Abstract

Belajar pemrograman dapat menjadi proses yang menantang dan membosankan bagi sebagian orang. Salah satu cara untuk membuat proses belajar lebih menarik dan interaktif adalah dengan menggunakan aplikasi kuis. Aplikasi kuis pemrograman dapat membantu pengguna untuk menguji pengetahuan mereka tentang berbagai konsep pemrograman, serta memberikan umpan balik dan penjelasan yang instan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi kuis pemrograman menggunakan web Kodular dan mengintegrasikan Quizizz untuk pembuatan soal kuis dan jawabannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi kuis pemrograman berbasis Android menggunakan Kodular dengan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prototipe aplikasi kuis pemrograman yang fungsional dan mudah digunakan. Prototipe aplikasi kuis pemrograman yang dikembangkan menggunakan web Kodular ini terbukti fungsional dan mudah digunakan. Aplikasi ini dapat menjadi alat yang bermanfaat untuk membantu pengguna belajar pemrograman dengan cara yang lebih menarik.

Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology have driven digital transformation across various sectors, including education and business, making the use of technology crucial for data processing and sales. Information systems are capable of integrating people, data, processes, and technology to improve efficiency and support decision-making. In the context of education, the use of technology for sales and data processing is important for increasing effectiveness and service quality. However, in the education sector, the sale of elementary school goods is still largely done manually, which can lead to problems such as data inconsistencies, delayed reports, and decreased efficiency. Therefore, an information system is needed that can manage sales transactions and data in an integrated and automated manner. Various previous studies have shown that implementing a digital sales information system can improve data processing effectiveness, minimize recording errors, and support managerial decision-making. As the use of mobile devices increases, the development of mobile-based information systems becomes a relevant solution because it offers ease of access, flexibility of use, and improved customer service quality. In addition, the prototyping method has proven effective in system development because it directly involves users, resulting in a system that is more aligned with user needs. Based on these problems and previous research findings, this study aims to design a Mobile-Based Elementary School Uniform Sales Information System using the prototyping method. This method allows for direct user involvement in the design process, thus creating a system design that is more aligned with user needs. The research results include a system design that encompasses process modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and the design of the mobile application's user interface. This system design is expected to serve as a reference in the development of an integrated mobile-based school information system and improve efficiency in data processing and sales.

Abstract

Retail business management requires systems that are capable of providing accurate and timely information, particularly in managing inventory, such as in school uniform stores. Poor inventory monitoring may lead to various problems, including stock discrepancies, recording errors, and difficulties in obtaining up-to-date inventory information. At Toko Seragam Faiz, the management of uniform stock for elementary, junior high, and senior high schools is still performed manually, which has not yet supported efficient and accurate inventory control. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop an Android-based Uniform Stock Information System as a solution for inventory management at Toko Seragam Faiz. The system is designed to manage product and stock data in an integrated manner, enabling fast and accurate access to inventory information through mobile devices. The system development employs the prototyping method, which involves direct user participation during the design process to ensure that the developed system meets operational requirements. The results of this study are expected to assist store owners and staff in monitoring uniform stock more effectively, improving inventory management efficiency, and minimizing stock recording errors.

Abstract

The Android-based Paint Shop Inventory Information System was developed to overcome the challenges of managing stock in Sitayu Paint more accurately, efficiently, and organized. This research aims to optimize the process of recording, monitoring, and inventory administration through a mobile application that can be accessed at any time. Using the waterfall development method, this research includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, verification, and maintenance. The app offers a variety of key features such as minimum stock notifications to prevent stockouts, integrated sales reports, and simple data analysis to support strategic decision-making. The system allows store staff to monitor and update inventory data in real-time, providing high flexibility in daily operations. The implementation results show that the application is able to reduce the risk of recording errors to speed up the work process. and improve time efficiency in inventory management. In addition, this system supports management in developing business strategies based on more organized and relevant data. With the application of this digital technology, Sitayu Paint has succeeded in increasing customer satisfaction through guaranteed product availability and more professional operations. This research makes a significant contribution to modern inventory management in the retail sector, especially paint shops, with the potential for development for the integration of further features such as stock demand prediction

