This Study aims to investigate the effect of retention, commitment competence on lecturer performance through job satisfaction as moderating variable. Furthermore, The design of this research was survey research with a web-based cross-sectional data type. The research focuses on lecturers at one of the private university in Jakarta and the 136 sample was taken using the purposive sampling method. Data processing and hypothesis testing using the Multivariate Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique. The Research indicates that retention and competence have a positive but not significant influence on job satisfaction, while commitment has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction and competence has a significant positive influence on performance. In particular, the moderating influence of job satisfaction does not have a significant influence on the relationship between retention, commitment, and competence on lecturer performance The Conclusion of this study that retention, competence have positive effect but not significant on job satisfaction, competence has positive significant on Lecturer Performance and lecturer commitment has positive significant on job satisfaction but doesnt have significant effect to Lecturer performance

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and work environment on employee performance, with job satisfaction and organizational commitment as intervening variables. Data collection in this study was conducted through a survey approach with a descriptive quantitative research type, by distributing questionnaires to 103 respondents. The data analysis tool used in this study is SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that, partially, work-life balance and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on performance. Partially, the work environment and organizational commitment have a positive but not significant effect on performance. Partially, work-life balance and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work-life balance has a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction mediates the effect of work-life balance on performance and the effect of the work environment on performance. Organizational commitment does not mediate the effect of work-life balance on performance nor the effect of the work environment on performance. Madrasah Aliyah plays a crucial role in shaping future generations, but improving teacher performance remains a significant challenge. The application of Total Quality Management (TQM) and agile leadership is a strategic approach to enhancing educational quality. TQM emphasizes continuous improvement, while agile leadership promotes flexibility and adaptation in response to educational changes. This study explores how TQM and agile leadership work together to improve teacher performance in State Aliyah Madrasahs (MAN) in South Kalimantan. The goal is to analyze the impact of TQM and agile leadership on teacher performance and examine the role of TQM in strengthening the relationship between leadership agility and teacher performance. Using a mixed methods approach, the study examines the interplay of TQM, leadership agility, teacher training, and performance in 13 South Kalimantan MAN schools. A sample of 303 teachers participated, with quantitative data analyzed using PLS-SEM and qualitative data from interviews and focus group discussions. The qualitative data helped validate and enrich the quantitative findings, providing deeper insights into the factors affecting teacher performance. The results show that both leadership agility and teacher training positively influence teacher performance, with TQM moderating the relationship between leadership agility and performance. To improve teacher performance, steps such as fostering a culture of continuous improvement through workshops and feedback, integrating TQM principles into training, and promoting agile leadership focused on collaboration and problem-solving can create a supportive environment that enhances teacher performance and student outcomes.

Tujuan pendirian suatu orgaisasi salah satunya adalah bagaimana organisasi tersebut dapat mewujudkan tujuannya sesuai dengan cita-cita awal pendiriannya secara daya guna (efektif) dan tepat guna (efesian). Ukuran efektifitas dan efesiensi organisasi salah satunya dinilai dari penilaian atas kinerja organisasi tersebut. Kinerja organisas merupakan cerminan kinerja anggota organisasi tersebut karena sejatinya yang menggerakkan dan menjalankan organisasi adalah para anggotanya. Dalam artikel ini peneliti melakuka penelitian beberapa variable yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja para pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Cilegon. Variabel dimaksud adalah iklim kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja para pegawai. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui metode kuantitatif yaitu jenis penelitian yang akan menghasilkan temuan temuanyang aka diepdapatkan melalui penggunaan prosedur statistik. Data diperileh melalui survey dengan membagikan quisioner kepada responden dengan hasil sebagai berikut: 1). Iklim kerja memberikan pengaruh positif yang kuat terhadap Kinerja pegawai.2). Lingkungan kerja memberikan pengaruh positif yang kuat pada kinerja pegawai. 3). Kepuasan kerja juga memberikan efek positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. 4). Variabel kepuasan kerja terbukti memoderasi iklin kerja terhdap kinerja pegawai, dan 5), Variabel kepuasan kerja telah memoderasi lingkungan kerja terhadp kinerja.

This study investigated the association between job burnout and flexible working arrangement on employee wellbeing with perceived organizational support as a mediator. The study is conducted on 127 employees of an Indonesian telecommunication company. The data is obtained between November 2021 and January 2022 using an anonymous online survey. We employ the partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method to analyze the data. The result finds that the level of employees' job burnout is in a low category. In addition, the employees have a positive view of the FWA implementation. As for POS, the employees perceive adequate POS. The findings also reveal that the employees have a sufficiently good well-being level. Furthermore, the statistical analysis shows that the POS variable is influenced by JB and FWA variables; and has a positive and significant effect on the EW variable. In addition, JB and FWA variables have a positive and significant effect on EW, either directly or mediated by the POS variable. Note that this research was conducted at the branch of the telecommunication company at a province level. Hence, the result might not represent the employees throughout Indonesia. Moreover, the variables of interest were limited to job burnout, FWA, POS, and employee wellbeing, making a relatively limited number of operational variables. Finally, the research findings contribute to the HRM to improve the organization through employee wellbeing management.

