Abstract

AbstractAs the problem of this research is there have influences of circuit play approach in learning of dribbling soccer of student at class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Sungai Raya?. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of circuit play approach in learning dribbling soccer to schoolgirls syudent in SMP Negeri 3 Sungai Raya. The population of this research is class VIII there are counted 8 classes, which class amounted to 121 students. Technique of sampling in this research is using purposive sampling technique, which are 66 students as an experimental class. The method is this research is used experiment research with pre-experimental design. The data analysis was done by computerization and analysis by using t-test. Based on the result of t-test in experimental class, p value 0,000 <0,05 then Ho is rejected (Ha accepted) means that there are had  influences of  playing circuit approach to the learning result of dribbling soccer on garde VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Sungai Raya,with the value among pre-test and post-test is 24.56. Keywords: Playing, Learning Outcomes, Dribbling.

Abstract

 AbstractThe problem of this study is whether there is any influence in using the jigsaw type cooperative learning model. This study aims to find out the bullet resistance skills of students with a jigsaw type cooperative learning model in SMA N 1 Sengah Temila.This research method uses experimental methods with pre-experimental designs. The population is 254, the sample is 37. Data collection uses direct observation techniques. The instrument used is a bullet assessment instrument. Data analysis using t test analysis (influence test).Bullet results in this study showed an average pre-test 71, 62 and for the posttest average of 79, 67 increased by 8.05, based on the test of the effect of the withdrawal of the t-test value of 17.78 looking at the static table on the degrees of freedom dk = (N-1) is 37-1 = 36 significant level 5% t table value is 2,021. Thus the value of the t-test level = 17.78 is greater than 2.021, meaning that the hypothesis is accepted there is an influence of the jigsaw type cooperative learning learning model on the learning outcomes of bullet-drop at class XI students in SMA N 1 Sengah Temila. Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study: the low utilization of leisure time as a means to realize the active lifestyle of the people of Pontianak City in supporting the human development index (HDI). The purpose of this study was to find out how much the level of community participation in filling free time by exercising. The method used in this research is descriptive method with survey techniques with quantitative descriptive forms. The population in this research is the people in Pontianak City with male / female categories whose work schedules are regular. Sampling in this study was rondom sampling, with a total of 100 people. Sampling using the instrument used is a questionnaire sheet. Based on the calculation results, the conclusions data are as follows: The level of community participation in the city of Pontianak in leisure time by exercising is in the high category of 9%, and the category is quite 91%. Keywords: Community participation, Leisure time, Sports.

Abstract

Abstract The problem in this research is how much the involvement of teacher penjasorkes in management of talent development and sports achievement of learners. The purpose of this study is to determine the involvement of teacher penjasorkes in the management of talent and sports achievement learners. The method used in this research is descriptive survey method using questionnaire-shaped research instrument. The population in this study is all teachers penjasorkes SMAN level in Pontianak City, amounting to 18 people. In this study the determination of samples using saturated sampling technique that is by taking the entire population, the sample used in this study is all penjasorkes teachers. Data analysis was done by using descriptive analysis technique percentage. The results showed that the management of sports talent coaching by the teacher of penjasorkes showed that 9 teachers (50%) were included in the low category and for the sports achievement of the students by the penjasorkes teacher showed that 7 teachers (38.89%) were included in the low category. Keywords: Management, Development, Sport Achievement

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this research to determine the increase passing under volleyball with plastic balls modification learners fifth grade at SDN 33 Simpang Sanurian Landak. The method used in this research is descriptive method with this type of research is classroom action research. Subjects who made this study were teachers collaborate with learners class V SDN 33 Simpang Sanurian Landak as many as 20 students. The results of the first cycle of learning research students who completed amounted to 12 or 60%, while the students who have not passed or have not completed amounted to 8 or 40%, then proceed to the second cycle so that learners have an opportunity for improvement. In the second cycle students who graduated a total of 20 people or 100% and unresolved numbered 0 or does not exist.Keywords: Passing Down, Plastic Ball Modifications

Abstract

 AbstractThe problem in this research is about how to influence the approach to play throw the ball to the learning outcomes passing under volleyball. The method applied in the study was through the approach of playing with plastic balls tools to enhance the learning process passing of learnersbelow. whole object of research is all studentswith a total of 32 students. Percentage increase in learning activities in the first cycle reaches 72%, the second cycle was 90%, while a score of expectation is learning activity is 90%. Based on the evaluation on the first cycleability underhand pass of students has increased from the initial conditions, namely: the initial conditions of the number of students who reach a value of 75 new 5 students (15.62%) and in the first cycle increased to 18 students (56.52%), the second cycle, increased to 28 students who achieve a grade of 75 or more. Keywords:underhand pass, total sampling, plastic balls, volleyball.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is whether there is an effect of the progressive part method on the ability of the MA student Khulafaur Rasyidin's discus throwing. This study aims to determine the effect of the progressive part method on the ability of throwing discs for MA Khulafaur Rasyidin students. The method used is an experimental method in the form of research True-Experimental Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population in this study were 27 students at MA Khulafaur Rasyidin. The sample used was 25 people. Data analysis with parametric test and t-test. From the results of the research carried out, it is known that there is a significant influence on the progressive part method on the ability of MA Khulafaur Rasyidin's student discus throwing. The results of the t-test analysis showed that the t-count was 15.89> t-table 2.064. The magnitude of the percentage of the effect of the progressive part method given on the ability of MA Khulafaur Rasyidin's student discus throwing was 73.80%. Keywords: Progressive Part Method, Lempar Cakram

