Abstract

The Influence of Brand Image and Trust in Repurchasing Interest of Kapal Api Coffee in Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Abdurachman Saleh University Situbondo With Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Abdrachman Saleh Situbondo University, are the students with the largest quantity at Abdrachman Saleh Situbondo University. Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Abdrachman Saleh Situbondo are divided into three study programs. Marketing, HRM and finance Until now, the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Abdrachman Saleh University, Situbondo, have continued to grow. with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Abdrachman Saleh Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by quata sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, brand image has a negative but not significant effect on repurchase intention Trust has a significant effect on repurchase intention, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on repurchase intention. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the brand image variable has a significant effect on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction, trust has a significant effect on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Ms Glow is a local cosmetic brand that was established in 2013. The name Ms Glow itself is taken from the company’s motto, vision, and mission, namely Magic For Skin. Ms Glow products are halal certified and Ms Glow has won the Indonesia Best Brand Award (IBBA) in 2020. Ms Glow skincare products are the most complete skincare products according to the skin care needs desired by consumers. So, the focus of this study is on consumers. The population in this study is the Situbondo Regency Community. The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Purchase Interest, Price has a negative but insignificant effect on Purchase Interest, Location has a significant positive effect on Purchase Interest, Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Purchase Decision, Price has a significant positive effect on Purchase Decision, Location has a positive but insignificant effect on Purchase Decision, Purchase Interest has a significant positive effect on Purchase Decision, Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Purchase Decision through Purchase Interest, Price has a significant positive effect but insignificant effect on Purchase Decision through Purchase Interest, Location has a significant positive effect on Purchase Decision through Purchase Interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the variable influence of service quality, drug price and location on consumer buying interest at the Olean FarmaTenggir Barat Pharmacy, Situbondo Regency. Collection method. Service Quality Variable (X1) with a significant level of 5% obtained a tcount of 0.971 with a significant value of 0.334. From these results it can be said that the Service Quality variable (X1) has a positive but not significant effect because the results of the t-count have a value of 0.971. In addition, it is known that the t-count is 0.971 < t-table 1.985 and the significant value of t-count is 0.334, so Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. This means that there is no partially positive significant effect of the Service Quality variable (X1) on the Consumer Purchase Order variable. Price variable (X2) with a significant level of 5% obtained t-count results of 2.515 with a significance of 0.014. It can be said that the price variable (X2) has a positive effect on the result of t-count which has a value of 2.515. In addition, it is known that t count 2.515 > t table 1.985 and significant t 0.014 < 0.050, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the partially positive significant effect of the Price variable (X2) on the Consumer Buying Interest variable (Y) Apotek Olean FarmaTenggir Barat Situbondo Regency. Location variable (X3) with a significance level of 5% obtained t-count results of 7.240 with a significance value of 0.000, it can be said that the Location variable (X3) has a positive effect because the results of t-count which have a value of 7.240. In addition, it is known that t arithmetic 7.240 > t table 1.985 and significant value t 0.000 < 0, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the partially positive significant effect of the Location variable (X3) on Consumer Buying Interest (Y) at the Olean FarmaTenggit Barat Pharmacy, Situbondo Regency.

Abstract

The government has issued a Minister of Home Affairs Regulation (Permendagri) related to the administration of Regional Property, Number 64 of 2013 concerning the Implementation of Accrual-Based Government Accounting Standards in Regional Governments, that the accrual basis is an accounting basis in which economic transactions or accounting events are recognized and recorded, and presented in the financial report at the time the transaction occurs, and these regulations have begun to be implemented in the 2014 fiscal year. The lack of accounting knowledge for every Civil Servant (PNS) in Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) is due to the very low capability of Human Resources, especially in in the financial sector, so that it has an impact on the completion of recording Regional Property (BMD) which is included in the preparation of Regional Financial Reports (LKD). So the aim of this research is to analyze the influence of accounting knowledge and information technology on the use of accounting information systems and management of regional property at the Bondowoso District Health Service. The population in this study was property managers in the civil servant category at the Health Service office and 25 Community Health Centers in Bondowoso Regency. The population in this study consisted of 50 respondents. The sampling technique was determined by saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 4.0 application, show that accounting knowledge has a significant positive effect on the accounting information system; Information technology has a significant positive effect on accounting information systems; Accounting knowledge has a significant positive effect on BMD Management; Information technology has a significant positive effect on BMD Management; Accounting information systems have a significant positive effect on BMD Management; Accounting knowledge on BMD Management through accounting information systems has a positive but not significant effect; Information technology on BMD management through accounting information systems has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

An agency requires good and appropriate management so that employees can achieve effective, efficient and optimal work results, especially at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Situbondo Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of the work environment and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the state civil apparatus. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study is the State Civil Apparatus of the Ministry of Religion of Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction. organization citizenship behavior, organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The results of the indirect hypothesis test indicate that the work environment variable on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect, organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Work discipline is very important to ensure the maintenance of orderly implementation of each task without work discipline it is very difficult for a company to succeed, in enforcing work discpline is subject to punishment. A good work environment also influences. And work motivation is very important in encouraging employees to achieve a goal. This research analyzes and tests the role of work discpline, work environment, work motivation on the performance of ASN employees through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the situbondo district education and culture office. The research is explanatory research, the population in this research are employees of the Situbondo education and culture service. The sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Squares (PLS – SEM) The result of the direct influence hypothesis test using the smart PLS 3.0 application, show that work discipline has a significant effect on performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a significant effect on performance, motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. The result of the indirect influence hypothesis test show that the work discipline variable on job satisfaction through performance has a significant positive effect, the work environmance has a significant positive effect, the work environment on job satisfaction through performance has a significantly positive effect. Motivation on job satisfaction through performance has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

BUMDES is a village business managed by the village government, and is a legal entity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Work Discipline on Work Motivation with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is an explanatory study. The population in this study were employees of each village apparatus. The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, showed that Leadership Style has a significant positive effect on Work Motivation, Work Environment has a significant positive effect on Work Motivation, Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Work Motivation, Leadership Style has a significant positive effect on Work Satisfaction, Work Environment has a positive but not significant effect on Work Satisfaction, Work Discipline has a positive but not significant effect on Work Satisfaction, Work Motivation has a significant positive effect on Work Satisfaction. Abstract

The Regional Revenue Agency is a regional government organization that regulates and manages regional taxes and levies. The target population in this research is the civil servants of the Situbondo Regional Revenue Agency. There were 40 respondents in this study. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Organizational culture, work environment, and work motivation are essential components in maintaining the stability of employee performance. This research aims to determine the influence of these factors on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application show that organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a negative but not significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on performance, work environment has a significant positive effect on performance, work motivation has a negative but not significant effect on performance, and job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect on performance. Then, the results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the organizational culture variable on performance through job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect, the work environment on performance through job satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect, work motivation on performance through job satisfaction has a negative but not significant effect.

Abstract

The growth of a company depends on its ability to design strategies. Because, strategy encourages companies to look forward and actively try to create their future. The aim of this research is to analyze and test the influence of product packaging, product innovation and product display on repurchase interest with purchase decisions as an intervening variable. The population in this research is consumers of Rengginag Cap Tiga Bintang. This sampling technique is simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product packaging has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, product innovation has a significantly positive effect on purchasing decisions, product display has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, product packaging has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions.
