The sample was selected using the cluster random sampling method with 36 respondents. Result: This shows the results of a linear regression test with a communication value of p = 0.024, a leadership p = 0.057, and a work team value of p = 0.004, so it can be supposed that there is an influence between the effectiveness of the work team and nurse discipline. So, it can be concluded that the point of communication and the effectiveness of the work team affect the discipline of nurses. Abstract

Introduction: Babies with low birth weight are one of the health problems often faced by mothers and families in various countries, including Indonesia. The return of babies with low birth weights from the hospital became a critical stage in their care after a period of intensive hospitalization. Objective: Describe the mother's confidence level when planning to return a baby with a low birth weight to the hospital. Method: quantitative research with a descriptive design involving 29 respondents. This study used non-probability and consecutive sampling techniques to determine subjects who met the inclusion criteria. The measuring instrument uses the Maternal Confidence Questionnaire Instrument, and the analysis results are descriptive data equipped with tables. Results: Most of the self-confidence of mothers planning to return home with high-birth-weight babies from the hospital was high among 16 respondents (55.2%). Factors that influence a mother's confidence include previous experience caring for a child, social support from family and friends, information and education provided by medical personnel, and an adequate financial condition and environment for the care of the baby. Abstract

Long-term contraception is a method of contraception that can be used for a relatively long time. The use of long-term contraceptive methods as an important role in reducing fertility rates. One of the factors that influence the use of long-term contraceptive methods is knowledge. Knowledge is very important to change the behavior of acceptors to use long-term contraceptives. This study is to analyze and review journals related to the relationship between acceptor knowledge and participation in using long-term contraceptive methods. This literature study used a comparison system, namely a review system by looking for a similarity in the journal's literature, the researcher will draw a conclusion according to the specific purpose. Keywords (“Knowledge” OR “Acceptor” OR “Participation” OR “MKJP). Using google scholar, pubmed, and proquest databases. The result of identifying the knowledge of the acceptor, found 11 journals that discussed the level of knowledge of the acceptor,8 of 11 journals in addition to discussing the level of knowledge also discuss husband support, education, and family support. Analyzing the knowledge of acceptors with participation in using long-term contraceptive methods in terms of quantity, it was found that 10 journals stated p value < 0.05 which indicated that there was a relationship between knowledge of acceptors and participation in using long-term contraceptive methods. 1 journal states p value > 0.05 which indicates that there is no relationship between knowledge and participation in the long-term contraceptive method. The results of the study of acceptor’s knowledge can affect participation in using long-term contraceptive methods.
