Abstract

Senam adalah latihan tubuh yang dipilih dan diciptakan dengan sengaja dan berencana, disusun secara sistematik dengan tujuan membentuk dan mengembangkan keseluruhan yang harmonis. Senam merupakan salah satu olahraga populer di sekolah. Hasil dari kegiatan senam pagi pada bidang kesehatan masyarakat yang dilakukan mahasiswa KKN-MBKM yang telah dilaksanakan pada hari jum’at tanggal 26 April 2024 di SDN 21 Lantawonua, Kecamatan Rumbia, Bombana. Menjaga kesehatan jasmani sangatlah penting bagi manusia. Dengan melakukan kegiatan senam pagi dapat memberikan manfaat yang baik bagi tubuh manusia dan merupakan salah satu cara kita menjaga daya imun agar tetap kuat dan terhindar dari berbagai virus. Seperti yang sudah di lakukan siswa/siswi di SDN 21 Lantawonua yang mengikuti kegiatan senam pagi dan merasa lebih baik setelah melakukan senam pagi.

Abstract

Kesehatan adalah keadaan sehat, baik secara fisik, mental, spiritual maupun sosial yang memungkinkan setiap orang untuk hidup produktif secara sosial dan ekonomis. Setiap orang mempunyai hak yang sama dalam memperoleh akses atas sumber daya di bidang kesehatan, pelayanan kesehatan yang aman, bermutu dan terjangkau, berhak secara mandiri dan bertanggung jawab menentukan sendiri pelayanan kesehatan yang diperlukan bagi dirinya, mendapatkan lingkungan yang sehat bagi pencapaian derajar kesehatan, mendapatkan informasi dan edukasi tentang kesehatan yang seimbang dan bertanggung jawab. Pentingnya pemeriksaan kesehatan yang dilakukan secara berkala menjadi dasar dilakukannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah untuk melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan (tekanan darah, kolesterol, asam urat dan glukosa darah) masyarakat di Desa Lantawonua Kecamatan Rumbia Kabupaten Bombana. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan membagikan kupon kepada masyarakat beberapa hari sebelumnya. Pada hari pelaksanaan, masyarakat melakukan registrasi kemudian mulai memeriksa kesehatan berupa tekanan darah, kolesterol, asam urat, dan gula darah. Hasil pemeriksaan dicatat kemudian dijelaskan bagaimana hasil dari seluruh pemeriksaan yang sudah dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil dari kegiatan tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil dari kegiatan pemeriksaan kesehatan berupa pengecekan tekanan darah, kolesterol, asam urat dan gula darah dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui keadaan kesehatan masyarakat.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is one of the health problems whose incidence is increasing and is often complained about by people around the world. Globally, Indonesia ranks fifth in the number of diabetes mellitus cases with 19.5 million people. Dietary patterns, including energy intake, carbohydrates, protein, fat, and nutritional status, play a role in the incidence of diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between dietary patterns and nutritional status with the incidence of diabetes mellitus at the Bahteramas Regional General Hospital in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The study design used a cross-sectional method with purposive sampling. The study respondents were inpatients aged ≥ 20 years. Data analysis used the chi-square test. The study was conducted in April-May 2025. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between dietary patterns (p=0.008) and the incidence of diabetes mellitus. However, no significant relationship was found between nutritional status (p=0.421) and the incidence of diabetes mellitus. Thus, it is important to pay attention to nutrient consumption patterns and nutritional status in the prevention and management of diabetes mellitus.

Abstract

The situation of anarchism in Indonesia is a result of a conflict between state law and living law and is due to social, economic, and political inequality. This study seeks to understand anarchism, not only as a criminal act, but as a socio-legal condition consisting of a structural complaint and a crisis of legal legitimacy. To understand how state law, living law, and social order interconnect to cause the oppressed to act anarchistically, the study uses empirical legal research along with a socio-legal approach and legal literature research. The results of the study show social inequality coupled with arbitrary law enforcement results in a loss of legal legitimacy which arguably weakens the law and transforms it into a tool of oppression rather than a tool of justice. Thus, people’s resistance to structural injustices is expressed in the form of legal defiance. An enhanced model of legal responsiveness is warranted which consists of participative regulatory adjustments, the integration of restorative justice, the broadening of justice system gates, oversight of economic policy, and the digital revolution. The system change, to comply with the demands of justice and social order, places the consolidation of a responsive legal system, and not a repressive one, as a necessity of legal and socio-political order.

