Abstract

This research aim to analyzed that the health and work safety of the fishermen group in Tanjung Keling Village, Malang Meeting has not been optimal, this can be seen from the indicators of occupational health and occupational safety, each of which has sub-indicators, namely in work safety, the sub-indicators are the physical work environment and the social environmentWork continuity at the fishermen group in Tanjung Keling Village, Malang Rapat. The method used in this study is qualitative method, In this study the population was 15 people then the sample used in the study was as many as 5 people.  The method in this study is qualitative. Data analysis techniques use qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, then in this study to test the credibility of the data is carried out using triangulation techniques Based on the results of the study, it is known that the application of health and work safety in fishermen groups In Tanjung Keling Village, Malang Village, Meeting has not gone well, this can be due to the absence of placement of objects or items carried out as signs, boundaries, and warnings that are sufficient during fishermen's fishing, such as the depth of the coral sea and so on, many are missingFishermen admit that the rest of these danger signs, coral marks and so on they already know naturally, there used to be, but now there are none, there used to be pairs of lights, but now there are no more. Health services are very minimal, labor health facilities are still urang or even non-existent, only the initiative of the group leader to check his members regularly to the puskemas. There is no insurance for fishermen. Health services are also only limited to auxiliary health centers

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of human resource management strategies at the Bintan Regency Environmental Office. This research is a study that uses qualitative research. The results showed that the implementation of human resource strategies at the Bintan Regency Environmental Office has been implemented but must be developed again because basically human resources have many differences for each individual. Planning at the Bintan Regency Environmental Office has been done well through planning, implementation, organizing. In terms of organizing, human resources owned by the Bintan Regency Environmental Office are still developing and training in order to implement the policies contained in the Bintan Regency regional regulations because the Bintan Regency Environmental Office is engaged in the government sector that regulates government regulations through policies that have been regulated in law.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of providing covid-19 assistance to MSMEs in Tanjungpinang City using measurement indicators in the form of timeliness and accuracy in making choices, as well as to analyze the impact caused by the provision of economic and social assistance to the community in Tanjungpinang City. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the data collection process to the distribution of COVID-19 assistance in Tanjungpinang City has been effective in terms of timeliness and accuracy in making choices. In addition, Covid-19 assistance can help the community's economy, especially the MSMEs in Tanjungpinang City, but it causes social impacts in the form of conflicts between MSMEs and the city government, in this case the manpower office, cooperatives and micro-enterprises and the government.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini merupakan hasil dari kompetisi Hibah Dikti dalam Skema Pemberdayaan Berbasis Masyarakat (PBM) Ruang Lingkup Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Pemula (PMP) Tahun 2024. Pemilihan topik ini penting untuk menampilkan produk unggulan dari Kabupaten Bintan, Provinsi Kepulauan Riau, yang dikenal dengan wilayah maritim potensial dengan berbagai desa, salah satunya adalah Desa Malang Rapat asal UMKM Sambal Lengkong Makendak Butet. UMKM Sambal Lengkong Makendak Butet terlibat sebagai mitra dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini. Masalah yang dihadapi dalam PKM ini adalah kurangnya sumber daya produksi yang memadai, seperti mesin, peralatan, dan tempat usaha. Proses produksi masih dilakukan dengan cara sederhana, yang mengakibatkan keterbatasan produksi karena memakan waktu lebih lama. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif tim dan mitra dalam seluruh proses pengabdian, meliputi serangkaian tahapan sosialisasi, pemberian bantuan mesin dan alat produksi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, dan keberlanjutan program. Hasil ringkasan dari PKM menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini berjalan dengan sukses, dengan antusiasme tinggi dari mitra. Terjadi peningkatan kuantitas produksi yang semula olahan ikan tamban hanya 150kg/bulan menjadi 300kg/bulan. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam menggunakan mesin produksi sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan PKM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan kerja penyuluh pertanian, mengetahui kinerja penyuluh pertanian, dan mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja penyuluh pertanian di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan berdasarkan pertimbangan-pertimbangan tertentu yang disesuaiakan dengan tujuan penelitian. Penelitian ini sudah dilakukan pada tanggal 17 maret sampai dengan 18 april 2016. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sensus yaitu dengan mengambil semua responden berdasarkan kecamatan yang mempunyai produktivitas tertinggi. Kecamatan yang mempunyai produktivitas padi tertinggi yaitu Kecamatan Batang Asam dan Kecamatan Seyerang, sehingga total sampel sebanyak 12 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan pencatatan. Untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan kerja penyuluh pertanian diukur dengan menggunakan Skala Likert, sedangkan kinerja penyuluh diukur dengan mengikuti ketetapan dari permentan (2013) dan untuk mengetahui derajat hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja penyuluh pertanian digunakan uji korelasi Rank Sperman (rs). Hasil penelitian menunjukan Tingkat kepuasan kerja penyuluh di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat sebagian besar berada pada kategori sedang, sedangkan Tingkat kinerja penyuluh pertanian di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat sebagian besar berada pada tingkat cukup dan Hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja penyuluh pertanian di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat pada tingkat kepercayaan 95 persen terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja penyuluh.Kata kunci : Penyuluh, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Penyuluh Pertanian

