Abstract

Kepuasan kerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Bunut Kabupaten Pelalawan masih tergolong rendah, seperti pemberian insentif TPP guru yang nilainya menurun dan sering tidak diberikan tepat waktu, serta pemberian imbalan non finansial yang masih rendah. dan kondisi kerja yang kurang mendukung, hal ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan komitmen guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru, lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen guru terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dengan metode sensus sampling sebanyak 74 responden. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, komitmen guru, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kepuasan kerja guru. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan Likert yang diisi skala berdasarkan persepsi guru ASN. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan pengujian, model memenuhi asumsi klasik dan uji kelayakan model, dan diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap gaya kepemimpinan. kepuasan kerja guru di SDN Kabupaten Bunut. Pelalawan, terdapat kontribusi positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SDN Bunut Kabupaten Pelalawan, terdapat kontribusi positif dan signifikan antara komitmen guru terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SDN Bunut Kabupaten Pelalawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, performance allowances, work conflict, and workload on employee performance at the Jayapura Region Hall of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing with a sample of 50 respondents. Data collection methods using questionnaires and interviews. The analysis method used is multiple linear analysis and t-test. The results of this study indicate that work discipline and performance allowances have a significant effect on employee performance, while work conflict and workload do not have a significant effect on employee performance at the Balai of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing Jayapura Region. The results of this study are expected to be a reference and insight for organizational management in designing human resource development strategies and improving employee performance. In addition, this research also contributes to further research in the field of human resource management and understanding the factors that affect employee performance.

Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to examine the effect of talent management on organizational performance moderated and mediated by a corporate university. An investigation was performed at Indonesia's Central Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan dan Pembangunan hereinafter abbreviated as BPKP) office. Design/Methodology/Approach: This study used a disproportionate random sampling technique with a total sample of 438 participants representing management. The analysis technique uses a structural equation model using the Smart SEM-PLS application. Research Findings: The results show that talent management significantly affects corporate university and organizational performance. In addition, a corporate university moderates the impact of talent management on organizational performance. Research Limitation & Implications: This research is limited to parties who are considered to represent management at the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), including all structural officials at echelon II level, echelon III/Supervision Coordinator, echelon IV/Sub Coordinator, and intermediate auditors located in 34 Provinces throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as the Intervening Variable (Case Study of the Laboratory Department at PT Indo Muro Kencana). The research uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey method. This study involved 63 employees of the Laboratory Department at PT Indo Muro Kencana as the population. The saturated sample, also known as a census, is a sampling technique when the entire population is used as a sample, therefore the sample of the research is 63 people. The analysis of research data uses path analysis with SPSS analysis equipment. The research results a significant positive direct effect of organizational culture on the job satisfaction of the Laboratory Department at PT. Indo Muro Kencana. The work environment has a significant positive direct impact on the job satisfaction of the Laboratory Department at PT. Indo Muro Kencana, The organizational culture has a significant positive immediate effect on the employee performance of Laboratory Department at PT. Indo Muro Kencana, The work environment also has a significant positive direct impact on the employee performance of Laboratory Department at PT. Indo Muro Kencana, The job satisfaction has a significant positive immediate effect on the employee performance of Laboratory Department at PT. Indo Muro Kencana while the organizational culture indirectly impacts employee performance in which the job satisfaction functioned as an intervening variable in the Laboratory Department at PT. Indo Muro Kencana. However, there is an indirect effect of the work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Laboratory Department at PT. Indo Muro Kencana.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the impact of the implementation of local wisdom Aweta Ko Enaa Agapida on the performance of Civil servant at Nabire Airport Office and Meepago Papua area. Research methodology: This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method in describing and revealing the impact of local wisdom on Civil servant performance in Nabire Airport Office and Meepago Papua area. Data and information were analysed with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Results: The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Aweta Ko Ena Agapida local wisdom in the Nabire Airport Office and Meepago Papua area has a positive influence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in several ways. First, Civil servants become more motivated and good at managing time in their daily lives. Second, they better understand their main tasks and functions, with high enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Lastly, Civil servant's performance in the company also improved, especially in terms of time discipline and service to airport users. Limitations: This study is limited to the subject of employees at Nabire Airport and Meepago Papua Regional Airport. Contribution: This research can be used by government organisations and companies in Papua as additional information in applying noble values in local wisdom to improve employee performance in Papua. Abstract

