Abstract

Based on the company’s employee salary data,it can be seen that the problem of providing compensation is still minimal with the workload given, the compensation given is still below the UMR. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee perfomance, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, to determine work motivation in moderating compensation on employee perfomance, to determine work motivation in moderating job satisfaction on employee perfomance. The population in this study are employees of PT. Pinus Merah Abadi, Metro Branch, with 35 employees collecting data using questionnaires, and analyzing data using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Linearity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test, R2 Termination, MRA Test and Test Statistical hypothesis with program (SPSS 24). The results of study indicate that compensation has no effect on employee perfomance, job satisfaction has an effect on employee perfomance, job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance, work motivation cannot moderate the relationship between compensation variables and employee perfomance variables, work motivation cannot moderate the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of autocratic leadership on employee performance with intrinsic motivation as a moderator variable. This research is quantitative, where quantitative research is research that uses data types that can be measured or calculated directly through measuring research variables using numbers. The data analysis technique used is the analytical method which includes instrument requirements testing, analysis requirements testing and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) testing. The results of the study show that autocratic leadership has no effect on the performance of the Badiklat Education and Training Agency in Bandar Lampung Province. Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on autocratic leadership on employee performance at the Badiklat Education and Training Agency in Bandar Lampung Province. Abstract

The existence of sharia fintech will always be homework for the government. As one of the pillars of economic security, the development of sharia fintech still leaves various problems, especially regarding existing regulations. On the other hand, strengthening the sharia fintech business ecosystem in Indonesia provides a lot of homework to be done. This research is classified as normative legal research that applies a statutory approach regarding primary legal materials in the form of laws and regulations related to sharia fintech and other financial regulations. This study found that the Islamic economic master plan and the Indonesian Islamic financial architecture master plan do not represent the institutions and regulations for Islamic fintech as a sub-sector of Islamic finance that has the potential to develop further. To strengthen the sharia fintech business ecosystem, regulations from relevant authorities are needed that are in line with industrial needs. Strengthening regulations is expected to create a strong and stable economy and accelerate Islamic finance nationally so that Indonesia can become one of the financial centers in South East Asia Region and the world.

Abstract

A hospital is a health service institution that provides complete individual health services for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency care. Hospitals as health service providers are required to maintain medical records. The administration of medical records for each hospital refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. A medical record audit is needed to determine the completeness of data in medical records both in quantity and quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the medical record audit at RSUD Sleman. The type of research used is analytic observational with a cross-sectional study design. This research was conducted at RSUD Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research was done from April to October 2022, during a period of 7 months. Simple random sampling was used to collect data from 94 medical records. The audit of 94 samples of medical records resulted in the following findings: completeness, patient identity 100%, professional identity in providing care 99.01%, date and time 70.21%, initial assessment 90.42%, subjective examination 98.84%, objective examination 66.01%, management plan 91.49%, clinical pathology examination 58.51%, radiological examination 75.53%, primary diagnosis 100%, secondary diagnosis 100%, and general agreement 100%. The lowest percentage of 58.51% was obtained for incomplete data.

Abstract

The news of a valid marriage or a series marriage is often controversial, resulting in uncertainty of the marriage status, which has a negative impact on the parties involved, both wife, husband and child. Where it is explicitly stipulated in the Compilation of Articles 5 and 6 that marriages must be recorded before the Marriage Registrar (PPN) and registered with the KUA. The Law No. 1 of 1974, concerning Marriages, provides that every marriage shall be recorded according to the law in force, because it shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions in force which shall be confirmed before the law by the marriage record. The study aims to identify and analyze the phenomenon of online series weddings in Jakarta in particular and various legal issues arising from online series wedding practices and to study the series wedding using the wedding service provider that is distributed through social media. The aim of this study is to give thought to the development of legal science especially in the field of marriage law. Based on the conclusion, the author suggests the need for public awareness to be able to understand that whatever the reason, the negative impact of serial marriages is greater than the benefits. The issue of legal marriage or serial marriage is often a controversy that leads to uncertainty about the status of the marriage, which has a negative impact on the parties involved, both wife, husband and child. Abstract

