Abstract

This study aims to determine Junaid al-Baghdadi's sufistic economic thought. This research is included in qualitative research based on field data. Qualitative descriptive analysis technique that focuses on content analysis. The results show that Junaid al-Baghdadi is one of the Sufi figures in Islam whose thoughts outside of Sufism have contributed greatly to the development and study of Islamic economics. Mitsaq's trilogy of thought, Fana' and Tawhid are very important as a way for people to get close to Allah in their various worship activities, including in the economic field. Because Junaid, like other Islamic economic thinkers, believes that doing business to seek sustenance is part of worshiping Allah. Economic motives must be oriented towards Allah's pleasure, and bring about maslahah, not mafsadah. So that they can be held accountable later in the hereafter and get blessings.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference in the income of the STEBIS IGM academic community during the covid 19 pandemic and the new normal from the Chair to the OB. The methodology used is a two-sample t-test. The results of the significance of the t-paired t-test show the number 0.000. This figure is smaller than 0.05, which means that there is a difference in the salaries of STEBIS employees during the covid pandemic and the new normal. The difference is also very visible from the increase in the average salary of employees by 40% from Rp. 3,470,000. to IDR 5,300,000. The reason for the increase in employee salaries is because the chairman of the foundation wants to motivate employees so that they can improve the quality of their work in the field of higher education tri dharma and new student admissions.

Abstract

This article explained about Islam in formal legal approach (law). The function was to know how far the formal legal in Islamic perspective could be used as the reference to build Islam and answer the various new problems found in life, especially in Islamic society. Library research was used in this article. It was an approach that focused on the literature review and tried to provide an overview or description of the existing reality or what happened or the actual reality of the object under study. The results of this study showed that the Islamic studies approach was an interesting discourse in the Islamic sciences discourse. The formal legal approach was one of the models of approach in Islamic studies which examined various problems that arised in Islamic teachings and solved them from a formal legal (law) perspective. In the Indonesian context, a formal legal approach was applied in the form of legalization of Islamic law both formally and normatively, although this step was highly dependent on the political will of the government. Keywords: Islamic Studies, Formal Legal Approach, Islamic Law, Sharia, Fiqh AbstrakArtikel ini membahas tentang Islam dalam pendekatan legal formal (hukum) dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pendekatan legal formal dalam perspektif Islam dapat dijadikan rujukan dalam membangun Islam dan menjawab berbagai permasalahan-permasalahan baru yang ditemukan dalam kehidupan masyarakat Islam. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan (library reseach) yakni sebuah pendekatan yang fokus terhadap kajian literatur dan berusaha memberikan gambaran atau mendeskripsikan kenyataan yang ada atau apa yang terjadi atau kenyataan sebenarnya pada obyek yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa pendekatan studi Islam adalah wacana yang menarik dalam diskursus ilmu-ilmu keislaman. Pendekatan legal formal (hukum) merupakan salah satu model pendekatan dalam studi Islam yang meneropong berbagai permasalahan-permasalahan yang muncul dalam ajaran Islam dan menyelesaikannya dalam perspektif legal formal (hukum). Dalam konteks keindonesiaan pendekatan legal formal diberlakukan dalam bentuk legalisasi hukum Islam baik secara yuridis formal maupun normatif, walaupun langkah tersebut sangat tergantung dengan political will dengan pemerintah. Kata Kunci: Studi Islam, Pendekatan Legal formal, Hukum Islam, Syariah, Fikih

Abstract

The political direction of the law in Indonesia in the development of national law simplifies legislation. The scope of national legal development is not only through legislation. There is the functionalization of the law that lives in society. The purpose of the research describes the political urgency of law in the development of national law and reviews the political direction of national law development law. This research uses a philosophical approach, namely to examine the law from the ideal side in the form of an idea of the direction of national law politics in the future. The results of this study show that the politics of law is necessary to provide direction in the development of national law. Each country has a legal political direction whose role as the basic policy of state organizers to determine the direction, shape, and content of the law to be established. Legal politics as a strategy of the formation process, as well as the implementation of laws based on the national legal system to achieve the goals and ideals of the state. Cakupan pembangunan hukum nasional sebenarnya tidak hanya melalui legislasi. Ada fungsionalisasi hukum yang hidup di masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan urgensi politik hukum dalam pembangunan hukum nasional, dan mereview arah politik hukum hukum pembangunan hukum nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan filosofis, yaitu mengkaji hukum dari sisi ideal berupa gagasan arah politk hukum nasional ke depan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa politik hukum sangat diperlukan guna memberikan arah dalam pembangunan hukum nasional. Setiap negara memiliki arah politik hukum yang perannya sebagai kebijakan dasar penyelenggara negara untuk menentukan arah, bentuk maupun isi hukum yang akan dibentuk. Politik hukum sebagai strategi proses pembentukan, serta pelaksanaan hukum yang berpijak pada sistem hukum nasional untuk mencapai tujuan dan cita-cita negara. Arah politik hukum di Indonesia dalam pembangunan hukum nasional menyederhanakan pada legislasi.Kata Kunci: Arah Politik Hukum; Pembangunan Hukum Nasional; The Living Law Обзор политической направленности национального закона о правовом развитии  Аннотация:Направление правовой политики Индонезии в развитии национального права упрощено до законодательного. На самом деле, развитие национального права осуществляется не только через законодательство. Существует действующий закон, который живет в обществе. Цель исследования - описать актуальность правовой политики в развитии национального права и рассмотреть направление правовой политики в развитии национального права. В данном исследовании используется философский подход, который рассматривает право с идеальной стороны в виде идей политического направления национального права в будущем. Результаты этого исследования показывают, что правовая политика необходима для определения направления развития национального права. В каждой стране существует правовое политическое направление, роль которого заключается в том, чтобы руководствоваться государственной администрацией в качестве основной политики по определению направления, формы и содержания закона, который должен быть сформирован. Правовая политика как стратегия процесса формирования и реализации закона основана на национальной правовой системе для достижения целей и идеалов государства. Abstract