Abstract

With the development of ICT (Information and Communication Technology), cybersecurity threats to companies are becoming increasingly complex and diverse, one of which is malware that can attack endpoint devices such as computers/laptops and servers in companies. An effective approach in dealing with these challenges is to implement a SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) system that is able to monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents in real-time by implementing an endpoint security monitoring system using the Wazuh platforsm in a structured corporate network environment. The method used in this study is the PPDIOO Method (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, Optimize). As a stage starting with (a) prepare is used to analyze needs, (b) plan to design IP addresses, (c) design to design network topology, (d) implement, namely implementing SIEM with wazuh installation and configuration by setting Path scanning warning malware files, (e) operate to monitor and test wazuh, (f) optimize to make modifications to improve system performance. The results of this study are that the test that has been carried out wazuh as much as 1 time can detect malware on one endpoint device and On the Wazuh dashboard, an alert notification appears that the desktop endpoint received a real-time malware attack numbering one and malware warning notifications are sent to telegram bots so that users are immediately aware, this shows that wazuh can be used to analyze, monitor and respond to security incidents

Abstract

Mutu pelayanan kesehatan merupakan indikator penting dalam menilai keberhasilan pelayanan rumah sakit dan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kualitas komunikasi, informasi, dan edukasi (KIE) yang diberikan kepada pasien. Di ruang rawat inap, interaksi antara tenaga kesehatan dan pasien menjadi faktor utama dalam membentuk persepsi mutu pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan komunikasi, informasi, dan edukasi terhadap mutu pelayanan kesehatan di ruang rawat inap RSUD Kabupaten Muna Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel berjumlah 265 pasien rawat inap yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat, bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square, dan multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik berganda dengan tingkat signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bivariat terdapat hubungan signifikan antara komunikasi (p=0,013), informasi (p=0,018), dan edukasi (p=0,005) dengan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi (p=0,023; AOR=2,33; 95% CI: 1,06–5,12) dan edukasi (p=0,035; AOR=2,24; 95% CI: 1,12–4,48) tetap berhubungan signifikan, sedangkan informasi tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan setelah dikontrol bersama variabel lain (p=0,156). Komunikasi merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Disimpulkan bahwa penguatan komunikasi terapeutik dan edukasi pasien yang terstruktur serta berorientasi pada pasien dan keluarga merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di ruang rawat inap RSUD Kabupaten Muna Barat.

Abstract

Industrialization is a fundamental pillar in the structural transformation of the national and regional economies. As a developing country, Indonesia continues to strive to accelerate the industrialization process to increase economic added value, expand employment opportunities, and reduce dependence on the primary sector. This study aims to analyze the determinants of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) development and formulate development strategies in districts/cities in Jambi Province for the 2020–2024 period. The variables analyzed include business capital, human resource (HR) quality, technology, market access, and product innovation, which contribute to SME development. The analytical method used is panel data regression with a Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach to identify influential factors, and a Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) to formulate and prioritize development strategies. The results show that all independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on SME development. However, partially, technology, market access, and innovation significantly influence SME development, while business capital and HR quality do not. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.8036 indicates that the model is able to explain 80.36 percent of the variation in SME development. Based on the QSPM analysis, the priority strategy for SME development in Jambi Province is strengthening the business capacity of SMEs with the highest Total Attractiveness Score (TAS). The next strategies, in order, are improving human resource quality, utilizing technology and digitalization, increasing labor productivity, and developing markets.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a critical thinking skills test instrument on the Coulomb's Law material that meets the qualifications including aspects of feasibility validation, validity and reliability. This study is a development research with the ADDIE approach. This study was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman with a sample of 30 students in class XII.3. The results showed that the test instrument was declared feasible based on the feasibility validation test, valid based on the validity test and reliable based on the reliability test. The average feasibility validation score was 3.66, with a feasible category. The validity test stated that the r count of all test instruments > r table (0.361) and the reliability value was 0.733.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This research aims to develop learning media using computer-based collision material in the context of the traditional game of marbles. Methodology: This research is a Research and Development study using the ADDIE research design. The research was conducted at MA Al-Fatah Palembang using instruments in the form of interviews and questionnaires for data collection. Interviews were conducted with physics subject teachers at MA Al-Fatah Palembang. The questionnaire was given to media expert validators, material expert validators, teachers and students to see the validity and practicality of media use. Main Findings: The result of this research is a learning media product using computer-based collision material in the context of the traditional game of marbles which meets the valid and practical criteria. The results of media expert validation that have been carried out show percentages of 91,7% with very valid categories. The material expert validation results show a percentage of 92.8% with a very valid category. The results of the limited trial showed that the percentage of assessments from physics subject teachers was 89,2% in the very practical category and students' responses to the use of learning media showed a percentage of 87.3% in the very practical category. Novelty/Originality of this study: The main novelty of this study lies in utilizing a traditional game as a contextual and engaging framework to teach abstract physics concepts, such as collisions, in a more comprehensible way.