Pada dasarnya penyelenggaraan program pemagangan untuk mencapai kadar kualitas dan kompetensi kerja dibidang tertentu sebagai bagian dari sistem ruang lingkup pelatihan kerja dalam rangka penguasaan keterampilan bidang tertentu. Dalam penguasaan materi, peserta magang diposisikan pada pekerjaan paruh waktu melalui perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu, dan bukan pekerjaan bersifat utama yang umumnya dilakukan karyawan tetap pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini melakukan studi kasus pada PT. Yhi Shen Industrial, untuk menganalasis permasalahan mengenai apakah perjanjian pemagangan yang telah dibuat sudah di penuhi oleh PT. Yhi Shen Industrial dan bagaimana penyelesaian sengketa yang dilakukan secara Non-Litigasi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian normatif-yuridis, penelitian ini menggunakan teori kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hukum dengan pendekatan kasus dan bahan hukum primer yang digunakan Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia 1945, Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata, Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan, Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Nomor 6 Tahun 2020 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Pemagangan Di Dalam Negeri dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan program magang pada PT. Yhi Shen Industrial ditemukan fakta dilapangan bahwa perjanjian magang pada PT. Yhi Sen Industrial belum sepenuhi di penuhi. Hal ini di sebabkan masih adanya penyimpangan ketentuan hukum yang dilakukan oleh penyelenggara pemagangan. Kata kunci : Perjanjian, Magang, Pemagangan, Sengketa.

Abstract

Abstrack Food and Beverage Companies are a large company sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This is indicated by the increasing number of listed companies. The increasing number of listed companies also makes business competition increasingly tight. If the company cannot overcome this competition, the company will experience the risk of financial distress. The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial condition of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The condition in question is whether food and beverage companies in Indonesia are experiencing poor financial conditions or commonly referred to as financial distress. The population studied in this study was 27 food and beverage companies with the period 2019-2022. The sampling technique used in this study was the purposive sampling technique. So that it produced 11 companies with the period 2019-2022. The results of the calculation using the Altman Z-Score method showed that 14 companies were experiencing financial distress, 6 gray area companies, and 24 were in non-distress conditions. While the results of the Springate s-Score method calculation showed that 13 companies were experiencing financial distress and 31 companies were in non-distress. Then for the level of accuracy of this study, the accuracy level of the Altman Model was 95% and the Springate model was 89%. Keywords: Financial distress, Altman, Springate, Financial Reports Abstrak Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman merupakan sector perusahaan yang besar yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hal ini ditandai dengan semakin banyak jumlah perusahaan perusahaan yang terdaftar. Semakin banyak perusahaan yang terdaftar juga menjadikan persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. Apabila perusahaan tidak dapat mengatasi persaingan tersebut, perusahaan akan mengalami risiko financial distress. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana kondisi keuangan perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kondisi yang dimaksud adalah, apakah perusahaan makanan dan minuman di Indonesia mengalami kondisi keuangan buruk atau biasa disebut dengan kondisi financial distress. Jumlah populasi yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu 27 perusahaan makanan dan minuman dengan periode tahun 2019-2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknik purpossive sampling.. Sehingga menghasilkan 11 perusahaan dengan periode 2019-2022. Hasil dari perhitungan menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score terdapat 14 perusahaan mengalami financial distress, 6 perusahaan grey area, dan 24 berada dalam kondisi non distress. Sedangkan hasil dari perhitungan metode Springate s-Score menunjukkan 13 perusahaan mengalami financial ditress dan 31 perusahaan dalam keadaan non distress. Kemudian untuk tingkat akurasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat akurasi Model Altman sebesar 95% dan model Springate sebesar 89%. Abstract

