Abstract

Abstrak Desa Sendang Kecamatan Wonogiri Kabupaten Wonogiri telah mendapatkan penghargaan terbaik pertama dalam Anugerah apresiasi implementasi Keterbukaan Informasi Publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan tentang transparansi informasi publik di Desa Sendang Kecamatan Wonogiri Kabupaten Wonogiri. Berdasarkan judul yang disajikan diatas maka dapat dilihat permasalahannya yaitu bagaimana transparansi informasi yang ada di desa Sendang Kecamatan Wonogiri Kabupaten Wonogiri. Indikator transparansi yang digunakan terdiri dari Mengukur tingkat keterbukaan proses penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik, Kemudahan peraturan dan prosedur pelayanan, Kemudahan untuk memperoleh informasi. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis data kualitatif dengan menggunakan model miles, Huberman, dan saldana yaitu dengan cara (1) Pengumpulan Data, (2) Kondensasi Data, (3) Penyajian Data, dan (4) Penarikan Kesimpulan dan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan peneliti yaitu dapat disimpulkan bahwa Transparansi Informasi Publik di desa Sendang Kecamatan Wonogiri Kabupaten Wonogiri sudah baik. Segala informasi disampaikan kepada masyarakat maupun stakeholder melalui media online dan offline sehingga informasi dapat dengan mudah diakses oleh pengguna yang membutuhkan informasi terkait desa Sendang Kecamatan Wonogiri Kabupaten Wonogiri. Abstract

The implementation of e-government can enhance efficiency, transparency, and public participation. In line with this, the Ngawi Regency government has started implementing e- government at the village level through the Integrated Village Information System (SRIGATI) application. The aim of this research is to describe the success of the Integrated Village Information System (SRIGATI) application program through the evaluation of the SRIGATI application program at the Widodaren Village Office, Ngawi Regency. The SRIGATIapplication is used by the community to access information about the village, such as events and activities in Widodaren Village, or to access Widodaren Village data.The success of the implementation of the Integrated Village Information System (SRIGATI) application is measured through the Nurcholis evaluation indicators, which consist of input, process, output, and outcome. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques include interviews, documentation, and observation. The data analysis techniques used are data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results of this research can be summarized as follows The implementation of the Integrated Village Information System (SRIGATI) application at the Widodaren Village Office is not yet satisfactory. In the input indicator, the implementation of the SRIGATI application can be considered quite good, although there are still many things that need improvement, such as the need for direct socialization to the Widodaren Village community. In the process indicator, it is considered good, but there are challenges with the operator during the operation of the SRIGATI application. In the output indicator, the results are not yet satisfactory because the community is not satisfied with the implementation of the SRIGATI application at the Widodaren Village Office. Meanwhile, in the outcome indicator, the impact of the SRIGATI application is perceived as not yet significant.

Abstract

Tourism village development is a process that forces ways to develop or advance touristvillages. One of the tourist villages that implements village development as a tourist attractionis the jamus tea plantation in Girikerto Village which is analyzed using four indicatorsaccording to. Cooper (2015:159) which consists of Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity(Supporting Facilities) and Ancillary (Supporting Institutions).The aim of this research is todescribe the development of the Tourism Village in Girikerto village so that it can attracttourists. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with datacollection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysistechniques used are data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The resultsof this research show that at the Jamus Tea Plantation a deer breeding area was built andthere is a new photo spot vehicle called the sky ladder photo spot. 1) In terms of cleanlinessattractiveness indicators that still need to be improved. 2) In terms of accessibility indicators,the road to the Jamus Tea Plantation is damaged and has not yet been repaired, but signs forthe road to the tourist attraction have been provided. 3) In the amenity indicators at the JamusTea Plantation in 2023, accommodation and cafes will begin to be developed. However, whatis hampering the availability of facilities at the Jamus Tea Garden is the lack of funding. Abstract

Posyandu is a basic health service to monitor the growth and development of baluita. In the implementation of posyandu, there are cadres who help. Posyandu cadres play a role in helping optimize the function of posyandu to monitor toddler nutrition so that toddlers do not experience stunting. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of posyandu cadres in reducing stunting rates in Tunggak Village, Toroh District, Grobogan Regency. The focus of this research is the role of posyandu cadres, namely as innovators, pioneers, modernizers and stabilizers. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use theory from Miles, Huberman (2014). The results showed that the role of posyandu cadres in Tunggak Village, Toroh District, Grobogan Regency was good. The innovator indicator carried out by posyandu cadres are good enough, but there are still gymnastics programs for pregnant women that have not been implemented optimally. The pioneer indicator, cadres have become pioneers of good health but there are still parents of toddlers who do not routinely bring their toddlers to posyandu. Modernizer indicator, the role of posyandu cadres as modernizers is good, cadres are able to utilize technology to provide important information to parents of toddlers. Stabilitator indicator, the role of cadres as stabilizers is good, posyandu cadres have received socialization about stunting handling so that cadres can also socialize it to parents of toddlers to anticipate toddlers being stunted and cadres also monitor the growth and development of toddler nutrition.

Abstract

The Surakarta City Culture and Tourism Office is a government body which has the taskof formulating policies, carrying out government affairs and public services, developingand implementing as well as monitoring, evaluating and reporting all matters relatingto culture, traditional arts, history, cultural heritage, museums, tourism destinations,tourism marketing, creative economy development through the use and protection ofintellectual property rights, and development of tourism and creative economy resources.The city of Surakarta or the city of Solo, known by its slogan as "The Spirit of Java", is acity that has everything to attract tourists. The city of Surakarta has various types oftourism which attract visits from domestic and foreign tourists, so that the SurakartaCity government is able to utilize the tourism sector to support the economy in the Cityof Surakarta. So this sector is expected to have a significant contribution to the RegionalOriginal Income in the City of Surakarta. This research aims to analyze and describetourism development strategies in optimizing local revenue at the Surakarta City Cultureand Tourism Office. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collectiontechniques in this research were carried out through observation, interviews anddocumentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data condensation,data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that thetourism development strategy at the Surakarta City Culture and Tourism Office has beenquite successful in increasing income from the tourism sector so that it is able to increaselocal original income in Solo City. This can be seen from the nine indicators found byNawawi (2000: 153), namely: Proactivity, Anticipation, Strengths, Weaknesses,Opportunities and Obstacles, Resource Utilization, Control and Service Standards.These nine indicators have been implemented well. Based on the explanation above, theresearcher provides recommendations to the Surakarta City Culture and Tourism Officeto be able to maintain the indicators that have been implemented well.Keywords: Strategy, Development, Tourism, Culture and Tourism Service.