Abstract:The problem in this research can be whether through plastic ball The problem of this study is whether there is an increase in service learning down through playing catch-throws on grade V students of State Elementary School 36 Serimbang Landak. The purpose of this research is to know the improvement of service learning down through playing catch-throw. The method used in this research is descriptive method with research type that is class action research. Subjects in the study were teachers collaborating with students that is as many as 30 students. The first cycle there is a result of completeness by the number of 12 students or by 40% and students who have not completed 18 students or 60%. While the second cycle there are student results with complete category with all students graduated amounted to 30 students or 100% and not complete 0 or none.Keywords: Service  down, throwing catch

Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah penelitian ini adalah lompat jauh gaya jongkok pada siswa kelas IV di sdn 2 sungai raya dan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membantu siswa agar meningkat dengan bantuan dengan bola di gantung Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK).  Dalam penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru berkolaborasi dengan siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 sungai raya kabupaten kuburaya  yang berjumlah 27 siswa Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan penelitian memberikan dampak positif pada siswa karena terdiri dari siklus I dan siklus II berupa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Pembelajaran siklus I siswa yang baru lulus berjumlah 12 siswa atau 44,4 % sedangkan siswa yang belum lulus berjumlah 15 siswa atau 55,6 % maka dilanjutkan ke siklus II agar siswa  memiliki kesempatan untuk perbaikan lompat jauh gaya jongkok dengan bantuan bola di gantung baru siswa bisa  lulus berjumlah 27 siswa atau tuntas dan belum lulus berjumlah 0 siswa. Kata Kunci: Lompat Jauh Gaya Jongkok , Bola Di Gantung Abstract: The problem of this research is a long jump style squat on the fourth grade students in sdn 2 river highway and the purpose of this study is to help students to be increased with the help of the ball in the hanging Form of research is classroom action research (PTK). In a classroom action research (PTK) This is the subject of this study were teachers collaborate with student public elementary school 2 river highway districts Kuburaya totaling 27 students Based on the results of research carried out research have a positive impact on students because it consists of the first cycle and the second cycle such as planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Learning first cycle of students who have recently graduated numbering 12 students or 44.4%, while the students who have not passed numbering 15 students or 55.6%, then proceed to the second cycle so that students have the opportunity to repair long jump squat style with the help of the ball on the student's new suspension could amount to 27 students graduated or completed and not yet graduated numbered 0 students. Abstract

Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan teknik dasar smash bola voli melalui latihan media bola gantung.          Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian true exsperimental design dan rancangan menggunakan pretest-postest control group design. Populasi menggunakan seluruh siswa laki-laki yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bola voli yang berjumlah 20 orang. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan 10 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol dan 10 siswa kelas eksperimen yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bola voli. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji-t.Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan rata-rata hasil smash siswa ekstrakurikuler pada tes awal kelas kontrol 12.00 dan rata-rata tes akhir 16.10 dengan selisih atau jumlah peningkatan sebesar 4.1 sedangkan kelas eksperimen tes awal 11.90 dan rata-rata tes akhir 19.00 dengan selisih atau jumlah peningkatan sebesar 7.1. Nilai dari posttest kelas eksperimen dan kelas control dengan nilai signifikan 0.026< 0.05 sehingga hipotesis alternatif diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh latihan dengan menggunakan media bola gantung pada teknik dasar smash. Adapun persentase peningkatan teknik dasar smash pada siswa ekstrakulikuler SMKN 3 Pontianak adalah sebesar 59,66 %.   Kata Kunci:  latihan Bola Gantung, Smash Bola Voli, ekstrakurikuler  Bola  Voli   Abstract: This study aims to determine the increase in the basic techniques of a volleyball smash through exercises using a hanging ball media. The method used in this study is quantitative with a true experimental design research type and pretest-posttest control group design. The population used were all male students who participate in extracurricular volleyball consisting of 20 people. The research sampling used simple random sampling technique with 10 students as a control group and 10 students who participate in extracurricular volleyball as the experimental class. Data analysis was performed using t-tests. Results of the study were obtained with an average result of extracurricular students’ smash in the control group during the early test was 12.00 and the average final test 16.10 with a difference or an amount increase of 4.1 whereas the experimental group early test was 11.90 and the average final test 19.00 with a difference or an amount increase of 7.1. The value of the posttest experimental group and control group was significant 0.026 < 0.05 so the alternative hypothesis is accepted that there are effects of exercises using a hanging ball media on the basic smash techniques. The percentage increase in the basic smash techniques on extracurricular students of SMK 3 Pontianak was 59.66%. Keyword: hanging ball exercise, volley ball smash, volleyball extracurricular
