ABSTRAK Pandemi COVID-19 telah memberikan dampak besar terhadap sektor ketenagakerjaan di Indonesia, salah satunya ditandai dengan meningkatnya jumlah pengangguran akibat pemutusan hubungan kerja secara masif. Penelitian ini akan merancang sistem pencarian lowongan kerja berbasis website yang dilengkapi dengan mekanisme keterlacakan dokumen digital untuk meningkatkan transparansi dalam proses rekrutmen. Sistem ini dirancang pada segmentasi pengguna seperti user guest (pengunjung), kandidat (pencari kerja), perusahaan (penyedia lowongan), dan superadmin (pengelola sistem). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode Waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pembuatan sistem, dan pengujian. Sistem yang dikembangkan menyediakan fitur seperti login pengguna, pencarian lowongan, unggah lamaran, serta dashboard untuk pengelolaan data oleh admin. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box untuk memastikan bahwa setiap fungsi berjalan sesuai dengan spesifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat bekerja dengan baik dan memenuhi kebutuhan dan peran masing-masing pengguna. Sehingga manfaat yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat membentuk ekosistem rekrutmen digital yang efisien, terintegrasi, dan adaptif, serta berpotensi mendukung penurunan tingkat pengangguran melalui optimalisasi proses pencarian dan penempatan kerja secara digital. ABSTRACT The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the employment sector in Indonesia, notably marked by an increase in unemployment due to mass layoffs. This study aims to design a web-based job search system equipped with a digital document traceability mechanism to enhance transparency in the recruitment process. The system is designed to accommodate different user segments, including guest users (visitors), candidates (job seekers), companies (job providers), and superadmins (system administrators). The methodology used in this research is the Waterfall model, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, system development, and testing stages. The developed system provides features such as user login, job vacancy search, application submission, and a dashboard for data management by the admin. System testing is conducted using the Black Box method to ensure that each function operates according to the specified requirements. The results indicate that the system functions properly and meets the needs and roles of each user segment. Therefore, this research contributes to the development of an efficient, integrated, and adaptive digital recruitment ecosystem, with the potential to help reduce unemployment through the optimization of digital job search and placement processes.

This study designs an integrated IS/IT strategy to enhance PT. Songgo Jati Baru's operational efficiency and global competitiveness in the trading and services sector. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing data collection methods such as focus group discussions, document analysis, observation, and interviews. Analysis was conducted using the robust Ward and Peppard method, which incorporates SWOT analysis, Gap analysis, and the McFarlan Strategic Grid. The findings revealed that the company faced significant challenges, including a lack of system integration, limited data analytics capabilities, and suboptimal digital marketing strategies. To address these, the research recommends a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for comprehensive business process integration, a Vendor Management System (VMS) for efficient collaboration, and a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for data-driven marketing, with a phased implementation planned for 2026-2028. This comprehensive strategy, underpinned by robust cloud infrastructure and continuous staff training, is poised to not only significantly enhance PT. Songgo Jati Baru's operational efficiency and global market reach but also to solidify its competitive position and ensure sustainable growth in the dynamic trade and services sector.

Management knowledge is matter important related with context innovation in organization , especially in the Technical Implementation Unit , especially in the Regency Sijunjung and Sawahlunto which require constant adaptation and change . Formulation problem in study This is whether There is influence management knowledge to innovation organization of implementation units technical correctional facilities in the district Sijunjung and Sawahlunto ? This study aiming For give Contribution positive from study in understand How Management Knowledge to Innovation Correctional UPT Organization in the Regency Sijunjung and Sawahlunto , and provide alternative solution with give attention to justice organization use increase innovation in organization . Research methods This use study quantitative with non- probability sampling technique as many as 120 employees . Data collection techniques can be done use questionnaires distributed via google form. There are 22 questions that have gone through the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) which were processed use SmartPLS SEM software assistance version 4. Research results show mark significant through the Path Coefficient ( Direct Effect) test of 0.000 <0.05, so that H0 and Ha are accepted which exist influence management knowledge to innovation organization . The results of the coefficient test Determination obtained The R Square value is 0.812, which indicates variable management knowledge give influence by 81.2% against innovation organization whereas the rest 18.8 % influenced other variables that are not explained in study This . From the results study This can drawn the conclusion that there is positive and significant relationship between management knowledge to innovation organization of Correctional Technical Implementation Unit in the Regency Sijunjung and Sawahlunto