Abstract

SMA Negeri Padang Lawas Utara needs a more modern attendance system to improve accuracy and efficiency in recording teacher attendance. This research aims to develop a web-based teacher attendance information system using the Face Recognition and GPS Lock methods to ensure valid and accurate attendance. The method used in system development is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which consists of Analysis & Quick Design, Prototype Cycles, Testing, and Deployment stages. The developed system allows teachers to attend only if they are in a predetermined school area through GPS location validation and facial verification. The system is tested to measure the main functionality, namely the accuracy of face identification and the validation of the location of attendance. The test results showed that the system was able to recognize the teacher's face with an accuracy rate of up to 95% in various conditions, and successfully rejected absences that were carried out outside the designated school area. In addition, the system shows a quick response time in attendance recording, which is less than 3 seconds. With this capability, the system contributes to improving the accuracy of attendance recording and reducing the potential for attendance fraud. Schools can monitor teacher attendance in real-time, thus supporting efficiency and effectiveness in attendance management management.Keyword: Face Recognition; GPS Lock; Attendance; Teacher; Web AbstrakSMA Negeri Padang Lawas Utara membutuhkan sistem absensi yang lebih modern untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi dalam pencatatan kehadiran guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi absensi guru berbasis web menggunakan metode Face Recognition dan GPS Lock untuk memastikan kehadiran yang valid dan akurat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang terdiri dari tahapan Analysis & Quick Design, Prototype Cycles, Testing, dan Deployment. Sistem yang dikembangkan memungkinkan guru untuk hadir hanya jika mereka berada di area sekolah yang telah ditentukan melalui validasi lokasi GPS dan verifikasi wajah. Pengujian sistem dilakukan untuk mengukur fungsionalitas utama, yaitu akurasi identifikasi wajah dan validasi lokasi absensi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengenali wajah guru dengan tingkat akurasi hingga 95% dalam berbagai kondisi, serta berhasil menolak absensi yang dilakukan di luar area sekolah yang telah ditentukan. Selain itu, sistem menunjukkan respons waktu cepat dalam pencatatan kehadiran, yaitu kurang dari 3 detik. Dengan kemampuan ini, sistem berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan keakuratan pencatatan kehadiran dan mengurangi potensi kecurangan absensi. Abstract

