Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems faced by students at Rumah Tahfidz Mahkota Suffaro, namely laziness, lack of motivation, and declining quality of memorization over time. To overcome this problem, the Tikrar method was chosen as the most suitable method in improving student memorization. This study uses a case study approach by collecting data through interviews with key informants, namely students and teachers. Data analysis is carried out through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing to ensure the validity of the data. The results of the study show that the selection of the tikrar method is the result of an in-depth evaluation of the quality of student memorization. With the application of this method, students showed significant progress in several aspects: memorization became stronger and maintained, the quality of reading increased in accordance with the rules of tajweed and tartil, and the discipline and motivation of students to continue memorizing the Qur'an increased. The tikrar method not only helps students in achieving memorization targets, but also accustomes them to interpret and understand the essence of reading the Qur'an. These findings prove that the tikrar method is effective as a learning strategy to form quality students who memorize the Qur'an

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh manajemen  laba dan dewan  komisaris  terhadap  keterbacaan  laporan  tahunan,  serta  pemoderasian dewan komisaris pada pengaruh manajemen laba terhadap keterbacaan laporan tahunan perusahaan yang tercatat di BEI. Sampel  yang diperoleh sebanyak 999 firms,  years.  Metode  penelitian  yang  digunakan  yaitu  analisis  regresi  linear berganda  dengan  menggunakan  software  SPSS.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa manajemen laba secara signifikan dapat menurunkan keterbacaan laporan tahunan,  dan  dewan  komisaris  tidak  dapat  meningkatkan  keterbacaan  laporan tahunan.  Selain  itu,  dewan  komisaris  tidak  dapat  melemahkan  pengaruh manajemen laba yang menurunkan keterbacaan laporan tahunan.  Kata Kunci: Manajemen Laba, Dewan Komisaris, Keterbacaan Laporan Tahunan

Abstract

The Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) evaluation model is important because it provides a comprehensive framework for thoroughly assessing the context, inputs, processes, and products of a program. This descriptive qualitative research aims to evaluate the implementation of the tahfiz 30 juz Al-Quran program at the North Sumatra Islamic Center using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. Data collection was obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data sources were obtained from tahfiz teachers, students, ma'had mudir, alumni, and the surrounding community and analyzed using the Miles-Huberman technique. The results of the study show that from the CIPP evaluation of the implementation of the tahfiz Al-Qur'an program at the Islamic Center of North Sumatra are: 1) Context, this program is supported by the government, schools, and the community, and is a need and part of the school's vision, mission, and goals, 2) Input, This program has competent teachers with the right teacher-student ratio (1:15) and good implementation procedures, including exam schedules, syllabus, and appropriate lesson plans, 3) The tahfiz learning process is according to plan, teachers master the material, varied methods and deposit assessment is carried out without mushaf, and 4) The product, the competence of tahfiz students is good, with the ability to read the Qur'an fluently and understand tajwid, and have noble morals that are reflected in daily behavior. It is clear that the tahfiz Al-Quran program at the North Sumatra Islamic Center runs well and effectively, is supported by various parties, has proper implementation procedures, and produces students who are competent in tahfiz and have noble character.

Abstract

Since June 2020, Padangsidimpuan city was designated as a yellow zone during the Covid-19 pandemic. It has an impact on the household economy. These conditions pushed women to contribute in improving the family economy. The aim of this research is to know the role of women in the family economy improvement in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research used qualitative descriptive method with a total sample of 108 women. The result showed that 73 percent of sample have decreased income and 47 percent family spending increased during the Covid-19 pandemic. These impulse women to work for initiatively helping the family economy as the main goal. A total of 80 percent of self-employed entrepreneurs were trading, with a productive age of 28-54 years dominated by high school education as the background. The amount of revenue reached Rp 50,000-150.00 per day with an average total of dependent inside a family is 4 people. This means that women in the household could still improve the family economy. Therefore, it is necessary using technology to promote business through e-marketing such as: social media, promotion banners (delivery order) via mobile phone or Whatsapp. In addition, e-Marketing education in women is important to be noticed by various parties.

Abstract

This research discusses a café in Makassar city called Pyur For You café, which provides an exciting experience to its consumers. This research analyzes how brand loyalty can form through sensory experience and affective experience. This research is a qualitative case study with informants from Pyur For You café consumers selected randomly and met directly in the café area. This research involved three consumers who have come to the café repeatedly and recommended the café to their relatives. From the findings of this research, consumers of Pyur For You cafe have received a sensory experience in the cafe area through their sight, smell, taste, and hearing. After receiving a sensory experience, it successfully forms a compelling consumer experience. Sensory experience and affective experience then become variables that help to increase brand loyalty. However, its application can still be maximized again.