Technological developments in the era of globalization, especially the Internet of Things (IoT), allow devices to connect and interact with each other through the internet network in real-time. This technology supports the management of electronic devices, household appliances, and other objects through the ESP32 microcontroller that can collect and transmit data. This research designed an automatic sliding canopy system for the dressing room that can operate independently using a rain and light sensor based on the NodeMCU ESP32 microcontroller. The system is designed to automatically close the canopy when the rain sensor detects the presence of rainwater and the light sensor detects dark conditions, so the clothesline is protected from rain. In addition, this system is equipped with remote monitoring and control features through the Telegram application using Bots.

The aim of this research is to find out the effectiveness and influencing factors in implementing the SQ3R strategy to improve the critical reading skills of students at SMA Negeri 14 Gowa. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, namely research where there are no numbers but the results of the research findings are explained in detail or descriptively. The data collection technique uses interviews, working papers and observation. Data was obtained by analyzing the results written by students on their work papers after reading one of the texts, namely about Poerwadarminta using the SQ3R strategy. Apart from that, the findings data were also obtained from interviews with teachers and students as well as direct observations. The research instruments used interview guides, working papers, and observation guides. The results of the research, based on working papers, interviews and observations, show that the SQ3R strategy has great potential in improving students' critical reading skills. However, to achieve optimal results, it is necessary to implement this strategy continuously and consistently. So, teachers need to provide more intensive guidance, especially for students who still have difficulty identifying information differentially. Apart from that, the stage that contributes most to improving students' critical reading skills in the SQ3R strategy is the recite stage, because at this stage students are required to summarize and restate the information obtained from the reading text without help from reading sources.

Industri konstruksi memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Jawa Timur, namun masih menghadapi inefisiensi dalam proses pengadaan material. Penelitian ini menganalisis prosedur pemesanan dan pengadaan di PT. Indomandiri Isolasi dengan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Pemetaan proses menggunakan Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) mengidentifikasi hambatan seperti keputusan terpusat dan verifikasi berulang. Model baru dirancang dengan pendekatan Business Process Improvement (BPI) dan integrasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) untuk menyederhanakan proses dan alokasi tugas. Simulasi menunjukkan penurunan waktu siklus yang signifikan, mencerminkan peningkatan efisiensi dan responsivitas. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa digitalisasi dan pembagian peran mampu meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok dan kepuasan pelanggan.

Temperature is a crucial element affecting various aspects, from agriculture to natural disasters. Temperature data imputation is also important because, in some cases, temperature data is not always complete. This study aims to predict missing temperature data in the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) region using the Support Vector Regression (SVR) method. The data used comes from six BMKG observation stations in NTT and ERA-5 Reanalysis data. The choice of the SVR method is based on its ability to handle data with complex structures. Modeling is conducted separately for each station using the Radial Basis Function (RBF) kernel. Model evaluation employs the metrics Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), Mean Absolute Error (MAE), and Coefficient of Determination (R²), presenting the evaluation results with low error. The results show that among several parameter tests, the parameter ranges [C = 1, 5, 10, 15], [ε = 0,1, 0,3, 0,6, 0,9], and [γ = 1, 5, 10, 15] in the SVR method are the best parameter ranges across all stations. The prediction graphs display different temperature fluctuation patterns at each station. This study contributes to enhancing the availability of accurate climate data, supporting sustainable decision-making in the NTT region.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana penilaian kelayakan risiko kredit, kualitas aset, dan kinerja keuangan berdampak pada reputasi Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) selama periode 2022–2024. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada betapa pentingnya reputasi untuk mempertahankan kepercayaan publik terhadap bank syariah di tengah tantangan risiko pembiayaan, kualitas aset, dan kinerja keuangan yang berubah-ubah. Metode kuantitatif asosiatif kausal digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan triwulanan BSI dan lembaga pemeringkat seperti Infobank dan Warta Ekonomi. Setelah uji asumsi klasik dilakukan, analisis dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda menggunakan program EViews 10. Kualitas aset adalah satu-satunya variabel independen yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap reputasi BSI (p-value < 0,05). Namun, penilaian kelayakan risiko kredit dan kinerja keuangan tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan. Menurut nilai R-squared 0,996, model ini dapat sepenuhnya menjelaskan variasi reputasi bank. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa menjaga kualitas aset sangat penting dalam strategi pengelolaan reputasi perbankan syariah.

