Abstract

This research aims to identify the role of the young student association of Barru toward political regional development. The observation uses descriptive qualitative approach and is conducted in Barru regency. Moreover, the purposive sampling method is applied to determine the informants participating in this study. Nine chosen informants that clearly understand the object analysis are interviewed for the data collection. Furthermore, the data analysis technique uses an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data presentation and data inference. The result shows that the role of the young student association of Barru into political are being unable to guard democracy as fairly as possible, they become critical and solutional partners for the government. They play an active role as polling station election organizer and election supervisors to ensure fraud will not occur. For those who have the political ability can develop themselves to strunggle in political parties to immediately hold the position of policy makers. Youth’s strategies to participate in the development involves forming cardres, working creatively, consistently and massively. Meanwhile, the obstacles encountered by gappembar in guarding process of democracy are as follows the poor relationship between young student association of Barru (GAPPEMBAR) organization committee and the alumni having a strategic position in the government sector. Moreover, government’s distrust toward GAPPEMBAR’s program causes them having limited access to take part in the preparation, execution, control and evaluation to political scene for development progress in Barru Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SDN Sokowaten Baru, Bantul, Yogyakarta, focusing on the adaptation process, challenges encountered, and the impact on learning quality. A qualitative case study approach was employed, using data collection methods such as observations, in-depth interviews with teachers and school principals, and document analysis. The findings reveal that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum has progressed well despite several challenges. Teachers demonstrated creativity and innovation in designing more relevant and contextual learning materials. Active student participation in the learning process significantly increased, positively impacting motivation and learning outcomes. However, challenges such as limited resources and insufficient understanding of the curriculum concept among some teachers were identified. The study concludes that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SDN Sokowaten Baru can be further optimized, offering the potential to serve as a model for other schools in Indonesia. These findings are expected to contribute strategically to future educational policy development.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Merokok merupakan kebiasaan berbahaya bagi kesehatan yang merusak dinding pembuluh darah. Nikotin yang terkandung dalam asap rokok baik rokok konvensional maupun rokok elektrik (vape) akan merangsang hormon adrenalin yang akan merubah metabolisme lemak sehingga kadar HDL (High Density Lipoprotein) di dalam aliran darah menurun dan kadar LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein) dalam darah meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar HDL dan LDL pada perokok konvensional dan perokok elektrik (vape).Metode: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD Labuang Baji, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 20 orang terdiri dari 10 perokok konvensional dan 10 perokok elektrik (vape).Hasil: Penurunan kadar HDL pada perokok konvensional sebanyak 7 responden (70%), tinggi sebanyak 3 responden (30%) pada perokok elektrik (vape) penurunan kadar HDL sebanyak 10 responden (100%). Hasil kadar LDL perokok konvensional dengan klasifikasi optimal 4 responden (40%), hampir optimal 2 responden (20%), ambang batas tinggi 3 responden (30%) dan tinggi 1 responden (10%), pada perokok elektrik (vape) dengan klasifikasi optimal 2 responden (20%), hampir optimal 1 responden (10%), ambang batas tinggi 5 responden (50%) dan tinggi 2 responden (20%).Simpulan: Dari hasil penelitian diharapkan bahwa masyarakat menjaga pola hidup yang sehat serta mengurangi konsumsi rokok.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) is an initiative where students contribute to society by applying technological and scienti?c knowledge through cross- sectoral and comprehensive approaches. In 2024, one  of the KKN-T programs from  Pohuwato University was conducted in Siduan Village, Paguat District, Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo. Siduan Village consists of three neighborhoods: Lembetue, Central, and Oyiledaa. Surveys and direct observations revealed the absence of road boundary signs between neighborhoods, which  are essential for identifying territorial boundaries and providing navigation information for residents and visitors. To address this, the KKN-T team, comprising 16 members, implemented a program to design and install neighborhood boundary street name signs in Siduan Village. This initiative aimed to improve the community's awareness of neighborhood boundaries and serve as a practical guide for navigation. The program was successfully executed on time, with strong support from  the local community and village o?cials. This project is expected to deliver  long-term bene?ts in enhancing neighborhood identity and navigation in Siduan Village.ABSTRAKKuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan program pengabdian mahasiswa kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan memberikan pengalaman penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi secara lintas sektoral dan komprehensif. Pada tahun 2024, salah satu lokasi pelaksanaan KKN-T Universitas Pohuwato adalah di Kelurahan Siduan, Kecamatan Paguat, Kabupaten Pohuwato, Provinsi Gorontalo, yang mencakup tiga lingkungan: Lembetue, Sentral, dan Oyiledaa. (1) Berdasarkan hasil survei dan observasi, ditemukan bahwa Kelurahan Siduan belum memiliki plang nama pembatas jalan antar lingkungan, yang penting sebagai penanda wilayah dan identitas lokasi. Sebagai solusi, (2) Tim KKN-T Universitas Pohuwato yang beranggotakan 16 mahasiswa melaksanakan program pembuatan plang nama pembatas jalan antar lingkungan. (3) Program ini bertujuan memudahkan masyarakat mengenali batas wilayah serta berfungsi sebagai penunjuk jalan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan berjalan lancar, tepat waktu, dan sesuai sasaran, dengan dukungan tinggi dari masyarakat dan aparatur Kelurahan Siduan. (4)  Program ini diharapkan memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi identitas dan kemudahan navigasi di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the Village Cash Labor Intensive Program (PKTD) in Saukang Village, East Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. Saukang Village, East Sinjai District, Sinjai Regency. By using descriptive qualitative approach, this study explores communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure as the main variables that influence policy implementation. affecting policy implementation. Data was obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the PKTD program program has made a significant contribution to improving the welfare of community through the provision of local employment and the development of village infrastructure. However, challenges such as lack of socialization and human resources still need to be addressed to improve program effectiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kualitas pelayanan, reputasi perusahaan, dan kelengkapan barang terhadap minat beli konsumen di Alamart cabang Kartini dan menganalisis variabel independen apakah yang paling dominan dalam minat beli konsumen di alfamart cabang Kartini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi manajemen Alfamart Cabang Kartini untuk mengambil suatu langkah kebijaksanaan dalam strategi pemasaran agar dapat memenangkan persaingan bisnis retail. Pengujian Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis linear berganda dengan uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang berbelanja di Alfamart cabang Kartini. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa variabel pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen Alfamart Cabang Kartini, karena hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 (p < 0,05). Variabel Reputasi Perusahaan (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen karena nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,015 (p < 0,005). Kelengkapan barang (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,02 (p < 0,05). Variabel kualitas pelayanan, reputasi perusahaan, dan kelengkapan barang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. 55,7% variasi perubahan minat beli konsumen dijelaskan oleh variasi perubahan faktor – faktor kualitas pelayanan, reputasi perusahaan dan kelengkapan barang. Sementara sisanya sebesar 44,3 % diterangkan oleh faktor lain diluar ketiga variabel diatas yang tidak ikut terobservasi.

