Abstract

Digital transformation has become a significant phenomenon in the development of the national economy, including for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to identify the challenges and opportunities faced by MSMEs in Pamekasan City in the process of adopting digital technology. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving 10 MSME actors from various business sectors. The findings indicate that the main challenges faced by MSMEs include limited digital literacy, lack of capital for technology investment, and resistance to change. On the other hand, opportunities arise from increased access to digital markets, operational efficiency, and collaboration with e-commerce platforms. This study emphasizes the importance of training support and local government policies to accelerate the digital transformation of MSMEs in Pamekasan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of human resources (HR) in implementing branding strategies to strengthen the products of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The development of the digital era requires MSMEs to build strong and competitive brand identities. However, the success of branding is not solely determined by visual elements, but also by the competence, creativity, and digital literacy of the HR who manage the branding process. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature study by reviewing eight relevant scientific journals related to HR, branding, digital marketing, and MSME innovation. The findings indicate that HR plays a strategic role in developing brand identity, managing digital content, fostering product innovation, and strengthening customer relationships, which collectively contribute to increased brand awareness and product competitiveness. Digital literacy among HR is proven to be a crucial factor in optimizing branding strategies on social media, while HR-driven innovation enhances product differentiation and brand value. This study concludes that the integration of HR competencies and branding strategies is essential for strengthening MSME products. Therefore, improving HR capabilities through training in branding and digital marketing is strongly recommended to support MSME sustainability.

Abstract

Globalisasi mendorong perusahaan multinasional untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia dari latar belakang budaya yang beragam. Perbedaan bahasa, nilai, dan norma budaya seringkali menjadi hambatan dalam proses komunikasi internal perusahaan, sehingga mengganggu efektivitas kerja tim dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi komunikasi lintas budaya sebagai strategi manajerial dalam perusahaan multinasional. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melalui analisis isi terhadap lima artikel ilmiah relevan yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2019–2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi lintas budaya memainkan peran penting dalam membangun sinergi kerja, menghindari konflik, dan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Strategi seperti pelatihan komunikasi antarbudaya, kepemimpinan yang inklusif, dan kebijakan internal yang mendukung keberagaman terbukti mampu meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi dalam lingkungan kerja multikultural. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi lintas budaya bukan hanya sebagai alat pertukaran informasi, melainkan sebagai elemen strategis dalam mendukung keberhasilan operasional dan daya saing perusahaan multinasional secara global.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perilaku konsumtif dan literasi keuangan terhadap hedonisme penggunaan QRIS pada mahasiswa Universitas Madura. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa sebagai responden dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa perilaku konsumtif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hedonisme penggunaan QRIS dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, sedangkan literasi keuangan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002. Hasil uji simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa perilaku konsumtif dan literasi keuangan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hedonisme penggunaan QRIS. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel perilaku konsumtif dan literasi keuangan mampu menjelaskan sebagian besar variasi hedonisme penggunaan QRIS, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa tingginya perilaku konsumtif mendorong penggunaan QRIS secara hedonis, sedangkan literasi keuangan berperan dalam menekan kecenderungan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan literasi keuangan menjadi penting untuk mendorong penggunaan pembayaran digital yang lebih bijak di kalangan mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and This study uses a quantitative approach with a comparative associative survey method and involves 100 respondents (50 Gen Z and 50 Millennials) who are domiciled in Indonesia and have investment experience, with a purposive sampling technique . comparing investment policies between Generation Z and Millennials in Indonesia. These two demographic groups are "Digital Natives" who are familiar with the development of information technology and investment applications. Primary data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression and Independent Sample t-test with the help of the SPSS program.The results of the regression analysis show that financial literacy (X1), investment knowledge (X2), and investment risk (X3) simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on investment policy (Y) in both generations. The coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.652 indicates that 65.2% of the variation in investment policy can be explained by these three variables.The results of the comparative test ( Independent Sample t-test ) with a Sig. (2-tailed) value = 0.018 (<0.05) indicate a significant difference in investment policies between Generation Z and the Millennial Generation.Generation Z (born 1996–2010) tends to be more daring in taking risks and is quicker in adopting digital investment technologies such as applications (Bibit, Bareksa, Ajaib, IPOT), and chooses instruments with medium to high risk (stocks and digital assets).The Millennial generation (born 1981–1995) exhibits more conservative behavior , oriented towards the security and stability of assets , with a preference for relatively low-risk instruments such as mixed mutual funds, deposits, and blue-chip stocks.These findings reinforce Behavioral Finance theory , emphasizing the importance of individual understanding, experience, and risk perception in investment decision-making. The research's implications suggest the need for the government/OJK to expand digital financial literacy programs tailored to each generation, as well as the development of educational and secure features by securities firms.
