Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nasabah dalam memilih pelayanan Pegadaian Digital Service (PDS) dan efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi Pegadaian Digital Service (PDS) bagi nasabah PT Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Talang Kelapa. Dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor yang memengaruhi nasabah dalam memilih pelayanan Pegadaian Digital Service (PDS) dan efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi Pegadaian Digital Service (PDS) bagi nasabah PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Talang Kelapa. Nasabah yang dituju penulis adalah nasabah pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Talang Kelapa pada tanggal 23 April – 17 Mei 2024. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dimana peneliti mencoba untuk menggambarkan kondisi yang terjadi selama penelitian ini dilakukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi nasabah dalam memilih pelayanan Pegadaian Digital Service (PDS) yaitu, kualitas pelayanan dan mudah diakses, dan terdapat juga efektivitas dari penggunaan aplikasi Pegadaian Digital Service (PDS) pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Talang Kelapa yaitu, jumlah nasabah meningkat, kemudahan dalam penggunaan aplikasi, pengajuan dan verifikasi dokumen dengan cepat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai analisis kepatuhan syariah terhadap produk gadai emas pada Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Baturaja. Prinsip syariah adalah landasan beroprasinya Bank Syariah yang harus dijaga sedangkan dalam praktik dilapangannya belum sepenuhnya dipenuhi, terutama untuk praktik produk dan layanan erbankan syariah, dimana masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memahami secara mendalam tentnag prinsip-prinsip perbankan syariah, termasuk produk gadai emas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2024 sampai dengan Mei 2024. Adapun rumusan masalah penelitian ini ialah : (1) Bagaimana praktik kepatuhan syariah pada kantor cabang Baturaja (2) Apa faktor yang menyebabkan ketidakpatuhan syariah terhadap produk gadai emas di Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Baturaja (3) Bagaimana respon masyarakat terhadap produk gadai emas di bank Syariah Indonesia KC Baturaja. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan produk gadai emas pada Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Baturaja telah telah memenuhi ketentuan syariah berdasarkan Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional-MUI dan peraturan Indoensia. Hal ini dilakukan agar kebutuhan nasabah terpenuhi dengan tetap mengacu pada nilai-nilai syariah. Kepatuhan syariah yang sesuai syariah antara lain, tidak ada unsure bunga, keuntungan bank berasal dari biaya aministrasi, sewa modal ijarah. Sedangkan kepatuhan syariah yang tidak sesuai syariah yaitu tidak mengandung unsure riba, dan gharar. Faktor Yang Menyebabkan Ketidakpatuhan Syariah Pada Produk Gadai Emas Di Bank Syariah Indonesia yaitu mereka kurang memahami prinsip-prinsip syariah yang terkait dengan produk Gadai Emas. Setelah mereka sudah mengetahui prosedur dan tata cara tentang produk gadai emas mereka sangat berminat untuk melakukan gadai emas di Bank BSI KC Baturaja.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the concept of religious moderation, examine religious moderation in Islamic education, and examine models of religious moderation practice in Indonesia. This research uses a phenomenological approach. The type of research includes library research. The data used is secondary data sourced from documents. Data collection techniques were carried out through online searches. Next, the data was analyzed using an interactive analysis model. This research shows that religious moderation is a tolerant religious attitude. The main principle of moderation is finding a middle point characterized by tolerance. Religious moderation in Islamic education is the concept of moderate Islamic education, which places more emphasis on substantive teaching aspects. Islamic material puts forward teachings that bring benefits and soothe humanity. Teaching a moderate understanding of Islam in educational institutions is mandatory for all educational institutions. The practice model of religious moderation in Islamic education has been practiced in several institutions in Indonesia, both educational and non-educational institutions, through training. Some elements implemented are an inclusive curriculum, inter-religious dialogue, respect for diversity, and prevention of radicalism. Religious moderation is a religious attitude that respects differences. Religious moderation in Islamic education emphasizes substantive teachings. The practice model of religious moderation in Islamic education has been practiced in educational and non-educational institutions.

