Abstract

Allah SWT menciptakan bumi dan segala isinya untuk umat manusia, penyebab masalah lingkungan hidup tidak hanya terletak pada aspek produksi, kemajuhan teknologi atau eksploitasi sumber daya alam untuk kepentingan umat manusia. Tidak ada yang memungkinkan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan menyeluruh terhadap masalah lingkungan hidup. Hal ini karena ada elemen kognitif dan masalah ideologis yang mendalam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni agar mengetahui tanggung jawab pelaku bisnis terhadap pengelolaan lingkungan hidup menurut hukum islam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahan Pustaka atau data sekunder. Hasil penelitian meneunjukkan bahwa hukum islam mempertimbangkan solusi lingkungan hidup. Menurut agama islam, lingkungan seseorang dapat dilihat sebagai bukti dan tanda kekuasaan Allah. Manusia harus memiliki hubungan dengan Tuhan, yang menciptakan dan menguasai alam semesta. Dalam hal pelestarian lingkungan hidup, agama berfungsi sebagai standar moral.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the mechanism for implementing Islamic business ethics among traders in the Gus Dur Tomb religious tourism area, Jombang. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with direct observation and in-depth interviews. Data was collected through observation, interviews with traders, and literature study. The research results show that many traders in the region do not fully understand and apply the principles of Islamic business ethics in their trading activities. Unhealthy trading practices that are not in accordance with sharia are still found, even in religious tourism areas. This research suggests the need for education and outreach regarding Islamic business ethics to traders to create a market environment that is fairer and in accordance with Islamic principles.

Abstract

This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the contribution of artificial intelligence (AI) to global economic development. This research aims to fill the knowledge gap by presenting a comprehensive analysis of the contribution of AI to global economic development. The method used in this research involves a comprehensive approach that includes literature analysis, case studies, and evaluation of the latest global economic data. Through a holistic approach, this research explores the impact of AI from various perspectives, including economic growth, labor markets, ethical aspects, and social implications. The research results show that the widespread implementation of AI technology has positively impacted productivity and efficiency in various sectors, driving significant GDP growth. However, inequality in access and benefits of AI technology has also been found, requiring special attention in global policy formulation. Through pairing with previous research and integrating economic and innovation theory, this article provides deep insight into the complexity of the interactions between AI and global economic development. In doing so, this article not only enriches our understanding of the role of AI in a global context but also details how relevant theories can be updated to reflect the evolving dynamics of AI's dominance in the global economic landscape.

Abstract

There are two ways of handling fishing catches of purse seiner in TPI Pelabuhan Brondong Lamongan, using freezer or using ice and salt, that caused the difference of the price, so that means that the feasibility level of freezer purse seiner and salt purse seiner were different. The purpose of this research was to analyze the technical aspects of purse seiner (construction, operating techniques, areas and operating seasons, the size of the vessel and the machines) and the feasibility of freezer purse seiner and salt purse seiner in TPI Pelabuhan Brondong Lamongan. This research used descriptive method, sampling with purposive sampling. Data analysis were consisted of analysis of the technical aspects, statistic analysis (normality test and t test) and financial analysis.The results of the technical aspects purse seiner were consisted of float line, sinker line, head rope, purse line, selvedge, body nets, bunt, float, sinker, rings, operation phase included the preparation, fishing ground, setting and hauling, the operation areas of purse seiner are in Java Sea, Sulawesi waters, Borneo waters and Natuna Sea, the peak seasons are on August - December, the size of purse seine vessel were between 50 - 90 GT. Normality test showed that data distribution were normal. t-test showed that value of production and the production of freezer and ice and salt were different. The results of the financial analysis showed that freezer purse seiner and ice and salt purse seiner fishing business were feasible. Freezer purse seiner was more feasible than ice and salt purse seiner.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the business feasibility of the Tofu and Tempe Business in Pondok Jeruk Village, to determine the feasibility from the financial aspect. This research uses quantitative research methods. The analytical tool used for this financial aspect uses Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profitability Index (PI) analysis, to determine whether a business is feasible or not. The results of the analysis from the financial aspect show that this Tofu and Tempe Business is said to be feasible with a project life of 10 years at a discount rate of 10%.  Analysis of the eligibility criteria resulted in a Payback Period (PP) of 8 months 7 weeks, a Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 137,689,184, a Profitability Index (PI) value of 1.14% and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 32%.

