Abstract

The financial report is a vital tool for acquiring insights into a company's financial position and business performance. Through financial statement analysis, crucial indicators pertaining to the company's financial health are unveiled, rendering it a valuable resource for guiding financial decision-making processes and offering a comprehensive portrayal of the company's performance. This study evaluates the financial performance of PT Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia Tbk. and forecasts the company's sales turnover over the next five years. This research adopts a quantitative descriptive approach, utilizing secondary data spanning from 2018 to 2022 from the PT Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia Tbk. The data analysis process encompasses several stages, including (i) Ratio Analysis of Financial Reports from 2018 to 2022, (ii) Compilation of sales data, (iii) Projections of sales figures using the least squares method, and (iv) Forecasting profits for the period from 2023 to 2027. The findings of this study indicate that the PT Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia Tbk. is facing challenges in its financial performance, as the ratio values consistently fall below industry-standard financial metrics. However, the company has demonstrated resilience in maintaining its profitability levels, evidenced by a 6% increase in profit percentage in 2021 compared to 2020. This can be attributed to the company's consistent profit generation efforts, resulting in year-on-year profit growth.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of compensation and leadership on employee performance, and also to analyze the mediating role of motivation.. Design/methodology/approach: The population in this study were 63 employes of Textile Industries in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. Questionnaire was used to obtain the data and data analysis technique used was Partial Least Square (PLS). Findings: The results indicated that compensation and leadership affect employee performance, either directly or indirectly. motivation is able to mediate the effect of compensation and leadership on employee performance. Research limitations/implications: This research is limited to doing in Textile Industries in East Java, Indonesia. For generalization so that further research can be carried out in different organizations or companies and in different regions (cities). Practical implications: The results of this research can be used as a reference to employee performance in textile industries and similar industries. Originality/value: The results of the research show that among the variables of compensation, leadership and motivation need to be implemented in textile industries and similar industries. Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of professionalism on employee performance, professionalism on work loyalty, and to analyze the mediating role of work loyalty. Design/methodology/approach: The sample in this study were 74 employes of regional drinking company owned by the regional government in East Kutai, Indonesia. Questionnaire was used to obtain the data and data analysis technique used was Partial Least Square (PLS). Findings: The results indicated that professionalism influences employee performance, professionalism influences work loyalty, and work loyalty is able to mediate the influence of professionalism on employee performance. Research limitations/implications: This research is limited to doing regional drinking company owned by the regional government in East Kutai, Indonesia. For generalization so that further research can be carried out in different organizations or companies and in different regions (cities). Practical implications: The results of this research can be used as a reference to improve employee performance in regional drinking company owned by the regional government and similar industries. Originality/value: The results of the research show that among the variables of professionalism and work loyalty need to be implemented in regional drinking company owned by the regional government and similar industries.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of top management support on employee performance, top management support on job satisfaction, and also to analyze the mediating role of job satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach: The sample in this study were 70 employes of regional drinking company owned by the regional government in East Java, Indonesia. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of Promotion mix on Consumer Behavior, Brand image on Consumer Behavior, Lifestyle on Consumer Behavior, Promotion mix on Purchase Decisions, Brand image on Purchase Decisions, Lifestyle on Purchase Decisions, Consumer Behavior on Purchase Decisions , Promotion mix on purchase decisions with consumer behavior as an intervening variable, brand image on purchase decisions with consumer behavior as an intervening variable, lifestyle on purchase decisions with consumer behavior as an intervening variable on Tokopedia. The data collection technique used to fill out a questionnaire using the Purposive Sampling method which was distributed to the sample population of 100 respondents and processed using the SEM-PLS application. And the research results show that there is a significant influence of Promotion mix on Consumer Behavior, there is a significant influence of Brand image on Consumer Behavior, there is a significant influence of Lifestyle on Consumer Behavior, there is a significant influence of Promotion mix on Purchase Decisions, there is a significant influence of Brand image on Purchase Decisions , there is a significant influence of Lifestyle on Purchase Decisions, there is a significant influence of Consumer Behavior on Purchase Decisions, there is a significant influence of Promotion mix on Purchase Decisions with Consumer Behavior as an intervening variable, in this research it is known that there is no significant influence of Brand image on Purchase Decisions with Consumer Behavior as an intervening variable, there is a significant influence of lifestyle on purchase decisions with consumer behavior as an intervening variable in Tokopedia.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation of work relationships, and employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening Design/methodology/approach: The population in this study were all production employees of pallet plastic industries in Sidoarjo,east java with 36 people. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire.and Data analysis in this research uses Partial Least Squares (PLS). Findings: The result that work relations affect employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Research limitations/implications: This research is limited to doing regional pallet plastic industries in sidoarjo east java, Indonesia. For generalization so that further research can be carried out in different organizations or companies and in different regions (cities) Practical implications: The results of this research can be used as a reference to improve of employee performance in pallet plastic industries or similar plastic industries. Originality/value: The research results explain that among the variables work relationships, job satisfaction must be applied for increase of employee performance in pallet plastic industries or similar plastic industries.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of ethical leadership on employee well-being by involving other antecedents as mediators and moderators. Knowledge hiding and moral disengagement act as mediators while self-enhancement and job involvement act as moderators. This quantitative research uses survey research conducted on three local government agencies. In this study, data were collected using a cross-section design with the help of questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data was analyzed using PLS-SEM and processed with the help of Smart-PLS. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with convenience sampling method.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the topic of the effect of coworker support on employee turnover intention by involving other antecedents namely job stress, organizational embeddedness, political ineptness, and despotic leadership. Two mediating variables are used in this study namely job stress and organizational attachment. In addition, the two moderating variables in this study are political ineptness and despotic leadership. Using a quantitative approach, this study utilized a four-point Likert scale to measure the questionnaire in a cross-section method via snowball sampling on primary data. A total of 323 data were processed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method in SmartPLS software application. The result shows that coworker support has an influence on employee’s desire to leave and change jobs, both through moderating and mediating variables.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of Boss Phubbing on Trust, Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, and Employee Performance. The study was carried out at the Head Office of the Ministry of Education, Culture, study and Technology in Jakarta. Data collection was done using an online survey approach, and a basic random sample strategy was used. The participants in this research were government employees who were employed in the main office of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology in Jakarta. The research included a total of 191 participants, who were recruited via online questionnaires. The research done using SmartPLS reveals that Boss Phubbing has a detrimental effect on Trust, Employee Engagement, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aimed at testing empirically the Hastabrata Leadership as the leadership that was based on the local wisdom of the Javanese values. The research was conducted utilizing the survey method in which the main tool for collecting the data was the questionnaire. The research design was cross-sectional, that is, the research was carried out in the certain point of time in Sukoharjo and Sragen Disctricts. As many as 138 Village chiefs were chosen as the research samples using Cluster Sampling technique.  Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square. The result showed that the dominant dimensions of the Hastabrata Leadership in Sukoharjo district happened to be different from those in Sragen district. The dominant dimensions in Sukoharjo district were the earth, the sun, the moon and the stars. While the dominant dimensions in Sragen district were the wind, the ocean, the fire, and the clouds. The different dominant dimensions between those two districts could not be separated from the historical factors of the division of the kingdom into Surakarta and Yogyakarta.