This study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the influence of user experience and e-service quality on user satisfaction with the MyTelkomsel mobile application. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method along with data collection techniques in the form of semi-structured interviews and direct observation of active users of the MyTelkomsel application in the city of Medan. Data was obtained from 10 informants selected using purposive sampling techniques, supported by documentation of user interactions with the application. The results of the study indicate that ease of navigation, informative interface display, application response speed, and service feature reliability are the main factors that shape user satisfaction. Users tend to feel satisfied when the application is able to provide a comfortable, efficient, and responsive user experience that meets their needs. The findings of this study are expected to provide strategic input for Telkomsel in improving user experience and service quality as an effort to strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat menuntut perusahaan untuk beradaptasi dengan memanfaatkan sistem digital guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi operasional. PT Perkebunan Nusantara III sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perkebunan masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam proses pemesanan produk yang dilakukan secara manual. Proses tersebut sering menimbulkan permasalahan seperti keterlambatan pemrosesan pesanan, ketidaktepatan pencatatan data, serta kurangnya transparansi informasi bagi pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi pemesanan produk berbasis website yang terintegrasi dengan pendekatan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) serta strategi up-selling melalui aplikasi OrderGo-Ly. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, serta pengujian sistem untuk memastikan fungsionalitas berjalan dengan baik. Sistem yang dikembangkan menyediakan fitur bagi pengunjung, pelanggan, dan admin yang saling terintegrasi sehingga mampu mendukung proses pemesanan, pengelolaan data, serta monitoring transaksi secara real-time. Penerapan strategi up-selling melalui penyediaan menu paket produk terbukti mampu meningkatkan nilai transaksi pelanggan secara signifikan. Selain itu, penerapan CRM dalam sistem ini berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas hubungan dengan pelanggan, memperkuat loyalitas, serta mendorong keterlibatan pelanggan secara berkelanjutan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses pemesanan, akurasi data, serta transparansi informasi. Dengan demikian, sistem ini tidak hanya mendukung operasional perusahaan secara lebih optimal, tetapi juga berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan bisnis dan peningkatan engagement pelanggan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly influenced the management of non-profit and educational organizations, including volunteer recruitment processes. Gerakan Sumut Mengajar (GSM), a volunteer-based educational movement in North Sumatra, still relies on manual tools such as Google Forms and WhatsApp for participant registration, file verification, and interview scheduling. This manual approach creates inefficiencies, scheduling conflicts, and delays that reduce the professionalism of the recruitment process. The main research problem addressed in this study is the lack of an integrated system capable of handling the multi-stage recruitment process, especially in automating interview scheduling, which is prone to human error and administrative overload. The objective of this study is to design and implement a web-based volunteer recruitment information system equipped with an automatic interview scheduling mechanism using the Greedy Algorithm. The system was developed using the Waterfall software development model, implemented with PHP Native and MySQL. The Greedy Algorithm, particularly the Activity Selection Problem approach, was applied to optimize interview scheduling by allocating available slots efficiently according to the number of interviewers and candidates. The results demonstrate that the system successfully automates registration, document verification, and interview scheduling while minimizing scheduling conflicts. Compared with manual methods, the proposed solution reduces administrative workload, enhances efficiency, and provides a more professional recruitment experience. This study contributes to the development of intelligent scheduling systems in volunteer-based organizations and highlights the applicability of heuristic algorithms in solving real-world scheduling problems.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah memberikan dampak positif pada berbagai sektor, termasuk layanan jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang aplikasi jasa setrika berbasis Android yang inovatif untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat modern yang memiliki keterbatasan waktu. Metode Design Thinking digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi, yang mencakup lima tahapan: empati, definisi, ide, prototipe, dan pengujian. Melalui wawancara dan survei pengguna, tim peneliti memperoleh pemahaman mendalam tentang kebutuhan konsumen akan pelayanan setrika yang praktis. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan Firebase sebagai backend utama, dengan fitur-fitur unggulan meliputi pemesanan layanan online, pelacakan status pesanan real-time, pembayaran digital, dan komunikasi melalui fitur chat. Unified Modeling Language (UML) digunakan untuk merancang arsitektur sistem, mencakup use case diagram dan activity diagram yang menggambarkan interaksi pengguna dan alur kerja aplikasi. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan aplikasi yang user-friendly dengan antarmuka sederhana dan fungsional. Fitur-fitur seperti pemilihan jenis layanan, penjadwalan pengiriman, riwayat transaksi, dan notifikasi promo memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan bagi pengguna dalam mengakses layanan setrika.

Abstract

Pemantauan tumbuh kembang balita di Puskesmas Mulyorejo masih menghadapi kendala pencatatan yang tidak terintegrasi dan perhitungan status gizi yang dilakukan secara manual, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan dalam deteksi dini masalah gizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis mobile menggunakan metode Z-score WHO untuk menilai status gizi balita secara otomatis dengan model Waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan sistem. Sistem menghitung indikator BB/U, TB/U, dan BB/TB menggunakan metode LMS (Lambda-Mu-Sigma) serta menampilkan hasil dalam bentuk kategori status gizi dan grafik pertumbuhan. Sistem dirancang dengan tiga aktor yaitu Admin, Kader Posyandu, dan Orang Tua, dilengkapi fitur validasi catatan pertumbuhan oleh kader serta KMS digital untuk pemantauan mandiri. Hasil pengujian menggunakan Black Box Testing menunjukkan seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100% dan hasil perhitungan Z-score terbukti sesuai dengan perhitungan manual berdasarkan tabel referensi WHO. Sistem ini berkontribusi dalam mempermudah kader posyandu dan orang tua memantau status gizi balita secara digital, akurat, dan berkelanjutan.
