Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa pada kelas X.1 dan X.4 SMA Negeri 14 Gowa di kabupaten Gowa. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan tehnik acak dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa X.1 dan X.4 SMA Negeri 14 Gowa tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Kelas X.1 diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay – Two Stray dan kelas X.4 diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data dengan bantuan SPSS 26. Menunjukkan bahwa pada post test, nilai rata-rata siswa kelas eksperimen 1 (X.1)yang diajar dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Two Stay – Two Stray yaitu 79,94, sedangkan pada kelas ekperimen 2 (X.4) yang diajar dengan menerapakan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament dengan nilai rata- rata 81,75. Hasil uji normalitas diperoleh nilai untuk kelas X.1 sebesar 0,058 sedangakan untuk kelas X.4 diperoleh nilai 0,080 yang berarti bahwa data yang diteliti berdistribusi normal karena nilai sig ≥ 0,05. Hasil uji homogenitas diperoleh nilai 0,178 yang berarti bahwa data yang diteliti berdistribusi sama atau homogen karena nilai sig ≥ 0,05. Adapun hasil perhitungan uji-t/ hipotesis diperoleh nilai Sig (2-tailed) 0,043 ≤ 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis hipotesis HO ditolak dan H1 diterima. Kesimpulannya bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi kelas yang diterapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay – Two Stray dan kelas yang diterapkan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament pada materi Konsep Ilmu Ekonomi. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang diterapkan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (81,75) lebih tinggi dibanding Two Stay-Two Stray (79,94).

Abstract

This study was conducted to see a decrease in the inner child parenting wounds by giving forgiveness theraphy. The subjects of the study were 24 adolescents who participated in the forgiveness training after filling out a questionnaire and their scores were taken as research subjects. The method used was a quasi-experimental one group pretest-posttest design with two measurements, namely before the intervention, and after the forgiveness training intervention. The study was conducted by using the forgiveness theraphy, appreciation of the inner child. The average pretest and posttest scores: the pretest score 271, 47 and the posttest was 164, 42. There was a difference of 91, 47, where the average posttest value was higher than the pretest value. The results of the One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test analysis showed a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05., where the significant value < 0.05 means that HO was rejected and HA was accepted. The results of this study concluded that there was a decrease in the level of inner child parenting wounds after participating in forgiveness theraphy.

Abstract

The Musthafawiyah Islamic Boarding School in North Sumatra stands as one of the oldest and largest pesantren, showcasing resilience through its adherence to Islamic values in management and leadership. This study aims to explore the management strategies and distinctive leadership models implemented at this pesantren, alongside their impact on shaping students' character. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, data were gathered through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal a well-structured hierarchical management system with clearly defined responsibilities. Leadership at the pesantren is rooted in spiritual authority, emphasizing Islamic values such as justice, consultation, and exemplary behavior. This leadership model significantly contributes to the formation of students who are religious, self-reliant, and ethical. Nonetheless, challenges such as modernization, technological advancements, and global demands require innovative adaptations without compromising the pesantren's traditional essence. This research highlights the importance of integrating Islamic principles into pesantren management and leadership as a means of enhancing educational quality and navigating contemporary challenges. Recommendations include strengthening human resource capabilities, incorporating technology into teaching, and aligning the curriculum with global needs. These findings aim to inspire the development of Islamic education models in other pesantren and beyond.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahi pengaruh Promosi Kesehatan Kesehatan dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Ibu Hamil maupun Ibu yang telah melakukan Persalinan di UPT Puskesmas Pabauaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah Ibu Hamil dan Ibu yang ingin melakukan maaupun yang telah melakukan Persalinan di UPT Puskesmas Pabuaran. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu berupa observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 85 responden. Penelitian ini analisis jalur (path analysis) yang akan di gunakan untuk analisis data. Penelitian ini dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Selanjutnya proses analisis data dengan uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis uji t dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari setiap variabel diantaranya Promosi Kesehatan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan sebesar 6,943. Kualitas Pelayanan terhaddap Kepuasan sebesar 6,943, dan Promosi Kesehatan Kesehatan dan uji F untuk mengetahui Kualitas Pelayanan secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan sebesar 24,487 dan nilai R Square sebesar 37,4% dan sisanya 62,6% dipengaruhi variabel lainnya yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Antioxidants can bind free radicals, inhibit oxidative stress, stimulate oxygen and tighten the skin so as to prevent premature aging. An increase in the number of free radicals, an increase in age, and excessive exposure to ultraviolet light can accelerate the aging process or cause premature aging. Premature aging can be prevented by using cosmetics that contain natural antioxidants derived from plants. There are many herbal plants that are empirically used by the Baduy community as potential antioxidants. Proof of antioxidant activity can be done by testing the effects on each herbal plant conducted by several previous researchers. The purpose of this article is to provide information about which plants have the potential as antioxidants as cosmetic raw materials through journal literature searches in electronic databases. Some herbal plants in Baduy outside are papaya, cat whiskers, miana, weeds, kencur, guava, red ginger, betel nut, secang and kecombrang. Secondary metabolites in plants that are most influential as cosmetics include flavonoids and phenolics.

