Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model brainwriting dan metode partisipatori terhadap kemampuan menulis cerpen oleh siswa kelas XI-H Sma Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/i kelas XI-H Sma Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan berjumlah 33 siswa. Objek yang diteliti adalah penggunaan model brainwriting dan metode partisipatori terhadap kemampuan menulis cerpen. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah berupa tes. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji paired sample T-test. Berdasarkan uji Statistik T-paired diperoleh dari nilai rata-rata perbedaan antara pretest (sebelum diberikan treatment) dengan posttest (setelah diberikan treatment) yaitu 8.818 dengan standar deviasi 6.013 dan didapatkan nilai siginifikan (2-tailed) 0.000 maka  diterima dan  ditolak yang artinya ada perbedaan yang siginifikan terhadap pemerolehan nilai pretest dan postest.

Abstract

This study raises the topic of "Analysis of Moral Messages in Tere Liye's Bumi Novel". The purpose of this research is to describe the moral message contained in the novel Bumi by Tere Liye. The research method plays an important role in a research. This method is a method that is carried out by collecting data, describing the data, and then analyzing the data. The type of data taken from this study is qualitative. The data described from this study is the novel Bumi by Tere Liye which contains a moral message.The moral values contained in the novel Bumi by Tere Liye are the moral values of human relations with oneself, the moral values of human relations with other human beings, the moral values of human relations with God and the moral values of human relations with the natural surroundings. The manifestations of the moral values of human relations with oneself in the Bumi novel are Honesty, Curiosity, Emotional, Obedience, Assertiveness, Sacrifice, Hope, Suffering, Courage. The moral values of human relations with other human beings are loyal friends, affection, help, cooperation, harmony, attention, apologies. The form of moral values contained in the Bumi novel is praising the beauty of nature and natural sustainability. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Game Edukasi Menggunakan WORDWALL Terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Teks Negosiasi oleh Siswa Kelas X SMK Yapim Taruna Marelan Tahun Pembelajaran 2022/2023”  Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X yang terdiri dari kelas TKJ-1 TKJ-2 TKJ-3 TKJ-4 yang berjumlah 121 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas X TKJ-1 yang berjumlah 27 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan jenis one-group pre-test post- test design.. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan tes tulis. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa kemampuan menulis teks negosiasi sebelum(pre-test) media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis game edukasi menggunakan wordwall cukup rendah Hal ini bisa dilihat dari nilai rata-rata yang didapat siswa yaitu 63,58. Dari hasil nilai yang didapat bisa diketahui bahwa 8 siswa (29,62%) kemampuan baik, 15 siswa (55,56%) kemampuan cukup dan 4 siswa (14,81%) kemampuan kurang,Sedangkan, kemampuan menulis teks negosiasi sesudah (post-test) media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis game edukasi menggunakan wordwall oleh siswa kelas X TKJ-1 Tahun Pembelajaran 2022/2023 berada pada nilai rata-rata 85,33. Dari hasil yang didapatkan diketahui sebanyak 14 siswa (51,8%) kemampuan baik sekali dan 13 siswa (48,14%) kemampuan baik. Dari analisis data tersebut, hasil pengujian hipotesis yang didapatkan thitung ttabel yaitu 17.52 1,708. Jadi, kesimpulan yang dapat diperoleh mengenai hipotesis yaitu Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikat dalam pengunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis game edukasi menggunakan wordwall oleh siswa kelas X TKJ-1 Yapim Taruna Marelan Tahun Pembelajaran 2022/2023.

Abstract

Active Learning merupakan salah satu alternatif metode yang dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan hasil belajar siswa, terutama dengan menggunakan tipe Card Sort yang terbukti efektif dalam mempermudah pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep yang diajarkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh penggunaan metode active learning tipecard Short terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran fiqih. Pendekatan penelitian yang difungsikan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan setelah dilakukan metode Active Learning Tipe Card kepada peserta didik. Dimana sebelumnya sudah dilakukan pre test dan post test melalui uji normalitas data, uji homogenitas, dan uji t. Uji normalitas data menunjukkan nilai sig Kolmogrov Smirnov > 0,05 yang terbilang normal.  Uji homogenitas menunjukkan nilai sig Based on Mean 0,06 > 0,05 yang homogen. Sedangkan dari uji t peserta didik menghasilkan data dengan menunjukkan nilai output pair 1 diperoleh kedua significance sebesar <,001 dan nilai itu kurang dari 0,005 pretest kelas Ekesperimen dan posttest kelas eksperimen, juga pada pretest kelas Kontrol dan postest kelas kontrol menghasilkan nilai yang sama. Selain itu bisa dilihat dari table statiktik bahwa rata-rata dari skor postest antara kelas kontrol dan eksperimen lebih tinggi rata-rata kelas eksperimen.

Abstract

Lack of development of instructional media reduces student interest in learning so that it affects student literacy in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to develop E-learning with schoology to improve literacy in geography learning in flora and fauna material. This type of research is development research. The data collection technique was carried out through three data collection methods, namely observation, questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study are experts in the validation of E-learning product designs with schoology which consists of three components of the validator's most dominant assessment, namely the element of product quality with a value of one validator of 52%, and two components of the validator's assessment. 78%, and the results of product trials with a value of 0.42. %. So it can be concluded that E-learning with schoology is declared suitable for use in the learning process and is very easy to use based on literacy in geography learning.