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) are the main driver of an organization's sustainability, therefore, a human resource development strategy is needed to create superior human resources and achieve organizational goals. The aim of this research is to determine the indicators used as measuring tools for human resources development strategies at the Tanjungpinang City Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Community Empowerment Service (DP3APM), especially in the form of education, training, development, recruitment and system changes based on relevant literature regarding This and its effectiveness, in the implementation process, budget limitations and employee education levels are obstacles, especially training targets that require a fairly large budget. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, data was obtained through interviews and direct observation at the research location. The population in this study was 60 DP3APM employees and the sample was the DP3PAM Administration and Personnel Subdivision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of green marketing on purchasing decisions at Minomlok Coffee Meet and Eatery. This study uses a quantitative research type. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, literature and documentation. Population and employee samples at the Center for Information Technology and Communication The population in this study were visitors to the Minomlok Coffee Meet and Eatery, which was estimated to be 1,000 people per month. The sample for this study were 258 visitors to Minomlok Coffee Meet and Eatery with an error rate of 5%. Data analysis techniques in this study used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis testing. From the results of the data analysis of the independent variable, namely green marketing, has an effect on the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions, indicated by the t-count value of green marketing of 11,605 > the t-table value of 1.9692. The magnitude of the influence of green marketing variables is 34,2% on purchasing decisions. While the remaining 65,8% is influenced by other variables. Based on the results of this study, it is concluded that partially green marketing variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Minomlok Coffee Meet and Eatery.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren dan arah penelitian terkait Project-Based Learning (PjBL) dalam pendidikan kewirausahaan yang terindeks di Scopus. Secara khusus, tujuan penelitian meliputi: (1) mengidentifikasi tren publikasi PjBL dalam pendidikan kewirausahaan sepuluh tahun terakhir, (2) menelusuri perkembangan tren penelitian periode 2003–2025, (3) memetakan topik dominan dalam kajian PjBL dan kewirausahaan, (4) mengeksplorasi keterbatasan serta peluang riset masa depan, dan (5) merumuskan kerangka konseptual integrasi PjBL dan Adversity Quotient (AQ) dalam membentuk kompetensi kewirausahaan yang tangguh dan adaptif. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pedoman PRISMA berbasis data Scopus yang menghasilkan 221 terbitan 2003-2025 sebagai artikel awal. Setelah penyaringan dengan kriteria inklusi–eksklusi, kemudian Analisis bibliometris menggunakan aplikasi RStudi , OpenRefine dan Biblioshny. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tren publikasi meningkat signifikan sejak 2015 dan mencapai puncak pada 2024. Tema penelitian berevolusi dari fokus manajemen proyek ke integrasi pengalaman nyata, keterampilan abad ke-21, digitalisasi, Ethno-STEM, hingga self-efficacy sebagai landasan teoritis. Tantangan masih terlihat pada minimnya integrasi social enterprise, startup, dan kolaborasi global, terutama di negara berkembang. Namun, peluang riset terbuka pada inovasi digital, kurikulum berbasis proyek, serta perluasan jejaring internasional. Secara konseptual, integrasi PjBL dan AQ berpotensi membentuk kompetensi kewirausahaan kreatif, resilien, dan adaptif, relevan dengan tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21.

Abstract

This study examines the application of performance management in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Tanjungpinang at KATENG Backyard Coffee. MSMEs have a strategic role in local economic growth, so they still need efforts to improve the implementation of performance management. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the application of performance management in KATENG Backyard Coffee. The research method to be used is descriptive qualitative, using data collection techniques through direct interviews with owners, employees of KATENG Backyard Coffee. The results of the research obtained that in implementing performance management carried out by Kateng Backyard Coffee has provided good results with a flexible approach that provides good results, stability in the team, providing training and development to employees, the existence of SOPs as a benchmark in work, and continuing to innovate in the future.

Abstract

This study examines the Application of Performance Management in SD Negeri 005 Tanjungpinang Kota with the development of quality education. Performance management is not only an administrative framework, but also an important foundation for improving the quality of education that governs educational standards and resource management in schools. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data in the form of direct interviews with school principals, and morning vice principals who are also teachers and as parties who carry out direct performance management. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of Performance Management as there is at SD Negeri 005 Tanjungpinang Kota in planning, implementing, monitoring, assessing and evaluating, as well as providing constructive feedback. The results of the study that the implementation of performance management has met expectations and can be said to be good, however, to be able to further improve and maintain the quality of quality education, it is still necessary to improve performance in schools in meeting better educational standards.
