Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategy of optimizing educational funding sources in Islamic Integrated Elementary Schools (SDIT) through effective collaboration among three key stakeholders: parents, school foundation, and school committee. Financial limitations often hinder SDIT from maintaining educational quality and implementing various enrichment programs. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis in several SDIT across region Natar Lampung Selatan. The findings indicate that synergy among parents as primary contributors, foundations as institutional managers, and school committees as community representatives significantly enhances financial sustainability. Transparent budgeting, participatory planning, and innovative funding programs such as productive waqf, school cooperatives, and fundraising events emerged as effective models. The study recommends strengthening communication among stakeholders and improving financial management capacity based on Islamic financial principles to ensure long-term sustainability of educational funding in SDIT.

Abstract

Education financing is an important aspect of sustainable human resource development. In Indonesia, there are two dominant education financing systems, namely the Islamic education system and the conventional education system. Each system has different financing principles and models, which affect the effectiveness and efficiency of the use of education funds. This research aims to examine the integration of sharia values in education financing benchmarking, and compare the strengths and weaknesses of each system. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach through a literature study, data was collected from academic journals, institutional reports, and education statistics. The research found that the Islamic education system has advantages in terms of social justice and sustainability, while the conventional system excels in aspects of technology management and variety of scholarship schemes. This research provides strategic recommendations for Islamic education institutions to adopt best practices from the conventional system without ignoring sharia principles.

Abstract

Financing management is one of the crucial aspects in ensuring the sustainability of Islamic educational institutions, especially in the digital era characterized by technological disruption and changes in financial management models. This study aims to examine the strategic role of financing management in maintaining the existence and sustainability of Islamic educational institutions through the integration of digital innovation and Islamic financial principles. Using a qualitative approach with a literature study method, data were collected from various relevant scientific literature. The results of the study show that careful financial planning, diversification of financing sources, and utilization of digital technology in the fundraising and reporting system can increase the effectiveness of the institution's financial management. In addition, the application of the principles of transparency, accountability, and Islamic ethics in every financial process can build public trust and strengthen the resilience of the institution in facing various challenges. Thus, modern, adaptive, and Islamic values-based financing management is an important foundation for the sustainability of Islamic education institutions amid the dynamics of the digital era.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Islamic Religious Education as a catalyst in Islamic Parenting through an empirical study of convert families in Belitang III District, East OKU Regency. Using a qualitative approach, this study aims to describe the perceptions of convert parents, the implementation of Islamic Religious Education, and various problems encountered in its implementation. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with informants who are convert parents in the area, analyzed descriptively qualitatively to gain a holistic understanding. The results show that the majority of convert parents have a positive perception of Islamic Religious Education, considering it essential in shaping the character and morals of their children from an early age. The implementation of Islamic Religious Education in families is carried out actively through methods of role modeling, habituation, and motivation, with efforts to introduce prayer, daily prayers, and noble morals. Some families even send their children to Islamic boarding schools for better quality religious education. However, the main challenge includes the limited ability of convert parents to read the Quran or understand Arabic, forcing them to seek help from Quran teachers. Furthermore, institutional support after conversion is still perceived as less than optimal. Despite this, the social environment is generally supportive, encouraging convert families to remain steadfast in their Islamic faith. This study provides an overview of the dynamics of Islamic Religious Education within convert families, highlighting the need for more structured and sustainable religious guidance programs.

Abstract

Perencanaan, pelaporan, dan tindak lanjut supervisi pendidikan merupakan bagian integral dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Perencanaan supervisi pendidikan bertujuan untuk merancang kegiatan yang mendukung pengembangan kompetensi guru dan staf pendidikan lainnya. Pelaporan supervisi dilakukan untuk mendokumentasikan hasil supervisi yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam evaluasi dan pengambilan keputusan. Sementara itu, tindak lanjut supervisi penting untuk memastikan hasil supervisi diimplementasikan dengan baik, memberikan dukungan lanjutan, dan memperbaiki aspek-aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini mengkaji pentingnya perencanaan yang matang, pelaporan yang akurat, serta tindak lanjut yang efektif dalam supervisi pendidikan. Dengan penerapan yang baik, diharapkan dapat tercapai peningkatan profesionalisme pendidik dan mutu pendidikan secara keseluruhan