Salah satu jenis lembaga pendidikan Indonesia yang berkonsentrasi membantu santri mengembangkan karakter keagamaannya adalah pesantren. Pondok pesantren telah berkembang menjadi berbagai macam, salah satunya adalah pesantren dengan program hafalan Alquran yang sangat baik. Pesantren merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan Indonesia yang fokus membantu santri dalam mengembangkan karakter keagamaannya. Pesantren telah berkembang menjadi beberapa jenis, salah satunya adalah program penghafalan Al-Quran yang luar biasa. Sebagai lembaga pendidikan, Pesantren perlu mengevaluasi kurikulum untuk menentukan seberapa baik atau membanggakan mencapai tujuan. Model Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) adalah metode penilaian yang umum digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi CIPP untuk mengevaluasi kurikulum pendidikan Pondok Pesantren Nurul Ichsan Bontang. Penelitian ini dilakukan Pondok Pesantren Nurul Ichsan yang berlokasi di Jl. Sidorejo Gg. Jati 1 RT. 21 Satimpo Bontang Selatan Kalimantan Timur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai program pendidikan Pondok Pesantren Nurul Ichsan Bontang dengan menerapkan model CIPP. Pendekatannya bersifat kualitatif. Kuesioner, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penilaian terhadap konteks dan masukan dianggap sangat efektif, penilaian terhadap prosesnya masih memerlukan perbaikan, dan penilaian terhadap produk dianggap cukup efektif.

Abstract

Evaluasi program pendidikan adalah proses pemeriksaan terhadap pelaksanaan sebuah program pendidikan seperti, kebijakan, bahan-bahan kajian pendidikan, proses pelaksanaan pendidikan atau intervensi lainnya untuk menentukan relevansi, kecukupan, efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kemajuan program pendidikan untuk perbaikan. Tujuan penelitian berkaitan dengan evaluasi program pendidikan model goal free evaluation. Metode yang digunakan adalah telaah kepustakaan yang disertai dengan analisis data secara gamblang, komprehensif dan mendalam. Sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan minimal dapat menunjukkan dua teori, yaitu pendekatan evaluasi program pendidikan dan penggunaan model goal free evaluation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi program pendidikan dapat dilaksanan dengan menggunakan model goal free evaluation. Program-program pendidikan yang dibuat dan disusun sedemikian rupa dapat diketahui ketercapaian tujuannya apabila diikuti dengan evaluasi menggunakan model goal free evaluation. Hasil evaluasi tersebut, kemudian ditetapkan sebagai hasil dari ketercapaian tujuan dari pelaksanaan berbagai macam program pendidikan. Model evaluasi bebas tujuan atau Goal Free Evaluation (GFE) ini merupakan model evaluasi di mana evaluator melakukan evaluasi tanpa mengacu pada tujuan dan sasaran yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Bahwa evaluator harus memeriksa semua hasil yang relevan; selain itu, tujuan dan sasaran yang dinyatakan hanya mewakili sejumlah hasil potensial yang terbatas. Selanjutnya temuan dalam penelitian ini mencakup kelebihan dan kekurangan pada evaluasi bebas tujuan menjadi polemik penting dalam penentuan model evaluasi. Orisinalitas konsep evaluasi program pendidikan pada artikel ini akan dibahas lebih lanjut dengan menggunakan model evaluasi bebas tujuan yang diterapkan secara accountable dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan.

Abstract

Evaluation of education and training programs is a crucial aspect of human resource development. This program discusses the use of the Kirkpatrick Model in Training Program Evaluation (TPE) within the context of the Substantive Religious Moderation Technical Training Batch I in 2019. The objective of this training is to enhance the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of the participants. The target of this training is Civil Servant Religious Counselors in South Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, North Sulawesi, and Central Sulawesi. The program also discusses assessment instruments from superiors, peers, and trainers towards the alumni of the training, as well as the results of data analysis showing a positive impact on the performance of the alumni. Additionally, the document discusses training evaluation models such as the Kirkpatrick model, which provides a framework for measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and impact of training programs. This model has four levels: reaction, learning, behavior, and results/outcomes, which help organizations collect data, analyze results, and make appropriate decisions to optimize training strategies. The program also addresses the strengths and weaknesses of TPE using the Kirkpatrick model and concludes with the importance of evaluating educational programs. Educational program evaluation helps organizations determine the benefits of the program for participants and the organization as a whole. Training Program Evaluation is essential to ensure the program provides benefits for participants and the organization. Thus, it will provide a comprehensive understanding of educational and training program evaluation, with an emphasis on the importance of evaluation to ensure the program's benefits for participants and the organization as a whole.
