The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of principal's leadership on social science teachers’ performance. The research was conducted in Pelalawan Regency taking Social Science teachers in Pelalawan Regency as the research subjects. The method used was a survey with quantitative techniques. The research sample was 150 Pelalawan Regency teachers selected using random sampling technique. The instrument used to collect data was a set of questionnaires used to quantify the school principal leadership level. Data of teachers’ performance were gathered from the teachers’ competency test (UKG) data. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant and positive influence of the principal's leadership on the performance of social science teachers at SMPN Pelalawan. The results of this study are expected to be useful for the improvement of the performance of school principals and social science teachers in Pelalawan Regency.

The objective of the study was to analyse how positive and significant the influence of work culture toward self-control (locus of control) of certified teachers at primary schools. The population of this research were 155 certified teachers at primary school in Kuantan Tengah District. Seventy-five certified teachers were randomly selected as samples. The research was undertaken using a correlational research survey design. Data were collected using questionnaires statistically analysed to see if there were any effects on the work culture and teachers’ self-control. This study indicated a significant and positive effect of work culture on primary teachers’ self-control (locus of control). The finding implies that the increase in self-control (locus of control) is possible to achieve by strengthening the work culture.

The purpose of this study is to determine how self-efficacy affects career readiness to become a teacher. Using a quantitative approach and the sample is Social Sciences (IPS) students in the Economics education study program of state universities in Pekanbaru City, namely Riau University and Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University totaling 170 students who have been determined by purposive random sampling technique using the slovin formula. The Likert questionnaire was used to collect data while simple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The prerequisite test includes the normality test and the linearity test. The results of the analysis requirement test show that the data is normally distributed and has a linear relationship. Based on the simple linear regression test, it shows that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on readiness to become a teacher. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on readiness to become a teacher, meaning that students need to have a sense of confidence in themselves that they are able to carry out and complete the obligations faced, handle every challenge and can achieve the desired target when becoming a teacher

Habits of mind a lecturer's is very important so that students can overcome obstacles in learning activities. For approximately two years the implementation of learning is carried out online, so this condition has a negative impact on students and students. One of these impacts is the occurrence of Learning Loss in students. In general, the research that has been carried out has identified research data through the instrument developed by Costa and Kallik which consists of many question indicators. However, the indicators developed by Marzano have not been widely used. These indicators include: Self Regulation, Critical Thinking and Creative Thinking. This research focuses on the Habits of Mind Lecturers of Social Studies Education Department at State Universities in Riau Province in Anticipating Learning Loss. The research conducted is descriptive quantitative research. To analyze the index and the sustainability status of the Habits of Mind Lecturer skills, a Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) analysis approach was used with the help of the RapHoM software (modified Rapfish). The habits of mind skills of lecturers at state universities in Riau Province are classified as quite sustainable. His condition is certainly a warning that the habits of mid skill of a lecturer are needed in order to increase student interest, motivation and achievement through lecturer habits in transmitting positive thinking habits to students. Character education is the process of providing guidance to students to become complete human beings with character in the dimensions of heart, mind, body, as well as feelings and intentions. The campus is part of the education system, which is a place for students to learn in terms of knowledge transfer and behavior. Character education is important because it teaches habits of thinking and behavior that help individuals to live and work together as a family, community and nation and helps them make accountable decisions. This research is based on the idea of how to determine the level of responsibility, independence and discipline as part of the national character in realizing the achievements of students majoring in Social Sciences at UNRI (Riau State University) and UIN SUSKA (Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University). This research aims to determine the analysis of national character and to determine the hopes and challenges of social studies education students at state universities throughout Pekanbaru City. The number of samples used in this research was 179 students majoring in social studies education at two universities, namely the University of Riau and the Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative approach. The results of the research show that the character of discipline is at a score of 83% and then the character of independence gets an average score of 83.9% and then the character of independence gets an average score of 84%. Meanwhile, the never give up attitude received an average score of 83.4%. The research results show that independence gets the highest average score.

This study aims to see the magnitude of the influence of principal academic supervision on the professionalism of teachers in economics. This research is limited to the state high school unit group only, because there are so many private high schools in Kampar Regency. The method used is a survey method with correlational techniques. The population in this study were all 55 teachers of the economy at SMA Negeri Kampar Regency. The data in this study were collected by distributing questionnaires and documentation obtained from the principal. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique and inferential analysis. As well as using the data requirements test, namely: normality test and linearity test. The results showed that the magnitude of the influence of the principal's academic supervision on the professionalism of teachers in economics was 16.80%, while the remaining 83.20% was determined by other factors that were not part of this study.

This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurship education and self efficacy on the entrepreneurial interest of FKIP Riau University students. The population in this study were 1351 active FKIP class of 2020 students and a sample of 93 students. The sampling technique uses a random sampling method. This research uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it shows that entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy influence students' entrepreneurial interest, this is shown through the t test with the results of the entrepreneurship education variable value being 0.001 < 0.05 and the self-efficacy variable value being 0.014 < 0.05. Entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect, meaning that if students have good entrepreneurship education it will increase their interest in entrepreneurship. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect, meaning that if students have high self-efficacy it will increase their interest in entrepreneurship. Likewise, if students have low entrepreneurial education and low self-efficacy, their level of interest in entrepreneurship will also be low.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap harga saham perusahaan manufaktur sector makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2020-2022. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sector makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2020-2022 yang memiliki data yang lengkap (profitabilitas dan harga saham) yang berjumlah 30 perusahaan semua diteliti (seansus). Jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan cara dokumentasi yang bersumber dari www.idx.co.id. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitibilitas berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.

The high unemployment rate among university graduates demonstrates the need to enhance entrepreneurial competencies. Although entrepreneurship programs have been provided, many students struggle to apply the knowledge. Creativity is believed to be a key factor that can encourage entrepreneurial attitudes through the creation of innovative ideas. This study aims to determine the effect of creativity on the entrepreneurial attitudes of Economics Education students in Pekanbaru. The study employed a quantitative approach with a sample of 170 students from the University of Riau and Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University, selected through a purposive random sampling technique with the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale questionnaire, and data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression. Pre-requisite tests showed that the data were normally and linearly distributed. The results implied that creativity had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial attitudes. Thus, the higher the students' creativity, the more positive their attitudes towards entrepreneurship.

In the development of the era, teachers are required to improve competence, especially in terms of learning about digital literacy. The role of teachers is very important in creating a teaching and learning process that is following the demands of revolution 4.0. In the learning process, teachers can use the internet-based e-learning method. E-learning is a learning method that utilizes web-based information technology (IT) that can be accessed remotely so that the learning done is not only glued in the classroom and within certain hours but can still be done anytime and anywhere. Ujung Batu Subdistrict Rokan Hulu has sixteen public elementary schools scattered in various from in Ujung Batu Subdistrict. Based on the observations, elementary school teachers in Ujung Batu Subdistrict still do not use the Internet to the maximum in the learning process. Teachers use limited media and learning resources. This is due to lack of information and lack of facilities The purpose of this devotion is to increase knowledge and insight into the innovation of e-learning based learning for teachers of SD Negeri Ujung Batu can be done through training activities in the application of Google meet, Google classroom and Zoom applicated. This activity was attended by 20 people in the teachers of SD Negeri Ujung Batu with the implementation method of devotion using lecture methods, questions and answers, and simulations. The results of this dedication show that (1) the trainees know the use of e-learning application Platform, (2) The trainees already have a learning class using the platform E-Learning Application, (3) The trainees have been knowledgeable e-learning used.