Abstract

The development of the MSME sector which is supported by the digital economy creates many new innovations. The transformation towards a digital-based economy is mostly driven by millennial women. This study aims to analyze the strategic role of millennial generation women in the digital economy era. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method. The data collection method used is the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through three paths, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that respondents play an important role in economic development through MSMEs. The results of this study prove: 1) millennial women have an important and strategic role in starting businesses, creating new products, managing business finances, and marketing their business products using digital media; 2) on average business actors understand their position as women, respondents say that there are no norms/rules that prohibit women from working, and MSMEs managed by respondents have received permission and support from husbands or family; 3) MSME actors have benefited from the digital economy, especially in the marketing process, the benefits derived from social media activities greatly support the development of their businesses, and the government is very supportive of the efforts made by women entrepreneurs in helping improve the regional and national economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran advokat dalam sistem peradilan pidana Indonesia berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2003 tentang Advokat dan mengevaluasi pelanggaran kode etik profesi melalui kasus Stefanus Roy Rening. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat adalah bagaimana pelanggaran kode etik memengaruhi citra profesi advokat secara keseluruhan serta pentingnya integritas dalam menjalankan peran advokat sebagai penegak hukum. Advokat memiliki peran strategis sebagai penjaga konstitusi, hak asasi manusia, dan penghubung antara masyarakat dengan sistem hukum. Namun, pelaksanaan peran ini memerlukan integritas dan kepatuhan terhadap kode etik. Kasus Roy Rening, yang diduga menghalangi penyidikan KPK terhadap kliennya, Lukas Enembe, menjadi contoh pelanggaran kode etik yang relevan untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk menganalisis implikasi hukum dan pelanggaran kode etik dalam profesi advokat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelanggaran kode etik tidak hanya berdampak pada individu pelaku, tetapi juga merusak citra profesi advokat secara keseluruhan. Peran advokat sebagai penegak hukum yang independen harus dilandasi integritas, kepatuhan terhadap kode etik, dan komitmen untuk menjunjung tinggi hukum, keadilan, dan kebenaran. Profesionalisme dan tanggung jawab dalam menjalankan tugas sangat penting untuk menjaga citra dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap profesi advokat.

Abstract

This research discusses the preservation and conservation of library materials at the North Sumatra State Islamic University Library. The objectives of this research are:Knowing how the activities of preservation and conservation of library materials in the Library of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. Knowing what are the obstacles in carrying out preservation and conservation of library materials at the North Sumatra State Islamic University Library. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. By using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this study were the head of the library and librarian at the North Sumatra State Islamic University Library who had been selected by the researcher in accordance with the criteria for the research subject. The results showed that the factors causing damage to library materials at the Library of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra were: biological factors, physical factors, natural disaster factors and human factors or external and internal factors. The precautions taken to prevent further damage to library materials are: Cleaning and providing camphor in the bookshelves so as not to be eaten by insects, and users are also prohibited from bringing food into the library and smoking in the library is prohibited because it can endanger library materials. The constraints faced by librarians in preserving and conserving library materials are: Lack of awareness of students results in damaged library materials and damaged cover rights that can no longer be sewn and salasiban, and the lack of proper implementation of mangement for librarians. As for some suggestions given by researchers, among others: To prevent damage to library materials, libraries should work together with students so that students visiting the library can keep the library materials read well and do not tear and cross library materials.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan dampaknya terhadap motivasi serta kinerja guru di UPT SPF SD Negeri 101783 Saentis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah di UPT SPF SD Negeri 101783 Saentis menerapkan strategi kepemimpinan transformasional dan demokratis, yang ditandai dengan komunikasi terbuka, partisipasi guru dalam pengambilan keputusan, serta dukungan terhadap inovasi pembelajaran. Strategi kepemimpinan ini berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru, yang ditunjukkan melalui semangat, rasa memiliki, dan inisiatif tinggi dalam tugas profesional. Kinerja guru dapat terlihat meningkat dalam aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Namun, pada beberapa sekolah, strategi kepemimpinan yang otoriter masih ditemukan dan menyebabkan motivasi serta kinerja guru cenderung stagnan. Penelitian ini memperkuat temuan sebelumnya bahwa kepemimpinan yang efektif bukan hanya dilihat dari hasil kerja, tetapi juga dari kualitas hubungan interpersonal yang dibangun oleh kepala sekolah. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan pelatihan kepemimpinan berbasis humanistik bagi kepala sekolah dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di tingkat satuan sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The research carried out aims to improve the character education of elementary school students from the perspective of educational philosophy. The research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through observation, topic analysis, actions, interviews, and attitude assessment sheets. From the results found in the field, it is known that character education in elementary schools needs to be instilled and requires more special attention in order to achieve the goals of character education which are implemented appropriately. From the research results, it can be concluded that instilling character education in elementary schools is very necessary for all students regardless of level. The aim of instilling character education is to shape students into individuals who have good morals and social responsibility so that there will be no more oppression or pressure from other parties. others are in accordance with Paulo Freire's educational philosophy
