Abstract

Pengembangan desa wisata merupakan salah satu upaya strategis dalam meningkatkan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal Desa Bonto Masunggu. Desa Bonto Masunggu memiliki potensi lokal yang belum dikelola secara maksimal oleh masyarakat dikarenakan minimnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat. Pengembangan Desa Wisata dan Wisata Olahraga sejatinya dapat meningkatkan nilai perekonomian masyarakat dan juga membuka peluang kerja baru dikarenakan salah satu potensi yang sering kali belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal adalah wisata olahraga yang memiliki daya tarik tersendiri bagi pengunjung yang ingin memadukan rekreasi dengan aktivitas fisik. Dalam hal ini, tahap awal yang perlu dilakukan dalam peningkatan SDM adalah sebuah program sosialisasi dan edukasi terkait Desa Wisata dan Wisata Olahraga. Pentingnya masyarakat mengetahui mengenai konsep dari Desa Wisata dan Wisata Olahraga agar masyarakat dapat berperan aktif dan ikut terlibat dalam segala aktivitas yang mendukung pariwisata di desa. Program pemberdayaan masyarakat ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat desa mengenai pengelolaan wisata berbasis olahraga, termasuk tata kelola, promosi, dan pengembangan infrastruktur yang mendukung. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Hasil dari pemberdayaan masyarakat ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam mengelola desa wisata serta mengembangkan atraksi wisata olahraga yang berkelanjutan, sehingga berdampak positif terhadap perekonomian desa serta meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini merupakan hasil dari kompetisi Hibah Dikti dalam Skema Pemberdayaan Berbasis Masyarakat (PBM) Ruang Lingkup Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Pemula (PMP) Tahun 2024. Pemilihan topik ini penting untuk menampilkan produk unggulan dari Kabupaten Bintan, Provinsi Kepulauan Riau, yang dikenal dengan wilayah maritim potensial dengan berbagai desa, salah satunya adalah Desa Malang Rapat asal UMKM Sambal Lengkong Makendak Butet. UMKM Sambal Lengkong Makendak Butet terlibat sebagai mitra dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini. Masalah yang dihadapi dalam PKM ini adalah kurangnya sumber daya produksi yang memadai, seperti mesin, peralatan, dan tempat usaha. Proses produksi masih dilakukan dengan cara sederhana, yang mengakibatkan keterbatasan produksi karena memakan waktu lebih lama. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif tim dan mitra dalam seluruh proses pengabdian, meliputi serangkaian tahapan sosialisasi, pemberian bantuan mesin dan alat produksi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, dan keberlanjutan program. Hasil ringkasan dari PKM menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini berjalan dengan sukses, dengan antusiasme tinggi dari mitra. Terjadi peningkatan kuantitas produksi yang semula olahan ikan tamban hanya 150kg/bulan menjadi 300kg/bulan. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam menggunakan mesin produksi sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan PKM.

Abstract

There have been significant changes in economic life, business and trade in the era of Society 5.0. The presence of digital transformation in society has marked significant changes in business and trade activities. In order to survive and compete with many competitors, entrepreneurs need to implement HR development strategies to increase their competitiveness, one of which is by integrating their business with digital technology innovation. The aim of this research is to find out the right strategy to increase MSME product branding to increase the competitiveness of MSME product branding through digital marketing in the 5.0 era. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection using the literature study method from various literature and relevant data related to the research topic. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of consumer behavior on the decision to purchase Mobile Legends game items for STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang students. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The object of this research is STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang students. Samples were taken as many as 346 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is data quality test, classic assumption test, simple linear regression test and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS 24 program. The results of this study indicate that the data are valid, reliable and normal. The heteroscedasticity test shows no heteroscedasticity. Based on the hypothesis test, the t test shows that the consumer behavior variable (X) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). In the coefficient of determination test, consumer behavior has a significant effect on the decision to purchase Mobile Legends game items for STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang students by 98.5%. The conclusion in this study shows that consumer behavior has a significant effect on the decision to purchase Mobile Legends game items for STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang students. This can be seen in the t value of the consumer behavior variable which is 2.041 and t table is 1.996 so that t value> t table (2.041> 1.996) and the significance value is less than 0.05, namely 0.042 (0.042 <0.05)

