Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan strategi guru dalam menstimulasi keterampilan motorik halus anak usia dini di TK Widyatul Hasanah Percut Sei Tuan. Perkembangan kemampuan motorik halus anak di sekolah guru sebagai tenaga pendidik yang bertanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan interaksi tersebut untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak,dengan itu guru perlu memiliki strategi dan pemahaman yang sangat mendalam tentang perkembangan motorik halus pada peserta didiknya.Penelitian ini nantinya diharapkan dapat membuktikan teori-teori yang menyimpulkan bahwa motorik halus anak usia dapat berkembang dengan pemberian stimulus melalui strategi yang tepat. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yaitu data yang dikumpulkan berupa kata-kata, gambar, dan bukan angka-angka. Kemudian penyajian laporan berisi kutipan-kutipan data yang diperoleh dari naskah wawancara, catatan lapangan, dokumentasi foto dan video. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan di TK Widyatul Hasanah Percut Sei Tuan Terlihat bahwa sekolah menerapkan strategi Pembelajaran Ekspositori yang menekankan atau menitikberatkan proses penyampaian materi secara verbal dari seorang guru, yang berfokus pada penyampaian guru kepada peserta didik dengan sistem shift atau bergantian.

This study seeks to find out how the role of youth at the An-Nur mosque in the progress of da'wah. The research method is based on data sources, included in field research, and in terms of data characteristics, it is included in qualitative research and based on the discussion, it is included in descriptive research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data was collected by observation, interview and documentation methods. Data analysis was carried out starting from data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the existence of mosque youth has a very important function and role in its own community. In carrying out its role, the activities carried out by mosque youth in the Damai Village do not only focus on youth, but also on the mosque sector to expand the range of activities and services in achieving the prosperity of the mosque they aspire to. The existence of RM in prospering the mosque, namely by holding congregational prayers at the mosque, and commemorating holidays at the mosque, the impact of this RM from the management and active members themselves also shows to the community that their organization is a positive organization. Until now, the community is also very enthusiastic in supporting this youth mosque organization, and this also has a positive impact on members, namely, making many new members. This study aims to find out how the inquiry learning strategy is applied to Islamic Religious Education subjects with the theme of religious tolerance. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological method with data collected through reading materials which are then carried out by observations and interviews by researchers who go directly to the field. Data is processed and analyzed by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The following are the results of this study; inquiry strategy in applying inquiry learning to the subject of tolerance, namely, 1) the teacher provides opportunities for students to ask questions about intolerance cases in the form of rampant cases of blasphemy, treatment or discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, race, gender, and so on -others, 2) the teacher forms small groups for students 5-6 people, 3) the teacher directs them to carry out discussions and draw conclusions from the problem of material tolerance by linking the basis of God's word in the Qur'an. Besides that, the development of learning is in the form of observing the material studied with the development of society. The results of this study will have implications for the development of a 'research-based learning model theory in tolerance learning' in Islamic religious education. This study aims to provide an understanding to the community that the role of Qur'an teachers is so great in instilling religious character in children. By analyzing how the efforts made by the teacher in teaching the Qur'an, we will find out how much awareness and responsibility the teacher has in transferring the knowledge that exists in him to his students. The research method used is a qualitative method in a descriptive form, starting from the lack of quality of reading the Qur'an and the morality and willingness of children to study decreased. Qualitative Research is an approach in conducting a study that relies on problems in the field. The results of this study explain that the form of efforts of teachers to study in improving the ability to read the Qur'an in children is: using the talaqqi method, providing facilities without any charges, tadarrus of the Qur'an every day, providing an approach to students specifically so that they feel comfortable in learning, providing motivation and advice in the form, teachers must carry out sincere and patient intentions in providing teaching. In addition, in order to achieve the expected goals, in improving the ability to read the Qur'an, it is necessary to have aspects that support it such as, qualified teachers, teacher cooperation between peers, cooperation of parents of students, good relations with the community, and the provision of adequate facilities and infrastructure. The supporting factor in the form of the teacher's efforts to study is the support of the parents of the students and the community who are in the home environment..

Scouting activities have many benefits for students, one of which is for students at the Al-Manar Medan educational foundation. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the scouting activities in the Al-Manar educational foundation. The results of the study stated that scouting activities at the Al-Manar educational foundation provided many benefits, namely making students more disciplined, responsible, thinking creatively, and forming better morals. This is in line with Al-Ghazali's statement which states that the importance of moral education for students in schools.