Abstrak: Peran Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) terhadap pertumbuhan perkonomian Indonesia sangat besar dan penting karena menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan serta menopang ekonomi nasional. Namun, masih banyak tantangan dan kendala yang dihadapi UMKM karena keterbatasan pengetahuan terutama dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan pemasaran produk secara digital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemilik usaha UMKM dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan secara digital dan memperluas jangkauan pemasaran produk usaha. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yaitu, tahap persiapan dan observasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi. Pendampingan diberikan kepada pelaku usaha “Ari Souvenir” sebagai representasi UMKM yang berada di Rejowinangun Kota Yogyakarta, dengan fokus pada penggunaan aplikasi akuntansi (Microsoft Excel dan Buku Warung) dan platfrom digital marketing seperti media sosial dan marketplace. Evaluasi pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui angket pre-test dan post-test kepada pelaku usaha untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM sebesar 80% dalam pencatatan keuangan sesuai standar SAK EMKM dan 70% peningkatan kemampuan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran produk. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan dan memperluas jangkauan pemasaran pelaku UMKM.Abstract: The role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia’s economic growth is very large and important because it provides jobs and supports the national economy. However, there are still many challeges and obstacles faced by MSMEs due to limited knowledge, especially in financial management and digital product marketing. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of MSME business owners in conducting digital financial management and expanding the marketing reach of business products. The implementation method is carried out in three stages, activity implementation, and evaluation. Assistance is given to “Ari Souvenir” business actors as a representation of MSMEs in Rejowinangun yogyakarta city, focusing on the use of accounting applications (Microsoft Excel and Buku Warung) and digital marketing platforms such as social media and marketplaces. The evaluation of this service was carried out through pre-test and post-test questionnaires to business actors to measure the increase in understanding and skills. The results of the activity showed an 80% increase in understanding of MSME actors in financial recording according to SAK EMKM standards and a 70% increase in the ability to utilize digital technology for product marketing. Thus, this activity succeeded in increasing the efficiency of financial management and expanding the marketing readh of MSME actors.

Ikan sidat (Anguilla marmorata (Q.) Gaimard) memiliki keunggulan gizi atau nutrisi yang tinggi seperti vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, protein, mineral, dan asam lemak yang baik bagi kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kadar asam lemak, dan membandingkan komposisi asam lemak dari ikan sidat fase yellow eel asal sungai Palu dan danau Poso. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kromatografi gas dengan mengubah ekstrak lemak menjadi metil ester asam lemak. Hasil analisis komposisi asam lemak daging ikan sidat (Anguilla marmorata (Q.) Gaimard) fase yellow eel asal sungai Palu dan Danau Poso menunjukan kadar asam lemak jenuh masing-masing 2,766g/100g dan 0,275g/100g; asam lemak tak jenuh tunggal 4,029g/100g dan 0,276g/100g; dan asam lemak tak jenuh ganda 0,541g/100g dan 0,102g/100g. Terdapat perbedaan secara statistik (p<0.05) komposisi dan kadar asam lemak antara daging ikan sidat fase yellow eel asal sungai Palu dan danau Poso. Komposisi asam lemak ikan sidat fase yellow eel asal sungai Palu dan danau Poso masing-masing adalah 23 dan 18 jenis. Asam lemak yang ditemukan pada daging ikan sidat sungai Palu dan tidak ditemukan pada ikan sidat danau Poso adalah asam heneikosenoat, asam miristoleat, Cis-10-pentadekanoat, asam gamma linoleat, dan Cis-11,14,17-eikosatrinoat.