The study investigates the government policies in the waqf's regulation in Indonesia and the essence of waqf as an important instrument of economic empowerment in Islam. The study aims to provide solutions to the lack of the benefits of waqf for people's welfare, especially in terms of economic empowerment. It is qualitative research with a normative approach. The research data used is the secondary data from library resources. An analysis of the data is by interpreting the concept. The result of this study shown that waqf has played a major role in citizen empowerment from the time of God's messenger, Muhamad peace be upon him until now, even the benefits of a waqf can still be felt up to today. Abstract

This article wants to discuss the basic concepts of work ethics in Islamic Perspective and its Implementation in Islamic Bank Marketing. This is important to do because ethics is one of the components that must exist in various activities including in the field of marketing in order to produce various benefits for various parties, and not harm other parties. The method used is a literature study. The data used in this research comes from library data, such as books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents and other relevant data. The results of this research show that work ethics is something that is very important in work. Ethics guide, encourage and direct work attitudes and behaviour to values that are in line with religious teachings, legal and societal norms. Islamic bank marketing work ethics in principle aims to ensure the embedding of seeds of professionalism, sincerity, harmony and creating justice in public relations, thereby increasing dignity, and upholding human rights such as when carrying out promotions must use soft words, be polite and full of responsibility, be professional, transparent and the position of consumers or customers is placed as equal as partners. Being wise to competitors and the work culture created is different from conventional institutions.

Abstract

This article discusses how insurance aplikable in Islam perspective. The results of discussion is that insurance as Islamic Economic (muamalah) practice today, is not known at the time of the Prophet Muhammad, so that the legal basis textually not found in the Quran and hadith, the results of previous scholars and ijtihad in codes of Islamic Law. Islamic insurance which is being developed today, can essentially reduce the burden and narrowness, and bring benefits in people's lives. Therefore, the community should begin to see the prospect of such insurance as the media to protect themselves from the various possibilities of unwanted later, while participating together help each other in goodness and piety.

Abstract

This article discussed The Qur'an hermeneutics; Study of Muhammad Syahrur's thoughts on the of men and women equality. The study aimed to find out more about the concept of men and women equality in Muhammad Syahrur's hermeneutics. This article used a literature approach (Library Research) by describing and analyzing research objects, namely reading and analyzing various sources related to the topic, for later being analyzed and finally drawing conclusions and being formulated in a written report. The results showed that Muhammad Syahrur is one of the Islamic thinkers who used a hermeneutic approach in interpreting the Qur'an, especially on fundamental themes such as equality between men and women. In this scope, Syahrur saw a methodological error and there is no revolutionary interpretation of Islamic laws relating to women to be the culprit of gender inequality. Therefore, Syahrur made a legal breakthrough through hermeneutics studies and succeeded in proving that there is no gender bias in Islam.. Keywords: Muhammad Syahrur, Gender, Hermeneutics

Abstract

Muhammad Naguib Attas' educational thinking is unique because apart from being based on the values contained in Islam, he also understands the development of Islamic education through linguistic analysis. The concept of Islamic education is widely discussed, but it is not an old topic that is worth discussing. The development of the times is becoming more rapid day by day, especially in the context of liberalization and secularization of modern ideological currents, so scientists' thoughts need to be integrated with current educational concepts. Sayyid Naquib Al-Attas was an Indonesian Muslim scientist whose ideas made a significant contribution to Islamic education. The approach to this research uses a qualitative approach, with the type of library research. The data sources for the research were obtained from journals related to research, books, and electronic media. The results of this research show that Islamic education is the equivalent of the term al-ta'dib which according to him is suitable to be used as a term in Islamic education because the concept of ta'dib was what the Prophet Muhammad taught his people in the past.

Abstract

This research aims to instill the values of character education in strengthening the Al-Quran literacy culture for teenagers at State Vocational Schools in Palembang City. This research uses a pedagogical, historical, and sociological approach where research data comes from primary data and secondary data is obtained from literature or reference books and documents as supporting data. The researchers themselves were the key instruments, and they then developed new instruments, namely observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and documentation. All three are used to collect data in the field. For this research, two main factors play a very important role in strengthening the results of the data analysis study, namely supporting factors and inhibiting factors. The results of this research show that the values of character education in strengthening Al-Qur'an literacy culture implemented at State Vocational Schools in Palembang City are still very low, even though there are 15-minute recitation, tadarrus, and kultum movements held every Friday, but This is caused by the lack of time allocated for implementing Al-Qur'an literacy culture, students are still unable to read the Al-Qur'an and do not have full awareness of implementing the Al-Qur'an literacy culture program, so its implementation is not optimal. The character values instilled in students are religion, honesty, responsibility, discipline, and caring.
