Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas pengembangan karakter siswa melalui pendekatan berbasis proyek penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di UPT SPF SMP Negeri 24 Makassar. Profil ini mencakup aspek-aspek penting dalam pendidikan karakter yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Pendekatan ini berfokus pada penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila yang meliputi aspek-aspek seperti berakhlak mulia, berkebhinnekaan global, gotong royong, mandiri, bernalar kritis dan kreatif dalam pembelajaran sehari-hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dan karakter positif siswa. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang mencakup observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan siswa dan guru, serta analisis dokumentasi proyek yang telah dilaksanakan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 10 siswa dari 30 kelas di UPT SPF SMP Negeri 24 Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial, kedisiplinan, dan karakter positif siswa. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan ke depan. Diharapkan, hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi pendidik, pembuat kebijakan, dan orang tua dalam upaya memperkuat pendidikan karakter di Indonesia.

Abstract

Evaluasi kurikulum adalah sebuah rangkaian kegiatan untuk menilai apakah ada kesenjangan antara konsep teori kurikulum dengan kenyataan yang ada di lapangan sehingga hal tersebut berpengaruh atau berdampak kepada prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini berfokus pada dampak yang diakibatkan oleh kurikulum merdeka dengan prestasi belajar siswa, sehingga kurikulum merdeka ini perlu dievaluasi atau ditinjau kembali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi literasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perlu adanya evalusi kurikulum merdeka belajar ini karena dampak dari diterapkan kurikulum merdeka ini merupakan dampak yang negatif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di sekolah dasar atau SD.

Abstract

Komunitas belajar dalam sekolah ( KOMBEL) merupakan salah satu bentuk kolaborasi internal sekolah yang didalamnya tergabung guru lintas mapel dan lintas kelas saling berbagi informasi, bertukar inspirasi dan belajar bersama mengatasi permasalahan pembelajaran dalam kelas saat mengimplemnetasikan kurikulum Merdeka. sekelompok individu yang secara aktif bekerja sama untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pemahaman mereka melalui berbagai kegiatan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada kolaborasi, refleksi, dan berbagi pengalaman. Komunitas ini biasanya terdiri dari orang-orang dengan minat atau tujuan yang sama, seperti guru, siswa, atau profesional di bidang tertentu. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa pentingnya pembentukan komunitas belajar disekolah dalam mengatasi persoalan yang dihadapi oleh guru disatuan pendidikan masing – masing. Melalui komunitas belajar diharapkan guru mampu meningkatkan kompetensinya dan kinerjanya dalam menjalankan tugas sesuai dengan kebutuhan murid. Peran komunitas dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru dengan menciptakan berbagai inovasi baru dalam dunia pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peranan komunitas belajar dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Hasilnya menjadi referensi atau pedoman dalam proses mengajar sehingga menghasilkan kinerja guru yang baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk emahami dan mengkaji bagaimana guru penggerak, sebagai agen perubahan di dunia pendidikan, dapat berkontribusi dalam menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang lebih efektif, inovatif, dan berpusat pada kebutuhan siswa. Serta memahami hubungan antara peran guru penggerak dengan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan sehingga dapat menjadi panduan dalam mengembangkan kebijakan atau praktik pendidikan yang lebih baik. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Guru Penggerak berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek, teknologi interaktif, dan kolaborasi aktif. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu, sumber daya, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan masih menjadi hambatan dalam implementasi program. Peneliti berharap agar guru penggerak memberikan manfaat nyata dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara menyeluruh dan menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih relevan, adaptif, dan berdampak positif bagi siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the educational model at the Darussalam Al-Amin Makassar Islamic Boarding School and assess its role and management in supporting religious education for students. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, data is obtained through observation and in-depth interviews with pesantren managers. The results of the study show that the Darussalam Al-Amin Islamic Boarding School integrates the traditional curriculum, such as the teaching of the yellow book, with modern methods that encourage the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor skills of students. The organizational structure led by Kyai H. Faiz emphasizes leadership based on Islamic values, while the flagship learning program includes tahfidz Al-Qur'an and fiqh education. In addition, Islamic boarding schools provide counseling services for students and involve parents in the educational process, so that holistic support is created in the development of students' character and skills. The Darussalam Al-Amin Islamic Boarding School is one example of non-formal education in the category of boarding boarding schools. Darussalam Al-Amin Islamic Boarding School plays a significant role in the non-formal education system in Indonesia, with a comprehensive approach that integrates religious teaching through the yellow books and various other disciplines.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia has undergone significant changes throughout its history, influenced by various social, political, and cultural factors in each period. During the colonial era, the education system in Indonesia was designed to maintain colonial power, with a discriminatory structure that provided access to education only for the elite and a small number of indigenous people considered suitable for supporting colonial administration. However, educational figures such as Ki Hajar Dewantara sought to introduce a more inclusive education system based on local culture through the establishment of Taman Siswa. After Indonesia’s independence in 1945, the education system faced significant challenges, with the primary focus being on equalizing access to education and shaping the national character that accommodates social and cultural diversity. During the New Order period, the implementation of the nine-year compulsory education policy successfully increased access to education, yet it was still influenced by the goal of political stability and economic development driven by the authoritarian government. Following the 1998 Reformation, Indonesia introduced decentralization policies, granting local governments more autonomy in managing education, although disparities in education quality between urban and rural areas remain a major challenge. Additionally, in the era of globalization, Indonesian education faces new challenges in creating a more inclusive, high-quality, and relevant education system that meets current social and economic needs. Therefore, understanding the evolution of Indonesia's education system is essential not only to identify policy changes but also to explore the role of education in shaping national identity and supporting national development.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Social skills are an important part of learners' lives in order to interact with their environment. so this needs to be taught and trained to children from an early age. The social skills of students today are felt by educators to be weak, which causes them to have difficulty in interacting with their surroundings, so that students become inferior. Less interesting and rigid learning in the classroom makes learning social skills very difficult to implement, resulting in low social skills of students. This development research aims to describe the needs analysis of developing the NHT-MX learning type to improve students' social skills in elementary schools; (ii) Know the description of the NHT-MX learning type for students in elementary schools; (iii) Know the level of validity and practicality of the NHT-MX learning type for students in elementary schools; (iv) Know the level of practicality of the NHT-MX learning type for students in elementary schools; (v) Know the effectiveness of the NHT-MX learning type to improve students' social skills in elementary schools. This research is a development research with validation, observation, and questionnaire data collection techniques. The results showed that (i) The Number Head Together learning type model oriented to the Mission-X game (NHT-MX) was declared "valid" based on the results of the expert team's validation of the model both from the supporting theoretical basis, the components of the learning model, and the learning device; (ii) The Number Head Together learning type learning model oriented to the Mission-X game (NHT-MX) to improve students' social skills is declared "practical" based on the results of observations of the implementation of the model, learning management, and improving social skills, all of which are well implemented, easy and fun to use; (iii) The Number Head Together learning type learning model oriented to the Mission-X game (NHT-MX) to improve students' social skills is declared effective based on the results of testing students' social skills, and responded positively by students and teachers.

