pola asuh orang tua dan motivasi belajar memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar IPS dengan nilai korelasi 0,337 (kategori rendah). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pola asuh orang tua dan motivasi belajar secara signifikan berhubungan positif dengan hasil belajar IPS siswa

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine 1) the description of the principal's motivation and managerial performance and the performance of teachers at SD Cluster I, Sibulue District, Bone Regency, 2) the relationship between principal motivation and the performance of elementary school teachers at cluster I, Sibulue District, Bone Regency. 3) the managerial relationship between the principal and Performance of Gugus I Elementary School Teachers, Sibulue District, Bone Regency 4) The relationship between motivation and managerialism of the school principal together on the performance of Gugus I Elementary School teachers, Sibulue District, Bone Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. The research was carried out at Gugus I Elementary School, Sibulue District, Bone Regency. The independent variables in this research are the principal's motivation and managerial skills, while the dependent variable is teacher performance. The population in this study were all teachers in elementary school cluster I, Sibulue District, totaling 100 people, while the sample was 30 people. Research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique is multiple regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the research, it shows that there is a relationship between the motivation and managerialism of school principals and the performance of elementary school teachers in Cluster I, Sibulue District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the picture of parental attention, learning motivation, learning activity of UPT SD Negeri 22 Jeppe'e, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency? and is there a significant relationship between parental attention and learning motivation with learning activity of UPT SD Negeri 22 Jeppe'e, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency? This study is a correlation study that aims to determine the picture of parental attention, learning motivation, learning activity and the relationship between parental attention and learning motivation with learning activity of UPT SD Negeri 22 Jeppe'e, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency. The research approach is a quantitative approach. Research data were obtained through questionnaires and documentation. The population in the study was all students of the upper class at UPT SD Negeri 22 Jeppe'e, Tanete Riattang Barat sub-district, Bone regency, totaling 54 students. The sample in the study was 54 students. The data analysis technique was descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results obtained in this study are a description of parental attention showing a very high category and learning motivation showing a very high category with learning activity showing a high category and parental attention and learning motivation having a significant relationship to student learning activity, especially in the upper class of UPT SD Negeri 22 Jeppe'e, Tanete Riattang Barat sub-district, Bone regency.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with a correlational design that aims to determine whether or not there is a Relationship between Principal Leadership and Work Motivation with Teacher Discipline of Elementary School Cluster 1, Sibulue District, Bone Regency. The population in this study were teachers of Elementary School Cluster 1, Sibulue District, Bone Regency, while the sample in this study was 30 teachers, namely elementary school teachers in Cluster 1, Sibulue District, Bone Regency. Data collection was carried out by providing questionnaires and documentation. The findings obtained, the principal's leadership with an average of 99.10 and a percentage of 79.28%% is classified as good, work motivation with an average of 136.47 and a percentage of 89.78% is classified as very good, and teacher discipline with an average of 119.83 and a percentage of 79.88% is classified as very good. The results of this study also show that the t-value (X1 = 2.814, X2 = 4.019) is greater (≥) the t-table value (1.703) at a significance level of 5%. Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results of the study concluded that there is a significant relationship between principal leadership and work motivation with teacher discipline at Elementary School Gugus 1, Sibulue District, Bone Regency.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is how to describe the implementation of learning using multimedia, description of motivation and the influence of using multimedia on student motivation and learning outcomes at SD Negeri 122 Tassipi, Amali District, Bone Regency. This research is an experimental research which aims to find out the description of the implementation of learning using multimedia in elementary schools. 122 Tassipi, Amali sub-district, Bone regency. The research approach is a quantitative approach. Research data was obtained through questionnaires and test sheets. The population in the study were all students at SDN 122 Tassipi, Amali subdistrict, Bone district. The sample in this research was 32 class IV students. The data analysis technique is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The results obtained in this research are an illustration of the influence of multimedia learning on student motivation and learning outcomes, especially in Class IV SDN 122 Tassipi, Amali subdistrict, Bone district.

Abstract

The low students’ speaking ability in learning English on tourism concept demands the need for an innovative learning model which is the main problem in this research. The research aims to determine the effectiveness of project based learning (PjBL) model using local tourism videos in improving students' speaking skills. This type of research is a mixed method  with qualitative and quantitative analysis design. The data collection techniques used were observation, and students’ speaking tests. The data obtained were analysed descriptively and quantitatively. The results showed that the implementation of the PjBL model assisted by local tourism videos proved effective in improving students' speaking skills with the initial average pre-test value was 57.33 and the average post-test value was 82.85. The normality test value was 0.460 which was distributed normally while the hypothesis value was 0.05, that is mean H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, thus it can be concluded that there is an improvement on students’ speaking ability at tourism class students through the implementation of the PjBL model using local tourism videos