Senang Hati Village is one of the developing villages in Malingping Sub-district, Lebak Regency, Banten Province, where the majority of the population is young. Unfortunately, the difficult road conditions in the village mean that young people are less interested in pursuing formal education as high as possible. In addition, the highest public school in Senang Hati Village is only up to junior high school level, so their knowledge and skills are very limited. This also makes the youth of Senang Hati Village lack a sense of responsibility and concern for their village. In fact, the progress of Senang Hati villagse is in the hands of these young people. Departing from the situation analysis, the Community Service Team (PkM) of the Universitas Terbuka (UT) Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) lecturers provided training and assistance in making promotional media that could improve youth skills. These skills can become new jobs for young people so that Senang Hati Village can develop. Training and mentoring is carried out offline and online using Canva. The results of the training and mentoring showed that the youth of Senang Hati Village began to be able to use the Canva application properly. Now they have the initial skills that can support various village promotions and generate income, both for the village and for themselves. The training and mentoring can be continued until the youth of Senang Hati Village.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk penguatan tatakelola agar desa dapat menjadi desa yang berbasis digital. Pelaksanaan tersebut Merujuk pada Undang-undang nomor 6 Tahun 2014 pasal 86 tentang Sistem Informasi Pembangunan Desa dan Pembangunan Kawasan Perdesaan.  Mitra yang menjadi kegiatan ini adalah Desa Senang Hati yang berada di Kabupaten Lebak dengan jarak tempuh sepanjang 177 km dari Universitas Terbuka lama perjalanan selama 3,5 jam menggunakan kendaraan mobil. Untuk menuju desa digital tim melaksanakan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam tiga tahap. Tahap pertama merupakan materi tentang tata Kelola, materi kedua tentang pemasaran digital dan tahap ketiga adalah evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan ini masyarakat lebih akrab dengan dengan teknologi dan behasil membuat website desa. Adapun tujuan dari pembuatan website tersebut adalah untuk media imformasi, komunikasi dan promosi.

The urgency of this activity is to promote student products so that the products can be femilar in the market. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide assistance starting from management, packaging to marketing (promotion with digital marketing) applying economic analysis using BMC (Bussines Model Canvas) BMC is very helpful to speed up the process of analysing business strengths and weaknesses. Knowing the strengths and weaknesses, the analysis of needs and profits can be done quickly and effectively. The partner in this activity is "For You", a form of MSME business that offers various gifts. The method of implementation is Preparation for Determination of PkM locations, then the team conducts Introductions by coordinating and consulidating with Gift Shop partners "For You". Furthermore, conducting counselling and mentoring Production and marketing operations Implementation of production activities Business training on Social Media Gift Shop "For You" Participants who are active in this activity are 6 people The results of its implementation are able to use digital marketing technology to market their gift products using digital marketing using mass media, seen the number of visitors who see the products displayed by partners on their social media accounts

Abstract

Based on the evidence of the results of the education report card on the performance of elementary school teachers in the Secang District, Magelang Regency, there are several recommendations for improvement in the form of principal policies related to matters of motivation, leadership, and school infrastructure to be improved. This study is to determine the effect of teaching motivation, principal leadership, and availability of infrastructure facilities on teacher performance, which can be used as a study material for related parties in determining the right strategy to improve the quality of primary school teacher performance. The method used This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The results of this study found: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of teaching motivation on teachers‘ performance; (2) there is a positive influence between principals’ leadership on teachers‘ performance; (3) there is a positive and significant influence between the availability of infrastructure facilities and teachers’ performance; and (4) there is an influence between work motivation, principals' leadership, and the availability of infrastructure facilities together have a positive and significant influence on the performance of primary school teachers in Secang sub-district.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and explore what steps were taken by Surakarta Customs and Excise to achieve organizational targets during that period. This research uses an exploratory method with a qualitative approach. Data sources come from direct observation activities in the field, the results of in-depth interviews with sources/informants as well as documentation in natural settings. The researcher is the main instrument of analysis in this research. The data obtained was analyzed and visualized using NVIVO software to help present raw data that had been organized according to the researcher's needs. The analysis stages using NVIVO software begin with; (1) import data, (2) data coding, (3) data classification, and (4) data display. This research found that there are several factors that influence organizational performance, both individual factors and organizational factors themselves. Individual-level factors such as employee performance and perceived organizational support. Meanwhile, organizational-level factors such as risk management monitoring, implementation of learning organizations, transformational leadership, and strong implementation of organizational values have been proven to influence organizational performance.