Abstract

Sarana dan prasarana sekolah merupakan salah satu faktor penunjang dalam pencapaian keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Tentunya hal tersebut dapat dicapai apabila ketersedian sarana dan prasarana yang memadai disertai dengan pengelolaan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskrpsikan strategi pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di SD Negeri 1 Lempuyangan. Penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian memiliki 2 informan yaitu kepala sekolah, dan Wakil kepala sekolah bidang Sarana dan prasarana. Keabsahan data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah triangulasi teknis (wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi) dan sumber (Kepala sekolah, guru, dan komite sekolah). Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepala sekolah berperan dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana dengan strategi perencanaan, pengadaan, inventarisasi, pemanfaatan, pemeliharaan, dan pengawasan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of visitor satisfaction on the service performance of Marina Semarang beach. The method of measuring visitor satisfaction uses the IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) method or the Performance Interest Analysis and the Customer Satisfaction Index or Customer Satisfaction Index (IKP). Data was collected by filling out questionnaires and interviewing 440 respondents who were visitors to Marina Semarang Beach who were domiciled in Semarang. The questionnaire consists of 3 parts: first, visitor characteristics data, second assessment/perception of visitors about the performance (performance) at the tourist attractions Marina Semarang Beach, third assessment/perceptions about the importance (importance) in tourist attractions Marina Beach Semarang. A total of 274 respondents or 62.27%, this shows that the respondents are satisfied, meaning that the implementation of the attributes of Sapta Pesona Marina Beach Semarang is satisfactory. a total of 437 respondents or 99.3%, this shows that respondents feel it is important that the implementation of the attributes of Sapta Pesona Marina Beach Semarang is expected to be improved.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and taste on customer satisfaction at Bolu Cukke Hikmah in Gattareng Village, Soppeng Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents selected by purposive sampling. The results showed that both service quality and taste have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The regression test shows that the service quality variable contributes 70.6% to customer satisfaction, while taste contributes 73.2%. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, which indicates that the combination of good service and distinctive taste plays an important role in increasing customer loyalty. Based on these findings, it is recommended that business owners continue to improve service quality and maintain product flavors to maintain customer satisfaction and expand the market.

Abstract

Snack food for school children (PJAS) is snack food that is found in the school environment and is the daily consumption of school children which is eaten by students during breaks and after school. The safety of school snacks is still low and is still an important problem that needs attention. The large use of chemicals that are often used to extend the shelf life of these foods such as borax which is widely used. IKIP Campus Inpres Elementary School has a very strategic and wide location making it easier for sellers to choose that location as a place to sell their snacks. This community service aims to provide knowledge and information to students in the form of education about choosing healthy snacks free of borax. This activity was carried out at the Inpres Elementary School, IKIP Makassar Campus and the target participants were fifth grade students. The method used in this activity was in the form of lectures, discussions and mini quizzes. This activity ran smoothly because of the support from the teacher and the enthusiasm of the students in the class. The results of this activity indicate that the level of understanding of students can be seen in the discussion sessions and mini quizzes
