Abstract

Abstrack: The research problem is still the lack of their competence, has not been able to apply creative ideas to create the atmosphere and learning media is still lacking, there are still some students who are less flexible in the mix, and have not yet mastered the skills of teaching and supporting sciences. The purpose of this study was to determine obstacles in the implementation of student Field Experience Program. The method used in this research is descriptive method and form of this research is a survey research. The sample was 40 students. Judging from the results of research and discussion around the obstacle factor in the implementation Penjaskesrek Student Field Experience Program can be presented that in the very good category and category pretty much as 7 students or 17.5%, both categories as many as 26 students or 64%. It explains that the ratio between teachers both categories was higher when compared with the very good category and pretty with a difference of 47.5% Keywords: Barriers, Physical Education and Field Experience Program Abstrak: Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah masih kurangnya kompetensi yang dimiliki, belum dapat mengaplikasikan ide kreatif untuk menciptakan suasana dan media pembelajaran masih kurang, masih terdapat beberapa mahasiswa yang kurang luwes dalam bergaul, dan belum menguasai keterampilan mengajar dan ilmu-ilmu pendukung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor hambatan mahasiswa Penjaskes dalam pelaksanaan Program Pengalaman Lapangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode deskriptif dan bentuk penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Survei. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 40 Mahasiswa. Melihat dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan seputar faktor hambatan Mahasiswa Penjaskesrek dalam pelaksanaan Program Pengalaman Lapangan dapat dipaparkan bahwa pada kategori sangat baik dan kategori cukup sebanyak 7 mahasiswa atau sebesar 17,5%, kategori baik sebanyak 26 mahasiswa atau sebesar 64%. Ini menerangkan bahwa perbandingan antara guru dengan kategori baik lebih tinggi bila dibanding dengan kategori sangat baik dan cukup dengan perbedaan sebesar 47,5%.   Kata Kunci: Hambatan Program Pengalaman Lapangan

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how much utilization of city parks as a place of sports activities in the city of Pontianak. Conducted in the Kapuas Square Park with an area of 14,450 m2, Taman Digulis with an area of 818.6 m2, and the Sylva Arboterum Park and the Untan Plaza with an area of 1,750 m2. The research approach used in this research is quantitative descriptive and research design using a study cross sectional approach. The research subjects were park visitors, amounting to 30 people in each park and subject taking based on observations made on the subject had a purpose that needed to be studied further by using Random Probability Sampling. The results of this study, namely Taman Digulis, have the most answers. It is useful as a place for sports activities in Pontianak, which is 22 people (73.3%), Sylva Arboterum Park and Untan Plaza have a useful role as a place of sports activities in Pontianak City, which is 27 people ( 90.7%), Taman Kapuas Square has the most value with a role that is useful as a place of sports activities in the city of Pontianak, amounting to 25 people (83.8%).  Keywords: Utilization, City Park, Sports Activities

Aim For Mapping Perceptions Of Principals And Students Of Teachers Of The Orchestra At High School Of State In Bengkayang Regency.The method of this research is quantitative descriptive method with survey form. The population of 24 principals and 4915 students and sampling using purposive sampling technique with the number of sample 17 principals and 283 students. Conclusions in this study is the perception of principals and learners on the performance of teacher penjasorkes in Bengkayang district can be stated that the performance of teacher penjasorkes in Bengakayang District is Good.Keywords: Perception and Performance

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study was whether there is an effect of modification of traditional boi games. The purpose of this study was to improve students' basic motion skills through modification of traditional boi games in class III of SD Negeri 13 Tempunak. The method in this study used the experimental method in the form of pre-experimental designs with the form of the pretest-posttest. The population in this study were lower class students. The number of samples in this study were 15 students. Data analysis using t test analysis (influence test).Based on the results of the study, the results of tcount are 9.62 and t table is 2.132. This means that tcount> t table or 9.62> 2.132 then the hypothesis is accepted. This means that there are effects of modification of traditional boi games on basic motion skills in Grade III students of SD Negeri 13 Tempunak. Abstract