Penelitian ini mengungkapkan tentang peran remaja masjid dalam meningkatkan partisipasi kegiatan keagamaan di masjid burhanuddin dusun x medan estate. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perubahan remaja masjid ketika mengikuti organisasi remaja masjid dan meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan keagamaan. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif penomenologis. Informasi dalam penelitian ini dari pengurus dan anggota remaja masjid itu sendiri. Strategi yang digunakan remaja masjid dalam meningkatkan partisipasi kegiatan keagamaan melalui pembiasaan dengan melaksanakan kegiatan rutin seperti maghrib mengaji, pengajian, wirid, dll. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian jumlah anggota remaja masjid yang ikut berpartisipasi ada 65 orang, 10 laki-laki dan 50 perempuan.

This study aims to find a model of instilling morals carried out by lecturers in the fiqh learning strategy course. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method, meaning that the researcher describes the actual phenomena related to the model of inculcating morals in the lecture process. Collecting research data using the method of observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data sources for this research were lecturers of the science learning strategy course (key informants) and students (supporting informants) at FITK UIN North Sumatra Medan. Test the validity of the research using data triangulation techniques. The results of this study concluded that the model of inculcating morals was carried out effectively and on target by lecturers in the fiqh learning strategy course towards students. This is characterized by two aspects, namely (1) instilling morals in students is given in learning activities, including preliminary activities, core activities, and closing activities; and (2) moral values that are instilled in students include morals towards Allah SWT, morals towards Rasulullah SAW, morals to oneself, and morals to fellow human beings.

The problems faced by teachers in developing lesson plans are that they have not been equipped with KI-1 and KI-2 on indicators and teachers have not revised several lesson plans according to Permendikbud Number 103 of 2014. Therefore this study aims to (1) describe teachers' opinions regarding lesson plans for curriculum implementation 2013, (2) describes the suitability of the contents of lesson plans developed by teachers with the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, (3) describes the constraints faced by teachers in developing lesson plans for implementing the 2013 curriculum, and (4) describes the efforts made by teachers in overcoming problems in developing RPP for implementing the 2013 curriculum. This type of research is descriptive research. The subjects in this study were 3 low grade teachers. Data collection methods used in this study, namely questionnaires, observations and interviews. The collected data was processed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that (1) the teacher's opinion regarding lesson plans (2) the suitability of the content of lesson plans developed by teachers with the implementation of the 2013 curriculum (3) the obstacles faced by teachers in developing lesson plans were that teachers had difficulty designing learning steps in core activities because they were too much guided to observing, and (4) teacher problems in developing lesson plans can be overcome by filling oneself in by adding insight through workshop activities related to the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, being responsive to information and often sharing information related to the 2013 curriculum with other teachers and with the school principal. The role of Islamic religious education (PAI) teachers cannot be overstated in shaping the identity of Muslim students in formal education settings such as schools and mosques; this article, in particular, draws attention to the contributions of Guru Aqidah Akhlak. Because of the role of the Aqidah Akhlak teacher as a role model, role model, and idol for his students, it is hoped that they can be formed into Muslims through pedagogical techniques which are usually in the form of lectures and reprimands. The purpose of this study was to find out (1) how much influence the Aqidah Akhlak curriculum had in shaping the Islamic identity of MAS Al-Wasliyah Tembung students. (2) Analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors encountered in implementing Islamic reform. 3. Study the responses of MAS Al-Wasliyah Tembung students. How big is the change before and after MAS Al-Wasliyah Tembung students shape their Islamic character profile? This study uses a quantitative descriptive research design. Data collection through interviews, observation, and written notes. Next, a descriptive quantitative analysis was carried out by providing the relevant data set. The results showed that the role of Islamic religious education teachers, especially teachers of Islamic religious beliefs in shaping the Islamic character of MAS Al Wasliyah students, was as a guide, educator, leader, and motivator. . Students at MAS Al-Wasliyah Tembung are expected to develop a peaceful, virtuous character by participating enthusiastically in religious education lessons — classes which usually involve reciting and reciting the Koran, as well as discussing its meaning with a qualified teacher, or 'Gurus Tahfiz. . Thinking is an activity that cannot be separated from humans, as well as being the most substantial differentiator between humans and other creatures. This study aimed to analyze thinking and problem-solving in Islamic education. From this research, it is hoped that a concept will be born that can be used to solve the problems of Islamic education. The focus of this study discusses the thought process, problem-solving and the factors that influence it as well as the steps of problem-solving. This focus will be fully directed in the context of Islamic education. This research uses literature study techniques using primary sources in the form of authoritative books and journals. The results of this study showed that in the context of Islamic education, it was well realized that there were many problems that cause the lagging of Islamic educational institutions. It was very important to think of the right way to get out of the problem immediately by using the right problem-solving principle. In addition, the managers of educational institutions must work together and seriously implement the principles of Islamic teachings as a solution to answer these problems.
