Abstract

Setiap lembaga pendidikan memiliki cara tersendiri untuk melakukan pengembangan yang akan dilakukan pada lembaganya, sehingga bisa menjadikan program yang telah direncanakan menjadi lancar dan sesuai dengan target. Seperti yang dilakukan oleh MI Nurul Amal Kutorejo yang menggunakan Kewirausahaan untuk menunjang pendanaan yang hampir segala program tercantum diperencanaan sehingga bisa menjadi sumber dana kedua setelah dari dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) Pengabdian ini meningkatkan kemampuan dan kepercayaan diri karyawan lembaga da;am mengelolah sumber daya lembaga serta memberikan layanan pendidikan yang berkualitas, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.dikembangkan oleh MI Nurul Amal Kutorejo. Metode pengabdian pemberdayaan melalui program kewirausahaan pada lembaga swasta. Yaitu pengabdian yang mendapatkan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data ialah kepala madrasah serta pengelola yang ada di masing-masing kewirausahaan yang dijalankan Hasil pengabdian ini mendapatkan bahwa, kewirausahaan yang dikembangkan oleh MI Nurul Amal Kutorejo terdapat 4 (empat) kewirausahaan yaitu: 1. Katering, 2. Jamur, 3. Koperasi Siswa dan 4. Ayam Petelur. Namun terdapat 1 usaha tidak berjalan yaitu jamur yang terhenti karena adanya renovasi madrasah.

Abstract

In the pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), health-related challenges, especially hypertension, remain a significant global issue. The third goal of the SDGs aims to improve the quality of life and well-being of all individuals, but hypertension is a serious problem that can hinder these goals. Often referred to as the "silent killer" by the World Health Organization (WHO), hypertension is exacerbated by low awareness. Globally, more than 1.28 billion adults suffer from hypertension, with most cases in lower to middle-income countries, including Indonesia. Indonesia has an alarming rate of hypertension incidence, ranking fifth highest in the world. Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) 2023 and the Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS) are critical for understanding hypertension risk factors in Indonesia. The IFLS data, obtained from www.rand.org, includes observations from October 2014 to April 2015, totalling 85 observations. Despite being over 10 years old, this dataset was selected because it remains the most recent comprehensive data available from RAND, representing 83% of the Indonesian population. The IFLS is conducted every 7-8 years, with the next wave of data expected soon. Most studies on hypertension globally and in Indonesia use parametric regression methods. However, a research gap exists as no studies have used Multivariate Adaptive Regression Splines (MARS) on IFLS data to analyze hypertension risk factors. This study addresses this gap by comparing binary logit regression and MARS. The analysis shows the Apparent Error Rate (APPER) for MARS is 84.706%, while for binary logistic regression it is 80%, indicating MARS is better at classifying hypertension data in Indonesia. Using MARS offers a novel approach to understanding hypertension risk factors in Indonesia. Despite the data's age, it remains relevant as primary causes and risk factors for hypertension have not changed, making the findings valuable for current health policy and strategies.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of sustainable tourism development strategies that are not only oriented towards increasing tourist visits, but also on environmental conservation and community involvement. The purpose of this study is to analyze the government's strategy in developing sustainable tourism at Palippis Beach, Bala Village, Polewali Mandar Regency, and to map the actors involved. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis refers to Geoff Mulgan's five strategies: goal setting, environmental analysis, direction, action, and learning. The results show that the government's strategy includes guidance, development of facilities and infrastructure, promotion, and community involvement through the Tourism Group (Pokdarwis). Government actions are adjusted to the field situation, including security obstacles, and are carried out through a communicative approach. The study's conclusions demonstrate the importance of collaboration between the government and local communities in supporting tourism sustainability. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of development strategies with a non-interventionist approach and actor mapping that emphasizes the strategic role of local communities as primary managers. These findings contribute to the formulation of community-based sustainable tourism policies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tekanan psikologis yang dialami wanita menikah yang belum memiliki anak serta strategi coping yang digunakan untuk mengatasinya. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melibatkan tiga wanita menikah yang belum memiliki anak yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik data driven untuk mengidentifikasi tema utama. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan tiga temuan utama. Pertama, tekanan psikologis bersumber dari tekanan sosial, tekanan terkait usia, serta penilaian diri yang negatif. Kedua, tekanan ini memicu perasaan sedih, iri, kecewa, khawatir, dan sakit hati saat mendapat pertanyaan tentang anak. Ketiga, strategi coping yang digunakan meliputi coping adaptif seperti usaha untuk hamil, berpikir positif, penerimaan diri, dan coping spiritual. Namun, ditemukan pula strategi maladaptif seperti menolak pemeriksaan medis, dan menghindari interaksi sosial. Dukungan sosial terbukti berperan penting dalam mendorong penggunaan strategi coping yang lebih sehat. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi penting dalam pengembangan intervensi psikologis yang lebih tepat bagi wanita yang mengalami tekanan psikologis akibat ketidaksuburan.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan kepada pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang dilakukakn di Desa Randuputih melalui pengurusan izin usaha ini bertujuan untuk menyadarkan pentingnya memiliki izin usaha serta memperkuat eksistensi digital para UMKM dengan memahami cara membuat surat izin usaha melalui Online Single Submission (OSS). Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk membantu pelaku UMKM dalam kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Mahasiswa Universitas Panca Marga Probolinggo. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu sosialisasi pemberian materi, praktek, dan pendampingan mengenai alur pendaftaran izin usaha di laman Online Single Submission (OSS). Sistem OSS ini merupakan salah satu layanan yang terintegrasi dalam upaya pelaku usaha mendapatkan izin dengan mudah dan cepat. Dari hasil sosialisasi ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan para pelaku UMKM akan pentingnya suatu legalitas dalam usaha dengan demikian UMKM di Desa randuputih mendapatkan perlindungan berusaha, kemudahan akses permodalan, meningkatkan daya saing produk, dan memperoleh pemberdayaan dari pemerintah, serta pendampingan dalam pengembangan UMKM.