Abstract

Sebagai Pengusaha Kena Pajak (PKP) tentunya memiliki kewajiban untuk memunggut PPN, menyetorkan PPN yang terhutang serta melaporkan SPT Masa PPN dengan menggunakan aplikasi e-faktur. Sejak 20 Juli 2024 Pemerintah meluncurkan aplikasi e-Faktur V. 4.0 sehingga perlunya dilakukan update aplikasi e-faktur bagi PKP yang telah menggunakan aplikasi e-Faktur V. 3.2. Permasalahan yang terjadi terhadap mitra adalah sering terjadinya keterlambatan melaporkan SPT Masa PPN serta sering mendapatkan komplain dari pihak pelanggan terkait penerbitan faktur pajak dan cara update aplikasi e-Faktur V. 4.0. Keterlambatan ini disebabkan karena banyaknya faktur pajak yang harus diterbitkan dalam satu hari. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberikan Solusi terbaik bagi Perusahaan agar tidak terjadi kembali keterlambatan dalam pembuatan faktur pajak dan pelaporan SPT Masa PPN. Hasil kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat telah memberikan Solusi bagi Perusahaan sehingga dalam pembuatan faktur pajak dan pelaporan SPT Masa PPN tepat waktu. Solusi yang telah dilakukan yaitu memanfaatkan menu import pada aplikasi e-faktur dengan menggunakan data yang berasal dari web report Perusahaan.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang pemikiran pendidikan progresif Abdul Munir Mulkhan Perspektif Filsafat Pendidikan Islam. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pemikiran pendidikan progresif Abdul Munir Mulkhan Perspektif Filsafat Pendidikan Islam. Metode yang dipakai adalah kualitatif yang mendasarkan data pada sumber pustaka yakni karya-karya Abdul Munir Mulkhan. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa pendidikan merupakan cara menemukan kebenaran sehingga menjadi manusia seutuhnya. Abdul Munir Mulkhan menawarkan konsep pendidikan progresif yang bervisi pembebasan dan nilai kritis dengan penekanan pada aspek kecerdasan, moralitas, dan profesionalitas, memiliki self leadership, self-direction dan self-motivation. Dengan kesemuanya itu diharapkan pendidikan menghasilkan kecerdasan kecerdasan makrifat (Makrifat Quotient) sebuah kecerdasan yang mampu menciptakan dan membentuk peserta didik menjadi insan kamil, insan kaffah, dan mampu menjadi khalifah Allah.

Abstract

Mashlahat theory has historically been widely used in developing Islamic law. The public interest is a fundamental issue that must be considered when exploring Islamic law. The main objective of the development of Islamic law is to realize the mashlahat. This study examines the relevance of the mashlahat theory in the development of Islamic law. This research is a type of library research and uses a philosophical approach. Data were analyzed through content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the purpose of Islamic law is to realize and maintain the mashlahat. A mulism will get mashlahat if he can keep the five main aspects in the dharury group: religion, soul, intellect, lineage and honor, and property. On the other hand, we will get mafsadat if we cannot maintain it. The theory of mashlahat is very much needed to form Islamic law and respond to the times. Consideration of mashlahat is limited to issues other than ritual worship. Mashlahat theory has been applied since the beginning of the growth and development of Islam during the Khulafa al-Rasyidun period. Until now, many products of Islamic law have been produced by adhering to the principle of mashlahat. With the theory of mashlahat, Islamic law will not stagnate. All new problems can be solved from the perspective of Islamic law. With the consideration that mashlahat, too, can be realized, including in the context of the MUI fatwa in preventing the spread of Covid-19.

Abstract

This socialization aims to increase the understanding of KIP-Kemenag recipient students at STEBIS IGM about the importance of scientific writing skills in the academic and professional world. Through this socialization, students are expected to be able to understand the benefits of writing scientific papers in improving academic reputation and career development in the future. This socialization activity was carried out using lecture methods that provide in-depth explanations of scientific writing standards and procedures, question and answer sessions to answer various student questions, and discussions to encourage active participation and share experiences in writing. In addition, an evaluation was conducted to assess students' understanding and ability to plan scientific papers that meet academic standards. The results of the socialization showed increased student awareness of the importance of writing scientific papers as well as a better understanding of the use of supporting tools such as Turnitin and Mendeley. This socialization is expected to help students in completing academic tasks and prepare them for greater contributions in the academic environment in the future

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine Khurshid Ahmad's Islamic economic thought, the philosophical foundations that were built, and the idea of ​​Islamic economic development. This research is a type of library research, using secondary data, and a philosophical approach by looking at Khurshid Ahmad's idea as an ideal. The findings according to Khurshid, the existence of Islamic economy is different from conventional economy, both in the form of capitalist and socialist. The essence of Islamic economics is the application of sharia in economic activity. Economic philosophy is built and embodied the content of the Qur'an and al-Hadith. Islamic economic philosophy is based on the concept of a triangle: namely the philosophy of God, man and nature. Economic development is a multidimensional activity so that all efforts must be left to the balance of various factors and not create inequality. The ultimate goal of Islamic development is the welfare of mankind through the integration of social norms, ethical values, economics and politics. The value of the Study Khurshid's ideas on Islamic economic development have not been widely studied. With this research, Khurshid's idea can be studied that Islamic economics is a unique and distinctive economic concept and system, guided by Islamic teachings. As a system of life, Islamic teachings will not be optimally present as a map of life if they are not supported by economic sub-systems. The ultimate goal of Islamic development is the welfare of the world and the hereafter.

Abstract

Women's entrepreneurship is becoming a significant global phenomenon, with major contributions to economic empowerment, poverty alleviation, and promotion of gender equality. Internationally, women lead around 35% of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Asia, with significant increases in income and participation. In Indonesia, women entrepreneurs play an important role in the growth of the SME sector, which accounts for around 60% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Policy support, training, and digital technology have expanded opportunities, although challenges such as gender bias, limited access to capital, and social stereotypes remain. This research uses a qualitative approach through a literature study to analyse the opportunities and barriers faced by women entrepreneurs. The results of the analysis show that digital technology and post-pandemic changes in work culture are creating new opportunities, while low digital literacy and access to finance remain key challenges. With the right strategies, women entrepreneurs can become key drivers of inclusive and sustainable economic development in Indonesia.
