Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam sektor publik mendorong rumah sakit untuk menerapkan sistem pelaporan keuangan digital demi meningkatkan efisiensi dan akuntabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesulitan yang dialami bendahara dalam mengadaptasi sistem pelaporan keuangan digital di RSUD Raden Mattaher Provinsi Jambi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert, Adapun responden dalam penelitian ini adalah bendahara dan staf keuangan yang menggunakan sistem digital. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan utama berasal dari rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan pelatihan, serta ketidaksesuaian fitur sistem dengan kebutuhan kerja. Faktor individu, organisasi, dan teknis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesulitan adaptasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi pelatihan berbasis praktik, perbaikan sistem, serta penguatan dukungan teknis internal.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the level and factors influencing visitor satisfaction at Telago Ratu Swimming Pool, Kotabaru Jambi. The research employed a qualitative method, with data collection techniques carried out through interviews and direct observation. Qualitative research is an approach used to examine phenomena in a natural setting, where the researcher acts as the key instrument. Data collection was conducted using triangulation (a combination of techniques), data analysis was inductive, and the results of qualitative research emphasize meaning rather than generalization. The findings indicate that cleanliness, facilities, ticket prices, comfort, and staff services are the main indicators of visitor satisfaction. Throughout 2024, the swimming pool recorded a total of 323,200 visitors, reflecting its popularity as a recreational destination. The study highlights that while affordable pricing and overall services contribute positively to visitor experiences, improvements are still needed in specific areas, particularly the condition of the changing and shower facilities.This research is expected to provide valuable input for the management of Telago Ratu Swimming Pool in their efforts to enhance service quality and upgrade supporting facilities, thereby increasing overall visitor satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Berat badan lahir rendah ialah bayi yang baru lahir dan diukur berat badannya langsung setelah kelahiran (24 jam pertama setelah kelahiran), dimana nilai berat badannya dibawah 2500 gram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan BBLR dengan status gizi balita di Desa Batu Bedulang Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bandar Pusaka Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. jenis penelitian menggunakan metode retrospective, yakni dengan case control, kasus ada 52 balita status gizi tidak baik dan kontrol 52 balita status gizi baik. Ditemukan hasil bahwa mayoritas balita tidak BBLR sebanyak 69 balita (66.4%) dan minoritas balita yang BBLR sejumlah 35 balita (33.6%). Terdapat hubungan antara BBLR terhadap kejadian status gizi balita dengan nilai p = 0,003, dan OR = 10,706. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara BBLR dengan status gizi balita dengan p = 0.003 (p = <0,05), dan OR = 10.706, yang artinya balita yang mengalami BBLR memiliki resiko 10.706 kali lebih tinggi mengalami status gizi tidak baik ketimbang dengan balita yang berat badan lahir normal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of archery athlete development in improving performance and achievement in Jambi City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a focus on the coaching patterns implemented by archery clubs, coaches, and support from the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) Jambi. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews with coaches, athletes, and club administrators, and documentation of training and performance coaching activities. The results of the study indicate that the management of archery athlete development in Jambi City has been implemented systematically, but several obstacles remain, such as limited training facilities, inconsistent funding, and a lack of certified coach development programs. An effective coaching strategy involves performance-based training planning, regular evaluation of athlete performance, and improvement of coach competency. Synergy between KONI, clubs, and coaches is a key factor in optimizing the performance of archery athletes in Jambi City. This study is expected to provide recommendations for regional policymakers and coaches in improving the quality of athlete development in a sustainable manner..

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mempelajari bagaimana Program Kampus Mengajar 7 berkontribusi pada peningkatan literasi siswa dan manajemen perpustakaan di SMP Negeri 039 Bengkulu Utara. Studi kasus kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen adalah metode pengumpulan data. Mereka yang menjawab adalah guru, siswa, dan karyawan perpustakaan yang langsung terlibat dalam program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Kampus Mengajar 7 meningkatkan literasi siswa dengan memberikan mereka bahan bacaan baru dan pendekatan membaca yang inovatif. Selain itu, program ini memperkenalkan sistem baru untuk layanan dan pengelolaan koleksi perpustakaan, yang meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi perpustakaan.Kata Kunci: Program Pembelajaran Kampus 7, literasi siswa, manajemen administrasi perpustakaan