Abstract

Early marriage often occurs in Indonesia, especially in rural areas. If this condition continues, it will have a negative impact, especially on the health of the female reproductive system. Health education regarding the impact of early marriage on the female reproductive system must continue to be encouraged to prevent the increase in the number of marriages, especially in rural areas. insight and knowledge of adolescents regarding the impact of early marriage on the reproductive system of adolescents women who were attended by 21 participants. This activity was carried out in Tete Village, Ampana sub-district with the education method for 21 adolescents participants. The results of the activity showed that after education the level of knowledge of young regarding the impact of early marriage on the reproductive system of adolescents women increased from 9.5% to 71%, and most of the participants were able to answer the questions given at the end of the counseling activities properly and correctly. So it is expected that increasing the knowledge of adolescents regarding the impact of early marriage on the reproductive system of adolescents women can minimize the rate of early marriage. Suggests that education about reproductive health is often carried out to help adolescents make the right decisions in maintaining reproductive health.

Abstract

Unsafe road user behavior is something that can affect the implementation of transportation as data from the police states that 61% of accidents are caused by human factors. This study aims to determine the types and factors that cause violations committed by road users who have passed intersection three (Jalan Hasan Esa-Jalan Ahmad Yani) and (Jalan Pemuda-Jalan A.M Kamaruddin) along with the handling of these violations. The results of the analysis found that the most common type of violation was not using a rear helmet by 88.8% caused by not having a helmet. Meanwhile, based on the analysis with the AHP method, the violation that must be prioritized in handling is against the flow with priority alternative handling, including education, sanctions and training.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the Inflation Rate and Bi-7 Day Repo Rate Against Mudharbah Deposits at Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2017-2019 Period. Total assets of Islamic banking reached 5.18% of total assets nationally, Indonesia was only able to rank 9th out of 10 other Islamic countries. This study aims to determine the effect of inflation rate and bi-7 day repo rate on mudhar bah deposits . Sharia Commercial Banks for the 2017-2019 Period. The method used in this study is quantitative, with the research location at Islamic Commercial Banks. The sampling in this study uses purposive sampling with a sample of 36 samples, the data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with t test to see the effect partially and f-test to see the effect simultaneously, assisted by using software SPSS 22.00. The results obtained in this study indicate that based on the partial test (t test) inflation does not have a significant effect on Mudhar bah deposits while the partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test) are inflation variables and Bi-7 Day Repo Rate has a significant effect on the Mudhar bah deposit variable at Islamic Commercial Banks 2017-2019.Keywords: Bi-7 Day Repo Rate , Mudharabah Deposits , Inflation

Abstract

The level of public understanding regarding cash waqf in Indonesia is still low. Even though this waqf has great potential for the welfare of the Indonesian people. This condition has an impact on the benefits obtained from productively managed waqf to be not optimal. This study aims to determine the level of understanding of IAIN Padangsidimpuan students. This research is a quantitative study using primary data. The research sample was 356 people and data were collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis of this study used the univariate test. The results showed that the students of IAIN Padangsidimpuan were categorized as having a sufficient level of understanding. There are 38 percent of students at the level of good understanding, 49 percent of students at the understanding level and 12 percent of students at the low understanding level. Promotion by waqf collection agencies can continue to be carried out to increase public understanding and awareness of cash waqf.  Keywords: Cash Waqf, Understanding, Waqf