Abstract

The furniture industry is an industry that converts wood into processed wood in the form of goods such as tables, chairs, cupboards, etc. Demand for processed wood is increasing along with population growth. The financial feasibility of UD Langeng Jaya was the focus of this research for five years, namely from 2017 to 2021. This location was chosen deliberately because there had been no previous research at UD. Langgeng Jaya is one of the wood sales industries that is currently developing. The data analysis used is the calculation of Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), and Break Event Point (BEP). The results of the research show that UD Langgeng Jaya in Tawangsari Village, Mojowarno District, Jombang Regency, is financially feasible to develop in terms of Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 2,742,319,730,- > 0, Payback Period (PP) for wood sales is 1 year, 9 months 7 days and the Break Even Point for sales of UD Langgeng Jaya wood is IDR 3,123,716,-, while the breakeven point for sales of beams and wood is 51 pieces.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the application of Islamic business ethics in marketing strategies can affect consumer interest, with a case study on Bakso and Mie Ayam Purnama traders in Larangan Luar Village. The Islamic business ethics approach includes the principles of honesty in promotion, fairness in pricing, trustworthiness in service, avoidance of usury and fraud, social and environmental benefits, and openness to criticism and suggestions (ihtisab). The results show that traders who consistently apply the principles of Islamic business ethics can increase consumer trust, satisfaction, and loyalty. Honesty in promotion and transparency of information help build trust, while fair pricing creates customer satisfaction. Trustworthy and quality service provides a positive experience for consumers, and openness to criticism and suggestions strengthens the relationship between merchants and consumers. Overall, the application of Islamic business ethics in marketing strategies proved to be effective in attracting consumers and improving business reputation in the eyes of the community. This study also provides recommendations for merchants to continue developing ethical and sustainable marketing strategies, as well as suggestions for further research in expanding the understanding of the impact of Islamic business ethics in various business contexts.

Abstract

Modern activities have become important for human life, where the production process has become more efficient and effective through modern machinery and organized work systems. PT. Adiluhung Saranasegara Indonesia, located in Ujungpiring Village, Bangkalan, East Java, in Indonesia. However, shipyard activities have environmental impacts that need to be addressed. Factors such as pollution, waste management, and environmental degradation can affect the environment. Strategic management at PT. Adiluhung involves environmental education, strategy development, implementation, and evaluation to manage resources and external resources. A comprehensive environmental study, HAZOP, identified potential greenhouse gas emissions and environmental impacts in shipyard operations. Collaboration between government, industry and local communities is essential to reduce environmental degradation and encourage sustainable practices.

Abstract

Tofu is a traditional dish crafted from processed soybeans. During the production of tofu, tofu by-products are generated. In Menturus village, there exists a tofu manufacturing facility, and this study aims to assess the effects of tofu by-product management and suggest improved management practices. A qualitative research method with a descriptive approach is used. Writing analysis is used to describe and interpret the current situation in qualitative descriptive research. These recommendations are then implemented through training for tofu business owners and continuous monitoring to evaluate the impact. The final report of this research highlights the findings and steps to promote responsible waste management practices in the tofu industry. Thus, this research not only provides an understanding of environmental impacts, but also encourages concrete actions to maintain environmental sustainability.

Abstract

In this current era, the economy in Indonesia is now very sophisticated and modern, a lot of effort is made by someone for their living, starting from snacks at every meal, so the production of typical Madurese souvenirs is carried out to develop the business. This research is a type of field research. This research was conducted on Jl. Raya Suramadu, Genangkah, Burneh, District. Burneh, Bangkalan Regency, East Java. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data, etc.: observations, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques applied in the exam refer to financial analysis, namely financial aspects using the provisions of Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV). ), Profitability Index (PI), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). The results of the analysis of the feasibility study for the Madurese business from the financial aspect that we reviewed were results at a discount rate of 10%. With the feasibility study criteria, the business produces PP for 9 months with an NPV of IDR 269,653,859, with a PI value of 1.10% and a total IRR of 62%.
