Abstract

"AbstraksiEra Reformasi di Indonesia yang ditandai dengan pergantian pemerintah dari orde baru kepada orde reformasi telah menimbulkan berbagai perubahan paradigma, salah satunya adalah pelaksanaan otonomi daerah. Paradigma tersebut ternyata amat berpengaruh terhadap sukses tidaknya sistem organisasi sebuah perusahaan. Hampir sebagian besar aspek perencanaan keberhasilan perusahaan berfokus pada sistem komitmen organisasi perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan kepuasan kerja dan keadilan secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial terhadap komitmen karyawan di Universitas Muhadi Setiabudi, 2) Untuk mengetahui variabel apa (kepuasan atau keadilan) yang paling berpengaruh terhadap komitmen karyawan di Universitas Muhadi Setiabudi. Peneliti menggunakan metode Kuantitatif dengan sumber data Primer dan Sekunder. Subjek dan Objek penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Karyawan Universitas Muhadi Setiabudi. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini ialah 50 Karyawan dengan metode pengumpulan data Wawancara dan angket. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Kepuasan kerja karyawan Universitas Muhadi Setiabudi termasuk dalam kategori puas, maksud puas disini adalah karyawan merasakan kepuasan terhadap hasil pekerjaan, tetapi pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan keadilan terhadap komitmen karyawan secara bersama-sama diklasifikasikan lemah tetapi signifikan. Berdasarkan analisis korelasi parsial dan uji t didapatkan bahwa nilai t hitung < nilai t tabel (0,421 < 2,011) sehingga variabel kepuasan kerja tidak ada pengaruh yang kuat dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan. Berdasarkan analisis korelasi parsial dan uji t didapatkan bahwa nilai t hitung > nilai t tabel (2,294 > 2,011) sehingga keadilan ada pengaruh yang kuat dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan.AbstractThe Era of Reform in Indonesia marked by the change of government from the new order to the reform order has led to various paradigm shifts, one of which is the implementation of regional autonomy. This paradigm turns out to be very influential on the success of the organizational system of a company. Most aspects of a company's success planning focus on the company's organizational commitment system. The purpose of this study is 1) to find out the significant influence of job satisfaction and fairness together and partially on the commitment of wan-works at Muhadi Setiabudi University, 2) To find out what variables (kepua-san or fairness) most affect the commitment of employees at Muhadi Setiabudi University. Researchers use Quantitative methods with Primary and Secondary data sources. The subject and object of this study was conducted at Muhadi Setiabudi University Employees. The population and sample of this study are 50 Employees with interview and questionnaire data collection methods. The result of this study is that the job satisfaction of employees of Muhadi Setiabudi University falls into the category of satisfaction, the intention of satisfaction here is that employees feel satisfaction with job results, but the effect of job satisfaction and fairness on employee commitment together is classified as weak but significant. Based on partial correlation analysis and t test, it is found that the value of t calculates < the value of t table (0.421 < 2.011) so that the job satisfaction variable has no strong and significant effect on employee commitment. Based on partial correlation analysis and t test it is obtained that the value of t calculates > the value of t table (2,294 > 2,011) so that justice has a strong and significant influence on employee commitment."

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work attachment and Work Environment on the performance of EfandA 707 employees The population in this study is EfandA 707 employees. The number of samples used was 50 respondents using the saturated sample technique. The research data was tested with validity and reliability tests. The hypothesis test was carried out by multiple linear regression test using SPSS 25.0 software in this study. The results of the analysis showed that the work attachment variable had a positive and significant influence on employee performance (t count = 4.455 > > t table = 1.677, sig = 0.010 < 0.05). The variable of the work environment also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t count = 3.394 > t table = 1.677, sig = 0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant effect on service quality, with an F value of 23.499 which is greater than the F table 2.79 (sig = 0.000 < 0.05). The author suggests to increase vigor, dediction, absorption and immediately improve problems such as lighting, temperature, noise, movement space, work safety and good employee relations with colleagues who are not supportive. By making these improvements, it is hoped that EfandA 707 can achieve better performance levels and improve overall employee satisfaction and well-being.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, compensation and employee engagement on the performance of employees at Surya Toserba Ciledug, Cirebon Regency. The sampling technique in this research used non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling with a saturated sample method for 54 employees. The data analysis techniques used were validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) tests, t tests, and F tests assisted by using SPSS 25 analysis tools. The results of this research from partial tests show that the work environment influences employee performance from the results obtained, namely 3,569 > 2,008, and the sig value on employee performance is 0.001 < 0.05. compensation has a positive effect on employee performance at Surya Toserba Ciledug Cirebon, with a value of 2,407 > 2,008, and a sig value on employee performance of 0.020 < 0.05. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results obtained, namely 3,128 > 2,008, and the sig value on employee performance is 0.003 < 0.05, it can be concluded that employee engagement influences employee performance at Surya Toserba Ciledug Cirebon. The higher the level of employee engagement, the better the performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work environment on employee turnover intention at PT Bintang Indokarya Gemilang located in Tanjung District, Brebes Regency. This research applies quantitative methods. There are as many as 2.562 employees as the population in this study. A total of 100 respondents were used as a sample which was obtained by calculating using the slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents online using Google Form. Data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS version 26.0 using several tests including validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. This study found that work stress partially has a significant influence on turnover intention. Likewise, the work environment partially has a significant influence on turnover intention. In addition, work stress and work environment simultaneously have a significant influence on turnover intention.