Abstract

Supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu bentuk pengawasan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan profesionalisme guru di sekolah. Proses supervisi ini melibatkan kepala sekolah dalam memberikan bimbingan, dukungan, serta evaluasi terhadap kinerja guru dan pembelajaran di kelas. Supervisi akademik tidak hanya berfokus pada pengawasan kegiatan pengajaran, tetapi juga mencakup perencanaan pembelajaran, penggunaan metode yang efektif, serta pengembangan kompetensi guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran kepala sekolah dalam supervisi akademik, tantangan yang dihadapi, dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan di beberapa sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja guru, memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran, serta menciptakan iklim sekolah yang lebih mendukung perkembangan peserta didik.

Abstract

Stroke causes many complications, one of which is dysphagia which is common after a stroke. Medical complications of dysphagia include the risk of aspiration pneumonia which results in increased hospitalization and morbidity. Several approaches to treating dysphagia can be taken including exercise therapy interventions. The aim of this study was to examine the effects of exercise for stroke patients with dysphagia. The method of this research was to look for studies related to exercise in post-stroke dysphagia and review them using an electronic database. Search for articles to review using the keywords “exercise”, “dysphagia”, and “stroke” and their combinations. The results of data extraction found a total of five pieces of literature which were thoroughly reviewed in the form of resistance training combined with kinesiology taping, group-based training, lingual strengthening exercise, Inspiratory and Expiratory Respiratory Muscle Training (IEMT), and McNeill Dysphagia Therapy Program (MDTP) exercises, showing that training for post-stroke dysphagia not only improves swallowing ability but can also improve mood, quality of life, and swallowing efficiency and reduce the cost of post-stroke dysphagia treatment. The conclusion of the review study was that in general exercise can overcome post-stroke dysphagia.

Abstract

Mathematics learning aims to enhance problem-solving skills encompassing problem comprehension, method creation, execution, and result analysis. It covers numbers, geometry, calculations, and data processing. Low achievement in mathematics stems from inadequate understanding and reliance on arithmetic as a tool. Student disinterest further hampers learning. Although students may solve problems correctly, they often struggle to explain their reasoning, as observed in a class III student at SD Negeri 1 Pucangan. Student engagement is crucial in gauging learning motivation. Cooperative learning, particularly the power of two methods, fosters student collaboration, facilitating better comprehension. This approach enhances learning quality, promoting active and creative participation. Implementing the power of two cooperative learning models in class III at SD N 1 Pucangan improved student activity, shifting from adequate to good. The method's effectiveness in enhancing mathematics learning quality is evident through increased student engagement and activity levels

Abstract

Rancang Bangun Pembersih Injektor Menggunakan Metode Ultrasound Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan alat pembersih injektor sepeda motor berbasis ultrasound. Alat ini dirancang untuk membersihkan injektor dari kotoran dan residu yang dapat mengganggu kinerja mesin. Metode ultrasound digunakan untuk menghasilkan gelombang ultrasonic yang dapat menghilangkan kotoran dengan cara menghasilkan vibrasi yang merambat melalui media air. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa alat ini dapat efektif membersihkan injektor dari kotoran dan residu. Alat ini juga dapat menghemat bahan bakar sepeda motor dengan cara mengoptimalkan kinerja injektor. Dengan demikian, alat ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas perawatan sepeda motor dan mengurangi biaya perawatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas model pembelajaran Windows Shopping terhadapkemampuan menyimak bahasa Mandarin pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan BahasaMandarin. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan desain Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen yangmenerapkan model Windows Shopping dan kelas kontrol dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan signifikan dengan rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 79% (kategori tinggi), sedangkan kelas kontrol hanya mencapai 53% (kategorisedang). Selain itu, ketuntasan belajar pada kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan hingga 100%.Analisis kualitatif juga mengungkap peningkatan partisipasi aktif dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa.Simpulan penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa model Windows Shopping tidak hanya efektif dalammeningkatkan hasil belajar, tetapi juga mendorong partisipasi aktif, kolaborasi, dan motivasimahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran serta melatih kemampuan menyimak bahasa Mandarinmelalui interaksi sosial dan pembelajaran kolaboratif