The quality of education in Madrasah schools depends significantly on how teachers perform. This study evaluates how Total Quality Management (TQM) and teacher training programs affect teacher performance while examining TQM as a moderating factor. The research employs a quantitative design which adopted simple random sampling through the Slovin formula to select 303 respondents from a population of 1,245 teachers spread across 13 cities and regencies. The researchers gathered data through questionnaires and applied Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using PLS software to analyze these da-ta. The results demonstrate significant positive effects of training programs and TQM on teacher performance while showing that TQM strengthens the impact of training on teacher performance. TQM increases the effect of training on teacher performance by promoting data-driven decision-making, and a culture of continuous improvement. The findings demonstrate that educational quality will advance through the integration of TQM into teacher training programs. The recommendation aligns with the findings that support establishing a systematic teacher training framework based on TQM in Madrasah education to improve learning results.

Penyederhanaan organisasi merupakan bagian dari Reformasi Birokrasi (RB) untuk meningkatkan kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). BPS Kabupaten/Kota Se-Sumatera Selatan telah melakukan penyederhanaan organisasi secara serentak pada tahun 2020 namun kinerja pegawai cenderung menurun jika dilihat dari capaian nilai IKPA dari tahun 2020-2023. Sampai saat ini belum ada satuan kerja di BPS Kabupaten/Kota Se-Sumatera Selatan yang mendapat predikat WBK/WBBM dari KemenpanRB, padahal BPS Kabupaten/Kota Se-Sumatera Selatan telah mencanangkan Zona Integritas pada tahun 2020 bertepatan dengan penyerderhanaan organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan pengujian menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.1. Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SAM PLS) merupakan metode statistik yang sangat berguna dalam menguji hipotesis tentang keterkaitan antar variabel dalam suatu model. Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SAM PLS) memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengukur sejauh mana data yang dimiliki sesuai dengan model yang telah dirumuskan, dan juga mengevaluasi kualitas dari model tersebut. Model yang digunakan sudah fit untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan demokratif terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan variabel stres kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh langsung (direct) yang positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan demokratif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Stres kerja memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain pengaruh langsung (direct) terdapat juga pengaruh tidak langsung (indirect) budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan demokratif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan demokratif memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai dengan variabel stres kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

The establishment of a children's shoe artisan group aims to empower local communities and promote sustainable economic development. This study was conducted to evaluate the impact of skill training and business management on the capabilities of the artisan group. The methodology employed comprised six stages: exploration, group formation, skill training, mentoring, marketing, and evaluation. The results indicate a significant improvement in production and marketing skills among group members. Before the training, only 30% of participants possessed basic knowledge of production techniques, whereas after the training, this figure increased to 85%. Furthermore, the ability to utilize social media for marketing also rose from 20% to 75%. This training program has proven effective in creating high-quality products with aesthetic appeal while integrating local values and cultural wisdom. The synergy among group members and collaboration in product development enhance their competitiveness in the market. Thus, the formation of the children's shoe artisan group contributes to the improvement of the local economy, job creation, and the strengthening of regional cultural identity. Recommendations for the sustainability of the program include strengthening collaboration networks and ongoing innovation in product development. This research is expected to serve as a model for other communities to empower local economies and enhance community welfare.

Often organizations make compensation the only main variable in pursuing employee performance targets, but they forget about excessive workloads that cause burnout to employees. Our study aims to test and analyze the effect of compensation and burnout on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Papua Province. The analysis used by the researcher is a multiple regression model analysis technique, namely, to predict how compensation and burnout affect employee performance at the Papua Province Central Statistics Agency, by connecting compensation variables (X1) and burnout (X2) to performance variables (Y). The research instrument was tested using Validity and Reliability Tests. This study found that compensation influenced performance, while Burnout was not proven to influence performance. From this study we have provided empirical findings in the use of burnout variables in influencing employee performance. These findings are interesting because research is still rarely conducted in Papua, and this is the first-time research has been conducted with the Burnout variable in the BPS work unit of Papua Province.

Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha mikro di wilayah perbatasan Indonesia–Filipina adalah rendahnya produktivitas dan terbatasnya volume penjualan produk olahan, terutama pada sektor perikanan. Menjawab tantangan ini, Universitas Terbuka (UT) bekerja sama dengan Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komputer (STIK) Rajawali Talaud dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud melaksanakan program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang berfokus pada peningkatan kapasitas produksi dan strategi pemasaran produk lokal. Permasalahan teknis seperti metode kerja yang belum efisien menyebabkan volume produksi masyarakat stagnan pada kisaran 3–5 kg per batch. Melalui program ini, dilakukan perbaikan metode produksi, pelatihan, serta optimalisasi proses kerja, yang mampu mendorong peningkatan kapasitas produksi menjadi 10–15 kg per batch sesuai permintaan pasar. Selain itu, dilakukan intervensi pada aspek pengemasan produk agar lebih menarik dan memenuhi standar distribusi yang lebih luas. Dampak signifikan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya daya saing produk lokal di pasar luar daerah, bahkan hingga menembus pasar ekspor ke Filipina dan Korea Selatan. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi lintas sektor yang terstruktur mampu mendorong pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat secara berkelanjutan di wilayah 3T (terdepan, terluar, tertinggal).