Abstract

This research aims to examine the important role of leadership style in organizational change (Case Study at PT. Karwikarya Wisman Graha Tanjungpinang). Organizational change is a multifaceted process involving multiple stakeholders, from employees to leadership, and it has major implications for the overall success of the organization. The leadership style applied in today's digital era can have a significant impact on employee behavior, both positively and negatively. Through qualitative research, with library research, the author collects data by studying and understanding data that is closely related to the problem from books, theories, notes and documents. The findings found that leadership in organizations is described as important, regardless of whether the change directly impacts employees or not, highlighting the need to consider a broader organizational perspective. Members underscored the importance of servant leadership, collaborative leadership, and open leadership approaches, emphasizing empathy, humility, and adaptability in the face of change. In an era of rapid digital transformation, leadership styles are evolving to include technological competency and an understanding of digital strategy .Keywords: Leadership styles, Organizational change, Digital Transformation.

Abstract

Digital investment platforms have made various investment instruments increasingly accessible to younger generations in Indonesia, yet concerns persist about how financial literacy levels impact investment decision-making. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy on investment decisions among Generation Y (millennials) and Generation Z in Indonesia, with financial literacy serving as a moderating variable. The research employed a quantitative approach through a survey of 300 respondents from both generations. Analysis of the data revealed that financial literacy significantly influenced investment decisions, with individuals possessing higher financial literacy demonstrating more measured and information-based investment choices compared to those with lower literacy levels. These findings have important implications for financial institutions, policymakers, and educational institutions in developing targeted financial education programs and risk management strategies for young investors. Based on these findings, this study recommends strengthening financial education initiatives for Generations Y and Z to promote more rational investment decision-making in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Human Resources Management Strategy in Improving the Quality of Employee Performance of PT JNT Express on Jl. RH Fisabilillah Depan Kopi Tiam. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The research subject was determined by purposive technique. Data collection using interview and observation techniques. Data validation using source triangulation techniques. While data analysis uses descriptive model techniques. The results showed that the good performance of employees despite the limited number. With collaboration between administrative employees and couriers, they can complete important tasks such as packing and arranging goods receipts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand the recruitment, training and development carried out by Mr. Blutz Tanjungpinang in improving the quality of its human resources. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique is done through interviews and observation. Data analysis is done through data presentation, data reduction, and concluding. The research results show that the training and development program carried out by Mr. Blitz Tanjungpinang in improving the quality of its human resources is through workshops, seminars on creative, innovative, and fun learning methods, holding independent training by inviting resource persons who are experts in the field, and programmed supervision carried out by managers for employees regarding the achievement of company goals.

Abstract

The performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the sub-district is greatly influenced by the leadership style applied. Bukit Bestari District faces various challenges in improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus, such as limited resources, low discipline, and lack of effective communication between leaders and subordinates. This study aims to analyze the leadership style applied in Bukit Bestari District and its impact on improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. The research method used was qualitative descriptive, with data collection through interviews with section heads and sub-district employees. The results of the study show that participatory leadership is the dominant model applied, where leaders try to involve employees in decision-making and encourage open communication. This leadership style has an impact on improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus, although there are still challenges in its implementation. So it can be concluded that effective leadership can improve the performance of the State Civil Apparatus by means of more intensive communication, a transparent reward system, and periodic training. Therefore, a more adaptive strategy is needed in managing the State Civil Apparatus to improve its performance in Bukit Bestari District

Abstract

Branding dalam konteks memulai bisnis UMKM menjadi esensial karena dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan menarik minat pelanggan. Saat ini, branding UMKM di Indonesia bervariasi ada yang masih kurang kuat dan ada pula yang telah memperlihatkan keunggulan branding sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini. Hal ini menyebabkan Sebagian pelaku UMKM kurang memahami branding karena minimnya pemahaman terhadap informasi dan pemasaran digital. Untuk mengatasi ha ini, Langkah branding dilakukan melalui pembuatan logo, kemasan, foto produk, serta keberadaan di media sosial dan e-commerce. Logo menjadi krusial karena membantu produk dikenali dengan mereknya. Pemasaran lewat media sosial memungkinkan jangkauan yang lebih luas. Tujuan dari branding UMKM adalah untuk memperkenalkan produk kepada masyarakat secara lebih luas dan menjangkau pasar yang lebih besar. Dalam UMKM Bu Siti metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif seperti survey, wawancara, dan dokumentasi diimplementasikan untuk memahami UMKM secara lebih mendalam. Hasilnya, branding ini membantu pertumbuhan produk UMKM dan meningkatkan pemasarannya.