Abstract

In this modern era, employees who have good performance are really needed. The existence of libraries cannot be separated from community life. Libraries are important to meet the knowledge needs of someone who is looking for various reading sources. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment, work culture and work motivation on employee performance at the Brebes Regency Archives and Library Service The population in this study were employees of the Regional Archives and Library Service of Brebes Regency with a total of 36 respondents. The analysis used was descriptive analysis, SPSS 22. The results of this study were that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely sig 0.001 < 0.05 and tcount 3.673 > 2.036. Work culture does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely sig 0.174 > 0.05 and tcount 1.390 < 2.036. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, namely sig 0.020 < 0.05 and tcount 2.454 > 2.036. Based on the results of the F test carried out, the sign value is known. 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount value 24.199 > 2.90 so it can be concluded that the variables of work environment, work culture, motivation simultaneously influence employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the influence of advertising, facilities and service quality on purchasing decisions at the Griya Zafira Permai Brebes housing complex. The type of research carried out by researchers uses casual associative research using a quantitative approach. The sample taken to represent the population was 109 customers. Analysis techniques in testing multiple linear regression analysis, using the SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on the test results, it shows that the significant value of the advertising variable (X1) is 0.026 > 0.05 and the calculated t value is (2.263) > t table (1.983). The significant value of the facility variable (X2) is 0.035 > 0.05 and the calculated t value is (2.140) > t table (1.983). Meanwhile, the significant value of the service quality variable (X3) is 0.001 > 0.05 and the calculated t value is (3.482) > t table (1.983), which means it influences purchasing decisions. Taken together, advertising, facilities and service quality have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Griya Zafira Permai

Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu usaha atau organisasi yang memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat umum antara lain adalah Hotel Anggraeni Brebes. Layanan ini meliputi penginapan, pengiriman makanan dan minuman, layanan kamar, ruang pertemuan, dan banyak lagi. Lokasi cabang Hotel Anggraeni dapat ditemukan di Tanjung, Bumiayu, Keuntungan, dan Jatibarang, di antara tempat-tempat lain di Kabupaten Brebes. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kompensasi dan pengembangan karir dengan kinerja karyawan. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam jenis penelitian ini. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan hotel Anggraeni Tanjung dan Jatibarang dengan jumlah sampel 32 orang. Mendistribusikan survei kepada responden secara langsung atau menggunakan formulir Google adalah cara pengumpulan data. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Signifikansi pengaruh x1 terhadap Y adalah 0,000 0,05 dan t-hitung sebesar 8,399 menurut t-tabel 2,042. 2) Pengembangan karir berpengaruh besar dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Diketahui tingkat signifikansi pengaruh x2 terhadap Y adalah 0,000 0,05 dan t-hitung sebesar 4,495. Kompensasi dan peningkatan karir berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (lihat FTabel 3.32). Diketahui nilai hitung F sebesar 36,237 dan nilai signifikansi pengaruh kompensasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan secara bersamaan adalah 0,000 0,05, dalam F tabel 3.32. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Pengembangan Karir dan Kinerja Karyawan Abstract One of the businesses or organizations that provide services to the general public is the Hotel Anggraeni Brebes. These services include lodging, food and beverage delivery, room service, meeting rooms, and more. Hotel Anggraeni branch locations can be found in Tanjung, Bumiayu, Profit, and Jatibarang, among other places in Brebes Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between compensation and career development with employee performance. Quantitative methods are used in this type of research. The subjects of this study were employees of the Anggraeni Tanjung and Jatibarang hotels with a total sample of 32 people. Distributing surveys to respondents directly or using Google forms are ways of collecting data. The conclusions of the study are as follows: 1) Compensation has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The significance of the effect of x1 on Y is 0.000 0.05 and the t-count is 8.399 according to the t-table 2.042. 2) Career development has a large and positive effect on employee performance. It is known that the level of significance of the effect of x2 on Y is 0.000 0.05 and t-count is 4.495. Compensation and career advancement have a significant and positive effect on employee performance (see FTable 3.32). It is known that the calculated F value is 36,237 and the significance value of the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance simultaneously is 0.000 0.05, in F table 3.32. Abstract

Kepuasan  dan  ketidakpuasan  masyarakat  merupakan  bagian  dari pengalaman terhadap hal-hal yang memiliki kecenderungan untuk membangun nilai-nilai ekspektasi dalam memberikan dampak bagi masyarakat untuk melakukan  penilaian terhadap organisasi. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Administrasi, Kemampuan Kerja Pegawai, dan Integritas terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat dimediasi oleh Semangat Kerja. Sampel dalam   penelitian   ini sebanyak 97 orang, pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada seluruh masyarakatyang menerima pelayanan publik sebagai responden. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Random sampling dikatakan simple (sederhana karena pengambilan anggota sampel dari populasi dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi itu. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan bantuan software statistic SmartPLS yaitu aplikasi dari Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan administrasi dan kepuasan masyarakat, dengan nilai T Statistik sebesar 2,187 dan P value sebesar 0,029. Kemampuan kerja secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya hasil penelitian yang dimana diperoleh hasil nilai T Statistik sebesar 0.263 dan P value sebesar 0.792. Integritas terhadap kepuasan masyarakat memiliki hubungan yang signifikan antar keduanya, hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh nilai T Statistik sebesar 1,972 dan P value sebesar 0,049.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing mix strategy on marketing performance through customer relationship management at Randusanga Indah Brebes Beach tourist attraction. Using quantitative and qualitative approaches, this research sample involved 203 respondents who were beach visitors who were taken using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the AMOS program. The results showed that the digital marketing mix strategy had a significant effect on customer relationship management with a CR value of 11.252 (CR ≥1.96) and a probability value ≤ 0.05. However, the digital marketing mix strategy has no significant effect on marketing performance with a CR value of -,434 (CR ≥1.96) and a probability value of 0.664 (p ≤ 0.05). Similarly, customer relationship management also has no significant effect on marketing performance with a value of CR 1,261 (CR ≥1.96) and a probability value of 0.207 (p ≤ 0.05).