AbstractEndurance is the body's ability to work in a relatively long time without experiencing fatigue which means, the body always needs oxygen (O2) to produce energy. Measurement of durability can be done by measuring the value of maximum oxygen consumption (VO2 Max). The general purpose of the research was to determine the effect of fartlek and interval training on increasing endurance and knowing which groups had a higher average endurance increase among the treated groups.This research used a pre-experiential design, namely two group pretest-posttest design. The population in this research were all in the Pontianak Parkaur and Freerun Community totaling 20 people.Based on the research objectives it can be summarized as follows: There is an effect of Fartlek training on increasing endurance, (? = 0.012). There is an effect of Interval Training on increasing endurance, (? = 0.017) and there is no significant difference between Fartlek training and Interval Training on increasing endurance, (? = 0.712)Based on the results of the  research showed that the method of developing fartlek training and interval training can be used as an effective and efficient training program to increase endurance. Abstract

the ability of the basic technique of the front kick through the reciprocal method in students of class X MIPA II students of SMAN 7 Pontianak. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reciprocal methods on learning outcomes of front kicks at SMAN7 Pontianak.This study uses an experimental method in the form of one group pre-test and post-test disign. In this study the number of samples amounted to 36 students in Pontianak 7 Public High Schools. Data collection in this study used a test instrument that is the Front Kick Skill Test. Data analysis using the T-test.Based on the results of data analysis, t-test 5.6 and t-table 2.14 can be obtained so that t-test> greater than T-table with this Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, it means that there is a reciprocal method effect on the front kick learning outcomes martial arts. With the percentage of influence of 39.64%.Keywords: reciprocal, learning outcomes, pencak silat front kick.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is "is there any influence of wicket media using drill method to the result of learning short passing soccer. The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes short passing soccer learning. The population in this study were students in SMP Negeri 3 Sungai Raya class VIII amounted to 265 people. Sampling in this research using purposive sampling technique that is sample determination technique with certain consideration which amounted to 40 people where 20 people as experiment class and 20 person as control class. The method used in this research is experiment with true-experimental design. Data analysis was done by using t-test (analysis of variance). Based on result of t-test in experiment class got value from ttest = 20,15, while result of t-test on control class got value from ttest = 16,25 hence seen that experiment average value higher dapi at mean value control with difference of mean value 3,90 and p value 0.000 <0,05 hence Ho rejected (Ha accepted), meaning there is increasing influence of wicket media using drill method to result of learning short passing soccer. Keywords: Short Passing and Goal Media.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is, is there an influence of imagery training methods on the accuracy of soccer (service) in the soccer takraw game on extracurricular participants in SMP Negeri 20 Pontianak?. The method in this study uses the method of experimental form Pre-Experimental with One-Group Pretest-posttest design. The population was 20 extracurricular students of SMP N 20 Pontianak and a sample of 20 students. The instrument used was a soccer ability test sheet. Data analysis uses t-test analysis (influence test). Based on the calculation of the data obtained by the ability to start (service) with an average pretest result of 11.7 and posttest of 14.3. Then the t-test is calculated to get the tcount in the imagery exercise method is 3.707 and the ttable is 1.729 with a significance level of 5%, which means tcount> ttable. With a percentage increase of 22%. Based on the above calculation, it can be said that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of imagery training methods on the accuracy of football (service). Keywords : Imagery Training Method, Accuracy Of Soccer.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to develop android-based learning media for badminton courses and know the validity, effectiveness and responses of students to the learning media. This research was conducted in Penjaskesrek Study Program of Tanjungpura University Pontianak with research subject of student of 4th semester of academic year 2016/2017. The research method used is the ADDIE development model which consists of Analiysis (Analysis), Design (Design), Development (Development), Implementation (Implementation), and Evaluation (Evaluation). The results showed that the prevalence rate of android based learning media for badminton subject based on expert material judgment obtained score 45 with percentage 81.81% which included in criterion of very valid and expert media judgment obtained score 70 with percentage 73.68% which included in criterion of quite valid. The effectiveness of this learning media amounted to 1.09 which is large, so the learning media was used effectively. Students' responses to learning media based on android for badminton course give positive responses with average score percentage equal to 84.79%. Keywords: Research and Development, Learning Media, Android, Badminton

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this research was how much interests of the female students of highschools in Teluk Keramat on football competition in the district of Sambas.This research intended to find out how much interests of the female students of highschools in Teluk keramat on football competition in the district of Sambas.The method  used in this research was quantitative descriptive method with survey and the research instrument by using questionnaire. The data analysis technique  used in this research was quantitative descriptive statistic by using percentages of data exposure. The population in this research were 284 female students of highschools in Teluk Keramat sub-district. The researcher used random sampling method in this research, with a total of 74 female students. The Result of the research showed that the interests of female students on football competition are in good category, with the average score of 3 in  77 percentage, each indicators had percentages as follows; good 65% of health indicator, good 68% of knowledge indicator, good 59% of talent indicator, very good 50% of happiness indicator, good 65% of environment indicator, good 57% parents indicator, good 62% of friends indicator, good 61% of achievement indicator. The conclusion of this research was that  the female students of highschools in Teluk Keramat sub-district were interested on football competition in the district of Sambas.Keywords:  Competition, Football, Interest