Abstract

Pemantapan Profesi Keguruan (P2K) merupakan salah satu mata kuliah yang menjadi syarat bagi mahasiswa untuk menyelesaikan studi pada Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Berlokasi di UPTD SD NEGERI 28 TUMAMPUA II PANGKEP. Kelas yang menjadi tempat penelitian peneliti adalah kelas 1A. Keadaan siswa dalam kelas ini sangat bervariasi. Model rancangan yang dikembangkan dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah model spiral dari siklus yang satu ke siklus berikutnya oleh Kemmis dan McTaggart. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas I UPTS SDN 28 TUMAMPUA II Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Pelaksanaan tindakan kelas ini terdiri dari dua siklus, setiap siklus meliputi empat tahapan yakni perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Sebelum pelaksanaan tindakan kelas, dilakukan tes kemampuan awal untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal siswa tentang membaca. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian ini maka kesimpulan yang diperoleh, sebagai berikut: Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I dalam peningkatan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 62,41 dengan ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal 61% dan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus II dalam peningkatan kegiatan membaca permulaan siswa dengan menggunakan media kartu huruf mengalami peningkatan dengan memperoleh nilai rata-rata 77,56 dan ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal sebesar 88% dan telah memenuhi batas pencapaian indikator keberhasilan. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the mortality rates for both the gross and net deaths, data sources, and statistical activities from 2023 to the first quarter of 2024 at X Hospital. Combining evaluation studies—that is, qualitative and quantitative—with a descriptive research methodology. The data processing techniques are interviewing and observation. The qualitative data is processed using an inductive approach, and the quantitative data is processed using bivariate analysis. The population is the research informant, consisting of 5 officers, and the object is the Monthly Recapitulation Form of Hospitalized Patients. The study's results show that the Republic of Indonesia's (Depkes RI) Ministry of Health has set standards for Gross Death Rate <45% and Net Death Rate <25%. The study's results show that the Gross Death Rate value in 2023 is 21.02%, while the Net Death Rate value is 7.15%. The study concludes that the data source obtained is the result of a monthly recapitulation of hospitalized patients with statistical activities in reporting data processing according to the formula used for calculating the Gross Death Rate and Net Death Rate values and the data is presented in Microsoft Excel as tables and graphs.

Abstract

Online registration system allows patients to register quickly and easily without having to queue and come to the hospital. It is recently known that users of online registration system are lower compared to manual registration system. This research intend to determine the effect of online registration system via Mobile JKN on outpatients’ satisfaction in Hospital X Bandung City. This research method is quantitative method. The population of this research were users of online registration system via Mobile JKN in March and April 2024 in total of 201 patients. The sample size used was calculated using the Slovin formula on 36 respondents which was determined using simple random sampling technique. The results of simple linear regression test obtained values 0,000 < 0,05 so it can be concluded that the variable of the online registration system via Mobile JKN has a significant effect on the outpatients’ satisfaction variable. It is recommended to do enhancement of quality and development for online registration system via Mobile JKN in purpose to make online registration to be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Implementing a reporting flow is important for hospitals, because it functions as a management guide and policy to anticipate unexpected situations. Having a flow will make it easier for officers to carry out their work and implementing the flow will encourage officers to be more disciplined and responsible in their work. The aim of this study was to determine the difficulties experienced in managing, collecting data and input reporting the morbidity of the top 10 diseases in outpatients. Qualitative descriptive research. The subjects were the head of medical records, 2 medical records officers and 2 reporting officers. As a result, reporting is carried out by the responsible reporting officer, data collection is in accordance with standard operational procedures, data processing is computerized by the assigned reporting officer and sent via online SIRS to the Health Service at the beginning of each year. Trends in the top 10 diseases in hospitals include viral infections, dyspepsia, dengue fever, diarrhea, bacterial infections, anxiety disorders, radiculopathy, asthma, pulpitis and GERD.

Abstract

Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) is a communication and information technology system that processes and integrates the whole steps of hospital’s service process in the form of a coordinated network, report and administration procedure to obtain information precisely and accurately. The purpose of this study is to determine the Identification of HMIS Application’s Features Implementation on the Effectivity of Outpatient’s Registration Service in Hospital X Bandung City. This study used descriptive method with qualitative approach which was carried out at Hospital X during March until April 2024 and as many as 4.373 outpatients who have registered to all available polyclinics. The subjects of this study consisted of the head of the medical record unit, 2 registration operators and IT technicians. The results obtained from this study is that the HMIS application at Hospital X hasn’t been running effectively due to often constraint of errors on the HMIS application that being used by Hospital X which also has been connected to BPJS by bridging method till it causes constraints to medical record officers and IT technicians during the registration of the patients along with no exclusive training regarding HMIS application for new employees.