Abstract

The Jaya Lestari Farmers Group in Tiga Nderket Village, Karo Regency, faces challenges in improving the market competitiveness of their salak processed products due to limited knowledge and marketing skills. This community service program aimed to enhance the group's marketing capabilities through intensive training and mentoring. The program was conducted over two days at the Village Hall and involved 20 group members. Training activities covered the preparation of marketing materials, the use of information technology, and the development of social media content. Mentoring focused on integrating digital marketing strategies into the group’s business activities. Program evaluation showed significant improvements in the ability to use social media for marketing (from 30% to 85%) and in understanding marketing strategies (from 40% to 90%). This initiative successfully increased the market potential of salak processed products, expanded customer reach, and improved the welfare of group members.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajarn concept sentence berbantuan media gambar terhadap kemampuan menulis teks narasi oleh Siswa kelas VIII SMP IT Al-Bayan Deli Serdang Tahun Pembelajaran 2023-2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendeketan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Desain penelitiannya yaitu desain penelitian Pre-Experimental Designs (nondesigns) dalam bentuk One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Karena terdapat pretest sebelum diberikan perlakuan, yang selanjutnya diberikan perlakuan yaitu pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran concept sentence berbantuan media gambar, kemudian dilakukan posttest. Berdasarkan penjelasan tersebut, maka ditetapkan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP IT Al-Bayan Deli Serdang dengan jumlah 22 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas VIII SMP IT Al-Bayan Deli Serdang yang berjumlah 22 siswa. Pada penelitian ini teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Nonprobability Sampling karena semua anggota populasi dipilih menjadi sampel. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah berupa tes. Dari hasil penelitian penulis kemampuan menulis teks narasi sebelum menggunkan model pembelajaran concept sentence berbantuan media gambar memperoleh nilai rata-rata 64,82 dengan nilai tertinggi 83 dan nilai terendah yaitu 50. Sedangkan kemampuan menulis teks narasi sesudah menggunkan model pembelajaran concept sentence berbantuan media gambar memperoleh nilai rata-rata 80,5 dengan nilai tertinggi 88 dan nilai terendah yaitu 73. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis diatas diperoleh thitung sebesar 21,48 selanjutnya harga thitung dibandingkan dengan harga ttabel dengan taraf signifikan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the following: the content of the ISMUBA curriculum for Muhammadiyah Middle Schools in Medan City, the content of the AIK curriculum utilized in the UMSU PAI study program, and the relevance of the AIK curriculum content of the PAI UMSU study program to the requirements of the ISMUBA SMP Muhammadiyah school in Medan City. This kind of study is qualitative and employs focus groups, content analysis, and interview techniques. The study's findings indicate that the first four courses in the AIK PAI UMSU curriculum are Islamic Science and Technology, Muhammadiyahan; Worship and Mu'amalah; and Religious Education (al-Islam). Second, there is a wide range of subjects in the ISMUBA curriculum for Muhammadiyah Middle Schools in Medan City, including both Al-Islamic and Muhammadiyah instruction. Meanwhile, the 2013 SMP/MT curriculum is used in Arabic language instruction; however, the learning materials used vary throughout schools. Third, on average, 65.5% of the material of the Ismuba curriculum (Al-Islam et al.) for Muhammadiyah Middle Schools in Medan City is relevant to the AIK subject of the PAI Study Program. Other courses provided to UMSU PAI Study Program students, such as Tahsin Al-Quran courses, History of Islamic Civilization, Insya' Muhadatsah, Tarbawi Tafsir, Tarbawi Hadith, Ushul Fiqh, and Contemporary Fiqh, augment the questionable relevance of the AIK content.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Latin alphabet usage on the vocabulary writing skills and science understanding of Thai Malay among Mattaeom 1 students at Ban Padungmat School, Thailand. A qualitative descriptive method was employed using participatory observation and documentation techniques on 25 students. The findings reveal that students face significant challenges in writing vocabulary due to differences in graphemic and phonological systems between the Latin alphabet and Thai script. Three dominant types of errors were identified: graphemic errors (72%), phonological errors (80%), and mixed usage of Latin and Thai characters (60%). These errors are influenced by negative transfer from the mother tongue and low adaptation to the Latin script. The study emphasizes the need for a contextual and phonetic-based learning approach in teaching the Latin alphabet to bilingual students. It recommends more intensive phonological and graphemic training to enhance vocabulary writing accuracy in Thai Malay.

Abstract

This ability is not only important for academic success, but also essential for students to face complex problems in everyday life. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Giving Question and Getting Answer model in improving students' critical thinking skills. The research design used a posttest-only control group design experiment. The research instrument was a critical thinking ability test that included the dimensions of analysis, evaluation, and problem solving. Data were analyzed using a t-test to compare the average posttest results of the two groups. The results of this study are that the use of the Giving Question and Getting Answer (GQGA) model has proven effective in improving students' critical thinking skills. The GQGA model is suitable for implementation at the elementary school level because it is in accordance with the needs of students to learn through interactions involving cognitive and social aspects. With the right approach, this model is able to overcome the limitations of traditional learning methods that do not support the development of students' critical thinking skills.