Abstract

This study discusses the portrait of school model management at SMA Athirah Islamic Boarding School Bukit Baruga Makassar, focusing on the Management Model, Excellent Programs, and Curriculum. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the management model applied at SMA Athirah Islamic Boarding School Bukit Baruga Makassar. The method used is qualitative, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The study results indicate that SMA Athirah has excellent programs such as entrepreneurship classes and student final projects that support the development of student creativity. In addition, a clear organizational structure and support from experienced educators contribute to the success of learning management. In conclusion, SMA Athirah Islamic Boarding School has succeeded in implementing a well-integrated curriculum, providing a quality educational experience, and shaping students' characters in accordance with Islamic values. This study is expected to be a reference for the development of other boarding schools in Indonesia.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the education and coaching system at the Darul Istiqamah Islamic Boarding School in Makassar, as well as the role of Kiai and teachers in managing students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, involving interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain in-depth data on aspects of education in Islamic boarding schools. The results of the study indicate that the Darul Istiqamah Islamic Boarding School applies a holistic approach in fostering the character and religious knowledge of students. The role of Kiai and teachers is very significant in directing and guiding students through interactive and participatory teaching methods. In addition, this study identifies the challenges faced in the process of accepting students and organizing their social lives. The conclusion of this study confirms that the Darul Istiqamah Islamic Boarding School is committed to improving the quality of education by maintaining local religious and cultural values, and adapting to the times. The existence of this Islamic boarding school not only contributes to religious education, but also to the formation of the character of students who have noble morals and are ready to contribute positively to society.

Abstract

Psychoeducational services at the elementary school level play a crucial role in enhancing students' learning motivation. This study aims to design and test the validity of a psychoeducational guidance service device that can support the improvement of students' learning motivation. The research uses a development research method with the Four-D model, which consists of four stages: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The primary focus of this study is on the design and validation stages of the service device, which includes service implementation plans, materials, Student Work Sheets (LKPD), evaluation, and motivational instruments. The validation of the device was conducted by subject matter experts and media experts. The validation results indicate that the psychoeducational guidance service device received very appropriate scores from both subject matter and media experts. Specifically, the motivational instruments and psychoeducational media demonstrated excellent quality in enhancing student motivation. Overall, this service device is deemed highly suitable for implementation in psychoeducational guidance processes at the elementary school level. This study contributes to the development of effective guidance devices aimed at improving students' learning motivation in elementary schools