Abstract

Scientific literacy is a need and learning goal in the industrial era 4.0. Indonesia's low scientific literacy is an urgent problem. There are many ways that can be used in learning to hone scientific literacy, including choosing sources and teaching materials that are integrated with natural disaster environmental. In this research, scientific literacy was sharpened in physics learning through the use of a knowledge enrichment book entitled Tornado. In this enrichment book, the discussion of tornadoes is presented from a physics perspective including the concepts of energy, heat, fluid dynamics and global warming. The aim of this research is to increase students' scientific literacy by using physics enrichment books on the theme of the tornado disaster. This research uses an experimental research method in the form of a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The results of the trial of 60 students from SMAN 13 Padang and SMAN 2 Padang Panjang showed that the use of enrichment books was able to increase students' scientific literacy, with an average pretest scientific literacy of 46 and an average posttest of 87, and an N-gain of 0.76. These results indicate that the use of tornado physics enrichment books is effective in increasing students' scientific literacy.

Dalam penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengelolaan pembelajaran di kelompok bermain sanggar azah ceria Palembang yang mencakup pengertian dari kelompok bermain dan hal-hal yang menyangkut pengelolaan pembelajaran di kelompok bermain sanggar azah ceria. Secara khusus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan, penilaian, dan sistem keberlangsungan kegiatan di sanggar azah ceria Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, adapun subjek penelitian ini meliputi : pengelolaan dan pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih dalam tentang pengelolaan pembelajaran di kelompok bermain (KB).

Abstract

Abstrak. Artikel ini mengangkat topik Pemanfaatan Ruang Publik di Perumahan Bukit Baruga Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Aktivitas warga Perumahan Bukit Baruga terhadap ruang publik. (2) Bentuk keterlibatan warga dalam pengelolaan fasilitas atau sarana ruang publik. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumetasi yang telah dilakukan. Data ini diperolah dan dianalisis dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa (1) Penggunaan ruang publik oleh warga yang ada di Perumahan Bukit Baruga merupakan orang-orang yang menyukai hal-hal yang berbau olahraga maupun orang-orang yang ingin melihat-lihat kegiatan olahraga tersebut. (2) Keterlibatan warga dalam pengelolaan fasilitas yang ada didalam Perumahan Bukit Baruga sangat baik karna mampu melibatkan semua warganya dalam membangun fasilitas yang diinginkan. Keterlibatanwarga dalam pengelolaan fasilitas atau sarana ruang publik dapat diketahui dalam kontribusi finansial seperti diadakannya iuran bersama terhadap warga setempat yang memiliki fasilitas disetiap bulannya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan fasilitas tersebut dipergunakan untuk air dan perlengkapan bahan atau peralatan yang dapat memperbagus fasilitas tersebut.

Abstract

The phenomenon of hijab street style reflects a significant shift in the meaning of the hijab from a symbol of religious piety to a dynamic medium of self-expression within the context of popular culture and the modern fashion industry. This study critically examines how the hijab is positioned within Indonesia’s modest fashion landscape and how religious values are represented and commodified through visual aesthetics on social media. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through visual documentation from Instagram, TikTok, and Muslim fashion catalogs, as well as in-depth interviews with designers, influencers, and hijab-wearing consumers. The analysis applied both visual and narrative techniques, grounded in theories of religious commodification and social identity. The findings reveal that hijab street style serves as a negotiation space between religiosity, market taste, and aesthetic aspirations. The urban hijab styles popularized by influencers not only reinforce religious identity but also reflect social pressure to appear both fashionable and “shar’i.” The commodification of hijab as a fashion product has created new standards of piety heavily shaped by market logic and social media algorithms. While this trend opens new avenues for the empowerment of Muslim women, it also poses ethical dilemmas regarding the reduction of spiritual meaning. The study recommends a critical reflection on the interplay between religion, identity, and visual consumption in contemporary Muslim culture.

Abstract

Earthquake natural disasters can cause significant infrastructure damage, hindering community access and mobility. In such a situation, determining the shortest path for evacuation becomes very important. This research uses linear programming by utilising Excel Solver to determine the shortest evacuation route for earthquake natural disasters. Excel Solver is a feature in Microsoft Excel that serves as an analytical tool to solve linear optimisation problems. Excel solver can be used to find solutions that maximise or minimise the objective function, with respect to predetermined constraints. This research utilises relevant earthquake natural disaster simulation data as constraints in the optimisation model. The results show that the model can generate shortest paths that fulfil various constraints and criteria. The model can also be used to predict the time required to reach the destination. This research makes an important contribution to the development of tools and methods for shortest path optimisation in natural disaster scenarios. The optimisation model developed in this research can be used to assist decision makers in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of evacuation and disaster relief operations.
